      "body": "**WARNING THIS IS A RANT**\n\nOkay, so I picked up the game two weeks ago and I am still fairly green, but as a longtime vet of Team Fortress 2, im used to team centric games.\n\nMy question for the Overwatch community: \nWhy do people buy a team-centric game, but refuse to actually play as a team?? Noone seems to pay attention to composition half the time, and it gets very old being mowed down on a payload match in less than 5 minutes because my team decided to play as 3 widow / 2 reaper, and I played reinhardt?\n\nThat being said, I really enjoy the pace of the game, and the breath of fresh air from COD type games. \n\nAnalysis:\nAlthough players should adapt to each round, I have found that the following compositions seems to steam-roll the other team. (If everyone plays their role correctly)\n\nAttack (capture)\nZarna - zenyatta - phara - lucio - junkrat - ?\n\nAttack (payload)\nReinhardt - tracer - mercy - symmetra - mcCree - ?\n\nDefense \n(A tank of choice depending on map)\nJunkrat - zennyata - symmetra - bastion - ?\n\nKeep in mind, these are simply opinions, not facts, and definetly dont fit each and every situation.\n\nLast but not least, \nHopefully Blizzard will continue to work on the play of the game system...\n\nWatching a tank push his team to victory, or someone clearing a defense point at the last minute should be priority. Not the solo mcCree or Reaper that is going around picking off low health targets that arent even remotely near the combat zone... and god forbid the torbjorn that never left his turret the entire game and got a double or triple kill (once).",

I was performing a site inspection two days ago and the first thing out of the customer's mouth was, \"where is your boss?\" When I responded that I am it, he laughed and said I couldnt have been over 18. I must say, it is therapeutic, but with no artistic background, its trial by fire.\n\nI am designing a necklace for my wife as my first project, and I think I went above my skill level... haha. I took a locket, and enveloped it with a double sprial knot. Although this isnt a complicated one, using hemp AND knotting it into the locket's circlets was a challenge. I am done with the locket portion, but will follow up with a square not \"chain\". I will also be adorning the chain portion with a few native american beads I buy from my local shop (I live at the heart of the Cherokee Nation). If anyone has any advise on a setup for making the knotting easier I would greatly appreciate it!",

I am not as interested about the money, but I want to blog about my personal experiences, job updates, funnies, etc - and this seemed like a good platform to try out (I hate reddit). Just for the benefit of myself and new members - do you mind defining the difference between a dolphin and minnow? I understand the power exchange, but in terms of their different interactions with minnows vs whales? Would they in essence be the last filter before content hits the main page? Since I assume once whales take notice, things tend to take off?",

      "body": "Business cards really are a great way to market yourself! Working for an IT firm, for many of our customers or prospects our business cards are the first thing they will see. Although default cards from vista print is a step-up from no cards, I would absolutely agree with your advice. Higher quality cards, higher quality results.  My one thing I would recommend however, is to avoid overly extravagant designs. Stick with simple shapes and cleverness. also, don't forget your typography! The point of a business card is to convey information easily, while capturing the attention of others!\n\nKM",
