| body |  Every person on this planet wants to be happy, by the way I don't know about other planet. Everyone works for their need and to be happy. But I wonder "why are so less number of people happy?" Some portion is sad as they didn't get what they want, some are heartbroken and some are confused in the dilemma of life. Whatever may be the reasons, what I feel, people don't know “What is happiness?" It's like finding a solution but don't know the problem. People think getting rich will make happy, having a girlfriend/boyfriend will make happy or buying a new super car make you happy. Yes, it does but what if all your money lost, your relationship breaks and your car get damaged, will you be sad again? Yes, you will be. Now, what is happiness? Simple it's the feeling of pleasure, joy, Sweetness inside you. How does it generate? The things you think inside your mind, the work you do and the people surround yourself. These all directly or indirectly influence the state of your happiness or create happiness. Do you know “why people are still unhappy?” It's because they can't continue the state of happiness every time. The only way to continue the state of happiness is to understand the thinking cycle of mind, the way mind perceives the external and internal stimuli. For example: close your eyes and think you are sad, your mind will give you tremendous amount of reasons “Why are you sad? “Now, close your eyes and feel you are the happiest person alive, your mind at least provide you some basic reasons, "Why are you happy?". In term of science there are certain chemical like Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins which together help us to feel happy. These are the chemical, which brain instruct to the corresponding organ to release, based on brain's perception to external and internal stimuli. So now, the question is "How to continue the state of happiness forever?" For this we need to understand certain prospect and follow certain Guidelines. So here are the Top 10 ways to be happy each and every moment in your life: Know yourself:  Who are you? Where are you from? You can say "I am a human being, born from my mother." Yes, you are absolutely right. But have you ever think “what's your position, size in terms of universe?” You are like no one. So your happiness or your life doesn’t matter to the rest. Why are you here? It’s actually no one knows why human being is here. What is life? Here the main question comes. Everybody has different prospective about life, but what I feel it’s different. Let’s take an example Imagine there is small hut with 2 windows in a dark black forest. That small hut contain lots of intense light or you can say only the hut has light and all it's surrounding are black. One bird come from dark forest and enters the hut, stays there for moment and went through another window. Now that's bird is us. We don't know where we come from and where we go, we only get limited time to stay like bird in that hut. Accept that it’s a small life, there is no place for sorrow, pain, all we need to do is enjoy that little moment like anything. Accept yourself and start to love yourself:  You may be short/tall, ugly/beautiful, you may get all senses but some people don't, accept yourself as you are. You are perfect, you don't need to live your life for someone else, you don't need to be liked by someone. You got one life just live it to the fullest. Start to prioritize yourself to the top. Love your life like anything. Accept your past and always live in present:  Whatever happened with you in the past, may be sweet as rasgullas(sweets) or bitter as acetic acid, just erased those memory. Anyway you can't get back those things. Always try to live in present; literally it makes me so happy to live in present. You don't have to worry about anything just relax and do the works. Love without attachment:  It's very important when Relationship term come into picture. Love and attachment are two different things but people misconceptualise as one. Love is the deepest emotional feeling which interconnects with affections, closeness, and care. Attachment is closely related to the Expectation. For example: When you love someone, you truly sense the feeling of affection without any expectation of return, you just feel free. When comes to Attachment you feel the same thing but there is a expectation of return, like whatever you are doing your opposite has to do the same thing for you. Sometimes we call it possessiveness. So stop being in Attachment, starts to love freely you will never feel disappointment, no pain just Intense happiness. Start exercise:  It’s very often said "your mind can only work effectively, if your body is at optimum level". So start exercise may be its aerobic or anaerobic. Follow feasible diet:  Why did I say feasible diet? Because there is no use of diet if you can't follow it. And to follow a diet for long period it has to be tasty, healthy and Nutritious, it should also include your favorite food. Optimum plan