      "body": "For those of you that don't know me, I am an avid Blu-ray collector.  I am currently trying to finish the process of getting all of my favorite DVD's on Blu-ray, why you ask?  Because the slimmer Blu-ray case allots for more room on my shelves, better watching quality and the discs are harder to scratch and damage.  I am almost done but still waiting on some of my favorites to come out.  A few weeks ago I picked up the Wizard with Fred Savage and I will give a quick review.\n\n![30506_large.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZSjAFeGsnnFSqcicrjGWaXVGxk73TLURrHFptsTA4SWc/30506_large.jpg)\n\nThe Wizard is a 1989 Family adventure movie about a boy Corey played by Fred Savage and his younger brother Jimmy played by Luke Edwards who run away so Jimmy isn't put into an institution (due to Jimmy not speaking much).  As they travel it turns out Jimmy is a 'wizard' at playing video games.  So with the help of a young girl they meet a long the way (Haley played by Jenny Lewis) they head to the video game tournament in California to see if Jimmy can win it all.\n\nEnough about the movie synopsis, the Blu-ray itself is OK.  The upgrade to high def and sound quality are excellent.  No special features or a proper main menu of any kind pretty much disappoint here.  Also no Digital Code included with this movie and the price currently is around $20.\n\nAll in all I would advise to wait on purchasing this to see if it drops in price to around $10 or so.  The only thing the company producing this blu-ray are banking on are nostalgia for people to buy this.  I guess I fell into the trap of nostalgia.\n\nI would give the overall product a 5 out 10.  The movie itself however is a solid 8 out of 10 (if you count my nostalgia).",

      "body": "Tomorrow night starts the beginning of one of the greatest times of the year for me.  Fantasy Baseball draft time!  Every year I do a few head to head leagues, maybe a Roto league and an AL Only Roto League with auction values.\n\n![images.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmQvxeZ2ozkGGY26TCfAcwyyonkuLQTJfSWvxHHf2P4VFL/images.jpg)\n\nTomorrow nights league is a 12 team H2H Mixed Draft (Both AL and NL players) so I figured I would give my take on what I believe the first round should look like based off the league settings (by the way it is standard Yahoo Pro League settings).  So take a look below and tell me what you think.\n\n# 1.  Mike Trout - Outfield\nMike Trout has to be the #1 player off the board.  A lot of people forget out good he is after his injured season last year but with an improved lineup around him he is primed to go off....again.\n\n3 year average - 106 Runs, 34 HRs, 87 RBI, 21 SB and a .306 AVG.\n\n# 2.  Jose Altuve - Second Base\nHow good is Jose Altuve?  AVG in the mid .300s, gives you 20+ HR, 100+ runs and 80+ RBI and oh yeah dont forget SB's.  He is a five category stud across the board and in the infield no less.\n\n3 year average - 102 Runs, 21 HRs, 81 RBI, 33 SB and a .332 AVG.\n\n# 3.  Nolan Arenado - Third Base\nYou got to go Nolan here.  3B masher who hits at a .300 AVG.\n\n3 year average - 104 Runs, 40 HRs, 131 RBIs, 2 SB and a .296 AVG.\n\n# 4.  Charlie Blackmon - Outfield\nYou can go a lot of ways here but every year I count out Blackmon and he continues to climb the charts and last year he fully exploded with 37 HR's and 137 Runs!\n\n3 year average - 114 Runs, 28 HRs, 81 RBIs, 25 SB and a .313 AVG.\n\n# 5.  Giancarlo Stanton - Outfield\nYes, this guy doesn't hit .300 or steal bases but the stats he can accumulate of a full healthy season at Yankee stadium can be tremendous, I am going out on ledge here but 60+ HR's, and 140 RBI plus 100 Runs!  I mean why should he not go here?  H2H leagues are week by week anyway so the lack of steals and AVG shouldn't hurt you when you can fill the gaps in later rounds.\n\n3 year average - 75 Runs, 38 HRs, 91 RBIs, 2 SB and a .265 AVG. (Keep in mind those averages are lower due to injuries the 2 prior seasons).\n\n# 6.  Bryce Harper - Outfield\nOK, I will be smart here and go with Harper.  