| title | Facing life Challenges and and ways of overcoming it for a better fortune |
| body | <div class="text-justify"> # Introduction Unfortunately, it’s more common for our attitude to fall short of rising to life’s challenges. I have come to the conclusion there are five reasons our attitudes fall short of what they should be:* discouragement, problems, change, fear and failure.* >It’s easy to have a great attitude when things are going our way; everybody can do that. It’s when difficult challenges rise before us, and the attitude within us rises to overcome those problems, that attitude becomes the difference-maker. # 7 Strategies to Face Life's Challenges # 1.Embrace Your Life >*Embrace Your Life as It Is Rather than as you Wish It to Be* Embrace who you are and your divine purpose. Identify the barriers in your life, and develop discipline, courage and the strength to permanently move beyond them, and keep moving forward. There will always be a part of your life that’s not quite in order. This is the growth part, the area where lessons come from. Embrace this!!!Learn from it, and then move on. our individuality, and our life experience molds us into fascinating beings. I hope we can embrace that. I pray we may all challenge ourselves to delve into the deepest resources of our hearts to cultivate an atmosphere of understanding, acceptance, tolerance, and compassion. We are all in this life together. The secret to life is to want what you have and to not want what you don’t have. Being present means being present to the life that you have right here, right now. There is freedom in taking life as it comes to us—the good with the bad, the wonderful with the tragic, the love with the loss, and the life with the death. When we embrace it all, then we have a real chance to enjoy life, to value our experiences, and to mine the treasures that are there for the taking. When we surrender to the reality of who we are, we give ourselves a chance to do what we can do. >It's nice to just embrace the natural beauty within you.Our uniqueness, Winners embrace hard work. They love the discipline of it, the trade-off they're making to win. Losers, on the other hand, see it as punishment. And that's the difference. Humility is the true key to success. Successful people lose their way at times. They often embrace and overindulge from the fruits of success. Humility halts this arrogance and self-indulging trap.Humble people share the credit and wealth, remaining focused and hungry to continue the journey of success.... # 2.Practice Gratitude >As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them. One looks back with appreciation to the brilliant teachers, but with gratitude to those who touched our human feelings. The curriculum is so much necessary raw material, but warmth is the vital element for the growing plant and for the soul of the child. When you have balance in your life, work becomes an entirely different experience. There is a passion that moves you to a whole new level of fulfillment and gratitude, and that's when you can do your best... for yourself and for others. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house nto a home, a stranger into a friend. >As you keep your mind and heart focused in the right direction, approaching each day with faith and gratitude, I believe you will be empowered to live life to the fullest and enjoy the abundant life He has promised you!!! It is easy to count our troubles rather than our blessings, but such an attitude undermines our ability to draw from the good that we have been given and to see our lives fundamentally as a gift. A change in perspective can make all the difference. Recognizing the good and receiving it with gratitude is a recipe for emotional health and well-being. This attitude enlarges the possibility that we can make use of the good we have been given and even use it to cope with the difficulties that we inevitably have inherited. Give yourself a gift of five minutes of contemplation in awe of everything you see around you. Go outside and turn your attention to the many miracles around you. This five-minute-a-day regimen of appreciation and gratitude will help you to focus your life in awe. >Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgivings, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings. # 3 Turn Toward Reality >I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality... I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word. A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work... A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality. Life is one big road with lots of signs. So when you riding through the ruts, don't complicate your mind. Flee from hate, mischief and jealousy. Don't bury your thoughts, put your vision to reality. Wake Up and Live!!! So often we turn away from life rather than toward it. We are masters of avoidance! But if we want to be present—to enjoy life and to be more effective in it—we must orient ourselves toward facing reality. When we are guided by the reality principle, we develop a deeper capacity to deal with life more effectively. What once was difficult is now easier. What once frightened us now feels familiar. Life becomes more manageable. And there’s something even deeper that we gain.Because we can see that we have grown stronger, we have greater confidence that we can grow even stronger still. This is the basis of feeling capable, which I think is the wellspring of a satisfying life. >Reality is wrong. Dreams are for real. So many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned to a life of security, conformity, and conservation, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality, nothing is more damaging to the adventurous spirit.First comes thought; then organization of that thought, into ideas and plans; then transformation of those plans into reality. The beginning, as you will observe, is in your imagination. We all have dreams. But in order to make dreams come into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline, and effort. You can design and create, and build themost wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality.Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them - that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like. # 4.Take Your Time Consider the word “time.” We use so many phrases with it. Pass time. Waste time. Kill time. Lose time. In good time. About time. Take your time. Save time. A long time. Right on time. Out of time. Mind the time. Be on time. Spare time. Keep time. Stall for time. There are as many expressions with “time” as there are minutes in a day. But once, there was no word for it at all. Because no one was counting. Then Dor began. And everything changed. >Stop and take your time to notice things and make those things you notice matter. *The old adage puts it like this: the slower you go, the sooner you get there. Slow, disciplined, incremental growth is the kind of approach that leads to lasting change.