for diet is to eat 5 times a day instead of 3 times but eat in small quantity. I can say it should be at the top. Meditation helps you to stay at present moment, clarify your Thought process, purify your soul and helps you to stay away negativity. Goal:  Always have specific Goal in every moment of life. Life always turns to negative directions without Goal. Goal may be short term or long term. More the tougher goal, achieving it will give more and longer happiness. Divide the life Goals into short goals and achieve one by one, this way you can also live a purposeful life. Learn to manage time:  People always terrified to deadlines and it distract the peace, happiness of life. Better learn how to manage time effectively. Help someone:  Believe me it give me intense pleasure to help someone. It may be friends or may be poor people striving in hunger. But keep in mind if you want to help, do it without expecting return. Expecting a return will not be call as help, it will be call as lending. | body |  Every person on this planet wants to be happy, by the way I don't know about other planet. Everyone works for their need and to be happy. But I wonder "why are so less number of people happy?" Some portion is sad as they didn't get what they want, some are heartbroken and some are confused in the dilemma of life. Whatever may be the reasons, what I feel, people don't know “What is happiness?" It's like finding a solution but don't know the problem. People think getting rich will make happy, having a girlfriend/boyfriend will make happy or buying a new super car make you happy. Yes, it does but what if all your money lost, your relationship breaks and your car get damaged, will you be sad again? Yes, you will be. Now, what is happiness? Simple it's the feeling of pleasure, joy, Sweetness inside you. How does it generate? The things you think inside your mind, the work you do and the people surround yourself. | body |  Every person on this planet wants to be happy, by the way I don't know about other planet. Everyone works for their need and to be happy. But I wonder "why are so less number of people happy?" Some portion is sad as they didn't get what they want, some are heartbroken and some are confused in the dilemma of life. Whatever may be the reasons, what I feel, people don't know “What is happiness?" It's like finding a solution but don't know the problem. People think getting rich will make happy, having a girlfriend/boyfriend will make happy or buying a new super car make you happy. Yes, it does but what if all your money lost, your relationship breaks and your car get damaged, will you be sad again? Yes, you will be. Now, what is happiness? Simple it's the feeling of pleasure, joy, Sweetness inside you. How does it generate? The things you think inside your mind, the work you do and the people surround yourself. These all directly or indirectly influence the state of your happiness or create happiness. Do you know “why people are still unhappy?” It's because they can't continue the state of happiness every time. The only way to continue the state of happiness is to understand the thinking cycle of mind, the way mind perceives the external and internal stimuli. For example: close your eyes and think you are sad, your mind will give you tremendous amount of reasons “Why are you sad? “Now, close your eyes and feel you are the happiest person alive, your mind at least provide you some basic reasons, "Why are you happy?". In term of science there are certain chemical like Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins which together help us to feel happy. These are the chemical, which brain instruct to the corresponding organ to release, based on brain's perception to external and internal stimuli. So now, the question is "How to continue the state of happiness forever?" For this we need to understand certain prospect and follow certain Guidelines. So here are the Top 10 ways to be happy each and every moment in your life: Know yourself:  Who are you? Where are you from? You can say "I am a human being, born from my mother." Yes, you are absolutely right. But have you ever think “what's your position, size in terms of universe?” You are like no one. So your happiness or your life doesn’t matter to the rest. Why are you here? It’s actually no one knows why human being is here. What is life? Here the main question comes. Everybody has different prospective about life, but what I feel it’s different. Let’s take an example Imagine there is small hut with 2 windows in a dark black forest. That small hut contain lots of intense light or you can say only the hut has light and all it's surrounding are black. One bird come from dark forest and enters the hut, stays there for moment and went through another window. Now that's bird is us. We don't know where we come from and where we go, we only get limited time to stay like bird in that hut. Accept that it’s a small life, there is no place for sorrow, pain, all we need to do is enjoy that little