| body | Korol Spice Delight dressing (K. O'Neill 3-11) is an original concoction created on a whim when I was craving a lettuce based salad last night with dinner. My sister (from another mister), who is also an amazing home cook, gave me the name for this recipe. I love sharing my recipes with family and friends, but would like to continue to extend my love for cooking to all looking for simple home made recipes that are as healthy as they are delicious. I do hope to add more as I go along. The number one go-to mayonnaise based dressing known to the United States is Ranch. It's quite delicious when added to anything in general if you ask me. The only problem is shelf stable dressings can have GMOs, preservatives, and other ingredients our natural chemistry and diets may not allow. So it is probably best to stick with making these dressings at home for you and your family to enjoy. [](https://postimg.org/image/tb0jchhor/) Ingredients: mayonnaise (greek yogurt substitute) lemon juice garlic paste adobo water parsley oregano salt and pepper Directions: Spoon in 1 or 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise or greek yogurt into a large bowl the salad will go into. Wisk in filtered water slowly until you get the consistency you would like. Then add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1/3 teaspoon of garlic paste, adobo, parsley, and just a small pinch of oregano. You don't want too much oregano as it will over power the other flavors and would lend a less desirable type of pungent flavor profile. Add in salt and black pepper to taste. Wisk and/or mix thoroughly. That is your dressing for one serving if you're looking to refrigerate for later use. If you're using it right away, add your lettuce and other fixens into the salad and mix it all into the dressing before serving. "body": "Korol Spice Delight dressing (K. I do hope to add more as I go along.\n\nThe number one go-to mayonnaise based dressing known to the United States is Ranch. It's quite delicious when added to anything in general if you ask me. The only problem is shelf stable dressings can have GMOs, preservatives, and other ingredients our natural chemistry and diets may not allow. So it is probably best to stick with making these dressings at home for you and your family to enjoy. \n\n[](https://postimg.org/image/tb0jchhor/)\n\n\n\nIngredients:\n\nmayonnaise (greek yogurt substitute)\nlemon juice\ngarlic paste\nadobo\nwater\nparsley \noregano \nsalt and pepper\n\nDirections:\nSpoon in 1 or 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise or greek yogurt into a large bowl the salad will go into. If you're using it right away, add your lettuce and other fixens into the salad and mix it all into the dressing before serving.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nResources:\nFacebook, Korol Spice Delight Dressing, March 11, 2018, Karen O'Neill https://www.facebook.com/karen.khaos.7?fref=ufi&pnref=story",

| body | Grandiose perception of self and potential for success: Outside of the potential for delusions of grandure lies within a dark void of insecurity. This is the place the narcissist becomes their own sabateur. Most don't realize this about themselves which can lead others who are involved with them or work beneath them toward a destructive path if they don't see the warning signs. Essentially, this person is completely deaf to their own inner voice and inner wisdom. They may come across as wise or at the very least intelligent as a part of their initial charm they show their employees, clients, and customers. For example with an employee: The narcissist will create drama and become his or her own sabateur. The this pathological type combs over details much more than once and quite unnecessarily. The reiterrations can show in the paper work the employee will need to handle, the duties they perform, and the way they are ordered to communicate with customers. If the customers are regular, they know how things go and reiterrations are not needed, but the narcissist will demand these reiterrations are to be done with each transaction or point of communication as if by a verbatum script. If you were ever a customer of a company whose employees were forced to behave this way, you can immediately feel the creepy vibration it gives off. If it's done through paper work or other means of reporting at the end of a shift, you'll notice how much later you stay at work long after you have clocked out filling out the reiterrations than your friend who works with a different company within the same industry. It is nerve wracking, but it's even moreso for the narcissist if he or she points out "mistakes" that don't actually make a difference...or at least they will have you believe. Then comes the meeting based on how you screwed up takes place an hour before you start your shift (which you're not being paid for). You're not only being berrated. The narcissist uses fancy words that aren't even considered your typical jargon as if to be enacting a screen play that expresses how they view themselves while talking with you. Instead of saying, "This is where you made the mistake.", you will hear a