| body | Learning basic TA (technical analysis) is one of the most important things any investor should do. There are a lot of people on social media saying that TA is out the window, as a result of this Bitcoin correction. However, this is untrue; as there were a couple of indicators showing something was not right. Here are two indicators that I had charted on the Bitcoin chart in Tradingview. Lower Highs Finding lower highs on a pattern is simple, just draw straight lines connecting the tops. This view is the 4 hour Bitcoin chart. As you can see the picture shows the lines slopping downward from 1 to 3 (lower highs). This is an indicator of a downward move. I actually thought a breakout was coming as line 3 seems to shows an upward move and retest. However, the patient thing would have been to wait until line 2 was cleared or at least retested . Descending Wedge Descending wedges and triangle patterns have a deeper science to them. For the most part descending wedges tend to break out. This descending wedge on the 2 hour chart was a fake out. This means it broke out of the pattern, making it look like an upward move was coming; but then dumped down. I actually saw this pattern breakout but did not follow through to see the pattern play out. Clearly there was at least a 6 hours to get out of the trade before the pattern broke below the wedge. I will admit I did not act upon these indicators because I just thought the market could not go any lower. It goes to show that we all make simple mistakes and as emotional beings we tend to ignore what is right in front of us. It is clear from this experience that TA did not fail, as many claim. |

| title | Crypto Hustle: Free Crypto Sign up only |
| body | In the 2017 crypto bull run, there were many alt coins that went parabolic. At that time the main way to get into new coins, was to buy ICO’s (Initial coin offerings). Many investors hustled with ICO’s and airdrops by flipping them when they increased in value. Ever since the market has been more regulated, as a result there are many free crypto offers that are worth obtaining. The following crypto are free and only require you to sign up for them: Bitcoin Black One of the biggest mistakes I made starting in crypto, was to not pursue airdrops of Bitcoin. There is much debate as to the validity of many Bitcoin clones (airdrops/hard forks), despite this many “Bitcoin clones” have been monetarily successful. It is possible that BTC Black will be one of the successful clones, as it promises to have no transaction fees. All you have to do is sign up and generate a wallet address to receive your free airdrop. [https://bitcoin.black/#a_aid=5e61ab93309e4](url) Initiative Q This is an offer by ex- paypal workers that are trying to create a new payment system. They payout in a currency called “Q”. This is an invite only offer that can payout as much 104,190 Q coins, depending on the amount of people you invite; among other tasks. If you invite others you must verify them before they can receive their coins and use their account. I will verify users with my initiative Q link. [https://initiativeq.com/invite/HMsZnKCsX](url) Pi This is requires a phone to download the app. They have a lot of information on their app along with a built in chat capability; so that you can talk to other users. Unlike the other two offerings, this does not have an initial payout. In order to receive the Pi coins you have to mine the coins in the phone app and you can invite others to increase your mining power. This easy to do as the app runs in the background with claims of not affecting your phones performance. You can use my invite link to get access to the Pi app. [https://minepi.com/jperez1123](url) Getting free crypto coins in the easiest way to get into crypto, without risking your wealth. "body": "In the 2017 crypto bull run, there were many alt coins that went parabolic. At that time the main way to get into new coins, was to buy ICO’s (Initial coin offerings). Many investors hustled with ICO’s and airdrops by flipping them when they increased in value. Ever since the market has been more regulated, as a result there are many free crypto offers that are worth obtaining. The following crypto are free and only require you to sign up for them:\n\nBitcoin Black\n\nOne of the biggest mistakes I made starting in crypto, was to not pursue airdrops of Bitcoin. There is much debate as to the validity of many Bitcoin clones (airdrops/hard forks), despite this many “Bitcoin clones” have been monetarily successful. It is possible that BTC Black will be one of the successful clones, as it promises to have no transaction fees. All you have to do is sign up and generate a wallet address to receive your free airdrop.