      "body": "The reason I decided to write this article on diabetes is because this subject is real close to my heart. I hope that this article can give you some help, some hope, and a lot of encouragement. You see, my husband has been diabetic for almost 49 years and one of my twins has been diabetic for almost 11 years. Thank God both are doing well and are under great control. Even though my husband has been diabetic for a long time, he has no complications and that is because we have learned how to combine a healthy diet, regular exercise program, and traditional medicine with natural alternatives to get excellent results. Actually, the best success we have had, as far as controlling the blood sugar levels, has been through natural alternatives. \n\n- My husband has been able to reduce his blood sugar levels by up to 200 points. \n- He has also been able to reduce his insulin intake dramatically in the past few years. \n- He used to get headaches. No More! \n- He used to get leg cramps. No More! \n- He used to have some arthritis in his hands. No More!\n- He has more energy and basically he looks and feels 10 years younger. \n\nOne of the things that concern me is that most people are not familiar with the common symptoms of diabetes. As you can see from the above statistics, from the 16 million people who suffer from diabetes mellitus, only half of these individuals have been diagnosed. Here are the most common symptoms of diabetes \n\n- Unreasonable and visit pee (as frequently as consistently)\n- Night time awakening to urinate is common. \n- Increased thirst \n- Increased appetite\n- Unintentional weight loss\n- A person can eat excessively, and at the same time lose weight\n- Blurred vision\n- Fatigue and weakness \n\nThere are other symptoms that indicate the presence of diabetes, but the ones I mentioned above are the most common ones. \n\nWhat is Diabetes?\n\nIn simple terms, diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by insulin failure. Insulin, a hormone produced by special cells within the pancreas, is essential for metabolism, especially of glucose (blood sugar), the body’s major fuel. \n\nThere are two major types of diabetes: \n\n1. Juvenile-onset or Type I, in which the body fails to produce insulin, also called Diabetes Mellitus. \n\n2. Adult-onset, Type II, in which the body is unable to fully utilize insulin. Without adequate insulin, body cells cannot properly utilize glucose, which then accumulates in the blood and is also excreted in the urine.The most widely recognized type of diabetes is Type II. This form of diabetes accounts for 90 to 95 percent of all cases of diagnosed diabetes in the United States.Consistently, around 650,000 individuals learn they have the disease. The onset of Type II diabetes usually happens after the age of 40, and most often after the age of 55. Because symptoms develop slowly, most people with the disease may not immediately recognize that they are sick. Researchers trust that in a few people weight gain or stoutness triggers diabetes—about 80 percent of diabetics with this form of the disease are overweight.\n\nImportance of Diet - \n\nOne of the most important factors in controlling diabetes is a sensible diet. In our family we follow a very healthy and balanced diet. Dietary goals are directed to control blood sugar, as well as preventing heart and kidney diseases, major complication of diabetes. Some guidelines that you want to stick with are as follows: \n\n- Limit intake of simple sugar.\n- Reduce intake of fat, cholesterol, and sodium\n- Increase intake of complex carbohydrates\n- Increase fiber intake\n- Provide sufficient protein for growth, development, and maintenance of body tissue. \n\nHere are a few ideas to help you stay healthy and keep your diabetes under good control. \n\n* Consistency in times and the amounts you eat will help ensure better blood sugar control, a healthy diet and better weight control. My husband eats 3 light meals a day with two small snacks in between. \n\n* Get regular exercise - Exercise usually lowers your blood sugar level for several hours. Test your blood glucose just after exercising and then again several hours later. \n\n* Reduce your stress level as much as possible - During times of stress, it's important to continue taking your diabetes medication as scheduled and to monitor your blood glucose frequently, even if you're not eating as much as usual. \n\n* Drink alcohol in moderation - Alcohol stops the release of glucose from your liver and can increase the risk of your blood sugar falling too low. If you drink alcoholic beverages, do thus solely moderately, and eat food before you've got a drink. Food helps moderate the effects of alcohol. \n\nBased on our experience, we found that the traditional medication, in itself, is not enough to help sustain normal levels of blood sugar. When combined with natural alternatives, the results have been dramatic. Diabetes does not have to take control of your life. If doesn't need to be a debilitating disease. As you can see, there are many things you can do to control it.",

