      "body": "The Adansi Media Coalition for Development has launched a fundraising initiative to purchase a new engine for the Obuasi Fire Tender, which has been non-functional for several months. The fire tender serves the Obuasi West, Obuasi East, and Akrofuom districts, and its breakdown has left these communities vulnerable to fire outbreaks. The fundraising effort aims to cover the cost of the new engine and associated workmanship, ensuring the fire tender is restored to full operational capacity.\n\n\nThe absence of a functional fire tender in Obuasi has had dire consequences for the community. Recently, an eight-bedroom house in Obuasi Bogobiri was gutted by fire, resulting in significant damage. Firefighters from the neighboring Fomena district responded to the emergency, but by the time they arrived, most of the rooms had already been razed. This incident underscores the urgent need for a reliable fire service in the Obuasi area.\n\nThe situation has been further complicated by the ongoing security impasse between AngloGold Ashanti Ghana and illegal miners (galamseyers). The mine’s fire tender, which the community sometimes relied on, is no longer available to assist with fire emergencies in the districts due to the heightened tensions. This has left the Obuasi West, Obuasi East, and Akrofuom districts without adequate fire protection, putting lives and property at risk.\n\nIn response to this crisis, the Adansi Media Coalition for Development has taken the lead in mobilizing resources to restore the Obuasi Fire Tender. So far, the coalition has raised GH₵30,000 through the generous contributions of individuals and companies. Notable donations include GH₵10,000 from EugeMat Travel and Tours, GH₵7,000 from Faustilove Appiah Kanin (NDC Parliamentary Candidate for Obuasi West in the 2024 elections), and GH₵2,000 each from Prince Bonnah (CEO of Successlink) and Daniel Obeng (NPP Youth Organizer for Obuasi East).\n\n\nThe coalition is calling on the public to support this critical initiative. Contributions can be made by visiting any of the radio stations in Obuasi or via Mobile Money (MoMo) on the number 0541442128 (Robert Anokye Gyamfi). Every donation, no matter the size, will go a long way in ensuring the Obuasi Fire Tender is back in service, providing much-needed protection to the community.\n\n\nWith the fire tender restored, the Obuasi West, Obuasi East, and Akrofuom districts will be better equipped to respond to fire emergencies, safeguarding lives and property. He joined all one thousand of them in getting drunk._ \n\n _2  Under the influence of wine, Belshazzar ordered that the gold and silver vessels his grandfather Nebuchadnezzar had taken from the Temple in Jerusalem be brought in so the king, his officials, his wives, and his mistresses could drink from them._ \n\n _3  As ordered, they brought in the gold vessels that had been taken from the sanctuary of God’s Temple in Jerusalem, and the king, his officials, his wives, and mistresses drank from them._ \n\n _4  As they drank the wine, they praised gods of gold, silver, bronze, iron, wood, and stone._ \n\n\n\n\n *KING BELSHAZZAR PROVOKED GOD* \n\nBelshazzar was a co-regent of Babylon (553 - 539 B C) At the centre of Belshazzar's great feast were the vessels of gold and silver that had taken from the  Jerusalem Temple by Nebuchadnezzar. Nebuchadnezzar was not literally the father of Belshazzar; Belshazzar was the son of Nabonidus, with whom he shared co-regency during the closing years of the Babylonian monarchy. The word \"father\" in Aramaic, like Hebrew, can mean \"ancestor\" or \"predecessor.\"\n\nBelshazzar wanted to emphasize his direct connection to Nebuchadnezzar, who had been the greatest of all Babylonian kings, however his character was not different from Nebuchadnezzar. There was one thing Belshazzar did differently, which was under the influence of alcohol, which Nebuchadnezzar his grandfather never did with all his pride and influence, that he ordered for the gold and silver vessels his grandfather Nebuchadnezzar had taken from the Temple in Jerusalem to be brought forth for them to use them to drink their wine.\n\nIt was an insult to God. Those vessels belonged to God and were holy. Belshazzar committed a crime against God for using those vessels. Holy vessels cannot be used to feed dogs. Dogs have their own bowls they use for food, you can't use holy vessels to feed them.\n\nChristians today accept anything, being holy or unholy. The holy vessels represents you as a believer. You are a royal priesthood, a peculiar people, holy vessel. Read what Peter says:\n\n *\"But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people to be his very own and to proclaim the wonderful deeds of the one who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.\" (1 Peter 2:9).* \n\nRoyal priest don't live like pigs. They live honourable lives. They live decent lives. They live like royals. Don't allow any spot on your royal garment. It will be a disaster soiling your royal garment.\n\nBelshazzar represents the devil, who pollutes God's children. He polluted the vessels of God. The same way the devil is polluting the elects of God. He uses so many mechanisms for these activities. Don't give him the chance. The guy who wants to have sex with you is in the form of the devil. Your friend who is telling you to steal the money because you are not the first person doing that, is the devil in human form. Any negative influence from the social media, friends, your parents, families, are all agents of Satan.