dramatic, "This is where the bottom line of the company ends and we end up with no jobs!" The narcissist becomes this dramatic and exaggerates the importance of a small, meaningless thing purposely to get your emotions to raise at a high level. This isn't a good thing. By the middle of your shift, your heart is pounding heavier and faster than normal, your blood pressure may rise, you might start to sweat a lot or feel extremely drained. You think something to perk you up is the answer, but the real problem is how this "boss" completely got under your skin - and the narcissist is very skilled at doing this. It is solely done to intimidate you into doing exactly as they said. There is no room for suggestions, other ways of doing things, nothing! You're barely allowed to speak. People like this believe intimidation is the absolute gospel to getting their employees to do as they said. More times than not, employees perform much more poorly under these conditions. The narcissist is disappointed yet elated that their supply (you, the employee) is responding to their emotional manipulations. Customers and clients will notice the difference. They notice it in the horrible service they receive, the mistakes made with their payments, and possibly through seeing your condition as a result of how you're treated daily. It's no wonder this narcissistic pathology in such a person is afraid they will lose their bottom line and potentially their company due to attrition. It will happen. So it's best to line up another job as soon as you can and walk out gracefully. Any customer or client with compassion may not stick around long enough for you to keep this awful job anyway. [](https://postimg.org/image/kkpmisjjf/) Sense of entitlement: The overt narcissist may openly admit what they believe they're entitled to and this is a dead giveaway they will not succeed. Their grandiose perception of potential destruction (as outlined in the first section explains this, but they also have a grandiose perception of their "greatness" as leaders. The tendency to over-estimate oneself or a risk assessment tends to paint such a person as a scam artist at best as a result. The optimist who is not a narcissist, but a nieve beginner, may have these tendencies as well. They hope for the best, but never prepare for the worst as they are big believers and dreamers. The narcissist, however, is aware of the worst case scenarios, but may disregard them in the interest of making money. This is their sole focus as they believe they are entitled to monetary gain for not putting in the necessary leg work to run a business. I have read posts on facebook from such people stating things like, "You don't need to put in any effort. Just get them to open their wallets to you." What a disasterous way of thinking. People don't appreciate being exploited or used in the interest of this person's self gain. Even if they don't say things like this outright, the vibe from such a person can be picked up on over time. Do their actions show you how much they care about solving people's problems? Are they mostly focused on brushing up on their skills so they can better serve others? If the presence of this is not there, you might be looking at someone who feels entitled to everything for doing nothing. Some narcissists here will go so far as to over-charge their customers for what they offer. They may even fail to deliver a completed project by a deadline that was outlined in a written contract signed by both parties. The worst part of this is when the narc pushes to sue the client for payment when they fail to admit they did not complete a project by the due date. Anyone else would willingly admit and even apologize for not meeting the deadline. Not the narcissist. They don't care about the incomplete or sub par work they had done. To them, they're entitled to your money and expect you to open your wallet to them. Stinginess: If you read about the profit margins of medium to large sized companies not paying employees a fair, livable share, it becomes obvious the CEO is quite selfish and trains management to be just as selfish. We're living in a day and age to where firing a boss is not unheard of and is becoming more common place. As mentioned in the second section, an element of entitlement does play a roll in how a company manages their bookkeeping. Budgeting for everything outside of paying employees is normal. What is not normal is having the ability to cover everything, your own salary, and still not providing employees or affiliates a livable income. Advertising companies play a huge roll in this type of narcissism by racking in the dough from advertisers and paying website users under their "partner program" next to nothing for signing over their rights to the content they produce for the website. It is quite disappointing to an artist or self employed person of skill when they're being exploited in this way. Inability to meet deadlines: Most people like this choose professions that ask little of them as it may seem on the outside. Industries and niched industries that fall into the arts or design work tend to be quite attractive to the narcissist as they