GBTC is an open-ended grantor trust, the purpose of which is to track BTC market price.\n\nAccording to Bloomberg, shares of GBTC have dropped by around 80 percent since Bitcoin hit almost $20,000 last December. The drop purportedly follows the fall of the BTC price, which is down nearly 66 percent during the same timeframe.\n\nSome investors attribute part of GBTC’s downward trend to its expense fees, as the company charges $20 for every $1,000 invested, or two percent. In comparison, the average mutual fund expense ratio is around 0.59 percent.  \n\nNaeem Aslam, chief market analyst at financial services firm TF Global Markets U.K. Ltd., told Bloomberg that \"expense ratios are insane for these funds and the current Bitcoin price is creating more problems.\"\n\nPreviously, Cointelegraph reported that institutional investors replaced high net-worth individuals as the biggest buyers of cryptocurrency transactions worth over $100,000. Traditional investors and hedge funds have reportedly become more involved in the $220 billion crypto market through private transactions. At the same time, miners have begun scheduling regular coin sales instead of holding or offloading them during market rallies.\n\nLast month, Chainalysis published a study revealing that BTC investors and speculators held their positions over the summer, while markets seem to have become more stable overall. The monetary aggregates reportedly were “extremely steady” during the summer, showing that the amount of BTC held for speculation was stable from May to August at around 22 percent of available BTC. The sources reportedly said that Coinbase would add $250 million to its treasury, while another $250 billion could be slated for buying out existing investors.\n\nTiger Global Management is an investment firm founded in 2011 that invests globally in both private and public markets.\n\nGalaxy Digital crypto investment firm CEO Michael Novogratz said the news about the reported negotiations proved that cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin (BTC) were more than just “tulip mania.” CNBC quotes Novogratz at the Economist's Finance Disrupted conference on Tuesday:\n\n“Here's the poster child (Coinbase) of the crypto space worth $8 billion — that's a real company, and Tiger's not a flake of an investor. These are smart, savvy guys.”\n\nAccording to CNBC, a deal with Tiger Global would make Coinbase one of the most highly valued startups in the U.S. Last year, following a series D funding round led by IVP, with participation from Section 32, Draper Associates, and others, Coinbase was worth an estimated $1.6 billion.\n\nOver the past year, Coinbase has moved quickly to expand its business on multiple fronts. In May, the exchange announced the launch of four new products which aim to “unlock $10 billion of institutional investor money sitting on the sideline\".\n\nRecently, Coinbase introduced a new product called “Coinbase Bundle,” which it purports will simplify the crypto trading process. A modest investment of $1,830 today can ensure you are a 1%er in a future Bitcoin world,” Lee explained.\n\nThroughout the next few years, the scarcity of Bitcoin will increase as more investors and institutions continue to accumulate the cryptocurrency, which could further reduce the total possible number of individuals that can ever own one whole Bitcoin (1 BTC).\n\nBitcoin Supply is Lower Than 21 Million - \n\nThe supply of Bitcoin is fixed at 21 million BTC, and as a hard coded monetary policy of the protocol, the fixed supply of the dominant cryptocurrency cannot be altered.\n\nIn late 2017, Chainalysis, a blockchain forensics company that monitors and investigates cryptocurrency transactions, revealed in a research paper that up to four million BTC are permanently lost on the blockchain as a result of theft, loss of wallets and private keys, and the dormant wallet of Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto, which experts have said is no longer accessible.\n\nKim Grauer, Senior Economist at Chainalysis, said at the time, that the lost supply of BTC is not taken into consideration by the market cap. That means, the real price of BTC could be substantially higher, as 4 to 6 million BTC are estimated to be lost.\n\n“That is a very complex question. On the one hand, direct calculations about market cap do not take lost coins into consideration. Considering how highly speculative this field is, those market cap calculations may make it into economic models of the market that impact spending activity,” Grauer said.\n\nThe 0.28 BTC figure introduced by Lee assumes the supply of Bitcoin to be 21 million, as it divides 21 million by 0.28 and divides the outcome of that by the world population that is 7.442 billion.
