He is 24 years old and a native from the north west region of Cameroon . \nThis interview was carried out through a WhatsApp video call because he is not presence now in Bamenda. Today I will like to share with you guys a little part of my work .Many person do not knw their blood type and it not really good new to know  people don’t care to know. Will be telling you the small I know or have understood.\nFirst I cannot be talking of blood type with out talking of blood itself \n\n# what is blood?\n\nBlood is a colored guild in the body  which is red and is made up of 2 main parts liquid and solid\nThe liquid components are water, salts and protein and \nThe solid component are the red blood cells,white blood cells and platelets .\nBlood function in transporting nutrients and oxygen to require cells and waste product away from cells.\nIn human we have 4 main type of blood group or types which are;\nBlood type \n🅰️\nBlood type \n🅱️ \nBlood type \n🆎\nBlood type  \n🅾️ \n\n# Blood type or groups \n\nThis is grouping of blood in human base on the presence or absence of antigens or antibodies on the surface of red blood cells. The 4 main groups I mentioned above each can either be rhesus positive or negative adding another 4 group making it 8\n  \n\nBlood type| Rhesus factor \n--------- | ----------\nA|  Positive \n\nA|  Negative \n--------- | ----------\nB|  Positive \n\nB| Negative \n--------- | ----------\nO| Positive \n  \nO| Negative \n--------- | ----------\n\nThere are many systems used to determine blood group but today I will talk on the ABO blood group system, which is the most common system been used.\nSince each group is unique if a wrong group is transfused to a person it can let to serious health issues even death \n\nGroup A has A antigens on the surface of red cells  with A antibodies in the plasma\n\nGroup B has B antigens and B antibodies \n\nGroup AB has A and B antigens but no antibodies \n\nGroup O those not have antigens on the surface of red cells \nSo  the O group can be used on anyone with the other types of blood group because of it not having any antigens .\n\nThe ABO system is alps do side by side with the Rhesus system.\nThe red blood cells can sometimes have this rhesus protein (antigens) to which maybor may not be presence on all the blood groups making it 8  groups as seen on the table above .\nFor example if someone is sick and need blood transfusions, if the patient is;\n\nA he or she can receive either blood with blood group A or O depending if the patient is negative or positive.\nSame with B can receive  either B or O\nAB  can receive from all  but can give to anyone \nO  which is known as the universal donor  but can receive blood only from another O blood group person.\n\n# Test for blood group \n This method of testing is base on the agglutination formed between anti-Rh-serum and antigens and antibodies from red cells.\nThe test is a simple procedure but the reagent (anti-Rh-serum) is costly so it advice to go see a medical personnel  for you test\n\n# Requirements\n\n *  syringe for blood collection \n*  sterile swap to clean the skin surface \n*  test tube (EDTA)\n* tourniquet\n* anti-Rh-serum(Regent)\n\n\n![702F95F4-23D5-4C73-8C94-E323133C24C2.jpeg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmRzTHzKvUnvANA8V1dtQbkT72eKUbV8CwAKXZFneTbymC/702F95F4-23D5-4C73-8C94-E323133C24C2.jpeg)\n\n* blood group slide\n* mixer\n\n# Procedure \n\nBlood is collected ,placed in a test tube. 4 drops is place on the testing slide each anti Rh serum is added each label with the anti serum placed , it is then mixed to have a uniform solution using a spreader , place the slide on a mixer for some time then you observe for agglutination.\nWhen I talk of agglutination I mean clumpiest of the solution .\n\nIf you  see agglutination in the spot where you place anti Rh serum A and also in the spot of AB the blood group is A\nFor B agglutination is seen in B and AB spots\nFor AB agglutination is in A, B, and AB\nFor O since O those not have antigens , agglutination on the spot where anti Rh serum D is drop is considered as the Rhesus factor.\nSo agglutination at the anti D spot determine if your blood type is Rhesus negative or positive and also determine if your blood is O group.\nSo for example if agglutination is seen on all 4 spot indicate that the blood type is AB Rhesus positive.\n\n\n![F9783DEF-FC0F-4E34-8E55-B77F30A403D3.jpeg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmaytZAXz8WYAU73ScQ82L9JfjY96bYQnLfpcmatVaE8VK/F9783DEF-FC0F-4E34-8E55-B77F30A403D3.jpeg)\n<sup><a href=\"https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736%2806%2969417-8/fulltext//\" title=\"This link will take you away from steemit.com\">Source\"</a></sup></p>\n</blockquote>\n\nThis test is very important not only for blood transfusion also in pregnancy if a  Rhesus  negative women married a Rhesus positive man possible for the child to be Rhesus positive is high so the mother needs to be place on a drug (RhoGAM).\nThis drug help so that the mother’s body don’t form antibodies against the body.\nSo it’s good  to need use blood group. \nThanks for read.\n</div>",