A quality bat in a quality lineup.\n\n3 year average - 99 Runs, 32 HRs, 91 RBIs, 10 SB and a .296 AVG.\n\n# 7.  Mookie Betts - Outfield\nAfter an insane breakout year in 2016, Mookie dropped a bit in 2017 but was still great and he is only 25 years old.  I still would want these numbers on my team.\n\n3 year average - 105 Runs, 24 HRs, 97 RBIs, 24 SB and a .292 AVG.\n\n# 8.  Clayton Kershaw - Starting Pitcher\nI never like to go with a pitcher super early, or even in the first round but if ever there was one who deserved to go this high and even higher in some leagues it would be Clayton.  There is no better pitcher on a game to game basis.  And if he goes two starts for you in one week, forget it, you won that week in Pitching.\n\n3 year average - 15 Wins, 225K, 2.08 ERA, 0.86 WHIP, 0 Saves.\n\n# 9.  Paul Goldschmidt - First Base\nFirst basemen are always deep but I don't recall seeing a guy who hits for power and has speed like Goldy.\n\n3 year average - 109 Runs, 31 HRs, 108 RBIs, 24 SB and a .304 AVG.\n\n# 10.  Max Scherzer - Starting Pitcher\nI know I said I don't go starting pitcher really at all but times are changing.  The elites these years are amazing and Max has been one of those elites for a while now.  If you want to lock up your ace pitcher you might have to look no further.\n\n3 year average - 17 Wins, 276K, 2.74 ERA, 0.93 WHIP, 0 Saves.\n\n# 11.  Carlos Correa - Shortstop\nWhy not go for him here?  He keeps getting better with age and was on his way to a great season last year before an injury.  He is an infielder fully capable of hitting .300 with 30HRs and 100RBI.  You cant find that anywhere else at Shortstop.\n\n3 year average - 70 Runs, 22 HRs, 83 RBIs, 10 SB and a .287 AVG.\n\n# 12.  Kris Bryant - Third Base\nThis was a tough one but so was the whole last half of this round.  So many players can be swapped out at anytime and you might not like Stanton, Kershaw or Correa.  I couldn't in good conscience put another pitcher in the first round even though I was close on Kluber or Sale.  I am not loving Turner so lets go with Kris Bryant.  He had a down year last year but he is a solid player in the infield and from his averages you will see why he made the list.\n\n3 year average - 106 Runs, 31 HRS, 91 RBIs, 9 SB and a .287 AVG.\n\nSo good luck to all those who have or will be participating in MLB fantasy drafts this year.  Perhaps I will do a follow up with who I ended up with after tomorrow nights draft.",

The climb to get to the path of passively $50,000+ a year will be hard but no one said it would be easy.  As long as you keep re-investing your dividends it will get easier over time.",

I'm much more into the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) and disclaimer, I was not into comic books growing up.  I still go to the theaters and see what DC has to offer so lets take a look and see which comes out on top.\n\n# 5. I don't overly like the tone set in the DC universe but this movie was too dark and went on for too long.  Nothing against Affleck either but I don't see him as Batman.\n\n# 4. This is the most fun I had in theaters with a DC film.  Rooting for the bad guys who errr....are the good guys in this one.  The soundtrack had me rolling the whole film.  There were a few spots they missed on but I am looking forward to the next entry in the Squad series.\n\n\nHopefully I didn't piss off any DC fans.       "body": "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away....\n\nWelcome to another ranked movie list.  I am a big Star Wars fan and wanted to rank the Star Wars films in what order I think they are but of course it is all my opinion.  Since The Last Jedi was so controversial and I am sure SOLO will be as well.  Lets take a look at the 9 movies in the Star Wars series so far (no, I'm not counting The Ewok Adventure/Caravan of Courage feature) to see if we can't stir up more controversy.\n\n# 9.  The Phantom Menace\n![Star-Wars-Episode-I-The-Phantom-Menace-Movie-Posters-print-fabric-Silk-Print-art-wall-Decor.jpg_640x640.