* --By being in a hurry, we actually thwart our own success. We get ahead of ourselves. We make more mistakes. We cut corners and pay for them later. We may learn the easy way but not necessarily the best way. You shouldn't feel guilty about taking time for yourself. Every so often, everyone needs to give themselves a big ol' bear hug and treat themselves to some. Taking time to do something slower than you normally would is a privilege that should not be ignored. I think every individual has his or her own power, and it's a matter of working, taking time and defining what that power is. Work is important, no doubt, but one can end up neglecting family and friends in the bargain. So I have resolved not to let that happen and maintain work-life balance by taking time out for the people who matter the most to me. What you should be in a rush for isn't necessarily the immediate monetary return, but it's to know that this equation existing between an employee and a company is being honored. What's the equation? I'm going to give you my most precious thing that I have - my time and my reputation. That's what the employee says. And the company says I'm going to take your time and your reputation and direct it at things that we believe collectively have a huge impact opportunity to do something extremely positive. And that positivity will get measured in impact and also economic upside. >The light is within. It is already there. Take your time to see it. # 5.Tend to Your Loving Relationships >A loving relationship is one in which the loved one is free to be himself — to laugh with me, but never at me; to cry with me, but never because of me; to love life, to love himself, to love being loved.Such a relationship is based upon freedom and can never grow in a jealous heart. it working. It involves a daily process of overcoming the distance and honoring the separateness between us. It accepts the reality that we will hurt one another and be hurt by one another. It is the nature of being human. These pains cannot be avoided. We can only devote ourselves to do what we can do to weather them and to mend them. So then, love essentially is repair work. We tend to the hurts. We try to heal them. We express our concern. We take responsibility for our mistakes; we learn to say we’re sorry. We try to make amends. We learn to forgive; we accept the forgiveness of another. As the monks do every day, we fall down and get up, fall down and get up again. Nobody can predict the future. You just have to give your all to the relationship you’re in and do your best to take care of your partner, communicate and give them every last drop of love you have. I think one of the most important things in a relationship is caring for your significant other through good times and bad. >The fact is..... Everybody is going to hurt you: you just gotta find the ones worth suffering for. *You can’t just give up on someone because the situation is not ideal. Great relationships are not great because they have no problems. They are great because both people care enough about the other person to find a way to make it work* # 6.Stay Close to Your Feelings,Even the Painful Ones *Thoughts are the shadows of our feelings - always darker, emptier and simpler.* Feelings of worth can flourish only in an atmosphere where individual differences are appreciated, mistakes are tolerated, communication is open, and rules are flexible - the kind of atmosphere that is found in a nurturing family. You will never know the feeling of a driver when winning a race. The helmet hides feelings that cannot be understood. Often we find our feelings scary, heavy, and confusing, so we try to keep them at a distance. But we need our feelings in order to find satisfaction, meaning, and pleasure in life. Getting rid of feelings not only backfires but it also drains us of the psychological energy that makes life worth living. Feelings are the gas in the engine of our personalities. They are the source of motivation. They are the energy, the vitality, the juice of life. Without them, our lives wouldn’t have any personality or dimension or color. There wouldn’t be any joy or creativity or fun. There wouldn’t be you. There wouldn’t be me. Without our feelings, nothing would really matter. >Just as your car runs more smoothly and requires less energy to go faster and farther when the wheels are in perfect alignment, you perform better when your thoughts, feelings, emotions, goals, and values are in balance. Our minds influence the key activity of the brain, which then influences everything; perception, cognition, thoughts and feelings, personal relationships; they're all a projection of you. Our heritage and ideals, our code and standards - the things we live by and teach our children - are preserved or diminished by how freely we exchange ideas and feelings. # 7.Accept Success and Failure as Part of Life’s Journey We are all learning. No one gets it right every time. A more compassionate attitude toward ourselves only helps us to stay in the game. The dynamic process of life—trying, succeeding, failing, and trying again—is the only way to develop lasting confidence in ourselves. We learn through experience that we can both succeed and recover from failure. We also learn to be humble and so develop a view of ourselves as limited creatures that will always need the help and support of others. No matter how mature or successful we become, the child within always will need mentors and friends who’ll see us through..... >Failures, repeated failures, are finger posts on the road to achievement. One fails forward toward success. Winning is great, sure, but if you are really going to do something in life, the secret is learning how to lose. Nobody goes undefeated all the time. If you can pick up after a crushing defeat, and go on to win again, you are going to be a champion someday. When we tackle obstacles, we find hidden reserves of courage and resilience we did not know we had. We only need to find them and move on with our lives. >Your personal life, your professional life, and your creative life are all intertwined. I went through a few very difficult years where I felt like a failure. But it was actually really important for me to go through that. Struggle, for me, is the most inspirational thing in the world at the end of the day - as long as you treat it that way. Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not: nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not: the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone. Close the door on the past. You don't try to forget the mistakes, but you don't dwell on it. "title": "Facing life Challenges and and ways of overcoming it for a better fortune",
