Clear Valuation   [明確的估值方法]\nIn my opinion this is the most important argument of its unlimited potential. Whenever we do the valuation of stocks, we calculate the projected discounted net cash flow of the companies so that we can get a fair value for the stocks. Investment banks are doing that, investment experts are doing that and many others as well. However, it is difficult to do it for cryptocurrencies, given that the there is no cash flow for the cypto and people are trading without a clear valuation. \nOmiseGo avoids this problem. OmiseGo adopts the [POS (Proof of Stake)](https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Proof_of_Stake) validation method instead of POW (Proof of Work) which is used by Bitcoin Blockchain. Everyone holding OMG tokens can be the validators of the transactions and reward will be given to such behavior. The returns will be coming from the transaction fees of the OmiseGo Network and the net cash flow can be estimated by discounting the expected future transaction fees minus the node operation cost. As a result, investors can calculate the fair value of OMG tokens and carry out corresponding investment decisions.
