| title | CryptoSI DAODAO Whitepaper -- Edition 0.1.0 |
| body | CryptoSI DAODAO Whitepaper 4th September 2023 ─ CryptoSI.eth CryptoSI DAODAO Juno Network Cosmos Ecosystem ## Executive Summary CryptoSI DAODAO is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) built on the JUNO network, leveraging the benefits of JUNO's low fees and fast transaction settlement. Created with the DAODAO tooling, CryptoSI DAODAO aims to support the development and growth of decentralized applications (Dapps) and further the adoption of the JUNO blockchain. The DAO's primary goals include creating an inclusive and diverse community, fostering innovation within the blockchain space, and promoting the development of novel Dapps. To achieve these objectives, CryptoSI DAODAO will implement a hybrid governance model, combining the voting power of CRDD token holders and NFT holders. This structure ensures that decisions made within the DAO are fair, transparent, and aligned with the best interests of the community. The CRDD token serves as the primary utility and governance token within the CryptoSI DAODAO ecosystem. With a total supply of 100 billion tokens, CRDD holds meme token-like characteristics while maintaining a strong utility-driven value proposition through staking, rewards, and governance. The initial token distribution will be conducted through a token sale event, supported by a $10,000 USD donation from CryptoSI.eth. CryptoSI DAODAO's NFT collection will serve as both a funding mechanism and a means for individuals to gain membership in the DAO. NFT holders will enjoy discounted memberships and access to Dapps created by the DAO, while also having a say in the decision-making process. To ensure the success and growth of the DAO, a comprehensive roadmap and milestones have been established, alongside strategies for onboarding new projects and members. The DAO will actively engage with hackathons and maintain a vibrant community presence through regular updates, meetups, and educational content. CryptoSI DAODAO is committed to addressing and mitigating potential risks, including technical, financial, legal, operational, and social risks. By implementing robust measures and contingency plans, the DAO aims to create a strong foundation for its growth and long-term success. Overall, CryptoSI DAODAO envisions a thriving ecosystem that advances the JUNO blockchain and the broader crypto space through innovative Dapps and a vibrant, inclusive community. By fostering collaboration, transparency, and shared responsibility, the CryptoSI DAODAO seeks to become a leader in the world of decentralized organizations. ## 1. Introduction and Background Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) have emerged as an innovative and transformative force within the crypto ecosystem. Their inception can be traced back to the early days of blockchain technology, with the advent of Bitcoin and Ethereum as precursors to the concept. DAOs have since evolved, enabling communities to collaborate, make decisions, and allocate resources without the need for centralized authority or intermediaries. As the crypto ecosystem has matured, DAOs have gained increasing importance, contributing to the decentralization of finance (DeFi), governance, and various other sectors within the blockchain space. The JUNO network is a next-generation blockchain platform designed to facilitate the creation of DAOs and other decentralized applications. By offering an environment with low fees and fast transaction settlement, JUNO has positioned itself as an ideal choice for developers looking to build and launch DAOs. Its cutting-edge features, such as the DAODAO tooling, have made the process of creating and managing a DAO more accessible and user-friendly, thus opening the doors to a wider range of participants. The idea behind CryptoSI DAODAO was born out of the vision and determination of Cryptosi.eth, who discovered the JUNO network while conducting research for the DAOWatch.blog YouTube show. Impressed by the platform's low fees, fast transaction settlement, and the usability of the DAODAO tool, Cryptosi.eth recognized the potential to create a DAO that could help drive innovation and growth within the JUNO ecosystem. By leveraging the unique advantages offered by the JUNO network, CryptoSI DAODAO aims to establish itself as a leading force in the development of decentralized applications (Dapps) and further the advancement of the JUNO blockchain. In this whitepaper, we will provide an overview of the CryptoSI DAODAO, including its objectives, tokenomics, governance structure, and roadmap for growth. We will also discuss the strategies for onboarding new projects and members, as well as address the potential risks and legal considerations associated with the DAO. ## 2. Objectives and Goals The primary objectives and goals of CryptoSI DAODAO are focused on creating a robust, inclusive, and innovative venture DAO that supports the development and growth of decentralized applications (Dapps) within the JUNO network, and beyond. The following are the key objectives and goals of CryptoSI DAODAO: ### 2.1 Foster Innovation in the JUNO Ecosystem CryptoSI DAODAO aims to encourage