falsely believe there will be very little demanded of them outside of the perfection they demand of themselves. What they don't realize is there are actually deadlines to meet when garnering a wider audience or making the right connections needed to run this type of business. You'll notice a pattern with them when they go from photography to modeling to videography to painting to sculpturing to the next thing within a short span of five years. We all understand it takes at least five years and perhaps more to master just one skill and have it take off. It takes dedication, hard work, networking, studying, a ton of research, and patience to get to a successful place in just one area alone. As all of this is going on, there are so many deadlines to meet from post production times all the way to meetings. Yes, you literally have to change out of your pajamas into a decent outfit to meet with people to get things to take off. Rocking brand names isn't necessary either unless you're being sponsored somehow (a note for the overdoer). This type of laziness attached with stinginess and entitlement show this person does not care about the work they do, because they refuse to do what it takes to get to the next level. From honoring contracts all the way down to the pair of shoes that match the outfit you're wearing to meet with someone includes a deadline - and all of these deadlines must be met without complaints. |

| body | This sounds a lot like my desire to be connected to facebook and having it run in the background like some admin task. I thought how rude it would be to remain disconnected or to not finish having that random conversation with my friend I haven't spoken with in quite some time. Then I remind myself that my bills need to be paid, I have two cats and an elderly parent to take care of, and there is always the option of catching up for an hour over skype or the phone. I literally got myself to the point where I can take five full days away from the app and not feel bad at all about it. My friends, colleagues, clients, and family all know how to contact me and I can continue being more productive with my time. It always helps to surround yourself with people who understand you and the changes you're looking to make. If you find it hard to disconnect yourself, cut off your wifi services for a time until you readjust yourself. I did and it's going really well. |

| body | The point of this article is to give you a glimpse into the world of the "disconnected" mobile roamer. I'll be talking about the pros, the cons, the challenges we sometimes face, and ways you can make a working nook out of the places you visit. There is always something to take away from this interesting experience. [](https://postimg.org/image/dik5toxf9/) One of the biggest benefits of being a mobile worker is you're not tied to one place. Changing the space you work in can bring you sources of inspiration. From the decor and atmosphere to the unique exchanges you have with others you meet along the way, you begin to develop in a new, unexpected direction - and this just may be the thing you need to produce content that is original. It's original, because it's coming from your experience you're sharing this with the world. I would mention a spend to saving ratio, but each scenario is different and cannot be generalized. Simple engagements with your experiences add value to your life. It can be a conversation you had with someone, observing others, or going inward and paying attention to how you respond to the stimulation around you. How does it all make you feel? What are you thinking in the moments that catch your attention? Is the negative or positive experience conducive to your work? A bonus I need to mention is you build up your confidence as a professional when you focus on this. If your experiences don't add value to the work you do, you may need to continue on your search for the right places to stop by. Do not in anyway allow one experience with one particular thing or person ruin the prospect of making one location a mobile spot to work in. Your search may become longer than what is needed and now you're just sabotaging yourself or being a little arrogant (if I dare to say so). Keep records of what you spend (if you spend anything) throughout the duration of your work day(s). You need to keep accurate accounting and this will be a reflection of your spending to earning ratio. Always take a hard, realistic look at it. Have you earned enough this week to spend a small 10%? If not, you may be at a loss for securing a place to work. That is, unless, you're willing to spend your days working in local public libraries or other public spaces that don't require you to purchase anything. Always consider the question, "Is the negative or positive experience conducive to your work?" This spot may not charge you anything, but are you stimulated enough to create? If so, go with working at that free spot. If not, admit to yourself that the best is never for free. It may seem like I just created an endless cycle there. The truth is, you need to determine what works best for you and the type of work you do or the type of work