      "body": "Mountains, waterfalls, and the sea – if you can combine these into one single day, it becomes a trip to remember forever. A few days ago, a group of us set out for such an adventure in **Mirsharai**, a beautiful upazila in the Chattogram district. After recharging ourselves, we headed straight toward the **Sohosrodhara Trail**, known for its winding paths through dense green forests and refreshing freshwater streams.\n\nWalking through the peaceful nature trails and crossing mini-waterfalls along the way, we eventually reached the main **Sohosrodhara Waterfall**. The cool water and the natural beauty took away all our tiredness.       "body": "কিশোর গ্যাংয়ের দৌরাত্ম্য বর্তমানে একটি গুরুতর সামাজিক সমস্যা হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে। উঠতি বয়সী ছেলে-মেয়েরা, বিশেষ করে নবম-দশম শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীরা, নানা কারণে এসব গ্যাংয়ে জড়িয়ে পড়ছে। এর পেছনে মূলত পারিবারিক অবহেলা, সামাজিক অবক্ষয়, আধুনিক প্রযুক্তির অপব্যবহার, মাদকাসক্তি, এবং সঠিক দিকনির্দেশনার অভাব কাজ করে। এই গত কালকে রাতের ঘটনাই উল্লেখ্য করা যায় । রাতে তারাবির নামাজ শেষ করে হোটেলে যাচ্ছি খাওয়ার জন্য এমন সময় রাস্তার অপর পাশে দেখি বিশ পচিশ জনের একটা জটলা। তাদের মধ্যে দুই একজনের মধ্যে হাতাহাতি চলছে ।মুহুর্তেই তা রুপ নিলো রক্তক্ষয়ি মারামারিতে । ধাওয়া পাল্টা ধাওয়া । একজনকে ধরে মারতে মারতে নাক মুখ ফাটিয়ে রক্তাক্ত করে দিলো । কি এক ভয়াবহ অবস্থা। \n\n![lofi-8340331.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmWof5iYbniV2D7y9TeZ4AZ9oE1KjgDHt17fNPimvBH1PN/lofi-8340331.jpg)\n[picture sourch: pixabay.com](https://pixabay.com/illustrations/lofi-sunset-clouds-cloudy-squad-8340331/)\nকিশোর গ্যাং থেকে উত্তরণের নানা পথ আছে তার মধ্যে আমি মনেকরি পারিবারিক নিয়মতান্ত্রিকতা সবচেয়ে বেশি কার্যকর এ ধরনের উঠতি বয়সি ছেলে মেয়েদের নিয়ন্ত্রন করার জন্য। পারিবারিক সচেতনাতার অভাবে, ছেলে মেয়ে কোথায় যাচ্ছে কার সাথে মিশতেছে এগুলা খোজ না রাখার কারনে কিশোর গ্যাং তৌরি হচ্ছে। যার যার সন্তানকে সেই সেই যদি কন্ট্রোল করতে না পারে তাহলে আমি মনে করি আর কেউ কন্ট্রোল করতে পারবেনা। \n\n**কিশোর গ্যাং থেকে উত্তরনের আরো কিছু কার্যকরি উপাই হচ্ছে>>>>:-**\n\n✅ পারিবারিক সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি\nবাবা-মা এবং অভিভাবকদের উচিত সন্তানদের সাথে বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা।\nসন্তানদের গতিবিধি সম্পর্কে খোঁজ রাখা এবং তাদের প্রয়োজনীয় সময় দেওয়া।\nনৈতিক শিক্ষার মাধ্যমে তাদের ভালো-মন্দের পার্থক্য বোঝানো।\n\n✅ শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানের ভূমিকা\n\nস্কুল-কলেজে নৈতিক শিক্ষা ও সচেতনতামূলক কর্মসূচির আয়োজন করা।\nশিক্ষার্থীদের খেলাধুলা, সাংস্কৃতিক ও সৃজনশীল কার্যক্রমে সম্পৃক্ত করা।\nসন্দেহজনক আচরণ দেখলে শিক্ষকদের দ্রুত অভিভাবকদের জানানোর ব্যবস্থা করা।\n\n✅ আইনশৃঙ্খলা রক্ষাকারী বাহিনীর কার্যক্রম\n\nএলাকায় কিশোর অপরাধ প্রতিরোধে পুলিশের নজরদারি বাড়ানো।\nঅপরাধী কিশোরদের শুধুমাত্র শাস্তি নয়, পুনর্বাসনের ব্যবস্থা করা।\nসাইবার অপরাধ ও অনলাইন গ্যাং কালচার রোধে কঠোর ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া।\n\n✅ সমাজের দায়িত্ব\n\nস্থানীয় পর্যায়ে যুব সংগঠন ও সচেতনতামূলক কর্মসূচি পরিচালনা করা।\nমাদক, সন্ত্রাস ও অপরাধ থেকে দূরে রাখতে সমাজের সকল স্তরের মানুষকে এগিয়ে আসা।\nসমাজের নেতৃস্থানীয় ব্যক্তিদের উচিত কিশোরদের জন্য ইতিবাচক রোল মডেল হওয়া।\nএভাবে সম্মিলিত উদ্যোগ নিলে কিশোর গ্যাংয়ের সমস্যা থেকে উত্তরণ সম্ভব। তোমার চারপাশে এমন কিছু দেখলে সচেতন হও এবং অন্যদের সচেতন করো।",