\n[https://bitcoin.black/#a_aid=5e61ab93309e4](url)\n \nInitiative Q\n\nThis is an offer by ex- paypal workers that are trying to create a new payment system. They payout in a currency called “Q”. This is an invite only offer that can payout as much 104,190 Q coins, depending on the amount of people you invite; among other tasks. If you invite others you must verify them before they can receive their coins and use their account. I will verify users with my initiative Q link.\n[https://initiativeq.com/invite/HMsZnKCsX](url)\n\nPi\n\nThis is requires a phone to download the app. They have a lot of information on their app along with a built in chat capability; so that you can talk to other users. Unlike the other two offerings, this does not have an initial payout. In order to receive the Pi coins you have to mine the coins in the phone app and you can invite others to increase your mining power. This easy to do as the app runs in the background with claims of not affecting your phones performance. | title | Top Crypto Exchanges |
| body | Trading crypto in restrictive states like New York can be annoying. Many exchanges wont even let you see the sign up page. There are three crypto currency exchanges that you should consider, especially if you live in restrictive states in the US: 1. Gemini Gemini exchange is the first crypto exchange I used (living in NYC). Since it is based in New York, it made me feel safe, in case I had any issues. This exchange started off with only having bitcoin, but since then it has expanded to offer coins that I refer to as mid coins. The best aspect of Gemini is that funds that you initiate a deposit for, are immediately available. Gemini credits your account the funds to purchase crypto, but you cannot withdraw or transfer out the equivalent amount; until your transfer has cleared. This is great if you need to get into crypto fast. Another great aspect of Gemini, is that during the bull market of 2017 and bear market of 2018, many exchanges were “down for maintenance” during key pumps and dumps; Gemini was one of the few where you could access your funds during these key moments. Make sure you ask for the active trader interface instead of the default one, this required you to email customer support when it first came out. 2. Binance Binance exchange is a great exchange that has an established reputation, and is my favorite to buy/trade alt coins. They are a foreign exchange that started off in China but moved its servers out after a government crackdown on crypto currencies. Their “advance” trading interface is my favorite out of any exchange I have used. The great thing about Binance is that you can trade with a basic account, without ID verification. This is great if you don't want to give out too much information to various exchanges, in case of hacks. It also offers a refferal link (referral ID: PHSFDYCJ) so that you can get a discount on trading fees and make a commission off of trades. They have also added many services like margin trading and buying crypto with credit cards. It is the most trusted foreign exchange, but it should be noted that there is some uncertainty since it has created a separate US site; after launching margin trading. I was unable to login into Binance when the US site was introduced; but as of February 2020 I have been able to access my account without access to the margin trading. 3. Coinbase Coinbase exchange is possibly the most well known exchange in the US for new crypto investors. It doesn't have the lowest fees but I have found that is necessary to have a Coinbase account if you live in crypto restrictive states in the US. In 2018, I was kicked out of Bittrex exchange and was unable to access Binance; simply for being a New Yorker. Even though Binance launched a seperate US site I was unable to access it because I lived in New York. Although I have access to my funds now it definitely was a learning experience. Coinbase does offer more coins than Gemini, which gives people in restrictive states some access to a limited choice of alt coins. It is important to create a Coinbase account soon because it can take nearly 2 weeks to get your account verified. This is very annoying just like having to shift funds between the regular Coinbase website and the Coinbase pro tradingwebsite. Always keep in mind that if you don't hold the private keys to your wallets, you don't really own the coins. The safest place to hold crypto is in wallets where you own the private keys too. However, many people leave their coins in exchanges for convenience; for this reason it is important to use exchanges that are reliable and well known. If you are in restrictive crypto states make sure you have both a Gemini and Coinbase account. .png) |