Thanks to the wonderful lectures from @steem4u I will like to start be defining each of this terms in brief by my focus will be on  public chain and its advantages and disadvantages;\n\n***\n# cryptocurrencies\n\nCryptocurrency is a digital currency which is not the physical and it is built on a decentralized platform on a blockchain. Cryptocurrency do not need a third party for transactions . It uses encrypted data  for transaction  on a peer to peer system  . It requires two key for its transactions the public and private keys in which with that them there will be no sent and receiving of any coin . An example of cryptocurrency is the Bitcoin .\n***\n\n# Bitcoin \n\nBitcoin  was invented in the year 2009 and it is the first ever digital coin to exist , it was built by the  Satoshi Nakamoto  which is  it is a decentralized coin on a peer to peer network  . Till day Bitcoin is one of the most used cryptocurrency worldwide .\n\n***\n# What is public chain?\n\nAs the words sounds  public is something out to everyone and chain can be like  connecting things together .so the public  chain in simple words is something out to everyone which are all connected.\nA public chain is just like the decentralized system which is a system in which everybody  has a voice in decision make , power is disturbed equally on the platform  so there is no need for a central power . There is more of transparency in all its  transactions . Even though this system is open to everyone at any time  it is built on a blockchain hence its data is immutable that is can be easily alter by any hacker. All the computers connected in a public chain are all nodes so in order to validate the transaction it most be authorized by each node . Not like in a private chain in which  it has some one who controls the  the center power and all authorize transactions most come from  him or her before the transaction goes through.\nA good and best example of a public chain is the Tron.\nThe tron public chain is a decentralized blockchain system .\nTron gives you total control and ownership of your data that you created, it uses the peer to peer network hence transactions are very secured.Data and storage is not based on a single  or organization .\nIn TRON public chain token assets supply, deployment, and running the DAPP can be done.\n\n# Advantages  and disadvantages  of the public chain \n\nLike any system it thus have its advantages \nand disadvantages too; \n\n***\n# Advantages \n\n* The data in a public chain is immutable hence hacker can’t change or alter anything in it.\n* Transaction is way to easy since everyone has control over his or her data .\n* It runs on a peer to peer  network.\n* There is much transparency in all its activities.\n* Anyone can participate in a public chain worldwide and has equal rights.\n* The system is well secured.\n* It can be use in the public sector .\n\n***\n# Disadvantages \n\n* It requires more time in building this blockchain since it’s open to all .\n* It is too expensive and needs high skill or trained persons to build.\n* Since transactions are way to easy to do crime like money fraud can be carried out in the blockchain \n* It works on the peer to peer network so without the public and private keys  you will not be able to sent or receive coins.\n* Money sent to a worry address can’t be recovered .\n* Wrong decision making is high in a public chain blockchain. \n\n***\nThanks for reading.\n</div>",

In the other hand centralize system is one in which all power and decision making in the hands of the central body so running your business you have to implement the decision of the central body which is not the case with the decentralized system. For example steemit is a decentralize system where you write and post any thing you want at anytime and you have full control of your account and wallet.\nIn a decentralized system each computer operates as a server, all the computers are connected to this system are called nodes\n\n***\n# Advantages of decentralization \nWith the decentralize system it has advantages which are which are;\n\n* In a decentralized system power is transferred from top to bottom meaning all are in control of their data this power transfer is disturbed according to abilities and potential.\n\n* Transparency is very  clear , no fraud can be put in place  .  \n\n* Money transfer and transactions can be  done efficiently and at any time because u don need permission from some where to do any transaction you want like in the bank system where you have to follow protocol before doing a transaction.\n\n* Exchange of information worldwide is possible and very easy and kind of secure.\n\n* Data is protected from hackers and no one can temper with the data store in a decentralized blockchain .\n\n* Trading can be carried out at anytime the trader wants a transaction.\n\n* There is no center authority.\n\n***\n# Disadvantages of decentralization \n\n* Since it is an independent free system , the rate of money crime activities are very  high .\n\n* It is very expensive to set up a decentralized system. It requires more money and very skill persons  and it’s time chopping.\n\n* Once money is transfer, you can’t get it back so in case you sent money to a wrong account that all you have lost the money.\n\n* Wrong decisions  making is very high since you in control of your data  , you might at times make a decision that will lead to unsatisfying consequences at the end of the day.\n\n***\n# In what areas of life can decentralized blockchain be helpful .\n\nThe decentralized blockchain can alway be of help to other areas of life like in health, land revenue,politics and election and in the educational sectors;\n***\n# Health sector \n\nApart from the patient record given as an example in the lectures I think this system can be of much help too in a case of research work since there is no power control  researchers can connect to a blockchain and share idea on their works and get help from others  for example  the case of covid-19 all the big brains working on its vaccine will get to a vaccine in no time because of the data shared among them and there will be transparency no finger pointing at anyone.\n\n***\n#  Politics and election \n\n If decentralization is put in place in this sector, we will have little or no fighting of election results because there will be no room for fraud, all votes will be counted and every citizen can see and it will serve a lot of time for people moving to voting centers  and results will be announced the same day.\n\n***\n# Land revenue \n\n Of this system is implemented in the land revenue sector , it will reduce the level of scamming in that people will not be able to sell what is not theirs.
