I think that some of us will find the right one to invest in and still can make a little extra here and there. I am sure I know how that must be, when we go to our family cottage in Wales its freaking stupid how isolated I felt. Amazing views but had to go to the pub for the toilet. \n\nI'm gonna try to setup a few PCs to mine, ETH is hard because you really need a decent PC. Mining xmr at home and w/ a hash rate of 210h/s that will make $350 a year. But if I can install it on 200 computers then that might make some money. HAHA. If I can get geth to sync on my PC I'm good. I also don't know much but thats why these kinds of communities are so neat to me. You are off in Ireland and I'm here in Hilo and we are talking about things that actually benefit us. I will never know how full of shit I am if I don't learn from others.       "body": "I don't mean walking around town with a rifle or anything, I just meant that I will see guys getting ready to hunt on the side of the road when I'm riding up saddle or even on my street and I live in Hilo. \n\nI don't mean like having your side arm on your hip in a holster or anything. I have only lived here the last 3 years, but my friend here is really into guns so maybe its just the people I'm around. They all hunt and have dogs and such. It just seemed fairly common to me that they keep their tools in the trunk of their car. My buddy on Kauai pretty much always has his rifle in the back of his truck. I was just trying to point out that while our laws suck there are lots of people that actively use their guns as tools. \n\nMy coworker even wears a holster on his hip every day in protest that he can't carry his gun. I wouldn't call what I see as open carry though so I have probably never seen that as well. It just seems like in general people here aren't scared of guns like I've seen in other places. Members of my family won't even enter the house of someone who owns a gun, thats how many in California feel.",

      "body": "I did try mining for a while just out of curiosity, but it really isn't worth it with only my laptop and  my rubbish broadband. One really needs quite a few laptops set up for mining 24/7 to make anything decent. \nI live in an isolated area in Ireland, and my WiFi is affected by weather etc...they are rolling out cables for better broadband here in the rural areas, but it won't be fully set up for a while. \nI am hoping to move to a place with better land and coverage within the next  year or two when hopefully my crypto will pay for it. 😀 I too learned about bitcoin way back when it all started, but stupidly didn't buy in when it was still around $30...... I thought I would wait and see what this virtual money was about. After I bought this place which needed a lot of work I forgot about it for a while. And now......well too late for that, but I do have a few investments, and when I saw the Viva Whitepaper  I was impressed. It too is only still at the beta stage, but I do believe that it will grow exponentially.\nI won't pretend that I fully understand everything about crypto, and there are many currencies that fail, or are even ponzi schemes. Up to now I have been lucky with my choices and am slowly building up a portfolio. Blockchain and crypto are the future. The Fiat bubble will burst.",

      "body": "This one really pisses me off so I really appreciate that you posted this on here. I feel like my rights have been violated. When I got my medical card it was told to me that this information is confidential. I don't own a gun but I really quite like them and I always planned on getting one or three. \n\nShooting guns is fun and we have a ton of pigs and goats to hunt. I can legally grow my cannabis and I should be able to legally own a gun. To me it seems all forms of government at this point are corrupt and as you pointed out Honolulu is no different. \n\nDo you know if I could get in trouble if I try to get my fire arm license knowing I have my medical card? I just want to see if they are able to see that I have a card, per the law that is supposed to be confidential information... \n\nFunny to come across your post as I was wondering if there would be anything about Hawaii on here.",