moment like anything. Accept yourself and start to love yourself:  You may be short/tall, ugly/beautiful, you may get all senses but some people don't, accept yourself as you are. You are perfect, you don't need to live your life for someone else, you don't need to be liked by someone. You got one life just live it to the fullest. Start to prioritize yourself to the top. Love your life like anything. Accept your past and always live in present:  Whatever happened with you in the past, may be sweet as rasgullas(sweets) or bitter as acetic acid, just erased those memory. Anyway you can't get back those things. Always try to live in present; literally it makes me so happy to live in present. You don't have to worry about anything just relax and do the works. Love without attachment:  It's very important when Relationship term come into picture. Love and attachment are two different things but people misconceptualise as one. Love is the deepest emotional feeling which interconnects with affections, closeness, and care. Attachment is closely related to the Expectation. For example: When you love someone, you truly sense the feeling of affection without any expectation of return, you just feel free. When comes to Attachment you feel the same thing but there is a expectation of return, like whatever you are doing your opposite has to do the same thing for you. Sometimes we call it possessiveness. So stop being in Attachment, starts to love freely you will never feel disappointment, no pain just Intense happiness. Start exercise:  It’s very often said "your mind can only work effectively, if your body is at optimum level". So start exercise may be its aerobic or anaerobic. Follow feasible diet:  Why did I say feasible diet? Because there is no use of diet if you can't follow it. And to follow a diet for long period it has to be tasty, healthy and Nutritious, it should also include your favorite food. Optimum plan for diet is to eat 5 times a day instead of 3 times but eat in small quantity. So here are the Top 10 ways to be happy each and every moment in your life: Know yourself:  Who are you? Where are you from? You can say "I am a human being, born from my mother." Yes, you are absolutely right. But have you ever think “what's your position, size in terms of universe?” You are like no one. So your happiness or your life doesn’t matter to the rest. Why are you here? It’s actually no one knows why human being is here. What is life? Here the main question comes. Everybody has different prospective about life, but what I feel it’s different. Let’s take an example Imagine there is small hut with 2 windows in a dark black forest. That small hut contain lots of intense light or you can say only the hut has light and all it's surrounding are black. One bird come from dark forest and enters the hut, stays there for moment and went through another window. Now that's bird is us. We don't know where we come from and where we go, we only get limited time to stay like bird in that hut. Accept that it’s a small life, there is no place for sorrow, pain, all we need to do is enjoy that little moment like anything. Accept yourself and start to love yourself:  You may be short/tall, ugly/beautiful, you may get all senses but some people don't, accept yourself as you are. For example: When you love someone, you truly sense the feeling of affection without any expectation of return, you just feel free. When comes to Attachment you feel the same thing but there is a expectation of return, like whatever you are doing your opposite has to do the same thing for you. Sometimes we call it possessiveness. So stop being in Attachment, starts to love freely you will never feel disappointment, no pain just Intense happiness. Start exercise:  It’s very often said "your mind can only work effectively, if your body is at optimum level". So start exercise may be its aerobic or anaerobic. Follow feasible diet:  Why did I say feasible diet? Because there is no use of diet if you can't follow it. And to follow a diet for long period it has to be tasty, healthy and Nutritious, it should also include your favorite food. Optimum plan for diet is to eat 5 times a day instead of 3 times but eat in small quantity. It’s actually no one knows why human being is here.\n\nWhat is life? Here the main question comes. Everybody has different prospective about life, but what I feel it’s different. Let’s take an example\n\nImagine there is small hut with 2 windows in a dark black forest. That small hut contain lots of intense light or you can say only the hut has light and all it's surrounding are black. One bird come from dark forest and enters the hut, stays there for moment and went through another window.\n\nNow that's bird is us. We don't know where we come from and where we go, we only get limited time to stay like bird in that hut.\n\nAccept that it’s a small life, there is no place for sorrow, pain, all we need to do is enjoy that little moment like anything.