| body | Hello RealHubbers! One of our ultimate goals at Realityhubs is to have the masses (content creators and curators) learn about the platform and utilize the technology behind it (Steem Blockchain) to monetize their content. One of the ways which we want to achieve this is by using Realityhubs stake (RHB POWER). We are very much concerned about the success of the project, and for this reason, we want to delegate some of our stakes to like-minded individuals. We believe this is a huge step in the right direction and we are excited to bring this lovely news to your knowledge. Before anyone apply as a curator, below are the rules guiding this process. Applicant must have made at least 20 quality reviews on Realityhubs Applicant must not have any record of abusive behavior such as plagiarism and vote farming. Applicant must have at least 30,000 RHB staked. This shows your support for the community. Applicants must meet the highlighted criteria before we consider their application for a review. This is to ensure that all applicant understands the kind of contents within the scope of the platform and that our shared stakes are properly managed and utilized. We hope that with these stern criteria, we’ll prevent our stakes from slipping into wrong hands. And consequently, our stake will be distributed to dedicated, fair, and serious curators. Commitment Agreement As part of the application process, applicants must show their willingness agreeing that they will support only quality contents (Content that falls within the scope of the platform) and will fight any form of abuses with the delegated stake. Legitimate Use of Delegations Rewarding quality content creators. Fighting abuses such as Vote farming, tag abuses, plagiarism, and any other activities that are detrimental to the RealityHubs platform. Illegitimate Use of Delegations The delegations must never be used to enrich the recipient in any circumstances through self upvotes or bidding. The recipient must not use the delegation in any exploitative way that may cause harm to the RealityHubs community. Delegation Recipient Obligations Recipients of the delegation must conduct themselves with the highest regards for the platform and its community. |

| body | --Ingredients-- Marshmallows: 2 cups gelatin free mini marshmallows or homemade marshmallows 1/4 of this recipe cut into small, about 1/2 inch, cubes Grahams: 1/4 cup vegan butter 1 cup dark brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 tablespoons full-fat coconut milk 1 cup graham flour whole wheat flour works 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1 1/2 cups dairy free semi-sweet chocolate chips or bars chopped into small pieces --Instructions-- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 C). Beat butter and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl until creamed. Add soda, salt, vanilla, and milk and mix until combined. Add flours and mix until dough is completely mixed. Turn out onto lightly floured surface and roll into a layer about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick and cut into small squares, about 1 inch. Place them about 1/4 inch apart on a parchment or silicone lined baking tray and bake for 6 - 8 minutes until edges are browned and crisp. Cool completely. Mix the mini grahams with your homemade marshmallows and chocolate pieces or chips in a large bowl and serve or store in an air-tight container and save as a fun on-the-go snack. --Recipe Notes-- A quick note on storing: When all mixed together in an airtight container, the grahams like to absorb any moisture from the mallows which makes them soft and gives the mallows a slight crunch. We kind of like this but if you wish to avoid it, just store separately and mix soon prior to serving. autor: @dannyfanton |

"body": "--Ingredients--\nMarshmallows:\n2 cups gelatin free mini marshmallows or homemade marshmallows 1/4 of this recipe cut into small, about 1/2 inch, cubes\nGrahams:\n1/4 cup vegan butter\n1 cup dark brown sugar\n1/4 teaspoon baking soda\n1/2 teaspoon salt\n1 teaspoon vanilla extract\n3 tablespoons full-fat coconut milk\n1 cup graham flour whole wheat flour works\n1 1/4 cups all purpose flour\n1 1/2 cups dairy free semi-sweet chocolate chips or bars chopped into small pieces\n\n--Instructions--\nPreheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 C). Beat butter and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl until creamed. Add soda, salt, vanilla, and milk and mix until combined. Add flours and mix until dough is completely mixed.\nTurn out onto lightly floured surface and roll into a layer about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick and cut into small squares, about 1 inch. Place them about 1/4 inch apart on a parchment or silicone lined baking tray and bake for 6 - 8 minutes until edges are browned and crisp. Cool completely.\nMix the mini grahams with your homemade marshmallows and chocolate pieces or chips in a large bowl and serve or store in an air-tight container and save as a fun on-the-go snack.\n--Recipe Notes--\nA quick note on storing: When all mixed together in an airtight container, the grahams like to absorb any moisture from the mallows which makes them soft and gives the mallows a slight crunch. We kind of like this but if you wish to avoid it, just store separately and mix soon prior to serving.\n\n\n\nautor: @dannyfanton",

