ဆရာဝန္​​ေတြကိုပဲ  ဆဲတတ္​ၾကလြန္​းလို႔ဒီစာကို​ေရးပါတယ္​။ workload နဲ႔ လူတစ္​​ေယာက္​ရဲ႕ mood..။ဒါဟာ သက္​ဆိုင္​ပါတယ္​။ တကယ္​ဆရာဝန္​ျဖစ္​ တကယ္​လုပ္​ဖူးမွ ဒါကိုကိုယ္​​ေတြ႔သိမွာပါ။ ဆရာဝန္​မဟုတ္​တဲ့သူ ဥပမာ​ေလးပဲ​ေပးမယ္​ ကိုယ္​့အိမ္​မွာ က​ေလး​ေပါက္​စ ၅​ေယာက္​​ေလာက္​ရယ္​ အဖိုးအဖြား ႏွစ္​​ေယာက္​ရယ္​ တၿပိဳင္​နက္​ ​ေနမ​ေကာင္​း ငိုယိုဂ်ီက်ၿပီး ကိုယ္​တ​ေယာက္​ထဲ သူတို႔ကို ျပဳစုၾကည္​့ လိုက္​ပါ။ မ်က္​ႏွာအ​ေနအထားဘယ္​လိုျဖစ္​လာမယ္​ဆိုတာ. ဒါလဲ က​ေလးအ​ေမစစ္​စစ္​​ေတြပဲသိႏိုင္​တဲ့အရာ။ \n\nလူႀကီး​ေဆးရံုမွာလဲဒီလိုပဲ။ ျပည္​​ေတြ ႏွပ္​​ေတြ ​ေသြး​ေတြ အရိအရြဲ​ေတြ ဖုတ္​လိႈက္​ဖုတ္​​လိႈက္​​ေတြ နံ​ေစာ္​​ေနတာ​ေတြ ၾကားထဲတ​ေနကုန္​ ​ေခြၽးဒီးဒီက် လုပ္​​ေနရတာ။ ကိုယ္​့အလုပ္​ပဲဟုတ္​တယ္​။ ဒါ​ေပမယ္​့ ဆရာဝန္​အင္​အားနဲ႔ လူနာအ​ေရအတြက္​မ်ွ​ေနမွ ဆရာဝန္​​ေတြလည္​း ၾကာၾကာအသက္​႐ွင္​မယ္​။ ႏိုင္​ငံျခားကဆရာဝန္​ လူနာအခ်ိဳးရယ္​ ျမန္​မာျပည္​က ဆရာဝန္​လူနာအခ်ိဳးရယ္​ ႏိႈင္​းယွဥ္​ၾကည္​့လိုက္​။ မႏိုင္​ဝန္​ကို ျဖစ္​​ေအာင္​ထမ္​း​ေနၾကရတာၾကာလွၿပီ။ လစာက​ေတာ့ထည္​့မ​ေျပာနဲ႔။ အဲ့လစာကိုလွည္​့ၾကည္​့ထည္​့တြက္​တတ္​ရင္​ ဆရာဝန္​​ေတာင္​မလုပ္​ဘူး။ ဒါ ဆရာဝန္​ လူနာအခ်ိဳးမညီမႈဟာ ဆရာဝန္​​ေတြရဲ႕ stress levelနဲ႔ mood​ေပၚမွာ influenceအလြန္​႐ွိတယ္​ဆိုတာ ႐ွင္​းျပတာ။  workload မ်ားတဲ့​ေနရာ မ်ား​ေနတဲ့အခ်ိန္​မွာ ဒီဆရာဝန္ ​ဘယ္​လိုမွျပံဳးျပခ်ိဳသာခ်ိန္​မ႐ွိဘူး။ ဒီဆရာဝန္​ပဲ workloadနည္​းတဲ့အခ်ိန္​ နည္​းတဲ့​ေဆးရံုwardဆို ျပံဳးရႊင္​ခ်ိဳသာစြာ လူနာ​ေတြကိုဆက္​ဆံတာ​ေတြ႔ရလိမ္​့မယ္​။ ပိုက္​ဆံနဲ႔မဆိုင္​ဘူး။ stress levelနဲ႔ဆိုင္​တယ္​။ \n\nလူနာ႐ွင္​ဟာသူ႔အပူနဲ႔သူ ဆို​ေတာ့ ဒီဆရာဝန္​​ေငါက္​တယ္​ ​ေဖ့ဘြတ္​​ေပၚတင္​ပလိုက္​မယ္​ ​ေစာင္​ဆရာဝန္​​ေတြဘယ္​လိုဆိုၿပီး ျဖစ္​တယ္​။ အဲ့ဆရာဝန္​မက သူ႔သမီး​ေလးဆိုရင္​​ေရာ အဲ့သူ႔သမီး​ေလးက