"body": "<div class=\"text-justify\">\n\n# Introduction \n\n\n\n\nUnfortunately, it’s more common for our attitude to fall short of rising to life’s challenges. I have come to the conclusion there are five reasons our attitudes fall short of what they should be:* discouragement, problems, change, fear and failure.*\n\n>It’s easy to have a great attitude when things are going our way; everybody can do that. It’s when difficult challenges rise before us, and the attitude within us rises to overcome those problems, that attitude becomes the difference-maker.\n\n# 7 Strategies to Face Life's Challenges\n\n# 1.Embrace Your Life\n\n\n>*Embrace Your Life as It Is Rather than as you Wish It to Be*\n\n\n\nEmbrace who you are and your divine purpose. Identify the barriers in your life, and develop discipline, courage and the strength to permanently move beyond them, and keep moving forward. There will always be a part of your life that’s not quite in order. This is the growth part, the area where lessons come from. Embrace this!!!Learn from it, and then move on. \n\nour individuality, and our life experience molds us into fascinating beings. I hope we can embrace that. I pray we may all challenge ourselves to delve into the deepest resources of our hearts to cultivate an atmosphere of understanding, acceptance, tolerance, and compassion. We are all in this life together.\n\nThe secret to life is to want what you have and to not want what you don’t have. When we surrender to the reality of who we are, we give ourselves a chance to do what we can do.\n\n>It's nice to just embrace the natural beauty within you.Our uniqueness,\n\nWinners embrace hard work. They love the discipline of it, the trade-off they're making to win. Losers, on the other hand, see it as punishment. And that's the difference. Humility is the true key to success. Successful people lose their way at times. They often embrace and overindulge from the fruits of success. Humility halts this arrogance and self-indulging trap.Humble people share the credit and wealth, remaining focused and hungry to continue the journey of success....\n\n\n# 2.Practice Gratitude\n\n\n>As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.\n\n\n\nOne looks back with appreciation to the brilliant teachers, but with gratitude to those who touched our human feelings. The curriculum is so much necessary raw material, but warmth is the vital element for the growing plant and for the soul of the child. When you have balance in your life, work becomes an entirely different experience. There is a passion that moves you to a whole new level of fulfillment and gratitude, and that's when you can do your best... for yourself and for others.\n\nGratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house nto a home, a stranger into a friend.\n\n>As you keep your mind and heart focused in the right direction, approaching each day with faith and gratitude, I believe you will be empowered to live life to the fullest and enjoy the abundant life He has promised you!!!\n\nIt is easy to count our troubles rather than our blessings, but such an attitude undermines our ability to draw from the good that we have been given and to see our lives fundamentally as a gift. A change in perspective can make all the difference. Recognizing the good and receiving it with gratitude is a recipe for emotional health and well-being. This attitude enlarges the possibility that we can make use of the good we have been given and even use it to cope with the difficulties that we inevitably have inherited.\n\nGive yourself a gift of five minutes of contemplation in awe of everything you see around you. Go outside and turn your attention to the many miracles around you. This five-minute-a-day regimen of appreciation and gratitude will help you to focus your life in awe.\n>Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgivings, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.\n\n\n\n# 3 Turn Toward Reality\n\n\n>I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality... I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word.\n\n\n\nA dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work... A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality. Life is one big road with lots of signs. So when you riding through the ruts, don't complicate your mind. Flee from hate, mischief and jealousy. Don't bury your thoughts, put your vision to reality. Wake Up and Live!!!\n\nSo often we turn away from life rather than toward it. This is the basis of feeling capable, which I think is the wellspring of a satisfying life.\n\n>Reality is wrong. Dreams are for real.\n\nSo many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned to a life of security, conformity, and conservation, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality, nothing is more damaging to the adventurous spirit.First comes thought; then organization of that thought, into ideas and plans; then transformation of those plans into reality. The beginning, as you will observe, is in your imagination.\n\n\nWe all have dreams. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.\n\n\n# 4.Take Your Time\n\nConsider the word “time.” We use so many phrases with it. Pass time. Waste time. Kill time. Lose time. In good time. About time. Take your time. Save time. A long time. Right on time. Out of time. Mind the time. Be on time. Spare time. Keep time. Stall for time. There are as many expressions with “time” as there are minutes in a day. But once, there was no word for it at all. Because no one was counting. Then Dor began. And everything changed.\n\n>Stop and take your time to notice things and make those things you notice matter.\n\n\n\n*The old adage puts it like this: the slower you go, the sooner you get there. Slow, disciplined, incremental growth is the kind of approach that leads to lasting change.* --By being in a hurry, we actually thwart our own success. We get ahead of ourselves. We make more mistakes. We cut corners and pay for them later. We may learn the easy way but not necessarily the best way.\n\n\nYou shouldn't feel guilty about taking time for yourself. So I have resolved not to let that happen and maintain work-life balance by taking time out for the people who matter the most to me.\n\n\nWhat you should be in a rush for isn't necessarily the immediate monetary return, but it's to know that this equation existing between an employee and a company is being honored. What's the equation? I'm going to give you my most precious thing that I have - my time and my reputation. That's what the employee says. And the company says I'm going to take your time and your reputation and direct it at things that we believe collectively have a huge impact opportunity to do something extremely positive. And that positivity will get measured in impact and also economic upside.\n\n>The light is within. It is already there. Take your time to see it.