Riding a four-wheel-drive jeep, commonly known as a \"Chander Gari,\" we ventured through the winding mountain roads. The breathtaking beauty of **Dim Hill** left us spellbound. The sunlight dancing on the lush green mountains made the experience even more mesmerizing.  \n\nUpon reaching Thanchi, we secured the necessary permissions from the local administration and then began a boat ride along the **Remakri River**. This part of the journey was thrilling, with towering green hills flanking both sides of the crystal-clear river. The trail tested our endurance but rewarded us with stunning vistas at every turn. As evening descended, we finally reached the **Nafakhum Para** (village near Nafakhum). There, we settled into a pre-arranged hill-tribe cottage for the night.  \n*<blockquote>রেমাক্রি পৌঁছে নৌকা থেকে নেমে শুরু হয় ট্রেকিং। পাহাড়ি উঁচু-নিচু রাস্তা ধরে প্রায় দুই ঘণ্টার পথ। যেতে যেতে সন্ধ্যা নামে, আর আমরা পৌঁছে যাই নাফাখুম পাড়াতে। আগে থেকেই ঠিক করা পাহাড়ি কটেজে আমরা রাতের জন্য আশ্রয় নিই।</blockquote>*\n#### A Starry Night at Nafakhum  \n\nDinner was simple yet delightful, featuring steaming hot rice and locally prepared curries. Afterward, we gathered near the **Nafakhum Waterfall** for a campfire. The sky above was adorned with countless stars, creating a magical atmosphere. The chilly mountain air, the warmth of the fire, and the sound of the gushing waterfall made the night unforgettable.  \n*<blockquote>রাতের খাবারে ছিল গরম ভাত আর স্থানীয় রান্না করা সুস্বাদু তরকারি। এরপর সবাই মিলে নাফাখুম জলপ্রপাতের পাশে বসে ক্যাম্পফায়ার করি। আকাশে ছিল অসংখ্য তারার মেলা। পাহাড়ি পরিবেশ, ঠান্ডা বাতাস আর ক্যাম্পফায়ারের উষ্ণতা এক অনন্য অভিজ্ঞতা এনে দেয়।</blockquote>*\n\n#### Morning Bliss at Nafakhum  \n\nWe woke up early the next morning to a hearty breakfast of steaming khichuri (a rice and lentil dish) and fried eggs. After exploring the nearby village, we soaked in the serene beauty of the surroundings. It was a journey into the heart of nature, a moment of unity with the wilderness, and an immersion into the simplicity of hill-tribe life.       "body": "Today wasn’t the best day for me. My mind felt heavy, and nothing seemed to cheer me up. That’s when I decided to step out for a change of scenery. I visited a flower nursery located on the footpath near my house. As soon as I got there, the sweet fragrance and vibrant colors of the flowers began to lift my mood. *<blockquote>আজকের দিনটা মোটেও ভালো কাটছিল না। মনটা ভারাক্রান্ত ছিল। এমন সময় ভাবলাম, একটা পরিবর্তন দরকার। তাই বাসার পাশের ফুটপাতে অবস্থিত ফুলের নার্সারিতে গেলাম। সেখানে গিয়েই যেন মনটা হালকা হয়ে গেল। চারপাশে নানা রকম ফুলের সুভাস আর রঙিন সৌন্দর্যে নিমগ্ন হয়ে গেলাম।</blockquote>*\nI’ve always had a soft spot for flowers. Their gentle beauty and fragrance feel like gifts from nature. Spending time amidst the flowers today made me realize how soothing and peaceful nature can be.  \n\nI came across a variety of flowers at the nursery. Some of them deserve a special mention:  \n- **Surfinia**: These flowers, adorned with shades of purple and pink, looked like a painting on nature’s canvas.  \n- **Pentas lanceolata**: The tiny, star-shaped flowers blended perfectly with the green leaves, creating a mesmerizing harmony.  \n- **Barbados lily**: Its reddish hue and intricate patterns completely captured my attention.  \n- **Yellow elder**: The vibrant yellow flowers brightened up the entire nursery, making it even more lively.  \n- **Hibiscus**: The red hibiscus flowers stood out with their elegance and calmness, instantly bringing peace to the mind.  \n\nI captured those beautiful moments with my camera.       "body": "The beauty of mountains, clouds, and the sea evokes a unique sense of emotion that is hard to express in words. On November 26, my two friends and I set out on an adventurous trip to explore such wonders. As the sun set, the beauty of the valley became even more enchanting. We had planned to spend the night in tents atop the hill. The journey from the mountains to the sea was an entirely different kind of adventure. Our main plan for the day was to relax by the turquoise waves of the sea.  \n\nArriving at Cox’s Bazar, the shimmering waves under the sunlight instantly washed away our fatigue. In the evening, sitting by the beach with cups of tea in hand, we reflected on various aspects of our lives.
