      "body": "It was a quiet afternoon, and the world felt very peaceful. I was lying on the trampoline, resting right under the shade of our big avocado tree. The sun was bright and hot, but the thick green leaves kept me cool and comfortable.\n\nSuddenly, I heard a soft rustling sound coming from the branches above my head. I looked up and saw movements on the branches. Something was swooping in and out of the leaves very quickly. I grabbed my camera and used my zoom lens to spy on the branches. I wanted to see who was making all that noise.\n\nAfter searching for a moment, I finally spotted a beautiful bird perched on a branch. It had shiny black feathers on its head and back, but its belly was as white as a cloud. It was a Philippine magpie-robin. At 1,557 meters above sea level (the highest point on the Polish side is approximately 1,540 meters), this peak is the second highest of all the Polish Beskid ranges and belongs to the Żywiec Beskids.       "body": "To find a fresh place, we went to a river shore called Crystal Beach, along Tanaro river, between Verduno and Pollenzo cities (in Piedmont region, north Italy).\n\nAlong Tanaro river, you can find stones belonged to the ancient Mediterranean sea that was here 5-7 millions of years ago.       "body": "I was standing next to the house and the beautiful breeze was touching my body. At that time I could see a crow sitting in front of me with something in its beak. I thought it would be a good opportunity to photograph crows. I had plenty of time to take photos. The crow saw me and did not run away. I thought why he is not running away?       "body": "Then I also discovered another mushroom species, Coprinopsis atramentaria. I saw it growing abundantly in a thicket of dry leaves, and I immediately approached it. Its color, however, was striking. Mushrooms typically thrive in the rainy season, especially at the end of the year, as our area experiences a rainy season.       "body": "Last Monday there was like a very hot spring day, or even summer as the temperature rose to +20C. Right after that day the cool down started and this morning we had +2C. I guess the zero got lost somewhere on the road. However, I'm not complaining as +20C this time of the year is very wrong, confusing for nature and +2C is more likely the right temperature.\n\nNovember is the time of the year when we usually have a few days of thick fog. Otherwise fog is very unusual here. This is why I have a dream, to capture the deep fog on camera. A couple of years ago I was lucky to take some cool shots and ever since that day, I'm looking for the perfect setup.\n\nThis morning was quite foggy, but once the sun rises, the fog is gone. Not today though as in an hour the fog got thicker. It wasn't the setup I wanted yet, but regardless, I thought it worth a try to go see the place I want to capture on camera.       "body": "Meat 🥩 on the grill 😋\nWe went with friends to relax outside the city.\nWe rented a house near the forest. We bought meat.\nThere was already a supply of firewood 🪵. We lit a fire 🔥, waited for the flames to die down and the embers to remain. Then we started putting the meat on the grill.\nWe grilled the meat on both sides. It smelled very nice. This smell, plus the fresh air, improved our appetite.\nAfter grilling the meat, we went home. We had dinner.\nWe had a good time.       "body": "There is an adage in my locality that says it is only someone who has never seen another person’s farm that will claim his own farm is the biggest. This simply means that there will always be someone ahead of you, someone who has reached the height you are still aspiring to attain. No matter how rich or intelligent a person is, there will always be someone richer, more intelligent, or who has been before them.\n\nThere is nothing anyone wants to become in life that is truly new under the sun. Even the Bible buttresses this point to some extent. What does this tell us? It teaches us the importance of learning from one another. No one is an island. Where your knowledge stops is exactly where another person’s begins. She was always ready to exercise that power to the fullest. Nothing anyone did was ever good enough in her sight; she would always find fault or inadequacy. She was someone who could not be advised because she believed she knew it all and was neither ready nor willing to compromise. However, when it came to something that benefited her personally, she had no problem acting without considering others.\n\nRecently, a particular situation played out in her absence. Instead of delegating duties, she decided to handle everything carelessly, which was very unusual for her. Unfortunately, it later backfired. When that happened, she began seeking advice from the same people whose ideas she had always ignored. Eventually, it was the advice of one staff member, and the willingness of others to cover up, that saved her.\n\nThere are many people like that. They believe they know everything and can do anything without consequences. But there is wisdom in learning from the experiences of others. As the saying goes, we can use someone else’s wisdom for our own benefit so that we do not repeat the same mistakes. Even when mistakes are inevitable, we learn how to adjust.\n\nWe should always be inclined to learn from one another and never feel too big or too pompous to listen. Even when things seem to be working well for us, it does not mean we should stop collaborating with others. No one is an embodiment of knowledge. No matter how knowledgeable you are, you will always encounter someone who is more vast in knowledge than you. This is where collaboration and peer learning become important.\n\n\nAnother group of people is those who look down on or bully others simply because they believe they are in a better position. Life has a way of humbling people. We must be careful because we never know who will be of help to us tomorrow. Whether the fear of buttons is one of them, I don't know, but it wouldn't surprise me.\n\nIt sometimes happens with young children that they're afraid of buttons, like the ones on the television. While they're fascinated and enjoy watching television, there's also the fear of using one of the buttons to, for example, turn the volume up or down or change the channel. The reason? And no, this incident has nothing to do with not being used to television, or modern society. Sometimes technology, or perhaps simply touching a button, is unpleasant.