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmPXHfw8TvNJ9g32td7ybPELDfPRdWwM5DszWYXHRHFDf7/Star-Wars-Episode-I-The-Phantom-Menace-Movie-Posters-print-fabric-Silk-Print-art-wall-Decor.jpg_640x640.jpg)\nThis used to be higher ranked on my list but recently after watching The Phantom Menace I couldn't stomach Jar Jar Binks.  All the Gungans were too much for me and were a big lull in the movie.  Top notables in the movie however were Qui-Gon Jinn played by Liam Neeson and Darth Maul played by Ray Park who wielded a sweet dual sided light saber.\n\n# 8. Revenge of the Sith\n![download-1.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmPGhZbS6KrsJeCKmUfUr7Wfiw7AU4CR5CXox2jBzwqGSD/download-1.jpg)\nHayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader was such a disappointment in the prequels.  Even though knowing how it would end was a foregone conclusion, it just didn't pan out the way you would want.  Seeing the Emperor in action again was a benefit however.\n\n# 7. Yes, it was unnecessarily too long especially with that love story between Anakin and Padme, but the action at the end of the movie was A+.  Obi-Wan felt more real in this movie plus The Jango Fett storyline sure was intriguing.\n\n# 6. The movie fans got, but didn't want or need.  Most people hated the direction it was taken and let's be honest, it was a big letdown.  The scene in the throne room with Rey and Kylo Ren was Grade A however and was very well done.  Let's hope they turn this story around with Episode 9.\n\n# 5. Thats what some may have been thinking but Rogue One is turning out to be one of the best Star Wars movies since the originals and I have friends that say it is the best Star Wars movie, period.  But they would be wrong.\n\n# 4. Just seeing it right before The Last Jedi made me so pumped to go see the new movie and then you can all guess how that went.  You can call it a rehash of A New Hope but hey, I still enjoyed it.\n\n# 3. A lot of unfair hate on this movie due to the Ewoks but Return of the Jedi is fun, classic and just a thrill to watch.  The opening sequence at Jabba's palace sets a great backdrop and who doesn't want to visit the moon of Endor now?\n\n# 2. The whole time I watch this I just say to myself, how damn good is this movie?  And that twist at the end?  You know what I am talking about.\n\n\nSo thanks for taking the time to read my rant and rank.  Star Wars as a whole is one of the best pieces of Science Fiction out there.  Hopefully the franchise doesn't keep going downhill after The Last Jedi.  I am a big proponent of separate films in the Star Wars universe with brand new characters so people can be more objective.  Even then it is still good seeing Star Wars back in theaters and being talked about again.",

I was wrong and this movie confirmed I am not a big fan of Jai Courtney who played John's son Jack McClane in the film.  The movie fell flat putting the future of the franchise in doubt.\n\n# 4. Live Free or Die Hard was a solid return to form for Bruce Willis and the franchise.  The chemistry between Bruce Willis and Justin Long was entertaining to say the least.  One of the downsides of this was the PG-13 rating and the muffled Yippee Ki Yay classic line at the end.  I get dropping the rating to attract more viewers but give the people what they want, keep it R rated.\n\n# 3. Die Hard 2: Die Harder\n![download-1.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmURH8tNKJuBqmggGHdLQiRf1dyoFaHgxx83Ab4c9skbKV/download-1.jpg)\nPersonally I almost had Live Free or Die Hard over this but Die Hard 2 was a solid action movie where John is just trying to go about his business at an airport and gets mixed up in a terrorist plot.  Die Hard 2 was a slight let down after the thrills of the first one but overall still a great movie.\n\n# 2. Jackson.  Die Hard With a Vengeance is a really strong movie and is definitely faster paced than the first Die Hard.  Half the time I would choose this over the first movie, don't think I am alone in saying that.\n\n# 1. Just reflecting back now its too bad they can't make an action movie like this anymore.  Nothing against Dwayne Johnson personally but Skyscraper? Jumanji?