you're doing on that day. The challenge here is allowing enough room for creativity while figuring out which type of work you're doing on a particular day. Now that you figured out where you're working and when, are you focused? I'll create a realistic scenario. You normally would go to a local cafe to take in the beautiful atmosphere and this inspires writing that pertains to the subject matter this place renders from you. So you would deligate this task to this type of day accordingly. It can be any day of the week as a variable. You suddenly get an urge to shoot short video clips to edit into a final production. So you shoot and save them to a file. What happens now? The ideal thing would be to "push the file aside" to sift through later and continue writing about your subject matter until you are finished. This is ideal, because you complete your work and revisit those clips you shot when you're in the necessary mind frame ("the zone") to derive a final piece from. This may happen on the same day or another day depending on how long your stay is welcome. That part depends on your networking efforts. I would never in good conscious cite a challenge without offering a solution and this comes to mind so easily. Now that you have figured out where you're working, when, and which project you will tackle on the day you're working, it's time to make this place or these places your "home". I promise if you are considerate enough to not allow yourself to become a dust bunny in the corner that can't be swept out, the businesses you conduct your work in will appreciate your business in return. That general rule of buying a beverage every hour will never go out of style. Note that I didn't leave it to coffee as the only choice. You may even decide to take some work to the barber, salon, or spa. Cafes and restaurants aren't the only places you can work. The goal is to be comfortable where you are while demonstrating that you are a good customer. In your mind, this place is a comfortable nook and it should be ...for you. At the same time, you're not exactly at home and the innovative idea of working in a shared space is just way too expensive (Kearny Point, 2017). You're not trying to feel or be pushed out. What you're doing on the outside/at face value is showing the business and its staff that you are a preferred, friendly customer. This will always guarentee you a seat and essentially your nook. Quick tip: Mention to the manager or owner that their place of business will be referenced or featured in your work as free publicity when appropriate in your content. This opens more doors to more places that bring out more in you and the business you visit do benefit from it when the effort is authentic. By keeping things content appropriate this tells management or the owner that any mentions will be positive - and why wouldn't they be? You do plan to return. Know that being a mobile worker offers so much more than sitting in your home office looking at the same four walls and possibly facing stalemate as a result of lacking inspiration. Since you are networking while making yourself comfortable in as many places you would like to work in, the possibilities are endless here. Just make sure your adapter is always working and your devices are up to par. Bolstering up your hardware and software security in anticipation of some severe issues is always a bonus while on public networks. Bringing a pair of headphones will help you to stay focused when you're first starting off. Researching a few concerns and being proactive rather than reactive will save you a lot of headaches. You don't have to be Ms. or Mr. "perfect" in the eyes of the public. You're just walking into a place as a customer, but do keep the aforementioned key things mentioned here in mind. You will go much further than you think. Allow others' opinions of you being a mobile worker be opinions. Again, are they conducive to your work? Hit the enter button and go to the next paragraph on that sentiment. Being a mobile worker isn't only necessary, it's also enjoyable when you remain focused. If you haven't attempted going mobile with your work, why is that? If you are currently a mobile worker, what have your experiences been? If you are in a situation that forces you to become a mobile worker, has your confidence in yourself risen yet? If so or not so, why? Share your comments with me as I read them all and lets have a discussion. Always consider the question, \"Is the negative or positive experience conducive to your work?