Still in beginning stages of posting on Steemit but nevertheless enjoying it. This time I want to make you happy with a recipe. It's a dish called kebbé and has its origin in the Assyrian culture. ## Kebbé Is a delicious dish from the oven made of fine koftelik bulgur with beef tartar. Filled with a mixture of spicy meat and fine-cut vegetables. * Preparation time is quite long: About one hour * Cooking time: 45 minutes * Yield: About 8 people ## Ingredients The ingredients are devided in two parts: Stuffing and Dough ### Stuffing * 1/2 paprika red * 1/2 paprika green * A lot of parsley * 700gr ground beef * Four or five middle-large onions * 1/2 spoon of salt * 1/2 spoon of ground chili * 1/2 spoon of ground coriander * 1/2 spoon of biber salcasi (turkish tomato-pepper paste) * 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper ### Dough * 1kg of fine bulgur (turkish) * 850gr of beef tartar * cold water * 1/2 spoon of salt ## Mixing it up! To make the stuffing do as follows: Cut all the vegetables in small pieces and bake the ground meat and keep it in small and fine pieces just like the vegetable you cut. Let the moist vaporize and add the vegetables to the minced meat. Add the salt en keep mixing it up. During kneading add a little water every once in a while. Still in beginning stages of posting on Steemit but nevertheless enjoying it. This time I want to make you happy with a recipe. It's a dish called kebbé and has its origin in the Assyrian culture. ## Kebbé Is a delicious dish from the oven made of fine koftelik bulgur with beef tartar. Filled with a mixture of spicy meat and fine-cut vegetables. * Preparation time is quite long: About one hour * Cooking time: 45 minutes * Yield: About 8 people ## Ingredients The ingredients are devided in two parts: Stuffing and Dough ### Stuffing * 1/2 paprika red * 1/2 paprika green * A lot of parsley * 700gr ground beef * Four or five middle-large onions * 1/2 spoon of salt * 1/2 spoon of ground chili * 1/2 spoon of ground coriander * 1/2 spoon of biber salcasi (turkish tomato-pepper paste) * 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper ### Dough * 1kg of fine bulgur (turkish) * 850gr of beef tartar * cold water * 1/2 spoon of salt ## Mixing it up! To make the stuffing do as follows: Cut all the vegetables in small pieces and bake the ground meat and keep it in small and fine pieces just like the vegetable you cut. Let the moist vaporize and add the vegetables to the minced meat. Still in beginning stages of posting on Steemit but nevertheless enjoying it. This time I want to make you happy with a recipe. It's a dish called kebbé and has its origin in the Assyrian culture.\n\n## Kebbé\nIs a delicious dish from the oven made of fine koftelik bulgur with beef  tartar. Filled with a mixture of spicy meat and fine-cut vegetables.\n\n* Preparation time is quite long: About one hour\n* Cooking time: 45 minutes\n* Yield: About 8 people\n\n## Ingredients\nThe ingredients are devided in two parts: Stuffing and Dough\n### Stuffing\n* 1/2 paprika red\n* 1/2 paprika green\n* A lot of parsley\n* 700gr ground beef \n* Four or five middle-large onions\n* 1/2 spoon of salt\n* 1/2 spoon of ground chili\n* 1/2 spoon of ground coriander\n* 1/2 spoon of biber salcasi (turkish tomato-pepper paste)\n* 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper\n### Dough\n* 1kg of fine bulgur (turkish)\n* 850gr of beef tartar\n* cold water\n* 1/2 spoon of salt\n\n## Mixing it up!\nTo make the stuffing do as follows:\nCut all the vegetables in small pieces and bake the ground meat and keep it in small and fine pieces just like the vegetable you cut. Let the moist vaporize and add the vegetables to the minced meat.
