El mercado venezolano por efecto inflacionario, reducción en el otorgamiento de divisas extranjeras para la importación de materia prima y/o productos terminados, ley contra ilícitos cambiarios, etc., actúan como una camisa de fuerza limitando sistemáticamente el crecimiento económico empresarial. Es por eso que las criptomonedas se mostraron como una alternativa para saltarse el cerco económico impuesto a los comerciantes, ya que las políticas económicas implementadas hasta el momento han sido fallidas.\n\nNo fue sino hasta finales del 2017, que por decreto presidencial se crea la primera criptomoneda del gobierno venezolano \"EL PETRO\" y con ella los diferentes departamentos de estado encargados de regular las actividades con criptoactivos (Observatorio del Blockchain, Superintendencia Nacional de Criptoactivos, Superintendencia de Servicios de Certificación Electrónica).       "body": "Once again for our crytpo community, the Smartcash cryptocurrency team in Puerto Ordaz recently travel to the El CRISTO in La Paragua, town 180 kilometers south of the capital of the Bolivar State. Recent health problems have emerged due to lack of good medical care, diseases like malaria, dengue fever, dysentery have strike many habitants of this village (adults and children). Bolivar to meet with the group of students that volunteer to help with the day care, alongside with professors of the department of parasitology of the Universidad de Oriente and members of the ONCOAMIGOS group. Our team has developed a plan to finance 6 community projects throughout the state of Bolivar in Venezuela. We came in contact with several organizations and universities and asked them to present to us projects for the community they have created, and after several reviews we choose the project presented by the <a href=\"http://www.udo.edu.ve/\">Universidad de Oriente</a> and its Medical Faculty students &amp; professors. About two years ago, this field works stopped due to budget cutbacks from the department, and the country's economy took a toll on the university. Last month we gave them the good news that their project was selected for funding and everything was set in motion. The budget presented cover all the basic needs transportation, food and beverages, work material and the potential prescribed drugs for the people with diseases found. <a href=\"https://www.google.com/maps/@8.0645506,-63.5034168,17z\">Los Baez</a> is a small community south of the capital of the Bolivar State and is where the field work took place.       "body": "As part of our project for creating awareness for <a href=\"http://bit.ly/smartcashcc\">Smartcash Cryptocurrency</a> in Venezuela. Our team has developed a plan to finance 6 community projects throughout the state of Bolivar in Venezuela. We came in contact with several organizations and universities and asked them to present to us projects for the community they have created, and after several reviews we choose the project presented by the <a href=\"http://www.udo.edu.ve/\">Universidad de Oriente</a> and its Medical Faculty students &amp; professors. This project did not only cope with our budget, but it also provided the students opportunity to perform field work, and to help professors of the microbiology and parasitology department to carry out their lines of investigation. &nbsp;\n\n![bannerNB1.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmWmpuvkrYqdXLwSrnjcCSXUXH8dDqMSVBK27Fv2f1rE4o/bannerNB1.jpg)\n\n The department of microbiology and parasitology of the Universidad de Oriente, for the past decade, carried out this field works without interruption <a href=\"https://www.facebook.com/dPear.83/videos/10150347790655429/?hc_ref=ARQ_mAn3NxKqW0HciEu6hlQCfn9C5wDMT9D3D9tFl4rMUdPX5I9RmZh624M_e3OxH7Q\">every semester</a>. About two years ago, this field works stopped due to budget cutbacks from the department, and the country's economy took a toll on the university. Last month we gave them the good news that their project was selected for funding and everything was set in motion. The budget presented cover all the basic needs transportation, food and beverages, work material and the potential prescribed drugs for the people with diseases found. <a href=\"https://www.google.com/maps/@8.0645506,-63.5034168,17z\">Los Baez</a> is a small community south of the capital of the Bolivar State and is where the field work took place.
