      "body": "Bitcoin headed into a support block at 39,600-38,700 after yesterday's analysis. If a breakout through these values to the downside and confirmation in resistance comes here, I expect a quick drop to 37,400-35,300.\nIn yesterday's analysis I considered a possible buyout due to a bullish divergence, which I dismissed after a few hours due to a break in that divergence. \nAnyway, on the 1D chart a sideways channel has been forming for some time now with resistance around 45,500 and support around 34,300-33,000.       "body": "Bitcoin has been looking miserable ever since it made a high at 45,400 with a strong bearish divergence - you have been informed of all this. \n\nWe are currently fighting for trend line support, where we are in a not very strong range, I will explain. The support wall can bounce us towards the 41,800 levels where selling and profit taking occurs. (It's logical, I would do the same.) Support weakens as we try to test it multiple times, but the same is true for resistance, once we test a certain resistance multiple times, there is a much greater chance of a breakout than on the first attempt. For a final breakout we need to get the important 41,800 level in support, otherwise I expect a fall into the red block between 39,600-38,700 or 37,400.\n\nA tiny bullish divergence is forming on the 1h chart, so it should be more on the bullish moves scenario, but we will be surprised for now.\n\nI myself am more inclined towards a bullish move, although my view on the market remains more in neutrality.       "body": "Bitcoin, as I didn't expect, shot up to 39,600 since yesterday, where there was quite a lot of liquidity and the price was pushed down.\n\nAt the moment, there is a minor bullish channel on the indicative 1h chart, which we are following perfectly and respecting the support and resistance levels here. The bullish channel, usually respects the higher low and high, but this must also be true in the case of the RSI, where I see a bearish divergence (chart rising, RSI standing still or declining. Both of these factors must be followed, otherwise a decline or pump usually follows, depending on the divergence) - hence a possible decline. \n\nImportant resistance: 39.600, 40.300\n\nI personally don't expect much more buying, rather a pullback, if only because the 37.400 level has not been confirmed as support at all and for BTC, it would be good to go for at least one more look at this level. Any negative/positive news from the world will be very important for the market now and will probably decide the next market action, be it crypto/forex/Au,Ag,oil, gas etc.\n\nNearest important resistance: 36.300-37.400\n\nNearest important supports: 34.600-34.000, 33.300-32.600, 31.300, 30.950, 30.300, 30.100, 28.880.\n\nRight now, I am NOT at all inclined to look below 28.880 in the next few days as the market and people are moving their money into the stable (+-$180,000,000,000) which may put some pressure on the upcoming bullish move. Either way, we are still hovering around the 39,600-39,000 levels, which are weakening each time the price gets closer to these levels. (Exactly the same case occurred when the ATH was formed, when the chart peak was higher but the RSI had a peak lower than the previous RSI peak. Since then, BTC has been experiencing a decline).\n\nDuring the second patter - Head and shoulders, the 1st leg of this patter was formed from the sideways channel.\nAbout this patter, we informed you on BTC back in December, when for us 42,600 was not the bottom of this correction.
