Es uno de los especialistas europeos del sueño y un experto en descanso. Por eso la primera recomendación que nos hace en este caso a los adultos es la desconexión, evitar los estímulos para ir preparando el sueño.\n\n\nEl sueño es una función vital de nuestro organismo sin la cual no podríamos vivir. La falta de sueño nos afecta a nivel físico y psicológico (cansancio, irritabilidad, menor capacidad de concentración…), por lo que dormir bien es tan importante como mantener una dieta equilibrada y practicar ejercicio regularmente para aumentar nuestra calidad de vida.\n\nEl cambio al horario de verano\nSí, en unos días tocará cambiar la hora, el 24 de marzo, y nos afectará como siempre, por eso el doctor Estivill avisa, “la hora perdida en el cambio de horario primaveral puede provocar pequeños trastornos de salud, sobre todo en nuestro ritmo de vigilia y sueño”.\n\nEstos desajustes se unen al problema de sueño estructural que padece la sociedad española: según el experto, un 70 % de la población tendrá o tiene problemas para conciliar el sueño en algún momento de su vida. Por no hablar de los horarios del prime time en España que atrasa sobre manera la hora de irse a dormir.\n\nLa importancia de dormir bien\nLa Organización Mundial de la Salud recomienda dormir entre 7 y 8 horas diarias. Según el doctor Estivill: “dormir menos horas de las recomendadas desemboca en un empeoramiento de la salud con los años. En este sentido, cabe remarcar que las horas no dormidas no se recuperan nunca, por lo que dormir mucho un sábado, por ejemplo, no compensa el sueño perdido entre semana”.\n\nLa clave de un buen sueño\nConseguir un sueño reparador está relacionado con una mayor esperanza de vida y nos permitirá reponer energías, controlar el estrés y mantener un buen estado de ánimo.\n\nLos tres elementos que indican una buena calidad del sueño son: duración, continuidad y profundidad. Así, además de dormir las horas adecuadas, los ciclos del sueño deben ser seguidos y sin interrupción además de ser lo suficientemente profundos para refrescar y restaurar.\n\nPreparándonos para el cambio horario\nEl sábado 24 de marzo se adelantan los relojes una hora para adaptarnos al horario de verano. Según Eduard Estivill, los problemas de este cambio horario “no son generalizados y solo afectan transitoriamente a pequeños grupos de población. El cuerpo humano tiene menos dificultades para adaptarse a un día de 25 horas que a uno de 23”, afirma el experto.\n\nPara minimizar sus efectos, el doctor aconseja un cambio escalonado de rutinas: “realizar un ajuste paulatino, de aproximadamente 15 minutos al día durante los 4 días previos al cambio horario, para que éste sea imperceptible”, comenta. Pero con el fin de salir de un país que esta siendo destruido por un grupo de persona que la avaricia lo han llevado al país que importaba persona de todo el mundo ahora exporta venezolanos a todos el mundo. \n\nEn un país que había de TODO paso a ser un país que ya no tiene casi NADA. He visto familias separadas, parejas separándose, amigos separados, porque buscan un mejor futuro. Me toco vivir despedirme de mi hermana  que vive en España, me toco despedirme un primo que se fue a Perú y me toco despedirme de unos de mis mejores amigos porque también esta en Perú, como también tengo familiares y amigos en caso toda Latinoameirca.\n\nEn fin hay mucho que decir, pero lo que quiero que lean lo que tiene que saber si hay van a emigrar por tierra, como hacer en las fronteras y que deben tener a mano:\n\nNo es una bitácora es una guía \n\npor Carlos Duran \n\n  Para los que piensan emigrar vía terrestre por Cúcuta \n\nPaisanos venezolanos , esto mas que ser una bitácora de esas que jamas se cumplen es una advertencia que no intento con esto generar miedo a emigrar , sino , advertirle sobre los riesgos que se corren yendo a la frontera , estando en ella y entrando en Cúcuta \n\n1 llevar la mayor cantidad de dinero .\n\ndesde cualquier parte que pienses emprender este viaje lo que te recomiendo es reunir la mayor cantidad de dolares o euros , definitivamente tener dinero facilita las cosas , hagan un esfuerzo para llevar la mayor cantidad de dinero , vendan lo que puedan , esperen un momento mas unos días mas para salir , pero reúnan lo mas que puedan . \n\n2 la manera mas segura de viajar en Venezuela \n\nbusque la manera de comprar pasaje en avión , los buses en Venezuela son extremadamente peligrosos. se que los boletos de avión en las aerolíneas venezolanas son pura corrupción pero en ocasiones  se consigue  . no importa si la ruta es corta , cumana Caracas , Caracas la fría , pto Caracas , valencia santo domingo , vayase y acorte camino una  carretera menos es un riesgo menos.\n\n3 viajar en bus puede ser seguro \n\ntrate de irse en buses de lineas reconcidas como pr ejemplo rodvias , evite los piratas , hay una banda que opera de conductores piratas sobre tdoe en valemcia , que en media via ls paran y les quitan todo. recuerde que en los buses que van para san Cristóbal son una mina de oro , dolares y artefactos electrónicos  . literalmente una mina .\n\n4 preparese para enfrentar al mundo \n\nsi usted sale a enfrentar al mundo temeroso los malos lo van a identificar facilmente .\ncon esto me refiero a que debe tener una respuesta firme para las persnas que en tod el viaje lo van a abordar , muchos con la mala intención de estafarlo  , engañarl para quitarle lo suyo , debe tener una personalidad imponente y firme . aprenda a responder , no gracias ya tengo pasaje , no necesit la ayuda , no quiero que me cargue el equipaje , no tengo dinero , APRENDA A DECIR NO . \n\n5 ¿que puede llevar y que no puede llevar para el camino ?