      "body": "কমিউনিটির নিয়মাবলী (Rules of Community):\n\n➤ শুধুমাত্র বাংলা ভাষা ছাড়া অন্য কোনো ভাষায় এখানে লেখা যাবে না । অন্য্ কোনো ভাষায় লিখলে পোস্টটি mute করা হবে। যদি কেউ বার বার এই নিয়ম ভঙ্গ করেন তবে তাকে কমিউনিটি থেকে ব্যান করা হবে । ব্যান হলে আমাদের কমিউনিটির discord channel এর \"Appeal\" section এ আপীল করতে পারবেন নতুন করে কমিউনিটিতে অন্তর্ভুক্তির জন্য ।\n➤ রোমান হরফে বাংলা লেখা এখানে সম্পূর্ণরূপে নিষিদ্ধ । শুধুমাত্র বাংলা হরফ ব্যবহার করেই লেখা যাবে । উদাহরণ :- \"Amar nam Rahul. Ami aj ekhane join korlam.\" এরকম লেখা যাবে না, তার বদলে লিখতে হবে \"আমার নাম রাহুল । আমি আজ এখানে জয়েন করলাম ।\"\n\n➤ আমার বাংলা ব্লগে প্রকাশিত কোনো পোস্ট যদি আপনি পুনরায় অন্য কোথাও পাবলিশ করেন তবে ভবিষ্যতে আপনার একাউন্ট \"not for curation\" ক্যাটেগরির অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হবে এবং same ট্যাগ প্রদান করা হবে । তাই, আমার বাংলা ব্লগে শুধুমাত্র এক্সক্লুসিভ পোস্টই শেয়ার করা যাবে ।\n\n➤ একই পোস্ট একাধিকবার এখানে শেয়ার করা যাবে না ।রিপিটেড কনটেন্ট পোস্টদাতাকে mute করা হবে । অন্য কোথাও পূর্ব প্রকাশিত আপনার কোনো পোস্টই এখানে শেয়ার করতে পারবেন না , সোর্স উল্লেখ করেও না । আমার বাংলা ব্লগ ব্যতীত অন্য কোথাও প্রকাশিত আপনার নিজের কোনো পুরাতন পোস্ট এখানে পাবলিশ করলে curation এর জন্য সম্পূর্ণ উপেক্ষা করা হবে । এবং same কাজ বারবার করলে আপনার একাউন্ট ব্যান করা হবে ।\n\n➤ ধর্ম ও রাজনীতি বিষয়ের উপর লেখা curation এর জন্য সম্পূর্ণরূপে উপেক্ষা করা হবে । অতএব, এই সকল বিষয়ের উপরে লেখা এখানে শেয়ার না করাই শ্রেয় । তবে আপনি ধর্মীয় উৎসব সম্পর্কে অবশ্যই পোস্ট করতে পারবেন, কিন্তু religion affiliation সম্পর্কিত কোনো পোস্ট করলে সেটিকে mute করে দেয়া হবে ।\n\n➤ বাংলা বানানের প্রতি খুবই যত্নশীল হতে হবে । ২৫০ শব্দের একটি লেখায় সর্বোচ্চ ৫ টি বানান ভুল tolerate করা হবে । অত্যধিক ভুল বানান সম্বলিত লেখা curation এর জন্য সম্পূর্ণরূপে উপেক্ষা করা হবে ।\n\n➤ শুধুমাত্র নিজের লেখাই এখানে শেয়ার করা যাবে, অন্যের লেখা শেয়ার করা সম্পূর্ণরূপে নিষিদ্ধ । যদি আপনার লেখা বা ছবি/ভিডিও অন্য্ কোথাও আগে পাবলিশ হয়ে থাকে তবে আপনি কোনো অবস্থাতেই আপনার পুরোনো লেখা/ছবি হুবহু শেয়ার করতে পারবেন না । আপনি বরং সেই লেখাটির উপর একটি আলোচনামূলক লেখা শেয়ার করতে পারেন যেটা হতে হবে সম্পূর্ণ মৌলিক । আর হ্যাঁ, সাথে অবশ্যই পুরোনো সেই লেখা/ছবি/ভিডিও -এর source উল্লেখ করতে ভুলবেন না ।\n\n➤ আপনি যদি অন্যের লেখা হুবহু কপি করে, বা মূল লেখার সম্পূর্ণ অনুকরণে লেখার চেষ্টা করেন তবে সেটাকে plagiarized কনটেন্ট হিসাবে ডিক্লেয়ার করা হবে এবং আপনার পোস্টটি mute করা হবে । আপনি বার বার একই ঘটনার পুনরাবৃত্তি ঘটালে আপনাকে কমিউনিটি থেকে ব্যান করা হবে ।