and support the development of innovative Dapps that can drive value creation and growth within the JUNO ecosystem. By providing resources, funding, and collaboration opportunities, the DAO seeks to create an environment that nurtures creativity and empowers developers to bring their ideas to life. ### 2.2 Facilitate Collaboration and Resource Sharing The DAO's governance structure and decision-making processes are designed to enable collaboration among its members, fostering a sense of shared ownership and collective responsibility. By implementing a well-designed tokenomics model, the DAO aims to incentivize participation, support the growth of its native token (CRDD), and generate revenue through the development and operation of its Dapps. The success of these initiatives will contribute to the long-term financial stability and growth of CryptoSI DAODAO. ### 2.4 Community Building and Engagement CryptoSI DAODAO recognizes the importance of cultivating a strong, vibrant, and engaged community to support its mission. Through various channels such as hackathons, blog posts, video and audio updates, and meetups, the DAO aims to attract new members, onboard promising projects, and encourage active participation from its existing members. A thriving community is essential for driving innovation and ensuring the long-term success of the DAO. ### 2.5 Commitment to Transparency and Decentralized Governance CryptoSI DAODAO is committed to upholding the principles of transparency and decentralized governance. By providing clear and open communication channels and implementing a fair and inclusive decision-making process, the DAO aims to build trust, ensure accountability, and promote the plutocratic values that underpin the broader crypto ecosystem. In summary, CryptoSI DAODAO's objectives and goals are centered around fostering innovation, collaboration, financial sustainability, community engagement, and a commitment to transparency and decentralized governance. These guiding principles will shape the DAO's strategies and actions as it works towards achieving its vision of becoming a leading force in the development of Dapps and the advancement of the JUNO blockchain. ## Tokenomics (CRDD) The CryptoSI DAODAO ecosystem is powered by its native utility token, CRDD. This section outlines the purpose, utility, initial distribution, allocation, supply mechanics, and value proposition of the CRDD token within the DAO. ### 3.1 Purpose and Utility of the CRDD Token The CRDD token serves multiple purposes and provides utility within the CryptoSI DAODAO ecosystem: Staking and Rewards: CRDD tokens are required for staking and receiving rewards. The rewards will be funded by the proceeds generated from previously built Dapps. By staking CRDD tokens, users can earn a passive income and contribute to the financial sustainability of the DAO. Governance: CRDD is the sole token used for voting in the CryptoSI DAODAO. Token holders can participate in the decision-making process, propose new ideas, and vote on critical matters related to the DAO's operations and development. ### 3.2 Initial Token Distribution The initial distribution of CRDD tokens will be carried out through a token sale event. This event will allow early supporters to acquire tokens and contribute to the DAO's development. Additionally, CryptoSI.eth will provide a $10,000 USD donation to jumpstart the project. ### 3.3 Token Allocation The total supply of CRDD tokens is set at 100 billion. The allocation details for different stakeholders are as follows: Community and ecosystem growth Reserves and liquidity provision Token sale participants Exact percentages and allocation details will be determined and shared prior to the token sale event. ### 3.4 Token Supply Mechanics To maintain a balanced token supply and promote long-term value, the following mechanisms will be implemented: Burn Mechanism: A percentage of the proceeds generated by CRDD Dapps and future NFT collections will be used to buy back and burn CRDD tokens. This deflationary mechanism can help stabilize the token's value and encourage sustainable growth. Other Potential Supply-Related Events: CryptoSI DAODAO may introduce additional token supply-related events, such as token buybacks or reward adjustments, based on the needs and demands of the ecosystem. ### 3.5 Value Proposition The CRDD token offers a unique value proposition that combines the appeal of a meme token with the utility-driven value of a governance and rewards token: Meme Token Characteristics: The large token supply gives CRDD a meme token-like appeal, making it attractive to a broad range of crypto enthusiasts. Utility-Driven Value: The CRDD token derives its value from its utility within the DAO, such as staking, rewards, and governance. This ensures that token holders can actively participate in the ecosystem and benefit from its growth. In conclusion, the CRDD token plays a crucial role in the CryptoSI DAODAO ecosystem, serving as both a utility and governance token. Its carefully designed tokenomics, coupled with strategic token supply mechanics, will help drive the long-term success and growth of the DAO. ## 4. Governance Structure and Decision-making