| body | While legacy blockchains are well-known for delivering benefits like transparency, decentralized storage of value, automation, and/or privacy, novel enterprise-focused blockchains seek to leverage DLTs to offer interoperability in cross-company interactions. Ironically, interoperability is yet to materialize within the Crypto space itself. Different established blockchains offer varying solutions. The Bitcoin blockchain is recognized as the most robust in terms of security, subsequently, the network’s cryptocurrency has gained recognition as a likely alternative to gold as a store of value. Both Ethereum and EOS are recognized as key solutions for enabling smart cities of the future. Various privacy chains, like Zcash, deliver the complete privacy and anonymity factors that are missing in other blockchains. Different blockchains have paved their own market purpose but a novel solution in the digital asset sector aims to ensure the benefits of all these blockchains can be benefited from simultaneously. Interoperability holds the key to ensuring a single solution that enjoins the benefits of each network. ChainX aims to aggregate the benefits of various blockchains. ChainX is an interoperability layer. Applications that integrate different cryptocurrencies can be built upon ChainX. Users are able to deposit the cryptocurrencies of different blockchains in trustless, decentralized escrows which subsequently emit a representation of that specific asset that is native to ChainX. This allows anyone, irrespective of which Crypto they hold, to access the applications without the need to convert back-and-forth between different digit assets. The digital assets deposited on ChainX lead to subsequent native representations which are protected, mapped, and verified by network nodes. ChainX uses a unique proof of stake consensus to ensure that the network maintain byzantine fault tolerance. The voting power allocated to each node is dependent on the amount of virtual PCX they possess. Virtual PCX is acquired by depositing digital assets. Thus, those who deposit the most have the most interested in protecting the network; thus, these individuals are given more virtual PCX as they have the greatest vested interest in ensuring the viability of the network as they are motivated by the personal interest of protecting the deposits they’ve made. Access to virtual PCX enables mining rights which allow nodes to allocate resources to the network to acquire block rewards in the form of real PCX. The distribution of PCX is dependent on what tier a node falls into. - Trust Nodes: The 15 nodes with the highest vote accumulation host the user inter-chain assets. To acquire such a high concentration of votes, a node is likely to have made substantial deposits and thus has a natural interest in protecting the network. - Validator Nodes: The top one thousand nodes collectively process network transactions. Naturally, these nodes play an important role in ensuring double-spending and other network attacks are thwarted. - Sync Nodes: A standard node will allow users of ChainX to make transactions. By enabling users to take deposit various cryptocurrencies and then take advantage of their collective benefits, ChainX acts as a layer that allows blockchains to achieve interoperability. Rather than users being forced to opt for particular digital assets for the sake of their unique benefits, ChainX gives them the advantage of benefitting from the value-adds of the cryptocurrencies of all major networks. |