Gemini credits your account the funds to purchase crypto, but you cannot withdraw or transfer out the equivalent amount; until your transfer has cleared. This is great if you need to get into crypto fast.\nAnother great aspect of Gemini, is that during the bull market of 2017 and bear market of 2018, many exchanges were “down for maintenance” during key pumps and dumps; Gemini was one of the few where you could access your funds during these key moments. Make sure you ask for the active trader interface instead of the default one, this required you to email customer support when it first came out. \n\n2. Binance\n\nBinance exchange is a great exchange that has an established reputation, and is my favorite to buy/trade alt coins. They are a foreign exchange that started off in China but moved its servers out after a government crackdown on crypto currencies. Their “advance” trading interface is my favorite out of any exchange I have used. \nThe great thing about Binance is that you can trade with a basic account, without ID verification. This is great if you don't want to give out too much information to various exchanges, in case of hacks. It also offers a refferal link (referral ID: PHSFDYCJ) so that you can get a discount on trading fees and make a commission off of trades. \nThey have also added many services like margin trading and buying crypto with credit cards. It is the most trusted foreign exchange, but it should be noted that there is some uncertainty since it has created a separate US site; after launching margin trading. I was unable to login into Binance when the US site was introduced; but as of February 2020 I have been able to access my account without access to the margin trading. \n3. Coinbase\nCoinbase exchange is possibly the most well known exchange in the US for new crypto investors. \nCoinbase does offer more coins than Gemini, which gives people in restrictive states some access to a limited choice of alt coins. It is important to create a Coinbase account soon because it can take nearly 2 weeks to get your account verified. This is very annoying just like having to shift funds between the regular Coinbase website and the Coinbase pro tradingwebsite. \n\nAlways keep in mind that if you don't hold the private keys to your wallets, you don't really own the coins. The safest place to hold crypto is in wallets where you own the private keys too. However, many people leave their coins in exchanges for convenience; for this reason it is important to use exchanges that are reliable and well known. If you are in restrictive crypto states make sure you have both a Gemini and Coinbase account. \n\n\n.png)",

| body | Explaining crypto currencies to people that have no concept of it, can be quite the task. The average potential investor does not care about the technicals or white papers. All people really want is the bottom line. When dealing with noobs, I like to separate crypto currencies into 3 categories: 1. Bitcoin (Main coin) Bitcoin is its own category. I like to think of Bitcoin as the Gucci of the crypto world. It is the most recognized brand, and many non crypto investors only know bitcoin. They do not recognize the vastness of the space. If any coin ever catches up to bitcoin I would classify them as main coins. Bitcoin is the safest place to park your wealth in the crypto space, since it has the highest liquidity and is the trend setter in the market. If you are a longterm investor that just wants to park their wealth, this is the safest option. Bitcoin is seen as being digital gold. In the future bitcoin is speculated to be used for high price tag purchases, in the million and billion dollar range. 2. Mid coins Coins that are more established than alts coins but not as popular as bitcoin, I categorize as being mid coins. There are many coins that can fit in this category but for simplicities sake, I consider any coin that is on Gemini exchange a mid coin, with the addition of ethereum classic. So basically litecoin, Zcash, bitcoin cash, ethereum and ethereum classic. These coins move in unison with bitcoin most of the time. I personally only trade mid coins and dont have any bitcoin. The reason for this is that mid coins can be more profitable than bitcoin on the way up. Example, if bitcoin goes up 3% they can go up 10%. If you are more of an active trader, I feel it is more beneficial to trade mid coins. This obviously comes with more risk, as there is no guarantee that mid coins will even survive. Litecoin is the most popular mid coin, and is seen as being digital silver. It is believed that whichever mid coins survive will be used for medium price tag purchase in the thousands to hundred thousand dollar range. 3. Alt coins True alt coins, are everything else. They are often referred to as “sh*t coins.” They carry the most risk and have a high degree of uncertainty. While alt coins can pump over a 1000% during alt season, they can also drop in value fast. This category is filled with scams. To get a grasp of this you can look at failed alt coins. It is believed that which ever alt coin survives, will be used for regular everyday transactions, equivalent to pocket change and small notes ($1,2,5,10,20,50 and 100 dollar notes). We can only speculate if crypto currencies will go mainstream and replace fiat currencies. It is clear that the financial system is not what it seems. It is up to the individual to seek out real knowledge on state of the economy and how to preserve their wealth. |