\n\n\n\nAccept yourself and start to love yourself:\n\n\n\n\nYou may be short/tall, ugly/beautiful, you may get all senses but some people don't, accept yourself as you are. But I wonder "why are so less number of people happy?" Some portion is sad as they didn't get what they want, some are heartbroken and some are confused in the dilemma of life. People think getting rich will make happy, having a girlfriend/boyfriend will make happy or buying a new super car make you happy. Yes, it does but what if all your money lost, your relationship breaks and your car get damaged, will you be sad again? Yes, you will be. Now, what is happiness? Simple it's the feeling of pleasure, joy, Sweetness inside you. How does it generate? The things you think inside your mind, the work you do and the people surround yourself. | body |  Every person on this planet wants to be happy, by the way I don't know about other planet. Everyone works for their need and to be happy. But I wonder "why are so less number of people happy?" Some portion is sad as they didn't get what they want, some are heartbroken and some are confused in the dilemma of life. Whatever may be the reasons, what I feel, people don't know “What is happiness?" It's like finding a solution but don't know the problem. People think getting rich will make happy, having a girlfriend/boyfriend will make happy or buying a new super car make you happy. Yes, it does but what if all your money lost, your relationship breaks and your car get damaged, will you be sad again? Yes, you will be. Now, what is happiness? Simple it's the feeling of pleasure, joy, Sweetness inside you. How does it generate? The things you think inside your mind, the work you do and the people surround yourself. These all directly or indirectly influence the state of your happiness or create happiness. Do you know “why people are still unhappy?” It's because they can't continue the state of happiness every time. The only way to continue the state of happiness is to understand the thinking cycle of mind, the way mind perceives the external and internal stimuli. For example: close your eyes and think you are sad, your mind will give you tremendous amount of reasons “Why are you sad? “Now, close your eyes and feel you are the happiest person alive, your mind at least provide you some basic reasons, "Why are you happy?". In term of science there are certain chemical like Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins which together help us to feel happy. These are the chemical, which brain instruct to the corresponding organ to release, based on brain's perception to external and internal stimuli. So now, the question is "How to continue the state of happiness forever?" For this we need to understand certain prospect and follow certain Guidelines. So here are the Top 10 ways to be happy each and every moment in your life: Know yourself:  Who are you? Where are you from? You can say "I am a human being, born from my mother." Yes, you are absolutely right. But have you ever think “what's your position, size in terms of universe?” You are like no one. So your happiness or your life doesn’t matter to the rest. Why are you here? It’s actually no one knows why human being is here. What is life? Here the main question comes. Everybody has different prospective about life, but what I feel it’s different. Let’s take an example Imagine there is small hut with 2 windows in a dark black forest. That small hut contain lots of intense light or you can say only the hut has light and all it's surrounding are black. One bird come from dark forest and enters the hut, stays there for moment and went through another window. Now that's bird is us. We don't know where we come from and where we go, we only get limited time to stay like bird in that hut. Accept that it’s a small life, there is no place for sorrow, pain, all we need to do is enjoy that little moment like anything. Accept yourself and start to love yourself:  You may be short/tall, ugly/beautiful, you may get all senses but some people don't, accept yourself as you are. You are perfect, you don't need to live your life for someone else, you don't need to be liked by someone. You got one life just live it to the fullest. Start to prioritize yourself to the top. Love your life like anything. Accept your past and always live in present:  Whatever happened with you in the past, may be sweet as rasgullas(sweets) or bitter as acetic acid, just erased those memory. Anyway you can't get back those things. Always try to live in present; literally it makes me so happy to live in present. You don't have to worry about anything just relax and do the works. Love without attachment:  It's very important when Relationship term come into picture. Love and attachment are two different things but people misconceptualise as one. Love is the deepest emotional feeling which interconnects with affections, closeness, and care. Attachment is closely related to the Expectation. For example: When you love someone, you truly sense the feeling of affection