\n\n➤ আমাদের ডাউনভোট নীতি : আপনি যদি কোনো plagiarized কনটেন্ট শেয়ার করে এখানে সম্পূর্ণ নিজের মৌলিক লেখা হিসাবে দাবি করেন তবে আপনার পোস্টের পোটেনশিয়াল পেন্ডিং রিওয়ার্ডস এর against -এ downvote প্রদান করা হবে ও পোস্টের পেন্ডিং রিওয়ার্ডস ভ্যালু জিরো করে দেওয়া হবে ।\n\n➤ স্প্যামিং করা কঠোরতমভাবে নিষিদ্ধ । এ ব্যাপারে আমাদের কমিউনিটির জিরো টলারেন্স নীতি রয়েছে। কাউকে স্প্যামিং করতে দেখলে ইনস্ট্যান্ট অ্যাকশন নেওয়া হবে তাঁর বিরুদ্ধে কমিউনিটি থেকে পার্মানেন্ট ব্যান করে । কমেন্ট সেকশন এও গঠনমূলক কমেন্ট করবেন । যে বিষয়ের উপরে পোস্ট সেই বিষয়ের উপর আলোচনামূলক কমেন্ট করবেন । অন্যথায় কমেন্ট ব্লক করা হবে ।\n\n➤ আপনি যদি একাধিক সোর্স থেকে তথ্য নিয়ে সেগুলি থেকে জ্ঞান আহরণ করে সম্পূর্ণ নিজের মতো করে লেখেন তবে সেটাকে rewrite হিসাবে গণ্য করা হবে । rewrite করা আর্টিকেল গুলোতে কয়েকটি বিষয় খেয়াল রাখতে হবে - ১. রেফারেন্স সোর্সগুলি অবশ্যই উল্লেখ করতে হবে, ২. ৭৫%-৮০% লেখা সম্পূর্ণ মৌলিক হতে হবে, ৩. যেসব তথ্য আপনি কালেক্ট করেছেন সেগুলি ইনভার্টেড কমার মধ্যে উল্লেখ করবেন, ৪. আর্টিকেল সম্বন্ধীয় কোনো ইমেজ যদি আপনি কোনো ওয়েব সোর্স থেকে কালেক্ট করে থাকেন তবে সেগুলি অবশ্যই copyright free হতে হবে এবং ৫. কালেক্টেড কপিরাইট ফ্রি ইমেজ গুলির সোর্স অবশ্যই উল্লেখ করবেন ।\n\n➤ Copyright Infringement হলো অন্যের যে কোনো মৌলিক intellectual property আসল মালিক বা creator এর অনুমতি ছাড়া সম্পূর্ণ নিজের কাজে ব্যবহার করা । এটা plagiarism আওতায় না পড়লেও একটা অপরাধ । কারণ এখানে intellectual property -র মূল মালিক বা creator \"কপিরাইট ল\" নামে একটা বিশেষ আইনে ওই সকল intellectual property -কে প্রোটেক্টেড রেখেছেন । সো, আপনি যদি মূল মালিক বা creator -কে তাঁর প্রাপ্য রয়্যালটি দিয়ে intellectual property গুলো ব্যবহার করেন তবে কোনো প্রব্লেম নেই । অন্যথায় আপনার পোস্টটি Copyright Infringement এর কারণে mute করতে আমরা বাধ্য হবো ।\n\n➤ আপনার পোস্টে সব সময় কপিরাইট ফ্রি ছবি, ভিডিও, gif বা অডিও ক্লিপ দেবেন । আর সেগুলি যদি কোনো কপিরাইট ফ্রি সোর্স থেকে পেয়ে থাকেন তো অবশ্যই সেই সোর্স উল্লেখ করবেন, এটা বাধ্যতামূলক ।সব চাইতে ভালো হয় নিজের তোলা ফোটোগ্রাফি, নিজের তৈরী করা ইমেজ/gif, নিজের ধারণকৃত ভিডিও /অডিও দিলে ।\n\n➤ কী কী এখানে শেয়ার করা যাবে ? প্রায় সব কিছু । যেমন: বাংলা যে কোনো আর্টিকেল, রেসিপি, ভ্রমণ কাহিনী, ফোটোগ্রাফি, সব রকম ক্রিয়েটিভ রাইটিং (গল্প,কবিতা,ছড়া), ভিডিও, আর্ট, মিউজিক ইত্যাদি ।\n\n➤ কী কী এখানে শেয়ার করা যাবে না ? ১. ধর্মীয় এফিলিয়েশনের উপরে কোনো লেখা । ২. চাইল্ড পর্নোগ্রাফিক যে কোনো কনটেন্ট । ৩. নারী বিদ্বেষমমূলক ও নারীদের সম্মানক্ষুণ্ন করে এবং নারী নির্যাতনমূলক যে কোনো ধরণের পোস্ট । ৪. সামাজিক বর্ণবৈষ্যমের সমর্থনমূলক কোনো পোস্ট । ৫. কোনো ধর্ম, ব্যক্তিত্ব ও জাতিসত্তার বিরুদ্ধাচারণমূলক ও বিদ্বেষমূলক এবং হেয় জ্ঞান করে কোনো পোস্ট। ৬. উদ্দেশ্যপ্রণোদিতভাবে কোনো ব্যক্তি বিশেষের নামে ঘৃণা ও অবজ্ঞাসূচক কোনো পোস্ট । ৭. রাজনৈতিক