\n\ntodo , asolutamente todo, haga sus compras en Venezuela , cosas como diablitos , queso fundido , pan , refrescos , agua , medicamentos , chucheria , bolsos de mano , ( canaimas , vip y todo l que ha dado el gobierno . con nuestros reales pueden sacarlos ) que no se las vean los guardias por que se las intentaran quitar , pero ellos no tienen derecho de hacerlo ,   recuerden que los guardias de toda venezuela tienen muchisima necesidad aunado a su complejo de superioridad y su falta de honor y conciencia estos haran lo que sea para despojarl de sus vienes . los dolares y prendas de oro llevenlas en lugares donde sean dificiles de llegar a simple vista . de ante man le digo que son tantas las personas que se estan yend del pais que los guardias estan revisando por encimita , igual trate de no llamar la atencion , n se ponga cosas estrafalarias, lleve buen aspecto pero  no exagere .que no puede llevar ? no lleve carnes ni pollo , menos pescado , ni esas csas que las abuelas y madres siempre mandan a familiares com queso de mano o pescao salao . no invente por que en colombia le botan todo . \n\n6 ¿los guias o asesores ?( en su mayoría lacras intentando hacer negocio con usted ) \n\ndesde que usted esta en un aeropuerto o un terminal terrestre en venezuela y te ven con las maletas o bolsos y per aun te ven vestido como si fueses a un partido de la vinotinto ( no haga eso , le estas diciendo a los malandros que estan pancita para ser robado y que llevas dolares y demás )   se le van a presentar un millones de personas diciéndole que ellos representan s la empresa omega , jm , transportes suramericanos , siglo 21 y mil empresas mas . como le dije en el punto 4 APRENDA A DECIR NO , la mayoría de estos carajos quieren embaucarlos , la prueba fehaciente soy yo que escribo este articulo varado desde un terminal el guayaquil después de haber pasado penurias por las promesas incumplidas de un guía de la empresa transportes suramericanos y sus choferes , ofrecen villas y castillos y naaa . creame haga sus cosas por su lado , asesorese con gente que ya haya hecho el viaje \n\n7 .por escala o directo ? \n\ndepende . si quiere ahorrar tiempo hagalo directo si quiere ahorrar dinero hagalo por escala ( mi opinión muy personal es que hay que tener suerte en ambos casos ya que yo me fui directo de Cúcuta a lima y pague 220 dolares y psss una cagada de viaje , me he retrasado tanto como el que se fue por escala por creer en uno de los tantos charleros ) haga sus cosas a su manera siga su instinto y compare lo que ofrece cada empresa ( empresa , no asesores ) \n\n8 . la documentación . \n\nal llegar a san Antonio no le pare bola a nadie . agarre para la aduana que esta a dos cuadras de donde lo dejan los buses que lo traen de san Antonio ( muévase en bus ) es mas seguro y económico . mosca con los asesores en san Cristóbal incluso tienen camisas y carnet falsos y le ofrecen de todo . mosca. aja se va caminandito compre las estampillas que lempiden como impuesto para el sellado cuestan 3000 bs y llene una planillita eso debe estar en el pasaporte pase directamente a la taquilla de impuesto y se va a hacernos cola del sellado 1 es la cola del impuesto que eso es sumamente rápido la otra esnla cola del sellado de salida de Venezuela que es mamarra e cola tenga paciencia y cuidado ahí sera donde le caerán como animales los asesores de viaje diga que usted se queda en Cúcuta y ya . selle y se va al puente allí también debe hacer una cola en estos momentos se hace larga por el gentío saliendo . vayase temprano . trate de llevar una maleta y su bolso de mano . sera súper incómodo el viaje si lleva bolsas , maletica , maleta , chamarra y demás . necesita el pasaporte hábil mosca con que le falte 6 meses para vencerse porque no saldrá de venezuela , en otros países le piden una tarjetabandina si tienes el pasaporte con menos de 6 meses a vencimiento ( esa tarjeta se saca ahí mismo en las inmigraciones de esos países ) los que tengan niño todo en regla , no hay piedad en ningún lado . todo legal .\n\n9 ¿  hace frío ?\n\nsi , si hace frío sobre todo en rumichaca frontera ecuador colombia , además los buses llevan aire ( el que sirva ) \n\n10 . ¿ cuanto necesito para salir de Venezuela ?\n\neso depende de tu necesidad . afuera es caro , y cada dolar nos cuesta la vida , reúna lomas que pueda . y metase en la mente que usted viene de la guerra y va a guerrear !!  el bus normalmente esta entre 210$ a 230$ directo Cúcuta lima ... \n\nojo , muchas otras personas tuvieron mejores experiencias que la mía , otros tuvieron peores experiencias , asesorese lo mas que pueda , mientras mas informado este , mas probabilidad de éxito tendrá . si hay gente buena , yo fui un beneficiado de una jornada de entrega de bolsas de utensilios y comida que entregaron unos en hermanos ecuatorianos a la mayoría de los venezolanos en el terminal . y por ultimo aprenda a ser una mejor persona , deje lo malo en Venezuela , demos ejemplo de que somos grandes y educados , que no vamos a ser un problema en otro país sino una solución , un aleado un contribuyente . siempre recuerde que esta tragedia que vive Venezuela terminara y mañana recordaremos que hicimos por el país que nos acogió !!! \n\npara mas información me pueden seguir en Instagram y twitter y escribirme al privado  @ermorochocarlos o escribirme al correo [email protected] \n\nDios les bendiga , viva Venezuela",

I work doing a bit of everything, although right now I'm in charge of a shoe shop called JUMP, recognized nationally in Venezuela\nAs I had already told you, among the things I like is music:\n\nAnd, who does not like music?