Process The CryptoSI DAODAO aims to create a transparent, inclusive, and efficient governance structure that empowers its community members and ensures the long-term success of the project. This section outlines the governance model, decision-making process, and roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders. ### 4.1 Governance Model The CryptoSI DAODAO will adopt a hybrid governance model, which allows both CRDD token holders and NFT holders to participate in the decision-making process. This model is designed to balance the interests of different stakeholders and encourage broad participation in the DAO's growth and development. ### 4.2 Decision-making Process The decision-making process in the CryptoSI DAODAO is structured as follows: Pre-proposal discussion: This time should be used to craft proposals with the help of community members keen on seeing great proposals put forward on chain, this acts as a spam filter and also greatly increases the chances of proposals being passed. Proposal Submission: Community members can submit proposals for new initiatives, improvements, or changes to the DAO's operations and strategy. Discussion: Proposals are open for discussion within the community, allowing for constructive feedback, collaboration, and refinement. Voting: After the discussion phase, voting takes place. Voting weight is determined by the number of CRDD tokens held by a participant and their NFT ownership. The community will decide the voting weight of NFT holders at a later stage to ensure a fair and balanced decision-making process. ### 4.3 Roles and Responsibilities of Different Stakeholders The CryptoSI DAODAO comprises various stakeholders, each with their own roles and responsibilities: CRDD Token Holders: These stakeholders play a vital role in the DAO's governance by staking their tokens, earning rewards, and voting on proposals. Their influence is proportional to their token holdings, ensuring that the interests of the most committed supporters are represented. NFT Holders: NFT holders also participate in the decision-making process, with their voting weight determined by the community. In addition to voting, they enjoy discounted memberships and access to Dapps created by the DAO, further enhancing their engagement with the project. Team Members and Advisors: The DAO's team members and advisors provide essential guidance and oversight for the project's development and operations. They bring valuable expertise and experience to help drive the DAO's success and ensure its adherence to the community's vision and objectives. In summary, the CryptoSI DAODAO governance structure and decision-making process are designed to empower all stakeholders, foster collaboration, and promote a thriving ecosystem for the DAO's growth and development. ## 5. | title | Introducing Blackboard Wednesdays - by Cryptosi |
| body | Surely whiteboard wednesdays would of rolled off the tongue better? Well, Charles Hoskinson uses a Blackboard, and if its good enough for Charlie 'Chuck Norris' Hoskinson, it's good enough for me. ### So, what is Blackboard Wednesdays? Well put quite simply, it's me (Cryptosi) with a blackboard, a camera, a pen and my thoughts. Each week I will tackle a different subject that will be made up of all the work I have been doing the previous week on various projects during my journey through crypto. The main purpose of this series is not to flexxx all of my knowledge, or bring newbies into crypto, its just to encourage thought, and hopefully prompt people to discuss things and comment on where I'm going wrong, because despite what I'll tell you, I am sometimes wrong. ### What topics will Blackboard Wednesdays cover? At this point I honestly have no idea, I may even have guests on in some episodes, but everything will be crypto or at least disruptive tech related. The content will be aimed at an adult audience, I may use the occasional bad word, though I don't swear often, better to be safe rather than sorry. Some topics I really want to cover are - Governance, DAO's, Proof of stake vs Proof of work, Multichains, NFTs, Investing in crypto, hiring a good developer, upsetting people and maybe even an episode on legal compliance in my native UK. ### So why make NFTs for this? Why not, I'm a creative and unorthodox person, Since leaving PIVX I've realised that I should be a little more 'Kanye', and what I mean by that is that I need to accept that I don't fit in with the 'professional' crypto crowd, yet I know that my story, my successes and my failures are so numerous that they need to be noted and why not collected, I have been blogging since I joined the cryptospace back in 2012 and I think I've written some really interesting things and created some really interesting content, around governance mostly, but my unorthadox and creative way of thinking has really helped me to carve out a decent living. Gosh this is a self indulgent paragrapgh. ### Where can we see Blackboard Wednesdays? I'm going to upload them to Youtube, on the Smart Reach channel but also possibly to bittube or IPFS so that they cannot be taken down when the powers that be realise what a danger an alternative thinker like Cryptosi