Sentiment for Nucleus (NCL) is at an all-time low and trading well below its ICO price. Any major changes would destroy the little remaining, if any “confidence” that investors have in Jordan’s project.\n\nThe ICO ended early December, and the website didn’t even launch until March. So really, not much time has passed. We also wanted to give Jordan time to develop his “business” and have investors come to the realization that it is a scam by themselves.\n\nWhen Bitconnect reached the front page on CoinMarketCap, no amount of warnings stopped the gullible from pouring their money in. Us “warning” the group early would have the same effect. But now that time has passed, and the group has experienced first-hand the direction this project is heading, we believe people will be more receptive to our thoughts today.\n\nEnough history, let’s get straight to the scams.\n\nOnly 2.59% of the ICO Funds Are Being Traded in the Account\n\nThere is very little money actually being traded in his MyFXBOOK account. Only 2.59% of the total ICO funds to be exact. Transparency is a double-edged sword. We apologize that it may be confusing, but that’s only because Jordan is not transparent in the exact amounts. We as creators, still had to dig for this information. Nucleus (NCL) is a Waves CAT (Custom Application Token) and cannot be locked in smart contracts like ERC-20 tokens from Ethereum can. All 24,000,000 NCL were created at once, from the beginning. This is what the distribution should look like:\n\n(67%) 16,080,000 NCL “Jordan’s allocation”\n\n( 33%) 7,920,000 NCL “public allocation”\n\nOut the door, Jordan controls 67% of the total supply. But it gets worse, much much worse.\n\nOriginally, there was the Pre-ICO that we already established sold 3,600,000 NCL for $1,872,750 USD. This reduces the remaining public allocation down to 4,320,000 NCL available, while Jordan still controls his share of 16,080,000 NCL.\n\nWhat Jordan did next was cancel the ICO and burn the remaining 4,320,000 NCL public allocation that was supposed to be sold. Remember, Jordan still has complete control of his 16,080,000 NCL share. It’s now the investors that hold much less of the supply. Instead of investors holding 7,920,000 NCL like originally planned, they now only hold 3,600,000 NCL!\n\nWe believe this point went over many people’s heads because they erroneously assume that all token burnings are a good thing. No. Jordan has made tracking the amounts deliberately confusing by using odd numbers, but we can still deduce the supply with some simple math:\n\n4,929,792 NCL (burned tokens) — 4,320,000 NCL (remaining public allocation) = 609,792 NCL bonus tokens\n\nOnly a maximum of (33%) 7,920,000 NCL can be allocated to the public.\n\n4,929,792 NCL (burned tokens) + 3,000,000 NCL (original pre-ico amount before bonuses) = 7,929,792 NCL which puts us above our alloted distribution limit of (33%) 7,920,000 NCL\n\nThus, the 609,792 NCL were indeed a bonus that came from Jordan’s allocation. We must recalculate the supply to include the 4,929,792 NCL token burn and bonus tokens:\n\n16,080,000 NCL (Jordan’s original allocation) — 609,792 NCL (bonus tokens) = 15,470,208 NCL\n\n15,470,208 NCL (81.12%) [Jordan]\n+ \n 3,600,000 NCL (18.88%) [Public]\n________________________\n19,070,208 NCL (100%) [New Total and Current Supply After Burn]\n\nAnd then (sorry) it gets even more confusing because Jordan also ran a “bounty”program where if you sign-up a friend to get scammed as well, you’ll get a bonus for it. This rounds the supply to about 4,000,000 NCL available to the public. The crowdsale ended with NCL at a price of 0.6375 USD each.\n\n240,000 NCL x 0.6375 USD = 153,000 USD\n\nIt costs 1 WAVES to create a token on the Waves platform. The Nucleus (NCL) token was created on November 16th 2018, and the WAVES token price was $5.07 USD on that day:\n\nWhy Jordan requires $152,994.93 USD in direct profits to cover the Nucleus (NCL) “tokensale” cost of $5.07 USD is a mystery.\n\nJordan Claims That His Tokens Are “Locked”\n\nDo not believe for a second when Jordan tells you his Nucleus (NCL) tokens are locked. If somebody made their own version of a Bitcoin wallet, or a website backup of MyEtherWallet, would you trust them?\n\nAnybody who wants to access “staking” or “lending” to the “Bitcoin Growth Bot” must sign up to Jordan’s website and provide a photo of their passport, as well as a selfie of themselves before doing so.\n\nUsers literally must sign-up in order to be scammed. “Staking” is fake. As we said, Nucleus (NCL) is a CAT (Custom Application Token) on the Waves platform and cannot be staked.What Jordan is doing is giving investors daily “air drops” from his massive supply of tokens.\n\nFurther, upon signing up, users also must use the designated Waves wallet that is assigned to them by Jordan. This is a trap. The private keys are created directly on Jordan’s website and you can’t trust that he does not have access to everybody’s wallets.