Motorcycle Polo first began as an officially organized sport in the mid-1930s. Moto-ball is played between two teams with five players on each team. Four players on each team are on motorcycles, while the fifth player, who is a goalkeeper does not use a motorcycle. The sport is usually played on an association football field, with same sized goalposts. There is a semi-circular area in front of each goal post that riders cannot enter into. The ball used for the sport is similar to a football but is bigger measuring 40 cm in diameter. A match is played in four 20 minute periods. The objective of the sport is to score as many goals as possible. Goals can only be scored by kicking the ball with legs, from outside the restricted area. | body | The other day I announced that I will be throwing out some ideas. HF21 - Doing What One Believes Can Be Done. Every Proactive Effort Matters. Simple ideas that could get people thinking about how to go about the changes that are coming with HF21. New "rules" = New obstacles to overcome. Rather than complain about things, here I am going to explain one little idea that I was sharing around via Discord and it never really took off. Nobody went ahead with it, at least nobody that I know. We all know that the new author rewards are as of HF21 going down to 50%. However the curation rewards are going up to 50%. So lets say 100% is still there, just being distributed differently. So our governance asked for it to be and shall be. Simple as that. Well, this actually got me thinking that there is no better time than the present to present this idea publicly, to promote it via the tools we have available here & to get the idea out there. It isn't anything that is centralized, nor run by me or any other individual, it is again as many things that I try to get out there more of a "grassroots" type of idea. So, the freedom of choice is guaranteed for each and every individual. HERE IT IS! How many times have we all come across a post that is older than 7 days and that we feel deserved more than the 5 or 7 cents payout it got? Seriously, most of us know that feeling, let alone seen dozens if not hundreds and maybe even thousands of posts out there with under 10 cents as a payout, yet were posts in which people put in their time or emotions and in many cases both. So, what has ever stopped any of us to write a post about that post, highlighting and promoting that person? Sure there are many different groups out there trying to help others along, but what is stopping any one of us, as individuals to do this! See my point. We can all do a little that can make a huge difference. & the rewards from the post we write could go to that person. Helping and giving is a great feeling, especially when we know that we are doing it for the right reasons. OK. So simply: When you come across a post that is older than 7 days, that you believe deserved more attention than what it got. Simply write a post about it, naming the author, saying why you believe the post deserved more attention and when you get your payout, forward it to the author of the post that your were promoting. Simple enough. There are no rules, there is no obligation to use any tag or anything, it is all yours, your own good will and niceness. My choice of tags will be #mypicks. I have this account name sitting here dead and almost useless, the name is somewhat suitable and I will probably set up some bot to resteem posts that I promote or posts that use that tag or something along those lines. No guarantee as to what exactly I will do with this account, but I know that I will put it to good use for the above efforts. Again, that is me. There is no reason why anyone else would use this tag if they don't want to. Why? Well, it is your choice what and how and when and whose post you choose. & as it is you, you can do things any way you feel comfortable with. Maybe you choose a tag that you want to make a part of your social networking experience. Sure, go ahead and do that, right on, full speed ahead. See, this idea that I am presenting here can be done by any one of us, any way that each and any one of us would like to. No rules, no terms and conditions, no hierarchy, just you and your own good will. How can this help as far as the up coming changes go? Well, in many ways and it will also help prove that people are who matter. Our caring for one another, our good will, our efforts to support each other without any hidden agendas is what can make all the difference. Through little things like this, we can definitely make a heck of a difference! Think about it and when one day you do come across a post that you like and that is over 7 days old and only got a few cents payout, maybe, just maybe this post comes to mind and gives you the will power to make that post author smile! THANKS |

| body | eSteem is the longest running mobile application for Steemians, but we've been doing a lot of work these last few months to make it into the best mobile application, not just for Steem, but for any blockchain. And we are also building best desktop application (Surfer) in sync with website. In today's post we want to focus on just one of the pieces to this puzzle, which we're extremely excited to announce: the ESTM Token. Users will be able to earn ESTM tokens in far more ways than they can earn STEEM, including: Mining: Users will be able to mine ESTM by using our apps Invites/Referrals: Users can earn ESTM by onboarding other users In-App Purchases: Users will have ability to purchase ESTM easily with app SMT SMTs will soon be released on Steem and we are committed to leveraging this technology to give unique value to eSteem users. But SMTs will not be magic. They will have a wide variety of customizable parameters that will have to be specified by the token launcher, and once the token is launched, those parameters are immutable. That means you'll have to launch a whole new token every time you want to fix a mistake. For that reason it's important to experiment with the design of our token before it launches as an SMT. This is the only way to ensure that the ESTM tokens that users earn today can be converted into valuable SMTs tomorrow. A lot of the work we've been doing these last few months has been developing this backend tooling which, while not sexy, is the type of software that will make the difference between a successful and unsuccessful token launch. We believe this work gives us an important strategic advantage. Flexibility & Experimentation ESTM points give us the flexibility to experiment with use cases, observe what our users want from our application, and what changes need to be made to the token model, so as to ensure a pleasurable user experience. We believe that we have developed some extremely innovative backend tools that will ensure that when we do launch our SMT, it will be very effective at tokenizing valuable engagement on Steem through eSteem, which should lead to strong demand for the token. ESTM: Just the Start In future posts, we plan to go into deeper detail about our economic model. But the changes that are coming to eSteem are about so much more than just a new token. We will continue releasing updates about these improvements over the coming days, weeks, and months, so be sure to follow this account. If you have any comments, suggestions, feedback or ideas, please leave them in the comment section to this post. |