\n\n\n\n# 5.Tend to Your Loving Relationships\n\n>A loving relationship is one in which the loved one is free to be himself — to laugh with me, but never at me; to cry with me, but never because of me; to love life, to love himself, to love being loved.Such a relationship is based upon freedom and can never grow in a jealous heart.\n\n\n\n\nit working. As the monks do every day, we fall down and get up, fall down and get up again.\n\n\nNobody can predict the future. You just have to give your all to the relationship you’re in and do your best to take care of your partner, communicate and give them every last drop of love you have. I think one of the most important things in a relationship is caring for your significant other through good times and bad.\n\n>The fact is..... Everybody is going to hurt you: you just gotta find the ones worth suffering for.\n\n\n*You can’t just give up on someone because the situation is not ideal. Great relationships are not great because they have no problems. They are great because both people care enough about the other person to find a way to make it work*\n\n\n\n# 6.Stay Close to Your Feelings,Even the Painful Ones\n\n*Thoughts are the shadows of our feelings - always darker, emptier and simpler.*\n\n\n\nFeelings of worth can flourish only in an atmosphere where individual differences are appreciated, mistakes are tolerated, communication is open, and rules are flexible - the kind of atmosphere that is found in a nurturing family. You will never know the feeling of a driver when winning a race. The helmet hides feelings that cannot be understood.\n\n\nOften we find our feelings scary, heavy, and confusing, so we try to keep them at a distance. Without our feelings, nothing would really matter.\n\n>Just as your car runs more smoothly and requires less energy to go faster and farther when the wheels are in perfect alignment, you perform better when your thoughts, feelings, emotions, goals, and values are in balance.\n\n\n\nOur minds influence the key activity of the brain, which then influences everything; perception, cognition, thoughts and feelings, personal relationships; they're all a projection of you. Our heritage and ideals, our code and standards - the things we live by and teach our children - are preserved or diminished by how freely we exchange ideas and feelings.\n\n\n\n\n# 7.Accept Success and Failure as Part of Life’s Journey\n\n\n\nWe are all learning. No matter how mature or successful we become, the child within always will need mentors and friends who’ll see us through.....\n\n>Failures, repeated failures, are finger posts on the road to achievement. One fails forward toward success.\n\n\nWinning is great, sure, but if you are really going to do something in life, the secret is learning how to lose. Nobody goes undefeated all the time. If you can pick up after a crushing defeat, and go on to win again, you are going to be a champion someday. When we tackle obstacles, we find hidden reserves of courage and resilience we did not know we had. And it is only when we are faced with failure do we realise that these resources were always there within us. We only need to find them and move on with our lives.\n\n>Your personal life, your professional life, and your creative life are all intertwined. I went through a few very difficult years where I felt like a failure. But it was actually really important for me to go through that. Struggle, for me, is the most inspirational thing in the world at the end of the day - as long as you treat it that way.\n\n\nNothing in this world can take the place of persistence. You don't let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space.\n\n\n</div>",

| title | Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened...Always Stay Happy. |
| body | <div class="text-justify"> Your ability to achieve your own happiness is the true measure of your success in life. Nothing is more important. Nothing can replace it. If you accomplish everything of a material nature, but you are not happy, you have actually failed at fulfilling your potential as a human being. Human beings are purposeful, striving toward achieving goals and end results. However, behind each goal lies another goal, and then still another goal, until you finally arrive at the “primum movum,” or first-moving force, in human life. This always turns out to be the desire to be happy. You can only truly be happy when you practice self-discipline, self-mastery, and self-control. It is only when you feel that you are in complete control of your life that you are truly content. >“No horse gets anywhere until he is harnessed. No stream or gas drives anything until it is confined. No Niagara is ever turned into light and power until it is tunneled. No life ever grows great until it is focused, dedicated, disciplined.”—HARRY EMERSON FOSDICK Many people feel that they are controlled by their own personalities and that they are not able to change for the better. They say, “That’s just the way I am.” By saying this, they absolve themselves of all responsibility for exerting the necessary discipline and willpower to make the changes they know they need to make in order to live the kind of life they want to live and to be happy. The key to replacing an external locus of control with an internal locus of control is for you to decide today to take complete charge of your life. Realize and accept that you make your owndecisions and that you are where you are and what you are because of yourself. If there is some area in your life in which you are not happy, discipline yourself to do whatever it takes to change the situation. # <center>The Reason for Happiness</center> There is an old saying that >“success is getting what you want; happiness is wanting what you get.” When your income and your life are consistent with your goals and expectations and you are content with your situation, you feel happy. If, on the other hand, for any reason your current situation is different from what you really want and expect, you will be discontented and unhappy. It is often the size of the gap between your present situation and the conditions and circumstances that you feel that you need to be happy that determines whether you are happy or unhappy. This is very much a matter of your own evaluation and decision This state of contentment can be constantly changing. When you start off in your career, an income of $50,000 per year can seem like a huge achievement. But once you reach this goal, you start to be unhappy because you are not earning $100,000 or more. Some people are unhappy earning a million dollars a year # <center>The Law of Control</center> The Law of Control, which states,- >“You feel happy to the degree to which you feel you are in control of your own life. You feel unhappy to the degree to which you feel you are not in control, or controlled by other factors or people.” Psychologists call this your “locus of control.”