\" This spot may not charge you anything, but are you stimulated enough to create? If so, go with working at that free spot. If not, admit to yourself that the best is never for free. It may seem like I just created an endless cycle there. The truth is, you need to determine what works best for you and the type of work you do or the type of work you're doing on that day. \n\nThe challenge here is allowing enough room for creativity while figuring out which type of work you're doing on a particular day. The ideal thing would be to \"push the file aside\" to sift through later and continue writing about your subject matter until you are finished. This is ideal, because you complete your work and revisit those clips you shot when you're in the necessary mind frame (\"the zone\") to derive a final piece from. This may happen on the same day or another day depending on how long your stay is welcome. That part depends on your networking efforts. I would never in good conscious cite a challenge without offering a solution and this comes to mind so easily. \n\nNow that you have figured out where you're working, when, and which project you will tackle on the day you're working, it's time to make this place or these places your \"home\". \n\nQuick tip: Mention to the manager or owner that their place of business will be referenced or featured in your work as free publicity when appropriate in your content. This opens more doors to more places that bring out more in you and the business you visit do benefit from it when the effort is authentic. By keeping things content appropriate this tells management or the owner that any mentions will be positive - and why wouldn't they be? You do plan to return.\n\nKnow that being a mobile worker offers so much more than sitting in your home office looking at the same four walls and possibly facing stalemate as a result of lacking inspiration. You don't have to be Ms. or Mr. \"perfect\" in the eyes of the public. \n\nIf you haven't attempted going mobile with your work, why is that? If you are currently a mobile worker, what have your experiences been? If you are in a situation that forces you to become a mobile worker, has your confidence in yourself risen yet? If so or not so, why? Share your comments with me as I read them all and lets have a discussion.\n\n\nReferences: Kearny Point, Hugo Neu Realty Management, 2017 http://www.kearnypoint.com/coworking/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=G%7CKP%7CLocal%7CNB%7CCoworking%7CBMM&utm_term=coworking&utm_content=Phrase&matchtype=p&network=g&device=c&adposition=1t1&keyword=coworking",

| body | Have you been feeling a desire to do something different? Maybe break away from the monotony of mundane life? Did you want to take the time to get to know yourself on a different level or tap into your creativity more? Despite what you may think as a workaholic, there is plenty of time to do this. You just need a little nudge in the right direction. Most of us who are actually self employed are high achievers. We spend so much time perfecting ourselves, improving ourselves, learning and improving on skills we find desirable to the industry we're in, critiquing ourselves...it never stops. Sometimes we need to admit to ourselves our efforts are done in vein or to put a viel over some of the real problems we're afraid to tackle. These problems usually come in the form of creative block, burn out, negative self talk, sleepless nights, poor diet, lack of nutrients, no social life, high stress, depression, and a hermited lifestyle in the extreme cases. I think you can admit this is at least slightly unhealthy and it's your one way ticket to working yourself to the grave. The problem is we think that when we are not busy enough, we are not achieving enough and that cannot be farther from the truth. Editor's note: There are a great number of people who are unemployed that claim they are self employed just to say face. I'm always watching people who mark their occupation solely as "self employed" to see if their productivity matches their claim. Making such a false claim throws off the integrity of reported economic statistics (which is another article). Some of the popular things that have been said to spring these feelings on are, "If you find for one minute you doubt what you're doing, you should stop immediately." I believe this is said by competitors who see your burn out and fatigue phase brought on by overworking. Understand that they do feed on this. Another buzz phrase I see all over social media is, "When you're passionate about what you're doing, you don't work a day in your life." While this is true, it targets or can be a trigger of high stress and depression. Yes it does sound funny doesn't it? How can something that makes you so happy make you so miserable? It's simple. You're overworking! It can also be that you're critiquing yourself to a point of negative self talk, and by this, the critiquing had become excessive. Another one I see a lot is, "You don't need to know everything. Just jump in!" Why, so you can pick up the pieces when I fail my venture? This is another smooth talking phrase spoken by competitors who are literally trying to crush you. Realize most of the things said on social media or are directly advised are only meant for showing off or misguiding you. It's merely an illusion built on the interest of feeding the person's ego who is spreading these messages. One can only hope they have little interest in abiding the legal aspects of business or are willfully ignorant. Looking at this from the stance of recognizing your competitors, realize that you just did. Listen very closely to what is being said and proactively understand the intention behind these things. By taking a few minutes out to do this, you have eliminated