The idea is that there was a panic because it broke a base that everyone trusted, so they panic sold their position.. Then after the panic, the price will try to move up and return back above that previous base where it belongs, but if it is not able to get back above the base, then a new lower price is now been validated.. Everyone will now start putting there stop losses below the new low, and others will buy at that low thinking its good support... and the whloe thing plays out over again..",

I often see that when a coin breaks it's base, it will drop twice and then return to the base twice. \n\nFor instance, take this chart of Bitcoin this past weekend. I know you had it lower, but if you were to call 4500 a base, it dropped to ~4000 twice before returning to 4500 twice.\n\nDo you only buy the first drop?\n\nhttps://www.coinigy.com/s/i/59b1ff5a2acde/\n\nI ask because I bought in pretty big for ETH this weekend seeing 335 as a base (i know you had it at 275).  I had my sell orders slightly above 333 and went out for the day. I came back later and things had already dropped back down to around 300. \n\nI didn't know if they'd head down to the 275 base, so i dumped it all for a very small profit. Then it rose back up to 335 and beyond.  \n\nShould I trust that i'll only return to a base once? Is the second attempt considered gambling?\n\nThanks!",

Everyone else is either fucked, or left with the scraps.    I've learned that cold storage is for savings, while exchanges are for active trading - I am prepared to lose everything I am trading with at any given time.  Those articles that tell EVERYONE to get their coins off exchanges weren't seeing the bigger picture, they should have included numerous caveats.",

May help if you dont have android.\n\nI started with my BTC on an Electrum wallet. \n\n1) Sent my BTC to another wallet, in my case Bread Wallet on my iPhone. My Electrum wallet now showed a 0 balance of BTC.\n2) uninstalled Electrum and installed Electrum Cash wallet.  The config files were still all there, so it immediately showed a balance of BCC. I didn't even have to recover using secret phrase.\n3) Sent the BCC to Bittrex.\n4) Waited 24 hours and sold it for .0977! (YMMV on price)",

      "body": "Hi Luc and community, \n\nThanks for all the videos. I got into Crypto a few weeks ago and your videos have been refreshing. To date, I pretty much suck at all of this, but I think I have a better plan now. Here's a few questions I have for the blog community as I know you're busy.\n\nIn most of the videos you talk about zooming way out, but in some, you zoom in quite a bit and draw new bases. I didnt.. and have been been waiting to get back to the yellow arrow. I think I may just dump it above my 2nd buy.\n\n2) To that end, do most of these sells happen within a few hours, or are they a few days till they re-reach the base? I guess I'm just not sure as we zoom out to month view, it makes sense to wait a few days to sell.. but in this case with Dash, the rebound took maybe 10 hours. \n\n3) I missed a bit drop today on LTC because I set a limit buy and missed it by $.01.  Do you Market buy when you get in? Same for exit.. do you Market sell?\n\nExtra credit..\n\n4) Is there a quick formula for how much you'd put into a trade given the daily volume? \n\n5) what are some coins you follow for dips? I've been following BTC, ETH, LTC, DASH, XMR, XRP and maybe a few others..