....They all conclude that stress and unhappiness arise when you feel controlled by outside circumstances. This is explained as the difference between an “internal locus of control” (happy) and an “external locus of control” (unhappy). * You have an internal locus of control when you feel that you are in charge, you make your own decisions, and what happens to you in life is largely determined by yourself. When you have an internal locus of control, you feel that you are behind the wheel of your own life and that you are in the driver’s seat. You feel that you determine most of what happens to you. As a result, you feel strong, purposeful, and happy. * On the other hand, you have an external locus of control to the degree to which you feel that you are not in control or that you have little ability to direct your own life. For example, if you feel that you are controlled by an arbitrary or critical boss, but you cannot afford to lose your job because you have no savings put aside, you experience high levels of stress and anxiety. This causes you to do a poor job, which makes it even more likely that your difficult boss will fire you, and this very often brings about exactly the circumstances you fear. *Many people feel that they are controlled by their own personalities and that they are not able to change for the better. They say, “That’s just the way I am.” By saying this, they absolve themselves of all responsibility for exerting the necessary discipline and willpower to make the changes they know they need to make in order to live the kind of life they want to live and to be happy.* # <center>Five Ingredients of Happiness</center> Self-discipline is essential to happiness. Self-discipline requires both that you determine clearly what happiness means to you and also that you work progressively each day toward the achievement of that ideal condition. * ## 1.Health and energy. This is perhaps the most important element of a good life. We strive for it all our lives. It is only when you enjoy high levels of pain-free health and a continuous flow of energy that you feel truly happy. In many cases, health is a “deficiency need.” This means that you do not think about your health very much until you are deprived of it. For example, you do not think about your teeth until you have a toothache. You do not think about your body until you have aches or pains of some kind. * ## 2.Happy relationships. Your ability to enter into and maintain high-quality relationships with your spouse, children, friends, colleagues, and others is the true measure of the quality of your personality and your level of mental health. People with high levels of self-esteem and self-respect get along better with others and have much happier lives. Fully 85 percent of your happiness—or unhappiness—will come from your relationships with other people. As Aristotle said, **“Man is a social animal.”** We are designed to function in society, working and living with other people at every stage of our lives. One of our biggest mistakes is to take our relationships for granted, especially our most important ones.We often don’t think about them until there is a problem, and then we think of nothing else. * ## 3.Meaningful work. One of your most important responsibilities to yourself is to find the right job for you, and then, once you have it, throw your whole heart into it. If for any reason, you do not feel like putting your whole heart into your work, it may be lacking one or more of the three essentials to a positive workplace. It may be a sign that this is not the right place for you.In studies of employee motivation, employers think that people are primarily motivated by moneyand benefits. But when employees are surveyed, the three factors that motivate them the most turn out to be challenging and interesting work; opportunities for growth and advancement; and pleasant coworkers. To be truly happy, you must be fully engaged with life. You must be doing things that keep you active and give you a sense of fulfillment. If you are making a living, you must be doing work that you enjoy, do well, and for which you are well paid.People are truly happy only when they feel they are making a contribution of some kind, that they are putting in more than they are taking out. You need to feel that what you do really makes a difference in the lives and work of other people. * ## 4.Financial independence. Some of the greatest fears we experience are those of loss, failure, and poverty. We fear being destitute, without funds, and dependent on others. One of your chief responsibilities to yourself is to work toward financial independence and financial freedom throughout your life. The happiest of all people are those who have reached the point at which they no longer worry about money. This is not something you can leave to chance, but rather something that requires deliberate, purposeful action and tremendous self-discipline to achieve. >Whenever you feel that there is a big gap between where you are today financially and where you would ideally like to be, you experience stress, worry, and unhappiness. * ## 5.Self-actualization. This is the feeling that you are becoming everything you are capable of becoming. This occurs when you feel that you are realizing more and more of your true potential... People strive either to compensate for their deficiencies or to realize their potentials. He concluded that you begin to evolve and develop to the highest levels possible for you only when your deficiency needs are first satisfied. # <center>Happiness Is a By-Product</center> Whenever you feel that you are moving, step-by-step, toward something that is important to you, toward your most important goals, you automatically feel happy. You feel satisfied and content. You feel a tremendous sense of personal growth and well-being... The interesting thing about happiness is that it is not a goal that you can aim at and achieve in and of itself. Happiness is a by-product that comes to you when you are engaged in doing something that you really enjoy while in the company of people who you like and respect.</div> |

| title | JUST ONE HUG |
| body | It is getting harder to hide. All the feelings I have built up inside. It is hard to explain, without being considered insane. I have kept to myself, until I realized I needed help. Putting a smile on my face, as I walked out of the gate. Around people or lone, I still feel alone. Maybe it will do good, to let someone help if they could. *Just one hug* is all I need. *Just one person* who cares is all I plead |

| title | The Old Steemit Adage "Give a minnow an upvote and they'll eat for a day. Give a minnow a resteem and they'll eat forever" coupled with the Principles of generosity |
