One day,  a juvenille got me so angry by following me around and calling me names because I was fat. I was so angry and was ready to fight. My tutor saw me and asked what happened, I was so angry I couldn't even get myself to talk, but he got the gist. He just told me, 'If you fight with him, you are not different from him'.  And I started reading books on it, understanding the weak nature of man, working on emotions, and i gradually got there.