without any expectation of return, you just feel free. When comes to Attachment you feel the same thing but there is a expectation of return, like whatever you are doing your opposite has to do the same thing for you. Sometimes we call it possessiveness. So stop being in Attachment, starts to love freely you will never feel disappointment, no pain just Intense happiness. Start exercise:  It’s very often said "your mind can only work effectively, if your body is at optimum level". So start exercise may be its aerobic or anaerobic. Follow feasible diet:  Why did I say feasible diet? Because there is no use of diet if you can't follow it. And to follow a diet for long period it has to be tasty, healthy and Nutritious, it should also include your favorite food. Optimum plan for diet is to eat 5 times a day instead of 3 times but eat in small quantity. More the tougher goal, achieving it will give more and longer happiness. Divide the life Goals into short goals and achieve one by one, this way you can also live a purposeful life. Learn to manage time:  People always terrified to deadlines and it distract the peace, happiness of life. Better learn how to manage time effectively. Help someone:  Believe me it give me intense pleasure to help someone. It may be friends or may be poor people striving in hunger. But keep in mind if you want to help, do it without expecting return. Expecting a return will not be call as help, it will be call as lending. But I wonder \"why are so less number of people happy?\"\n\nSome portion is sad as they didn't get what they want, some are heartbroken and some are confused in the dilemma of life.\n\nWhatever may be the reasons, what I feel, people don't know “What is happiness?\" It's like finding a solution but don't know the problem.\n\nPeople think getting rich will make happy, having a girlfriend/boyfriend will make happy or buying a new super car make you happy.\n\nYes, it does but what if all your money lost, your relationship breaks and your car get damaged, will you be sad again?\n\nYes, you will be.\n\n\n\nNow, what is happiness? Simple it's the feeling of pleasure, joy, Sweetness inside you.\n\nHow does it generate? The things you think inside your mind, the work you do and the people surround yourself. These all directly or indirectly influence the state of your happiness or create happiness.\n\nDo you know “why people are still unhappy?” It's because they can't continue the state of happiness every time.\n\n\n\nThe only way to continue the state of happiness is to understand the thinking cycle of mind, the way mind perceives the external and internal stimuli.\n\nFor example: close your eyes and think you are sad, your mind will give you tremendous amount of reasons “Why are you sad? “Now, close your eyes and feel you are the happiest person alive, your mind at least provide you some basic reasons, \"Why are you happy?\".\n\n\n\nIn term of science there are certain chemical like Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins which together help us to feel happy.\n\nThese are the chemical, which brain instruct to the corresponding organ to release, based on brain's perception to external and internal stimuli.\n\nSo now, the question is \"How to continue the state of happiness forever?\"\n\nFor this we need to understand certain prospect and follow certain Guidelines.\n\nSo here are the Top 10 ways to be happy each and every moment in your life:\n\n\n\nKnow yourself:\n\n\nWho are you? Where are you from?\n\nYou can say \"I am a human being, born from my mother.\"\n\nYes, you are absolutely right. But have you ever think “what's your position, size in terms of universe?”\n\nYou are like no one. So your happiness or your life doesn’t matter to the rest.\n\n\n\nWhy are you here? It’s actually no one knows why human being is here.\n\nWhat is life? Here the main question comes. Everybody has different prospective about life, but what I feel it’s different. Let’s take an example\n\nImagine there is small hut with 2 windows in a dark black forest. That small hut contain lots of intense light or you can say only the hut has light and all it's surrounding are black. One bird come from dark forest and enters the hut, stays there for moment and went through another window.\n\nNow that's bird is us. We don't know where we come from and where we go, we only get limited time to stay like bird in that hut.\n\nAccept that it’s a small life, there is no place for sorrow, pain, all we need to do is enjoy that little moment like anything.\n\n\n\nAccept yourself and start to love yourself:\n\n\nYou may be short/tall, ugly/beautiful, you may get all senses but some people don't, accept yourself as you are. You are perfect, you don't need to live your life for someone else, you don't need to be liked by someone. You got one life just live it to the fullest.\n\nStart to prioritize yourself to the top. Love your life like anything.