| body | <div class="text-justify"> >Give a minnow an upvote and they'll eat for a day. Give a minnow a resteem and they'll eat forever Truly generous people are often successful in life. Not just at work or in the community, but in their personal lives as well. The wonderful thing about generosity is that anyone can become a generous person no matter what station you are in life, how much you have or what you hope to have. Here are seven reasons why success often fills the lives of generous people. Generosity trumps selfishness when it comes to success in the long run, according to a study in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. University of Pennsylvania researchers found that in a strategic game involving multiple people, being generous — where there is cooperation and everyone benefits from working together — led to more success than being selfish — where one person dominates the other, forcing them to receive a lower payoff. “You might think being generous would be a stupid thing to do, and it is if there are only two players in the game,” study researcher Alexander Stewart explained in a statement. “But, if there are many players and they all play generously, they all benefit from each other’s generosity. Giving of yourself — whether it be your time, energy or money — isn’t just a boon to those you’re helping. A wealth of research shows that generosity can also have benefits for the giver, ranging from a better outlook at your job, to more years of life. Check out these science-backed reasons to make generosity a regular part of your day.Being stingy — and ashamed of said stinginess — is linked with higher levels of the stress hormone cortisol # Seven reasons why success often fills the lives of generous people. ## 1.Generous People are willing to Work Hard Generous people realize this and will do what it takes to achieve their goals and dreams in life. Since they tend to be others-focused rather than self-focused they see their own success as a benefit for all, not just for them.A common trait of generous people is that they are willing and happy to work hard for what they have. Success comes through hard work. There is not short cuts or easy paths to take. ## 2.Generous People Have Better Relationships It is not because others know they can get something from these people, in fact, what they have or do not have has nothing to do with it. Generous people are faithful and loyal and these qualities strengthen all the relationships they have.It is just a fact, happy, kind and generous people have more friends, better friends and stronger personal relationships. ## 3.Generous People are Happy People They have a great sense of contributing to the world they live in. All of us seek to have meaning in life and to feel that we matter to the world. For generous people, happiness comes from giving more than from taking. You will be hard pressed to find a generous person who is grumpy and unhappy. People who are willing to share of their time, possessions, and talents are often some of the happiest people there are. ## 4.Generous People are Confident People Generous people do not get their self-worth from what they give, but by their freedom to give it. The insecurity that comes with greed, want and selfishness is not there to hinder them. They know they can be and do whatever their heart desires. When you are not the center of your universe, you will find that you not only feel better about others, you feel better about yourself. ## 5.Generous People are Free People Generous people are free to do what they wish, and have what they want because their happiness and success is not dependent on what they keep, but more on what they give away. Have you ever noticed that generous people seem to have more than they need of all of life’s treasures? That is because you will always receive in the same proportion as what you give. >The strongest prisons in the universe are those built on greed, want and selfishness. They are chains that hold you down from achieving real success in life and limit all you hope to do. The only thing that breaks these chains is generosity. ## 6.Generous People are More Relaxed Generous people can in fact have very little, however, what they do have they are willing to share and are not in bondage to their possessions. There is a great calm and peace that comes when we always sense that we can give of whatever we have. There is no greater stress than feeling that you are in need or that you have to get more in life. Greed as well as a sense of poverty drive people to constantly worry about what they do not have and at times will cause then to make bad choices to try and remedy the problem. ## 7.Generous People are Kind People >*“You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.* Just as you will not find a generous person who is unhappy, you will not find one who is not kind.Generosity is all about kindness. It is giving of yourself to others to help them in a time of need or to advance them on their journey to success. When you are kind to others you will find that others will be kind to you. A key to achieving success is knowing that what you give you will receive back. Zig Ziglar had it right when he said, # Feeling better with Generosity >The right knowledge at the right time can transform your life Money was just one resource with which they were generous. They found other ways to be generous as well. If they had season tickets to watch a sports team, they would give away many games to those who could not afford to go to such an event. They helped provide baby goods for single, pregnant mothers. The list could go on. Their generosity invaded all areas of their life, not just their bank account.Generosity was not determined by their level of wealth. It was present before they become wealthy. And it would still be present if they lost everything. Whether they have much or little with which to be generous, they give. *John Bunyan said, “You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.