\n\nGod was not happy with Belshazzar, and He would not be happy with the devil when he touches you.  You are God's Temple, therefore keep His Temple clean and pure. Then the lords of the Philistines came up unto her, and brought money in their hand._ \n\n _19  And she made him sleep upon her knees; and she called for a man, and she caused him to shave off the seven locks of his head; and she began to afflict him, and his strength went from him._ \n\n\n\n *THE FOURTH TEST: THE DOOM OF SAMSON THE GIANT* \n\n *Samson disclosed His Strength To Delilah* \n\nWe have already considered the first lesson under the same topic, thus she pressed him daily with her words. Let's now look at the second and third lessons respectively. \n\n *2. AND URGED HIM* \n\nDelilah urged Samson to reveal to her the secret of his strength. The word urge means a strong desire; an itch to do something. Delilah used her all to bring out the truth from Samson. She developed a strong desire to force the truth out. It was a deliberate one. Anyone who has a strong desire for something can kill to have that particular thing. This is witchcraft spirit. Desire is not bad but when it goes to the extend of murder it becomes a serious matter. \n\nMany people are living with witchcraft ignorantly. When you are exhibiting a certain negative trait, it can make you a candidate of witch. Such traits can be forced to have their way into you. Demons don't just enter bodies, they enter Into bodies that have their contacts. Their contacts can be wickedness, adultery, fornication, murder, blackmail, betrayal, lying, and so on so forth. If you are engaged in any of these, then you have the enemy's contact, and he will find his way through. \n\nDo you have the enemy's contact? If yes denounce it now in Jesus Mighty Name! \n\n *3. SO THAT HIS SOUL WAS VEXED UNTO DEATH* \n\nDelilah pressurized Samson to the point that Samson's soul was vexed unto death. He became troubled and could no longer control his own thoughts. When the enemy is pursuing you you may give up in life. The enemy pushed many people to end their own lives. He made them feel that they are losers and cannot make it in life. He made them to believe that what they have done no other person has done it before. What a deception! \n\nThe enemy has destroyed many lives through this method, the method of pressure. He will tell you what are you waiting for? Do it now. If they hear it you are finished, your respect will be gone. Beloved, there is no new thing under this sun. What you think it is shameful and plan of taking your own life, someone had the same problem, people knew about it, and today he is alive. \nWhy do you want to kill yourself? \nWhy do you want to cover your sins! \nConfess it. \nTalk to your spiritual father or your mentor. \nMore importantly talk to God and get results. \n\nGod loves you and will not want you to end your life prematurely. He wants you alive. \nHe wants you to get saved.  \n\n\n\n *MEDITATION* \n\n *\"Say to them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the sovereign LORD, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but prefer that the wicked change his behavior and live. Turn back, turn back from your evil deeds!       "body": "The Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, Cos-Petrogaz and the Business Council of Renewable Energy of Senegal (Coperes) are organizing, in partnership with Energy, Capital and Power (EPC), the MSGBC Oil, Gas & Power 2021, taking place on December l3 to 14, 2021 at the Centre International de Conference Abdou DIOUF (CICAD) in Diamniadio.   Under the theme #ANewWaveOfInvestment, MSGBC Oil, Gas & Power 2021 will showcase some of the major projects coming onstream over the course of 2023-2024 including SNE, Sangomar, GTA, and flagship projects in the renewable energy industry like the Taiba N´Diaye wind farm.   “This landmark conference will help stimulate investment in our country in this sector, with the forthcoming prospects for oil and gas exploitation, and also in the renewable energy sector in which our country has made significant progress with nearly 30% clean energy in the electricity grid. The imminent arrival of local gas will make Senegal energy independent and constitute a significant element of our energy transition, considering climate change, to produce clean and accessible energy at a lower cost, thanks to innovative programs in this area,” H.E. Aissatou Sophie Gladima, Minister of Petroleum and Energy states.\nMSGBC Oil, Gas & Power International Conference Director, Sandra Jeque notes that: “ECP is excited and grateful to have the strong support from our local partners in Senegal and throughout the MSBC region. It is one of the most promising regions for oil exploration and production in West Africa.       "body": "A US-based company, Tiwala Markt Company LLC registered in Texas and Delaware has partnered with Messiah Organics Chain; a Ghana-based company registered in Ghana to export organic foods to the US market.\n\nThe two companies as part of efforts in helping to increase the revenue stream of smallholder farmers have teamed up to organize smallholder farmers into organic out-growers to export part of their produce to the US market and other international markets. This comes after the establishment of the Africa Continental free trade agreement which seek to increase the trade potential of the African continent.  