      "body": "In the middle of Sept I began reporting some twitter accounts which were being operated as communication tools by elements of the CPP and NPA.\n\nAs you can see from this screenshot --->https://imgur.com/a/zW3snhU twitter supports the ban but progress is slow. \n\nCommunists respect no rules or laws so they very quickly reopen new accounts, however it takes only seconds to report a CPP-NPA linked account.\n\nTo make account violation reports, Ive been using the basic statement below, inserting a sample tweet and then just copy and paste into Twitter.\n\nIf anyone wishes to assist you are most welcome to use my prepared statement below which is proving effective:\n\n\nGood morning I would like to bring to your attention the following breach of your Twitter Rules, which clearly include the following passage:\n\n\" Unlawful use You may not use our service for any unlawful purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities. By using Twitter, you agree to comply with all applicable laws governing your online conduct and content\"\n\nI must bring to your attention that the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) and the New Peoples Army (NPA) are both operating on the platform to push and spread their agendas.\n\nI must inform you that both the CPP - NPA have been declared terrorist organisations within the Philippines as per Presidential Proclamation No. 374, signed on the 5th of Dec 2017. (http://www.officialgazette.gov.ph/downloads/2017/12dec/20171205-PROC-374-RRD.pdf …)\n\nThe CPP-NPA were also declared as Foreign Terrorist Organisations by the USA on the 8/9/2002. This unverified AMA by an active NPA member will give further insight;\nhttps://redd.it/4bihe9\n\n\nDeception #3\n\nOn a provincial level, the local populace is deceived by utilising the local NPA faction purely as “Guns for Hire” to influence police, politicians, businesses into submission, for power and for pure financial gain. The influence is so great that it can be referred too as a “shadow” government. \n\nNOTE: I saw this power over the police and politicians with my very own eyes.\n\nMany locals are unaware that the NPA is only a pawn to influence government for those behind the scenes.\n\nThis is hard for many to accept as it puts into question the entire Philippine government and it places the entire legitimacy of Congress into doubt. Are Congressional members voting according to their own opinions  or are they voting as requested with their nose directly underneath the barrel of a gun? \n\nThe reach and frequency of the NPA attacks must also be considered in order to assess how influential these shadow governments are with respect to the national government. \n\nBelow is a link to an unfortunately unofficial map of \"Communist Hotspots” across the Philippines, it does not indicate areas that may already be under “shadow govt” control…e.g..If the NPA are not attacking in a certain area, from my experience this strongly suggests that there is no need as police and politicians have already fallen into line.\n\nMap link: https://imgur.com/a/reHut\n\n(Note: Former President/Dictator Marcos was from Ilocos Norte, on the map its not marked as a communist hotspot.)\n\nDeception #4\n\nThe sympathetic civilian “Members” spread across barangays all over the country are deceived into believing they supporting and helping a cause that ultimately will benefit there own circumstances.\nThis network is known as the “one up and two down” system and it operates in complete silence. \n\nBarangay folk are inducted into this sympathetic network by an elder friend/family member, when the time is appropriate, this person must induct two person below them. Once inducted, you are in for life, there are no exit options. One must only talk “business” with these three individuals.\n\nJun Alcover discusses here the civilian network,\n \n\"It will take time for the military and the police to detect such presence because of mass support coming from the civilian population. Anybody who would dare report the presence of NPAs in the barangay would be killed in front of barangay folks. Anybody who would dare oppose their views would be eliminated in the guise of cleansing the barangay of “bad elements.” Those who refuse to be convinced are subjected to the muzzles of the gun placed on their mouth. A sort of “political power growing out of the barrel of the gun” practice.”\n( ref - https://anadpartylist.wordpress.com/useful-articles/know-the-enemy/ )\n\nThe existence of this network is the single most powerful element of the entire communist scam as those inducted eventually become contributing members of society, potentially members of the police force, lawyers, judges, politicians etc. All of whom become useful tools to be exploited as required, whether the individuals like it or not.\n\n NOTE: This civilian network was clearly evident during my extortion, details of its operation I only learnt once in Australia.\n\nDeception #5 - (Im withholding all source information for personal reasons)\n\nThe sympathetic civilian “Members” spread across barangays all over the country are deceived into believing that corrupt police and politicians are the evil drug lords of the Philippines, when in reality its their very own local leaders.\n\nDeception #6 (Joining the dots)\n\nThe NPA is utilised by Malacanyang Palace under Marcos/Duterte regimes purely as controlled opposition.\n\nPresident Marcos declared Martial Law due to the rising threat of Communism, he then proceeded to murder thousands of Filipinos.\n\nPresident Duterte has declared Martial Law on the large island of Mindanao, he has killed thousands in his “War on Drugs”, predominantly the poor drug addicts. Only a single person of significance has been charged with drug offences, under questionable circumstances, that being Senator De Lima. Duterte has not ruled out nationwide Martial Law due to the threat of communism. Will he run the same playbook???? Are the NPA used to facilitate false flag operations? Fancy that!) and therefore validate in some sense the need to implement Martial Law across the country for the safety and well being of our people......Sino ang tawag ni Duterte???.... tawgon ba niya ang NPA??? Surely no, right? \n\n\nSo, do you think  any profit, from the minerals below the seabed of the South China Sea, will ever reach a Filipino government bank account????\n\nWill the generous Chinese loans for infrastructure and so on, which might actually may become difficult to repay, give us less influence and basic bargaining power???????\n\n\nWe will also never forget the War on Drugs.  Way, way to many people? It is 100% TRUE, they all actually died. I can assure you, it was not just some fucked up dream - they all did die.\n\nSo tell me im wrong mate, they died so the Masa would be scared into submission and on the other hand an opportunity would present itself to consolidate an illegal drug trade?\n\nMate why is there no outrage in you.\n\nNow we are being honest.