Poses. I also think it's super important to embrace decentralised tech, we need to create a crowd around this tech so that the big tech companies like Youtube do not have a platform which they can use to mould the world, Silence racist old men who lead the most powerful nations or promote an agenda of unity and equality that most of us dont want. There is some sarcasm mixed in there somewhere. Make of it what you will, I really don't care. Thanks for reading all of this, and if you came here after purchasing an NFT, thankyou and congratulations for joining a small group of the forward thinking few, you are better than everyone you know, trust me. Lets have some fun along this journey, don't let Cryptosi get too much of an ego, and lets try to build more, and build better, even if we can't code! Lots of Love, Enjoy the show! | title | What is the Wrapped Stake DAO - wrappedstake.io |
| body | This Article will discuss and dissect the wrapped Stake Dao. It will identify the strengths and weaknesses of the initial proposed DAO and also set out the way for people to contribute towards improving the DAO. Because we are anticipating varying levels of knowledge about crypto from those who read this document we will initially ask a question before starting, If you know what a DAO is already please skip the following paragraph and go staright to the paragraph titled 'Why Should WSTK use a DAO' What is a DAO A DAO is a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation, What that means in basic terms is an organisation which will continue to operate regardless of who is interacting with it, it cannot be shut down, and it exists beyond the boundaries of country lines or laws. In this instance the DAO is the group of processes which will decide upon certain aspects of the WSTK project such as who can JOIN its vault. Why should WSTK use a DAO WSTK is using a DAO for 2 main reasons, Firstly because we believe that WSTK can come to more informed decisions about strategic partnerships and the best projects to integrate moving forward if those decisions are not made purely by the incumbents (the core team), furthermore, having a DAO allows people to place their value into WSTK and become DAO council members, this is a position that we can use to incentivise strategic partnerships with companies and individuals, once they are a DAO member they will be best placed to lend their expertise to the project and to help shape its future direction. Secondly running VIA a DAO closes the door to corruption and crony capitalism, as no single person will have absolute power it will be highly unlikely that any proof of stake project will become intergrated within WSTK without the proper robust and technical discussion. This is very important to chosing good integrations moving forward. Who will be present within the DAO The DAO will contain representatives from within the WSTK ecosystem. That means that major exchanges, or use cases for WSTK will each have a single representative which may be a person or their entire team, then we will also allow spaces on the DAO for People who represent integrated projects, for example PIVX and QTUM will both have a single DAO member each who can vote on certain issues. Appointing new members to the DAO will be done by the existing members voting on the proposal, once a New project is integrated a DAO position will be given to it, this can be occupied by a single person or their core team. The DAO members also will have the ability to remove a member, and they will do this if a certain member becomes inactive over a long period of time, or if they feel that a certain currency has become too volatile or needs to be removed. The WSTK core team will also have seats on the DAO and will NOT be able to overule the DAO's decisions. What will the DAO actually DO The DAO will be responsible for one main task, it will be responsible for adding and removing assets from the Staking pool, this will be done to help with the stability and mitigate the volatility of the wSTK rewards. The DAO members will take a vote on whether or not to add a currency to the Vault and if there is a certain majority then the currency will be added, the same will apply to removing a currency. Where to find out more If you would like to find out more about WSTK please head over to our website, wrappedstake.io and sign up for Cryptosi's mailing list for regular updates and special offers. | title | What is Wrapped Stake? [wrappedstake.io] |