ညကတညလံုး dutyဆင္​းၿပီးမအိပ္​ရ​ေသးတဲ့အျပင္​ မနက္​​ေစာမွာ ရင္​ခြဲရံုထဲအ​ေလာင္​းခြဲတာပါလုပ္​.. မ်က္​တြင္​း​ေဟာက္​ပက္​နံ​ေစာ္​နဲ႔ မနက္​စာမစားရ​ေသးပဲ.. လူနာတျပံဳႀကီးဆက္​ၾကည္​့​ေနရတာကို သိရင္​​ေရာ.. ငါ့သမီး​ေလးသနားလွခ်ည္​့ ဒီ​ေစာင္​လူနာ​ေတြက ဘာညာ ဆို ​ေလသံက​ေျပာင္​းသြားမွာ..\nကိုယ္​့သားသမီးကိုးဗ်။ ကိုယ္​့သားသမီးလဲမဟုတ္​ ကိုယ္​လဲဆရာဝန္​မလုပ္​ဘူး​ေတာ့ ကိုယ္​ခ်င္​းတစက္​​ေလးမွမစာ နာနာသာဆဲ​ေပါ့ဗ်ာ။ အဲ့ ​ေစာင္​ဆရာဝန္​​ေတြ အစိုးရအလုပ္​ကထြက္​တဲ့​ေန႔ဟာ သူတို႔ဘဝႀကီး ၿငိမ္​းခ်မ္​း​ေရးစရတဲ့​ေန႔ \nလူလိုသူလို စ ​ေနရတဲ့​ေန႔ပဲဗ်။ သူတို႔မွာ လစာကမ​ေလာက္​လို႔ ည​ေနလဲ​ေဆးခန္​း​ေျပးထိုင္​။ ​ပိုက္​ဆံ​ေသာက္​​ေသာက္​လဲရတဲ့ ​ေဆးခန္​းႀကီး​ေတြ ​ေျပးမျမင္​နဲ႔။အဲတာ ​လက္​ခ်ိဳး​ေရလို႔ရတဲ့အ​ေရအတြက္​ ႐ွိတဲ့ဆရာဝန္​ႀကီး​ေတြ ​ေသခါနီးအသက္​ရြယ္​က်မွရတာ။ ​ေခြၽးတလံုးလံုးရွင္​တို႔ဆဲ​ေနတဲ့ ​ေလ​ေျပညင္​းဆိုတာ သူတို႔ခံစားဖို႔မထိုက္​တန္​တဲ့အရာလိုပဲ။ ဒီ​ေဆူခန္​းထဲပဲည​ေမွာင္​သြားရတာ။ ဘယ္​သူမွ ​ေဆးခန္​းဆက္​မထိုင္​ခ်င္​ဘူး။ အဲ့အခ်ိန္​မွာ အရမ္​းပင္​ပန္​း​ေနၿပီ။ ႏိုင္​ငံျခားကဆရာဝန္​​ေတြလို အိမ္​ျပန္​ၿပီး ဇိမ္​နဲ႔ႏွပ္​ခ်င္​ၿပီ။ မျဖစ္​လို႔ထိုင္​ရတာဗ်။ အိမ္​ကပါးစပ္​​ေပါက္​​ေတြစားဖို႔ ​မျဖစ္​လြန္​းလို႔ ထိုင္​ရတာ။ လူပဲ စက္​႐ုပ္​မဟုတ္​ဘူး။နားခ်င္​တာ​ေပါ့။\n\nဒါကို ဒီ workloadကို ခုထိမျမင္​ပဲ ဝိုင္​းရီၾကတာ ရင္​နာလို႔​ေရးတယ္​ဗ်ာ။ ငထြားခါးဝင္​နာတာ ဆိုခ်င္​ဆို။ ကိုယ္​​ေတြက တ​ေန႔ လူနာ ၁၅​ေယာက္​ပဲ ဇိမ္​​ေလးနဲ႔ၾကည္​့။ ခ်ိဳခ်ိဳသာသာဆရာဝန္​အျဖစ္​ခံယူ ကိုယ္​့ကိုယ္​ပိုင္​အလုပ္​​ေလးလုပ္​​ေနတဲ့သူ။ ႀကီးလာ​ေတာ့ သူမ်ားလို​ေလ်ာက္​မလည္​ပဲ ဒီ​ေစာင္​စာ​ေတြက်က္​ခဲ့ရတာ​ေလ.. ႐ွင္​တို႔​ေစာင္​ဆရာဝန္​​ေတြလို႔ အဆဲခံဖို႔ လူငယ္​ဘဝ ​ေပ်ာ္​ရႊင္​မႈအားလံုး ဒီစာ​ေတြထဲ နစ္​ျမႇဳပ္​ပစ္​ခဲ့ရတာ။ ဒါ​ေပမယ္​့ ဝန္​နဲ႔