| title | Best Bank Account for Crypto |
| body | An important step to any serious investing in crypto currencies, is to have a checking account. A checking account is necessary to link your bank account to a crypto exchange, and start purchasing crypto. While there are many ways to enter the crypto space with fiat, short of you buying crypto from a private seller you know (which the government may frown upon); other alternatives may have high premiums. As of 2020, many checking accounts today require a minimum daily balance of $1,500 which makes it difficult to invest if you don’t have a lot of disposable wealth. My first bank account was in Bank of America, the service was great; but I ended up closing my checking and savings account. It made no sense to leave a huge portion of my wealth in a checking account and savings account that gave me a couple of cents in interest a year. The reality is that “modern” banking has little upside incentives. In my opinion you can make more gains investing in crypto currencies during a bull market, than having your wealth sit in a bank. My second banking experience was in Capital One, again the experience was positive, but they didn’t have all the services I hoped to take advantage of. The positive side is they are one of the few places that offer a free checking account, with their 360 checking. This led me to TD bank. TD has a range of service that may be useful for any prospective crypto investor. Their services range from a $100 checking account to personal loans. If you are a new crypto investor or a current investor that wants to free up $1,400 from a high minimum checking account, I would consider TD bank. |

| title | Crypto Security tips for Noobs |
| body | If you are thinking about entering the crypto space, the first thing you should consider is security. There are many free simple steps you can take as preventive measures, to ensure your investments are safe. Prior to investing in crypto, I laid out a simple security plan: Tip #1 Use sites like coin market cap and world coin index to find the official websites for cryptocurrencies and exchanges. During the bull market of 2017, there were many horror stories of people loosing their crypto, after google searching the website of exchanges; and logging in to fake websites that looked real. Make sure to bookmark your exchanges and official crypto websites after looking them up. Tip #2 Learn about the different types of crypto wallets. There are many free articles describing the different types of crypto wallets. If you have a printer at home, consider printing a couple of paper wallets to have for an emergency. Tip #3 In order to add a layer of protection, I created a separate email address that I use exclusively for banking and crypto. Two free email hosts that I found center on privacy, are protonmail and unseen Tip #4 Having a notebook to write down your passwords, private keys and seed phrases, for your crypto wallets is important, so you can recover your accounts; if you loose access in an emergency. Saving this information on your device can be risky if your device is compromised. I write down information of my essential (official desktop wallets) crypto accounts. Tip #5 I have a couple of micro SD cards that came with electronics and SD cards from a digital camera I no longer use, since most picture taking is done with phones today. I put these leftover cards to use by using them to back up information, ranging crypto wallet accounts that are not essential (third party wallets) to tax document pdfs. I prefer to use SD cards as they are easier to hide and I find they fail less often than usb drives. I always carry one of these backups if I am expecting to be far away from home. Tip #6 When I started crypto I was very paranoid about my computer being compromised. In order to protect from this, I learned how to partition my hard drive. My main partition was windows, and my second partition was Linux. I used my Linux partition for crypto, as the Linux operating system is considered to be more secure than other operating systems. Linux operating systems are free for personal use. There are many free youtube videos on partitions and installing Linux. If you dont want to learn Linux I would at least install a second partition of the OS you are familiar with. Being paranoid of your crypto security is a good thing. It is better to be safe than sorry. |

| body | Hello, I wanted to introduce my new blog to everyone. Easy Experience Blog will give you the easy experience on a range of topics. As cryptocurrencies become more mainstream, there are many new investors that are in need of information. I will share my experience of being a crypto trader in NYC, which can be one of the most restricted places to trade crypto. If you can make it here you can make it anywhere. I hope to provide valuable insight to potential enthusiasts. easyexperience.blog |
