body	Si hay un conflicto que haya generado controversia en toda la historia, este es la guerra de Vietnam. Para muchos expertos, ha sido la guerra más cruel de toda la historia, debido principalmente a las numerosas violaciones de los derechos humanos, fomentadas y ocultadas por ambos bandos (Vietnam del Norte, aliados comunistas y Vietnam del Sur, aliados capitalistas). No menos importantes fueron las bajas derivadas de dicho enfrentamiento, estimadas oficialmente entre 1 y 5,5 millones de personas. El factor clave fue la difusión de el mismo: fue el primer acontecimiento bélico que los reporteros de guerra pudieron documentar sin limitaciones (el día a día del conflicto y el sufrimiento de la población civil). Sin duda fue un gran impulso para que la sociedad estadounidense ejerciera presión para terminar con el cruento enfrentamiento, que se había convertido en un enfrentamiento personal entre las dos superpotencias, EEUU y la URSS. Más allá de eso, la guerra de vietnam fue más brutal que las demás por más razones: 1-Las constantes violaciones de los derechos humanos: los soldados actuaban con total impunidad. Cuando invadían un poblado, mataban y violaban de forma sistemática a toda la población autóctona. No les importaba que fuesen niños o ancianos, hombres o mujeres, soldados o civiles. Para muchos expertos, ha sido la guerra más cruel de toda la historia, debido principalmente a las numerosas violaciones de los derechos humanos, fomentadas y ocultadas por ambos bandos (Vietnam del Norte, aliados comunistas y Vietnam del Sur, aliados capitalistas). No menos importantes fueron las bajas derivadas de dicho enfrentamiento, estimadas oficialmente entre 1 y 5,5 millones de personas. El factor clave fue la difusión de el mismo: fue el primer acontecimiento bélico que los reporteros de guerra pudieron documentar sin limitaciones (el día a día del conflicto y el sufrimiento de la población civil). Sus propiedades sedantes también pueden ser utilizadas como calmante para combatir el estrés. 3-La manzanilla también ayuda a reducir los niveles de colesterol, pues al contener la vitamina colina favorece la eliminación de las grasas de la sangre. 4-Gracias a sus propiedades antiinflamatorias y antisépticas, la manzanilla es una hierba muy buena para curar infecciones oculares como la conjuntivitis, orzuelos, ojos cansados, miopía ect. También es ideal para reducir los dolores articulares y utilizarla como enjuague bucal para aliviar dolores de muelas o curar las llagas de la boca. 5-También ayuda al cuidado de la piel y el cabello, puesto que ayudan a eliminar las impurezas de la piel y a tratar las irritaciones.