The two companies believe that the organic foods market is the catalyst that will help African farmers reach their full potential in the agriculture space and benefit from ACFTA.\n\nAccording to a 190+ Pages research report by Facts & Factors, an international market research company; the global Organic Food And Beverages Market in 2019 was approximately USD 220.00 Billion. The market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 16% and is anticipated to reach around USD 620.00 Billion by 2026.       "body": "Living Word Devotional\n\nFriday, 10th January, 2020\n\n*GOD WILL REMEMBER YOU* \n\nThen God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the animals that were with him in the ark. But He does remember. Isn’t that interesting? The Bible explains what really happens in Isaiah 54:7-8, “‘For a mere moment I have forsaken you, But with great mercies I will gather you. With a little wrath I hid My face from you for a moment; But with everlasting kindness I will have mercy on you,’ says the LORD, your Redeemer.” God may, in some moments of our lives, keep silent because He is working out a certain purpose that is not yet perfected. He may sometimes “turn his face away” for a moment because of our disobedience or disorder but His mercy always prevails and He remembers us. \n\nGod remembered Abraham and gave him a son. God remembered Joseph and brought him out of prison. God remembered Hannah and gave her Samuel. God remembered Israel and brought them out of captivity. In the case of Noah, he had been “immobilized” for months by the flood waters of God’s judgment on the earth. However, when God remembered Noah, He caused a wind to blow away the flood waters. May the wind of God blow away every flood that has held you captive and cause it to subside. \n\nDo you sometimes feel forgotten or abandoned? Today, you may seem to be “relegated” in your career, finances, health, relationship or ministry but declare that GOD WILL REMEMBER ME! In Jesus’ name.       "body": "MORNING DEW: 10/01/2020 \n\nTHEME: WHAT HAVE YOU TURNED THE TEMPLE OF GOD INTO? \n\nTEXT: MATTHEW 21:12-13\n\n![otf4hs2oqd.jpg](https://img.esteem.ws/otf4hs2oqd.jpg)\n\n12  Then Jesus went into the Temple, threw out everyone who was selling and buying in the Temple, and overturned the moneychangers tables and the chairs of those who sold doves.\n\n13  He told them, It is written, My house is to be called a house of prayer, but you are turning it into a hideout for bandits!\n\n\n\n\n\nJESUS WAS NOT HAPPY SEEING THE ROT IN THE TEMPLE\n\nJesus entered into the Temple, saw the rot which the Pharisees, the Sadducees and the chief priests saw, and did nothing, but Jesus could not control Himself seeing such things. The Temple was turned into market place. The ceremonial items were being bought there by the people for the purposes of business.\n\nPeople were no longer bringing their own items from their respective homes for the sacrifice, you only needed some good amount of money and you could get whatever you wanted for any sacrifice. This new arrangement was good for the priest and the people. So the Temple became a business centre.\n\nThe sacred place became criminals dwellings. A  place of prayer became a place of selling and buying. \nIt was normal as far as the people were concerned. They saw nothing wrong with the new practice. But when Jesus entered the Temple He saw something wrong with the practice. He saw filth.\n\nIn fact He saw a hideout place of criminals; armed robbers, thieves, magicians, soothsayers, diviners. These people were in charge of different businesses in the Temple, and instead of God's presence, human presence was in dominance.\n\nJesus became sad. He became troubled and had to take a drastic action. He whipped them. The doves fled. The rams, sheep, goats, all were gone. The money changers could not have access to their monies. That day a lot of properties were destroyed by Jesus.\nPeople lost huge sums of monies. People businesses collapsed.\n\nGOD'S TRUE TEMPLE\n\n\"Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?\n If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are\" (1 Corinthians 3:16-17).\n\nTemple is a sacred place. It is a holy place where God resides. God is holy and cannot live in a dirty place. God's Temple should be a place of worship, prayer.\n\nBeloved, you are the true Temple of God. God no longer lives in temples made by hands. God is in you and you are in Him. And God's Temple should be holy. Are you holy?\nWhat have you turned His Temple into? \n\nSomebody says \"I own myself and can do whatever I want to do.\" It's a lie, you don't own yourself anymore. The moment you have come to Christ you don't own yourself anymore. You can't do what you want to do but what He wants you to do.\n\n\"What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?\nFor ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's\" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).\n\nStop using your body as if you own it. Use it the way the owner desires. You can't be sleeping when the owner of your body wants you to be praying at the same time. You can't be watching television when He wants you to be in church. You can't be eating when He wants you to be praying.