* God designed us, not to be hoarders, but conduits through which His generosity flows. Generous people live this out. Their mind is consumed with Kingdom advancement, not personal advancement. Generous people know that the more they give away, the more content they become. And yet, they are discontent, but not with their possessions. They always want to give more. Generosity has become their passion, not their stuff. >Giving money to someone else actually makes you feel better than spending it on yourself # Why it's important to be Generous >Give a minnow an upvote and they'll eat for a day. Give a minnow a resteem and they'll eat forever *Dalai Lama famously said- “If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion* Being generous also makes us feel better about ourselves. Generosity is both a natural confidence builder and a natural repellant of self-hatred. By focusing on what we are giving rather than on what we are receiving, we create a more outward orientation toward the world, which shifts our focus away from ourselves. While maintaining a healthy level of self-awareness and sensitivity to oneself is important, too often we narrow in on ourselves with a negative lens. We spend too much time listening to the “critical inner voice“ in our heads, which scrutinizes our every move and nags at us with negative thoughts towards ourselves and others. These negative thoughts undermine our confidence and can lead to self- sabotage. Being generous distracts us from the critical inner voice’s barrage of nasty thoughts and creates a strong argument against it as well. When we see someone else benefiting from our kind actions, for instance, it is hard for the inner voice to argue that we are worthless. Generosity — the quality of being kind and understanding, the willingness to give others things that have value — is often defined as an act of selflessness; however, studies are now showing that generosity is actually (selfishly) in your best interest. Practicing generosity is a mental health principle, and it could be the very key to a happy and healthy life This is because being generous and kind encourages us to perceive others in a more positive light and fosters a sense of community, a feeling of interconnectedness. Being generous also makes us feel better about ourselves.Generosity is both a natural confidence builder and a natural repellant of self-hatred. *The act of generosity & kindness can be fulfilled to upmost sincerity through the following ways,* ## 3 ways to fully practice Generosity ### •Show appreciation. Let the person know what their generosity meant to you. Generosity is truly the gift that keeps on giving. Each day life presents us with hundreds of opportunities to be generous; by making a lifestyle out of generosity, we can do ourselves and others a world of good.Remember that gratitude is an important part of the equation. Show your appreciation for the generosity that is directed toward you, even if you feel shy or uncomfortable. Resist the temptation to say things like “This is too much,” or “You shouldn’t have.” Instead just say “Thank you!” Or, better yet. ### •Accept appreciation As researchers in the Department of Psychology at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill have discovered, “The emotion of gratitude uniquely functions to build a high-quality relationship between a grateful person and the target of his or her gratitude, that is, the person who performed a kind action.” So it is important to not brush off a “thank you” with comments like “Oh, it was nothin It is important to be open to the people who express appreciation toward you. Generosity is a two-way street, allowing someone to express their gratitude is an important aspect of generosity and part of what makes you feel closer to them. ### •Accept the generosity of others. Generosity is most effective when the gift you offer is sensitive. Think about what the other person wants or needs. It’s not always about material things; it’s about being giving of yourself. Sometimes just being present and available to a loved one who is having a hard time is the greatest gift you could possibly give.Accepting the generosity of others may make you uncomfortable if you felt unlovable or unworthy in your early life. Generosity is often an act of love, and, though it may seem counterintuitive, many people respond negatively to being loved. Some people have a much easier time being giving than receiving. However, it is important to let others do things for you. I call this the generosity of acceptance. Being pseudo- independent or self-denying robs your loved ones of the opportunity to feel the joy of giving. >Give a minnow an upvote and they'll eat for a day. Give a minnow a resteem and they'll eat forever ## *Be Generous!!!* </div> |

People who are willing to share of their time, possessions, and talents are often some of the happiest people there are.\n\n\n## 4.Generous People are Confident People\n\n\n\nGenerous people do not get their self-worth from what they give, but by their freedom to give it. The insecurity that comes with greed, want and selfishness is not there to hinder them. They know they can be and do whatever their heart desires. When you are not the center of your universe, you will find that you not only feel better about others, you feel better about yourself. \n\n## 5.Generous People are Free People\n\n\n\nGenerous people are free to do what they wish, and have what they want because their happiness and success is not dependent on what they keep, but more on what they give away. Have you ever noticed that generous people seem to have more than they need of all of life’s treasures? That is because you will always receive in the same proportion as what you give.\n\n>The strongest prisons in the universe are those built on greed, want and selfishness. They are chains that hold you down from achieving real success in life and limit all you hope to do. The only thing that breaks these chains is generosity.\n\n\n## 6.Generous People are More Relaxed\n\n\n\nGenerous people can in fact have very little, however, what they do have they are willing to share and are not in bondage to their possessions. There is a great calm and peace that comes when we always sense that we can give of whatever we have. There is no greater stress than feeling that you are in need or that you have to get more in life. Greed as well as a sense of poverty drive people to constantly worry about what they do not have and at times will cause then to make bad choices to try and remedy the problem.\n\n\n## 7.Generous People are Kind People\n\n>*“You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.*\n\n\n\nJust as you will not find a generous person who is unhappy, you will not find one who is not kind.Generosity is all about kindness. It is giving of yourself to others to help them in a time of need or to advance them on their journey to success. When you are kind to others you will find that others will be kind to you. A key to achieving success is knowing that what you give you will receive back. Zig Ziglar had it right when he said,\n\n\n# Feeling better with Generosity \n\n>The right knowledge at the right time can transform your life\n\nMoney was just one resource with which they were generous. Whether they have much or little with which to be generous, they give.\n\n\n\n*John Bunyan said, “You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.*\n\nGod designed us, not to be hoarders, but conduits through which His generosity flows. Generous people live this out. Their mind is consumed with Kingdom advancement, not personal advancement. Generous people know that the more they give away, the more content they become. And yet, they are discontent, but not with their possessions. They always want to give more. Generosity has become their passion, not their stuff.