When the words applied into a method and practise in school, it would be another positive thing called by contribution. So, in contributing those words into such a method, we must picked the best one, whereas it will effect toward students in positive. Such as the word **Appreciation**. Yup, the word mean so much toward student mentality as it will help them more confidence and motivated.\n\nSo, how can be such word stated into a method! Thats not hard topics, as we always try to keep discuss and learn it. For instance, lets discuss it as the following below.\n\n### What and How to express! (Appreciation)\n\nEvery individuals has different resources which is occurrd when they needed. Such as when teacher tries to teach in various unique method or technique. This is a proof that all of us have different taste in all part we planned. That was great, my little one! You did it!*\n\nTelling a short and simple words toward students based on their prestation/succeed/etc. was the good ideas as the mean we honor them. They will think that their talent are worth to increase/enhanced/practised caused their teacher cared about it.\n\n#### 2. **Giving a Small Prizes**\n\nGiving something as a prizes also play important roles as it will make your students mood boost up! Well, just choose a small prizes one, even a pieces of candy or an ice cream. This mean as our care toward their movement.\n\n#### 3. **Ask Them To Story Telling**\n\nYup, its not always the prizes and honored became as the appreciation. Ask them to tell their successful story and you listen it well also comes as the appreciation, as it will made them more focused on their achievement.\n\n#### 4. **Tell Them A Good Motivation Related Their Achievement**\n\nYup, linked the story related to your students successful moment. Let say when they win the event on the match competition, just try to make them.more motivated by the other true story which is similar to theirs. This will make them more learn based on your story and theirs.\n\n#### 5. **Give The Real Trophy for The Real Winner**\n\nAs the first picture within the article shown that the trophy given to one of students in his/her graduation. Tell them this is not the end through your gift, it could be the trophy, or something similar to. The important is make them motivated based on your effort toward their motivation, especially in educational world.\n\n#### So, The Affects Toward Students is...\n\nBased on the whole explanation above, it is so simple, isn't it! Yup! To say a words is true but to do it is a challenge! Oly the true **Teachers** will make their students realized that the educational or learning is long live activities.\n\nThe affects brought by the appreciation you (teacher) made will support students motivation, especially in their mental educated. They will see thriugh your effort seriously, and they will think that their achievement are worth to enhance by continuing to the next steps or make another positive contribution.\n\nMotivation is mental system.toward students mind. They will see/do everything in different style based on motivation gained.