যে কোন ব্যক্তিবর্গ অথবা রাজনৈতিক যে কোনো দলের নামে প্রশংসাসূচক বা সমালোচনামূলক যে কোনো ধরণের পোস্ট । ৮. অবৈজ্ঞানিক, মিথ্যা গুজব, কুসংস্কার সমর্থন করে এ সম্পর্কিত সব ধরণের পোস্ট কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ । ৯. পশু-পাখি নির্যাতনমূলক কোনো পোস্ট, ছবি বা ভিডিও শেয়ার করা যাবে না । ১০. শিশু শ্রম সমর্থন করে এমন যে কোনো ধরণের পোস্ট । ১১. NSFW ট্যাগ ছাড়া কোনো ধরনের অশ্লীল, যৌনতা বিষয়ক পোস্ট । ১২. যে কোনো ধরণের অপরাধকে সমর্থন করে এমন যে কোনো পোস্ট ।\n\n➤ফোটোগ্রাফি পোস্ট করার ব্যাপারে কিছু নিয়মনীতি পালন করা অত্যাবশ্যকীয় - ১. একটি মাত্র ফটোগ্রাফ দিয়ে কোনো ফোটোগ্রাফি পোস্ট করা যাবে না, ২. অন্য্ কোনো সোর্স থেকে প্রাপ্ত কপিরাইট ফ্রি ফটোগ্রাফ ব্যবহার করে কোনো ফোটোগ্রাফি পোস্ট করা যাবে না, ৩. কোনো ফোটোগ্রাফি পোস্টে ছবির সংক্ষিপ্ত বর্ণনা, ছবির লোকেশন, ক্যামেরার নাম ও মডেল না দিলে সেটাকে বৈধ ফোটোগ্রাফি পোস্ট বলা যাবে না, ৪. ফোটোগ্রাফি পোস্ট মানে শুধুই ছবি শেয়ার করা নয়, অন্তত ১০০ শব্দের বর্ণনাও অতি আবশ্যক ।\n\n➤আপনার নিজের গলায় গাওয়া কোনো গানের অডিও বা ভিডিও শেয়ার করার কিছু নিয়মনীতি : যদি গানটি আপনার সম্পূর্ণ মৌলিক হয়ে থাকে তবে কোনো কন্ট্রিবিউশন উল্লেখ করার দরকার নেই , কিন্তু তা যদি না হয়ে থাকে তো - ১. মূল গীতিকার, সুরকার ও গানটির ওরিজিন্যাল গায়কের নাম অবশ্যই উল্লেখ করবেন, ২. গানটি বিকৃত বা প্যারোডি করে গাওয়া যাবে না ।\n\n➤ রেসিপি শেয়ার করার কয়েকটি নিয়মকানুন : ১. রেসিপিও কিন্তু একটি intellectual property, সো, এটাও কপিরাইটেড থাকতে পারে ; তাই কোনো রেসিপি হবহু শেয়ার করবেন না , তাতে নিজের কিছু মৌলিকত্ব আনার চেষ্টা করবেন । ২. রেসিপির সাথে আপনার নিজের তোলা ফটোগ্রাফ দিতে হবে, যেমন- প্রধান ingridients গুলির ফটো, রান্নার প্রধান কয়েকটি ষ্টেপের ফটো, আর লাস্ট prepared ডিশের ফটো । যদি আপনি নিজের সেলফি দেন আপনার রেসিপির সাথে তবে খুবই ভালো হবে । চাইলে আপনার রেসিপির ভিডিও শেয়ার করতে পারেন, এতে আপনার পোস্টের ভ্যালু বেড়ে যাবে ।\n\n➤ ট্রাভেল পোস্ট শেয়ার করার কিছু নিয়ম : ১. যে স্থানে আপনি ভ্রমণ করেছেন সেই স্থানের নাম ও ভৌগোলিক অবস্থান অবশ্যই উল্লেখ করবেন। ২. জার্নির একটা সংক্ষিপ্ত বর্ণনা থাকবে, ৩. বেড়ানোর জায়গার অন্তত ৩টি ছবি দিতে হবে, ১ টি অবশ্যই সেলফি অথবা নিজের ছবি বেড়ানোর জায়গার সাথে, ৪. মিনিমাম ২৫০ শব্দে আপনি আপনার ভ্রমণ কাহিনী ব্যক্ত করবেন ।\n\n➤ রিভিউ লেখার কিছু নিয়মাবলী : ১. বুক রিভিউ লেখার ব্যাপারে ক্লিয়ার করে বইয়ের নাম, লেখকের নাম উল্লেখ করবেন, ২. মূল বইয়ের কোনো লেখা হুবহু তুলে ধরবেন না, ৩. বইয়ের সর্বোচ্চ ৩টি পাতা (কভার সহ) আপনি ছবি আকারে শেয়ার করতে পারবেন, ৪. বইটির একটি গঠনমূলক বর্ণনা, আপনার ভালো লাগা বা মন্দ লাগা অবশ্যই উল্লেখ করবেন, ৫. বইয়ের কোনো affiliation marketing করা যাবে না, ৬. মুভি রিভিউয়ের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই মুভিটির \"ট্রেইলার ভিডিও\"টি শেয়ার করবেন, কিন্তু কোনো অবস্থাতেই মুভির কোনো অংশ শেয়ার করা যাবে না , ৭. মুভির নাম ও পরিচালকের নাম সহ মুভির একটা পোস্টার, প্লট ও কাস্ট মাস্ট উল্লেখ করবেন, ৮. মিনিমাম ১০০ শব্দে আপনি মুভি রিভিউ লিখবেন ।