\n\n\n\nAccept your past and always live in present:\n\n\nWhatever happened with you in the past, may be sweet as rasgullas(sweets) or bitter as acetic acid, just erased those memory. Anyway you can't get back those things. Always try to live in present; literally it makes me so happy to live in present. | body | What is stress? When some disturbance create in a normal human brain we call it STRESS. Why is it created? It is created due to many reasons such as : 1) When result of any event or work gets deviated from expectation 2) High expectation from someone and when they acts different to our expectation. 3) Corporate work pressure. 4) Family pressure 5) Study pressure for a student Stress doesn't comes to us as long as we don't feel it. What does it mean? It means for a student, study is not a stress at all till he/she doesn't relate it to the future career, family pressure etc. For a corperate person work is not a stress till he/she enjoys their work like anything. Stress vary from person to person, gender to gender. Some person can take deep stress and for some person it is not easy to take a light stress like exam stress. Difference between Pressure and Stress: Pressure is what our external environment put on us and Stress is how we react to it. Stress is the internal resistance to pressure. For example : Your boss gives you so much Work. This is the Pressure because its the external things which is putting on you. The stress is how you are reacting to it. If you just think " OMG !!! How can i complete all these stuff ? I've so much stress ". This small thinking slowly turns to Stress. If you think "Oh man!! I got so much stuff to do. Lets make a plan how to do it". This thinking will not introduce any stress at all. So, It is YOU, who has the complete responsibility, how to respond external stimuli. Myth: Some people says " stress is good, because it lets you complete your task timely". I won't be agree with this term. In that sense you are taking it as challenge to complete the task not as a stress. And if you can take it as a challenge and complete the task then its well and good. Side effects of stress: More or less stress just harm every single thing in your life. Ranging from your coorporate life to your personal life. Stress of one work show its effects to every single work you do. You will not be able to notice but slowly slowly it disturb your whole life. For example: suppose you got very huge workload from your boss, And you take it as a stress. Once you take it as a stress your brain started to get disturb. when you arrive to your home at evening, you will start fighting with your wife, with your children due to small small reasons. It means you literally show your stress effects to your family. Same thing happens with the student, when the exam time comes near. It is the stress of your exam which lets you fight with your friends for no reason. Common Remedies: Of course this is not remedies but people think it as remedies. You know what i am talking? Yes! I am taking about drugs. It can be many types like cigarette (very common), alcohol, weed, heroin, cocaine. Yes, it relieves stress but for a very short period of time. Once you take it you feel relax for short term and this is the reason people get addicted to it. People literally loves to be stress free that is why they take it so frequently. At the long run this drug makes your life worse. Drug addiction let you ruin your family, make you depress, health starts to degrade. So its better to not go for this short term stress relieve program. Because ultimately it will make your life worsen than stress do. Its one life and obviously we don't wanna destroy our life like this. Of course you can enjoy weed, alcohol whenever you wanna get high in party, beaches its obvious but not as addiction. Then what are the Long term remedies to get rid of stress : 1) As Stress is the internal YOU, you have to understand it completely so that life become easier for you. 2) Once you get any task to do, take it as normal. Don't make your work bigger than your life. 3) Whenever you feel stress, just close your eyes and think about the reasons for your stress. Find out what,when,where,how about stress. Once you get these, your solution will pop-out automatically. 4) Try to do YOGA for minimum 5 mints everyday. Just close your eyes, listen to your breadth and let the thought flow. YOGA makes your mind calm, it just help to think better, clear and peaceful. 5) Enjoy your life like anything. Try to enjoy every moment of your life ranging from simple to complex activity. Don't leave any opportunity to travel, travel as much as possible, as far as possible. Travel will always make you happy. Conclusion: As we know stress is the internal resistance to External pressure. Its upto you how to take it. You can control it, and make a balance happy life or stress will control and makes your life worsen than ever before. This is very short life, no one knows how, when life ends. At the moment before you die you should not feel that you have wasted your whole life dealing stress and lived for others.
