      "body": "Yesterday was an enlightening day. Scrolling through the usual list of Social Media feeds a Particular advertisement stood out to me. \"Articoolo\" a website with the bold tagline. \"Create Unique Content in a flash!\" and I was like What? Really? \nMy head after a long day of work had so many uses too this I could think of, specially in content driven websites like steam it, this service could be a literal goldmine. I was like \"Imagine if this would let me write down essays for uni with a single click!\" that would be something. So to kindle my geekish excitement I clicked away and signed up. You new new technology always get me hype. I just love companies trying wacky new ideas , I like it even more when those ideas might have a substantial impact on my output lol. \nSo how exactly does this new exciting algorithm work. Well this is what the homepage of the website looks like. \nhttps://preview.ibb.co/gJx8Oa/Screen_Shot_2017_09_09_at_11_32_23.png\nIt was missing a few things I expected to see, Like a FREE trial . Usually when I see new technology I like a free trial just to get a taste of the new service. But that wasn't the case here.  This made me wonder , \"Maybe the Devs are very confident in their algorithm . Because a look at their pricing chart unveiled some pretty steep prices (for a technology that claimed to do something very new). \nhttps://preview.ibb.co/hrdJpF/Screen_Shot_2017_09_09_at_11_39_31.png  \nNow I'm not a believer of the notion that anything more expensive is  exponentially  better. But I had to try it out. \nI had to find out if Articoolo was my golden ticket to unlimited article creation. In this day an age where, machine learning is at an all new high. Where most customer service queries are directly address by AI , I had to know what this technology was capable of. \nSO I clicked on the create article option. The website provided two options. Create Article and Rewrite article. (Oh rewrite article how you could have helped me 6 months back submitting essays *cough* plagiarised ones with ease lol, instead I had to go down the honest route)  . I went with the create option and in the designated space I typed \"write an article about tea pots\". \nHere was roadblock one. the AI did not understand \"create an article about tea pots\".\nhttps://image.ibb.co/eKGJOa/Screen_Shot_2017_09_07_at_18_10_38.png\nThey wanted a more slimline input between two and five words.       "body": "My wonderful girlfriend does not have the easiest jobs. \nTo add to that she has anxiety problems and it is her first job.\nI know a lot of people say ' anyone can work at McDonalds' but honestly it can be a very draining experience , because of how many people she has to work with and serve everyday. This coupled with her anxiety can lead to her getting very stressed at work. She works very hard. If someone gives me a funny look I find it easy to brush it off, but when you are anxious even the smallest funny look by a manager or a customer can be hurtful. Which is always why I believe we should be polite to employees at fast food joints. Because of all this and because we have a running joke that she's as tender as a little chicken. I draw her little artworks to make her feel happy at work. The time its her as a Power Ranger  fighting those heavy work hours.       "body": "This story does not have a happy ending. As a matter of fact, it does not really have an ending, because, 'it's not over yet'.\nEveryone goes through phases.\nFor me it was from the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) loving, curious to find out whats in the cereal box waiting, Pokemon the first taste at anime experiencing, Child Phase to\nThe Sum 41 and Simple Plan listening, attempting to grow hair long and wristband wearing, emojis culture embracing Teenager Phase.\nTo the experimenting on how to dress in society, learning how to be more patient and having too many dreams that sadly did not fit into my university schedule phase.\nWhile the above mentioned are broad overviews, and I like many others have tried to invent and reinvent myself many times. There was something that I did not mention in the above paragraphs, plainly because I think this one needs a line or more of its one. Because, as much as you change and grow you carry a few qualities with you, and you're pretty proud of them. In my case, it was my undying love for computers. I remember the first time my dad brought home a gray looking box and all its accessories home. It was placed in his office and to me, at that time a 15' screen for a desktop looked huge! I remember how the Cpu beeped if I kept hitting the space bar too often. Maybe just maybe it was Dexter's laboratory. But I had this really weird fear of being sucked into the monitor and being forced to live in there for all eternity if I opened the wrong program. So I'd launch some program, that I had no idea about and run behind the chair.\nThen that kid grew up a little bit, started learning the ropes of the mighty windows 98. learned to disk part and install the operating system all by himself. And I found myself spending more time with the same device I thought id get eternally trapped in. Maybe I did, just not in the same way I thought I did.\n\n(I am very new to this platform and rather than reading a thousand tutorials and effective ways to use steemit, I wanted to give its users something to think, or maybe smile about. So I thought I'd write, maybe document my life into various little posts, So I guess this is a little intro. The great part about being a nerd is, you find ways to make things around you work, you fix things for people and we do silly little things that look magical to a larger community. So this is my story the little tech adventures I went on, the things I made, the lessons I learned and what I earned from it.)",