senseless suffering and falling prey to overworking. Think of it this way. When you fall prey, you're spending more time on damage control than you are actually building. The results are usually that you fold and lose your business. This is what happens when you cut corners and believe that somehow everything is set up for you. Oh it is set up for you, but not to succeed. Again, you're dealing with competitors. Nipping this in the bud and becoming more thorough in your work and how you approach your work will save you more time than you think. Then you can begin to enjoy what you do and your free time more. You'll finally be able to know what it's like to have free time. Most people who work the traditional nine to five typically see two days off per week and may get a week or two off for vacation annually. Have you seen this time off recently or in this year? The way they spend their time varies as we know and will see on their facebook posts. I say good for them and I'm happy they know how to live outside of work. If you're still with me I have some great ideas to help both you and I balance ourselves out and get back to knowing what it is to live. You're not looking at a typical bulleted list. Instead I would like to address some things and help us to turn ourselves around with the ideas I have: - Don't go cold turkey! Yes it's tempting to set up a 90 day challenge taking at least one entire day off. While some may succeed with this, nothing in this world has a size that fits all. I'll use the example of an artist or person in the creative services field (who are all notorious for overworking). Instead of taking a full day off, try tackling only one task. Then take the rest of the day off to tend to your home, spend time with family, tapping into your spirituality, or doing something you enjoy. Choose a Saturday or Sunday as a "part time" day. When you're ready, you can turn that into two days. Imagine yourself at that destination you have been wanting to visit. You will thank yourself for this later on. - Commune with nature as much as you can. There are botanical gardens available in urban areas. So there is no excuse here! Get your butt outside and learn how to commune with all that is not human in this world. You would be amazed at how alive and refreshed you feel. If the inner workaholic creeps up here, take a camera, a book, or notepad with you. That will allow you to get some productivity in while experiencing the beauty this planet has to offer. - Visit a restaurant you have never been to. You know that menu that was left in your mailbox you put aside thinking how wonderful it would be to order from there? Have a glance at it and don't reach for the phone. Nope! I said put that phone down now! Visit it instead and take in the atmosphere of the place. You can even observe how they run their business, and if you're into psychology on any level, observing the dynamics between the staff can be a fun thing to do while trying out that dish you have been eyeing. If you're into asthetics, breathe in the visual of the wares the restaurant uses to serve your food in with your eyes. Isn't it beautiful? It certainly tops the boring experience of eating out of a take out container. I'm sure you saved up plenty of those anyway. If you're the more gregareous, networking type, strike up a conversation with the server. Yes they're busy, but there is always something to take away from a conversation that lasted a few minutes. It may just inspire you. - Visit a cafe without bringing any of your devices. Yes! You need to unplug to restore the neurons in your brain cells. I'm aware of how challenging this one is. If you don't have the intention of meeting anyone new or making new friends, you can take a non-digital hobby with you that you enjoy. Some of them can be drawing, writing, knitting, or observing life. See? That wasn't so bad and you're doing something you enjoy while taking time off from work. If someone approaches you to engage in conversation, be polite and join in it. Making new friends lifts your spirit and lets you know you're still human. Besides, meeting new people by chance is one of the best things about being alive. The randomness of it may also bring about an impromptu event which is always fun! You may end up getting out more with this person you met given you have common interests. I have no words for how beautiful and amazing that is. - As you're reading this, I kept in mind to save the biggest for last. Put down the vices! It can be wine, beer, hard alcohol, or gambling as an example. The affiliate programs attached to gambling platforms are only there to tighten the shackles you're wearing. You don't need them. You're not a factory worker shackled to your work only to abuse substances when you're "freed", then facing the same cycle over and over. Visiting this place cyclically takes away from your focus and your life overall. All of these things are called thieves for good reason. As I'm writing this, being my only task I'm doing on this sunny Sunday, I'm more productive and focused due to ignoring my vice. I have been able to enjoy my weekend and I feel so much happier for it. I'm