| body | Walking on the street, we always find something new. It is new not because we haven't seen anything like it before, but because we can put a newer meaning to it. It is the front door of Starbuck in Jong-ro, Seoul. I didn't give any attention to the flowers in front, but this time the flowers attracted my attention. So I took this photo. I found this little market on the street in Seoul. When I was young there were a lot of them. There we could buy everything we needed for our daily lives. But now, people generally shop in huge marts, where they can full the cart with a lot of unnecessary stuff. Seeing this small market, I traveled to my childhood memories. I went to a little market on my mom's errands almost every day. This is a beautiful guitar! However, the story of this guitar is not so happy. It was made by the former staff members of the company, Cort Guitar. I like Cort guitar, and actually have one acoustic guitar from Cort. The story is this. These people insist that they were unjustly fired. To get back to their workplace, they have gone on the demonstration for a long time. It would have been very difficult for them to keep their daily lives. |

| body | Hello RealHubbers! All Recipients must not use the stake in a way that is harmful to the platform and its community All Recipients must leave a constructive feedback comment on every content they curate. Call for immediate delegation withdrawal Recipients should keep in mind that should it be brought to our attention that a curator is abusing its delegated stake (RHB Power), with genuine reasons, we will not hesitate to remove the delegation immediately. This may be done with or without prior notice. Delegation Application Format In other to apply for a delegation from Realityhubs team, applicants must submit their interest as a post through the platform (www.realityhubs.com) in the format listed below and include the tag: "reality-delegation" Give a brief introduction of yourself and what you do. Mention challenging positions you have held or tasks you have handled both on and outside the Steem blockchain. In one paragraph and using the sub-heading “Delegation Application Reasons”, state why you should be considered for the delegation. Describe the kind of content you want to curate ( e.g Product reviews, Nature reviews, Visuals reviews, etc.) Include your contact detail (Preferably, Discord username) Delegation The amount to be delegated to each verified (approved) applicant is 400,000 (Four hundred thousand) RHB Power. The delegated RHB Power amount is set at The team's discretion and may be subjected to change based on the number of applications and or the value of RHB. All delegations will be re-evaluated every three months of which verified applicants must publish a brief overview of their activities every first week of the month with the hash-tag "reality-overview" Benefits The benefits of this approach will affect both the general community and the delegatees (curators). We hope that by delegating our stakes to several other "trustworthy" community members, curation would be efficiently delivered. Thus increasing the rate at which quality reviews are rewarded. Aside from that, we hope that it'll spur community members to write and publish quality reviews. As we have reiterated in previous announcements, quality reviews are good for the reviewer, and prospective consumers. As a delegatee (curator), you get to keep curation rewards to yourself and your team (if you have one). This benefit is directly proportional to your curation activities. However, we'll be forced to act if this privilege is abused. Final words As we continue to create a better environment for all Realityhubbers, we are not relenting until we achieve our aims and objectives, which is driving the platform to the top, and making all users feel at home. All our achievements in this short time are not without due recognition to every single community member. Everyone who has joined the platform published a review and bought some reality tokens. We are grateful for your continued trust in our platform, and it (your trust) is the force that propels us to be better. If you are sure of contributing your quota to the platform through the curation of quality contents, join the crusade, and your service will be much appreciated. Let the applications roll in! Good luck!! |