\n\n➤ আর্ট পোস্ট করার ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে কিছু সুনির্দিষ্ট নিয়ম পালন করা অত্যাবশ্যকীয় । ১. অন্যের আর্ট এখানে শেয়ার করা যাবে না । ২. ট্রেসিং করে করা কোনো স্কেচ এখানে শেয়ার করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ । ৩. আপনার আর্ট প্রসেসের অন্তত ৪টি স্টেপ এখানে শেয়ার করতে হবে । ৪. আপনার আর্টের কোনো এক স্থানে আপনার signature থাকতে হবে । ৫. ফাইনাল আউটপুটের সাথে সেলফি দিতে হবে\n\n➤ কোনো পোস্টে বা কমেন্টে কাউকে ব্যক্তিগতভাবে আক্রমণ করা যাবে না বা কটূ কথা, গালিগালাজ করা যাবে না । অন্যথায় তাকে পার্মানেন্টলি ব্যান করা হবে ।\n\n➤NSFW কোনো পোস্ট \"nsfw\" ট্যাগ ছাড়া পাবলিশ করলে সাথে সাথে সেটিকে mute করা হবে । এ ব্যাপারে জিরো tolerance নীতি রয়েছে আমাদের । কোন কোন পোস্টগুলিকে NSFW হিসাবে গণ্য করা হবে ? ১. ন্যুড ফোটোগ্রাফি বা ভিডিও অথবা আর্ট । ২. অ্যাডাল্ট যে কোনো ধরণের লেখা, বিশেষ করে sexual রিলেটেড যে কোনো ধরণের কনটেন্ট । ৩. ভায়োলেন্স রিলেটেড যে কোনো ধরণের কনটেন্ট । ৪. পশু-পক্ষী হত্যা করার ফোটোগ্রাফি বা ভিডিও । ৫. নির্যাতনমূলক যে কোনো ধরণের ছবি বা ভিডিও । ৬. বীফ এবং পর্ক -এর যে কোনো ধরণের রেসিপি\n\n➤ নতুন ব্লগার \"আমার বাংলা ব্লগ\" -এ subscribe করার পর তাঁকে অবশ্যই একটি পরিচয়মূলক পোস্ট করতে হবে, নতুবা তাকে স্থায়ী মেম্বার করা হবে না । পরিচয়মূল পোস্টে আপনাকে \"Steemit ID ও Date\" লেখা একটি কার্ড এক হাত দিয়ে ধরে তার সাথে নিজের একটা সেলফি দেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক ।\n\n➤ একটি মাত্র ছবি, বা, ১০০ ওয়ার্ডের কম লেখা যে কোনো পোস্ট \"মাইক্রো পোস্ট\" হিসাবে গণ্য করা হবে ও curation এর জন্য সম্পূর্ণ উপেক্ষা করা হবে । বার বার \"মাইক্রো পোস্ট\" করা ব্লগারকে \"spammer\" হিসাবে গণ্য করা হবে ।\n\n➤ফিশিং সাইটের লিংক শেয়ার, প্রতারণামূল পোস্ট, স্ক্যামিং attempt, হ্যাকিং attempt -এই সকল কর্মকান্ডের বিরুদ্ধে অত্যন্ত কঠোর ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে ।\n\n➤ \"আমার বাংলা ব্লগ\" -এ প্রতি ২৪ ঘন্টায় এক জন ব্লগার সর্বোচ্চ ৩টি পোস্ট করতে পারবেন । তার বেশি পোস্ট করাকে স্প্যামিং attempt হিসাবে গণ্য করা হবে ।\n\n➤ শুধু পোস্ট করেই আপনার কর্তব্য সম্পূর্ণ হবে না । কমিউনিটিতে আপনার এক্টিভিটি অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি বিষয় । ইন্যাক্টিভ ব্লগারদের পোস্ট curation এর জন্য মনোনীত করা হয় না । তাই আপনাকে এক্টিভিটি বৃদ্ধি করা ছাড়া বিকল্প অন্য কোনোও পথ নেই । কমিউনিটিতে আপনার এক্টিভিটি বাড়ানোর কৌশল : ১. নিয়মিত পোস্ট করা । প্রতিদিন করা সম্ভব না হলে সপ্তাহে অন্তত তিনদিন পোস্ট করবেন । ২. নিজের পোস্টে অন্য ব্লগারদের করা কমেন্টে ৩-৪ দিনের মধ্যে reply দেবেন । ৩. নিয়মিত অন্যদের পোস্ট পড়বেন যতগুলি সম্ভব । ৪. কারো পোস্ট ভালো লাগলে এড়িয়ে যাবেন না, তাকে আপভোট দিয়ে সাপোর্ট করবেন । আপনার ক্ষুদ্র একটি সাপোর্ট যে কোন অথরের কাছে সেটা বিশাল । ৫. অন্য অথরদের পোস্টে গঠনমূলক সমালোচনা বা আপনার ভালো লাগা-মন্দ লাগা কমেন্টের মাধ্যমে প্রকাশ করবেন । ৬. মাঝে মাঝে উপকারী পোস্টগুলি বা ভালো মানের পোস্টগুলি re-steem বা re-blog করবেন । ৭. আমাদের কম্যুনিটির সম্মানিত অ্যাডমিন বা মডারেটর প্যানেলের সাথে সহযোগিতামূলক আচরণ করবেন । ৮. আমাদের কমিউনিটির discord সার্ভারে একটিভ থাকার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করবেন ।\n\n➤ \"লাজুক খ্যাঁক\" (Shy Fox)-এর থেকে আপনার পোস্টে কিউরেশন পেতে আপনার অবশ্য করণীয় : ১. \"আমার বাংলা ব্লগ\"-এর একজন এক্টিভ অথর হওয়া । ২. \"আমার বাংলা ব্লগ\"-এর সকল নিয়ন কানুন মেনে পোস্ট করা । ৩. আপনার পোস্টটি অবশ্যই কোয়ালিটি পোস্ট হতে হবে কিউরেশন পাওয়ার জন্য । ৪. আপনার পোস্টের benificiary মিনিমাম ১০% @shy-fox কে দিতে হবে । এতে @shy-fox এর পাওয়ার বিল্ড আপে আপনি সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশ নিতে পারবেন, যেটা খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আমাদের সকলকার জন্য ।",

Trust me deactivate it as soon as possible because the amount of influence it has on your mental health is immense.\n\nWhat I realized from my, over 10 years of using facebook:\n\n🏴It definitely is addictive\n🏴I used apps to see how much i was active there, it turns out, it was usually close to 2 hours daily, 14 hours weekly, 60 hours a month, 720 hours an year or 30 days a year.. Are you f*cking kidding me? You spend a month on social media that brings you next to nothing. Do you know what impact it will have on your life if you spend that time productively\n🏴Your cravings for validation from other people increases and this is detrimental for your growth.\n🏴It will pull you away from the things you loved to do in real life.\n\nNot all social media are the same. I find facebook very negative but I do like instagram. Most of the time, i spend there is wasted looking at beautiful nature videos/pictures, memes, funny animal videos, beautiful colorful minerals etc. I can say that it has positive impact on me. Also whatsapp which i use to keep in touch with people close to me.",