present, focused, and I'm living out my purpose. Repeat this to yourself as much as you need to as a good mantra when you return from your very long break from working. "I'm present, focused, and I'm living out my purpose." This is much better than the self critiquing and negative self talk. You're slowly getting rid of this and replacing it with a healthy and true mantra. The beautiful thing about this mantra is you can recite it in your mind as you're spending time with family and getting things accomplished around the house. Feel the guilt of not working at the moment slip away as you stay in the moment - as you live in the moment. It feels good, doesn't it? You're only a few steps away from taking better care of yourself and finding your happiness. Follow me and look for more posts of my articles pertaining to personal wellness. If you find you're struggling in any area this article talks about, I urge you to share with me what it is by leaving a comment. "body": "Have you been feeling a desire to do something different? Maybe break away from the monotony of mundane life? Did you want to take the time to get to know yourself on a different level or tap into your creativity more? Despite what you may think as a workaholic, there is plenty of time to do this. You just need a little nudge in the right direction.\n\nMost of us who are actually self employed are high achievers. \n\nEditor's note: There are a great number of people who are unemployed that claim they are self employed just to say face. I'm always watching people who mark their occupation solely as \"self employed\" to see if their productivity matches their claim. Making such a false claim throws off the integrity of reported economic statistics (which is another article). \n\nSome of the popular things that have been said to spring these feelings on are, \"If you find for one minute you doubt what you're doing, you should stop immediately.\" I believe this is said by competitors who see your burn out and fatigue phase brought on by overworking. Understand that they do feed on this. Another buzz phrase I see all over social media is, \"When you're passionate about what you're doing, you don't work a day in your life.\" While this is true, it targets or can be a trigger of high stress and depression. Yes it does sound funny doesn't it? How can something that makes you so happy make you so miserable? It's simple. You're overworking! It can also be that you're critiquing yourself to a point of negative self talk, and by this, the critiquing had become excessive. Another one I see a lot is, \"You don't need to know everything. Just jump in!\" Why, so you can pick up the pieces when I fail my venture? This is another smooth talking phrase spoken by competitors who are literally trying to crush you. Realize most of the things said on social media or are directly advised are only meant for showing off or misguiding you. It's merely an illusion built on the interest of feeding the person's ego who is spreading these messages. One can only hope they have little interest in abiding the legal aspects of business or are willfully ignorant. \n\nLooking at this from the stance of recognizing your competitors, realize that you just did. Listen very closely to what is being said and proactively understand the intention behind these things. | body | My version of American Stir Fry can easily be taken for a Philipino dish. However, there is a chance I can be wrong as I know nothing about classic Philipino recipes. I'm an American who loves cooking dishes from different cultures. Everything I try and love, I like to bring home with me so I can enjoy it any time I want without having to pick up the phone or go onto Uber Eats to order food. This is one of those experimentation dishes I wanted to create that pulls together flavors into a fusion that knows no label. I had a lot of fun making this. Cook the rice portion first... [](https://postimg.org/image/6hhtvfemf/) 2 bags of Success brand rice 1 cube of beef stock Dollar General brand Soul Food seasoning Parsley Butter salt & pepper Tip: drain the rice while it is al dente to get rid of the starch and to proceed to add flavor to it. Re-add water and continue to boil on low, then add everything else on low heat. Let it cook for fifteen minutes. Turn heat off and let sit. The rice should soak everything up. Stir Fry Portion [](https://postimg.org/image/9cux2cns7/) 1 thin steak cut into strips 1/2 red bell pepper 1/2 green bell pepper 1/4 or 1/2 yellow onion Dollar General brand Soul Food seasoning garlic paste Salt & pepper Goya Sazonador Total (Perfect seasoning) Onion powder Tip: As with any stir fry you need a large cooking pan. After you mix seasonings in with canola oil, cover with a glass lid that has a small hole in it to allow steam out. This will ensure your meat is cooked well done and remains tender while all ingredients soak up the flavors added. This creates a nice "juice" like kind of sauce to drizzle over your bed of rice. If the oil starts to evaporate, add more and add more seasoning to make more sauce. |

"body": "My version of American Stir Fry can easily be taken for a Philipino dish.