| body | So, by now you have heard about this new project called Wrapped Stake, but what is all the hype about? well this concise article will explain this much hyped project and exactly why people have become so excited for it. Wrapped Stake is a DeFi project which takes people's PIVX (or other select stakable cryptos) adds them to a Staking Vault, and gives them a reward based on the staking returns generated by the Staking Vault. It really is that simple, but the economic benefits of this are HUGE. Firstly instead of having all of your value in one single stakable coin, you will have your value spread across a few different coins which puts you at less risk from their volatility. Also because you are staking with others you will enjoy a slightly higher rate of return, the staking vault is also a custom made staking kernel so it will generally perform better than most regular wallets, this means that you will be enjoying a better rate of return than most people running on those networks. On top of this, Because WSTK is an ERC-20 token it benefits from ALL of the ethereum infrastructure, you can store it on most wallets, including hardware wallets and you don't need to be connected at all to recieve your rewards, you can buy your WSTK, put it in your hardware wallet and just let it sit there and as long as the Vault is running you will be recieving a chunk of the rewards being amassed, you can check back years later and see what your nest egg has developed into! You don't need to go through ANY KYC to collect store and hodl WSTK. WSTK is available on all good ETH-Dexs and you can easily trade it there while keeping your financial details totally private and to yourself. WSTK incentivises the growth of the VAULT by giving higher rates of return to users who contribute directly to the VAULT. If you would like to benefit from these higher rates then please check out the Wrapped Stake Website - wrappedstake.io - It's worth noting that while WSTK remains higher in value than the underlying PIVX or PoS tokens being staked, people will be able to arbitrage into WSTK thus taking the VAULT size higher, and the Bigger the Vault the more rewards for all the HOLDERS! So what are the drawbacks with WSTK? There are 2 Main drawbacks and they must be considered, Holding WSTK is very different to holding the PoS coins themselves, and this means you cannot directly benefit from other features of those coins, for example you cannot use PIVX shielded transactions if you are holding WSTK. Secondly, WSTK could in time become a security threat to the underlying PoS coins that it has integrated, If WSTK gains more than 51% of the Staking power on a network WSTK or the DAO behind it could in theory attack that coin. Obviously there is no motive for doing so, but in the interest of full transparency we will be keeping a public watch on how much of the total staking power of all integrated assets we have. This will be public on - stats.wrappedstake.io - coming soon. So why not Stake yourself? Well because Staking Always requires that you Always have your node online 24/7 and while this may be easy for some people, for others this simply isnt convenient, WSTK removes the need for you to leave your laptop on and connected to the internet for you to recieve rewards. Also lets just consider how much energy this is using and also the wear and tear on your machinery. WSTK uses custom built staking software on dedicated machines to complete all the staking so our VAULT has sensational Uptimes and supercompetitive rates of return. So now you know the pro's and the con's on WrappedStake are you ready to get involved with the worlds first DeFi project with underlying intrinsic PoS value? Either join as a regular hodler by buying WSTK on an exchange or become a Vault liquidity provider and see some even bigger returns, the decision is yours! For more information about the project pleas sign up to Cryptosi's newsletter, you will be notified of new features, givaways, votes on coin integrations and video development updates with the developers working with WSTK |

"body": "\n\nSo, by now you have heard about this new project called Wrapped Stake, but what is all the hype about? well this concise article will explain this much hyped project and exactly why people have become so excited for it.\n\nWrapped Stake is a DeFi project which takes people's PIVX (or other select stakable cryptos) adds them to a Staking Vault, and gives them a reward based on the staking returns generated by the Staking Vault.\n\nIt really is that simple, but the economic benefits of this are HUGE. Firstly instead of having all of your value in one single stakable coin, you will have your value spread across a few different coins which puts you at less risk from their volatility. Also because you are staking with others you will enjoy a slightly higher rate of return, the staking vault is also a custom made staking kernel so it will generally perform better than most regular wallets, this means that you will be enjoying a better rate of return than most people running on those networks.\n\nOn top of this, Because WSTK is an ERC-20 token it benefits from ALL of the ethereum infrastructure, you can store it on most wallets, including hardware wallets and you don't need to be connected at all to recieve your rewards, you can buy your WSTK, put it in your hardware wallet and just let it sit there and as long as the Vault is running you will be recieving a chunk of the rewards being amassed, you can check back years later and see what your nest egg has developed into!\n\nYou don't need to go through ANY KYC to collect store and hodl WSTK. WSTK is available on all good ETH-Dexs and you can easily trade it there while keeping your financial details totally private and to yourself.\n\nWSTK incentivises the growth of the VAULT by giving higher rates of return to users who contribute directly to the VAULT.