Some facts about the case\n\n1. A spate of disappearances of young girls was seen in Nithari, a place near Noida.\n\n2. After some residents alleged that decomposed body parts have been discovered at a septic tank, Police in a lax manner did not take cognizance even when there was a clear indication of corpus delicti (presence of a body).\n\n3. After a lot of agitation, and some suo motu sleuth action by residents, a lot of body parts, decomposed hands etc were discovered. This forced the police to register a case.\n\n4. It was suspected through hearsay and oral witnesses to the police that a certain Moninder Singh Pandher and his servant surinder koli were probably involved.\n\n5. After the police took them in, both confessed but later retracted.\n\n6. Through 2nd degree interrogation, by confronting the accused with facts and related evidence, the accused confessed again and the case was charge sheeted.\n\n7. Due to the sensational nature of the crime, a lot of hue and cry (understandably) was made in the media, which cast serious aspersions on the role of the police. As such to tide over such allegations, the govt, appointed CBI to investigate the case.\n\n8. The CBI instead gave clean chit to Moninder singh Pandher, and suddenly Surinder Koli also started giving confessional statements stating that only he was responsible and Pandher was innocent.\n\n9. However, the sessions court convicted both the accused of multiple murder and sentenced them to death.\n\n10.This irked the CBI as it had given clean chit to Pandher.\n\n11. Allahabad High Court has acquitted Pandher in some of the cases related to this scandal but judgement is pending on another 5 of the total 12.\n\n12. The complications in the case included the difficult exhumation of bodies due the large number of killings ( one count says 31) and that they were hidden very professionally.\n\n13. Further a continuous witch hunt against UP police in media caused a lack of credibility in their investigation and generally in police set up this means supervision by a host of officers. Which meant that the IO was being pulled in different directions simultaneously.\n\n14. The tendency of media to spin fanciful stories caused a lot of diversion. The media (with some having hidden agendae) would spin stories and possible plots and then castigate police for not taking action. This ultimately forced the govt to hand over investigation to CBI at a very advanced stage causing further confusion.\n\n15. The motive angle has still not been conclusively addressed. Out of thin air, police first found proof incriminating Pandher as a paedophile and then suddenly there was no proof.\n\nThese complicated angles to the case and despite a long time period between killings and actual discovery meant that proving the case against koli and",