\n\n>Giving money to someone else actually makes you feel better than spending it on yourself\n\n\n# Why it's important to be Generous\n\n>Give a minnow an upvote and they'll eat for a day. Give a minnow a resteem and they'll eat forever\n\n*Dalai Lama famously said- “If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion*\n\nBeing generous also makes us feel better about ourselves. When we see someone else benefiting from our kind actions, for instance, it is hard for the inner voice to argue that we are worthless.\n\n\n\nGenerosity — the quality of being kind and understanding, the willingness to give others things that have value — is often defined as an act of selflessness; however, studies are now showing that generosity is actually (selfishly) in your best interest. Practicing generosity is a mental health principle, and it could be the very key to a happy and healthy life\n\nThis is because being generous and kind encourages us to perceive others in a more positive light and fosters a sense of community, a feeling of interconnectedness. Being generous also makes us feel better about ourselves.Generosity is both a natural confidence builder and a natural repellant of self-hatred.\n\n*The act of generosity & kindness can be fulfilled to upmost sincerity through the following ways,*\n\n\n## 3 ways to fully practice Generosity\n\n### •Show appreciation.\n\n\n\nLet the person know what their generosity meant to you. Resist the temptation to say things like “This is too much,” or “You shouldn’t have.” Instead just say “Thank you!” Or, better yet.\n\n### •Accept appreciation\n\n\n\nAs researchers in the Department of Psychology at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill have discovered, “The emotion of gratitude uniquely functions to build a high-quality relationship between a grateful person and the target of his or her gratitude, that is, the person who performed a kind action.” So it is important to not brush off a “thank you” with comments like “Oh, it was nothin\n\nIt is important to be open to the people who express appreciation toward you. Generosity is a two-way street, allowing someone to express their gratitude is an important aspect of generosity and part of what makes you feel closer to them. \n\n### •Accept the generosity of others.\n\n\n\nGenerosity is most effective when the gift you offer is sensitive. Generosity is often an act of love, and, though it may seem counterintuitive, many people respond negatively to being loved.\n\nSome people have a much easier time being giving than receiving. However, it is important to let others do things for you. I call this the generosity of acceptance. Being pseudo- independent or self-denying robs your loved ones of the opportunity to feel the joy of giving.\n\n>Give a minnow an upvote and they'll eat for a day. Give a minnow a resteem and they'll eat forever\n\n\n## *Be Generous!!!*\n\n</div>",

| title | Value of self discipline |
| body | Discipline is a value to be inculcated in childhood. Discipline refers to punctuality, following of rules and being organised in every aspect of our life. This makes it easy to complete our different tasks and activities efficiently and achieve success easily. When we are disciplined we save time, and are more productive. Discipline helps us utilize time to our best advantage. Instead of wasting time on useless activities, we do the tasks necessary to reach our goals. We work in an orderly and organized fashion. We are obedient to rules, for disobeying rules does not let us reach our goal.Discipline is highly valuable in our every walk of life. We have to follow it all time whether we are in the school, home, office, institutions, factory, playground, battlefield or other places. It is the most important necessity of the happy and peaceful life. It gives us lots of great opportunity, right way to go ahead, to learn new things in life, to experiences more within less time, etc. and grow. Whereas, lack of discipline cause lots of confusion and disorders. Indiscipline gives no peace and progress in the life instead creates lots of problem. Discipline is following the orders of our elders, superior officers, teachers and parents who lead us towards success. We need to follow rules, obey orders and behave well in orderly manner. We should value the importance of discipline in our daily lives. People, who are not disciplined in their lives; face lots of problems and get disappointments. |

| title | Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened...Always Stay Happy |
| body | <div class="text-justify"> Your ability to achieve your own happiness is the true measure of your success in life.

The official FAQ can be found here and has A LOT of information https://steemit.com/faq.html - Also remember, Steemit is just ONE of the sites built that uses Steem the blockchain. We also have DTube - our very own Youtube, DSound for Soundcloud and Steepshot if you prefer Instagram like experience. I'd also like to mention ChainBB - forums, Busy - Steemit with more modern look basically, DMania for memes and Dlive for streaming just like in Twitch! You can also earn Steem by gaming now! Search for Steemgar if that's more your thing. Welcome to the blockchain! :) |

| title | THE PROBLEM FACING DEMOCRACY |
| body | It's corruption; The country cannot bear it anymore; The vice has gained in-roads to every sphere; Corruption rules the roost in daily life; The weed has grown much better than good plants! The common man’s the most affected one; Corruption stays in forms, guises galore; Taxes are worse and thanks to corruption; No one is happy with the pay he gets! Cheating has turned to be the way of life; Stealing is not a crime for corrupted; Corruption is the prime cause for price-rise; The big cheats thrive despite the stricter laws. Progress has been stifled by corruption; The hand is used to get bribes all life-time; The tongue speaks lies with ease and variety; The time has come to root out corruption. But who will fight this social evil great? The few who try are not perfect at all; The honest ones who try don’t make headway; The beast is live and loitering a free! The shark no longer stays in deeper seas; The ice-berg’s tip can’t be made out these days; The roots are stronger, gone too far and wide; The habit’s now second nature of man! No nation can go on in this fashion; The good that’s done is undone by this bad! A popular uprising is the answer; But good leaders are not an easy find! Fasting is not the way of doing things; Violence only begets violence with time; A lot of patience is needed to fight; Unite must souls, hearts, minds to curb menace. Real progress comes if corruption’s less; Most people are fed up with how things are; A renaissance must soon stem this vice fast; Just righteousness can win over evils! This is time to fight corruption in all ways; Perseverance will tilt the balance soon; A lot of sacrifice is essential; The victory is a priceless gift to man! |
