      "body": "区块链真实落地调查(二):在互助保险领域，区块链仅是个伪需求?\n\n摘要:区块链，在互助领域，并非雪中送炭，而仅仅是锦上添花。\n\n![t01775b21c95ee53a24.webp.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmUGEukXRu3B3Ftf1MmHpi7ZhBzwVneAQLM3e7UvpuSHdY/t01775b21c95ee53a24.webp.jpg)\n\n区块链已被捧至神坛。\n\n被包装得神乎其神的区块链，到底在哪个场景落地了?\n\n一本君将从今日开始，遍访区块链项目，探访实际落地情况，并展望未来。\n\n以下是第二篇(第一篇链接)，在保险互助领域，区块链仅是个伪需求?\n\n2016年的网络互助，一度成为创业风口，资本宠儿。\n\n然而，不到一年的时间，多家平台宣布退出，行业急速回落。\n\n幸存的玩家开始了探索之路。区块链技术和互助的结合，成为探索的方向之一。\n\n技术，可以让网络互助焕发新的魅力吗?\n\n01 潮起潮落\n\n时间回溯到2016年，网络互助被推向风口。\n\n在保监会颁布《相互保险组织监管试行办法》后，相互保险获得了空前关注，据国泰君安预测，到2020年，我国相互保险市场规模将达到1600亿元。\n\n千亿级别市场，网络互助玩家也想分一杯羹。\n\n抗癌公社(如今改名“康爱公社”)、夸克联盟、斑马社、水滴互助、轻松互助、17互助、同心互助、众托帮等上百家网络互助平台，横空出世。\n\n整个互助行业躁动起来，大平台不断涌现，投资额不断刷新。\n\n网络互助，说白了是一群人聚集起来，共同商量为一种病，或一种风险“众筹”。比如癌症，每个人出10块钱，如果谁真得了癌症，大家将凑钱为他治病。\n\n大家都认为，网络互助回归了保险的本质，实现了保险的真正意义和核心价值——互助，为未来投保。\n\n然而一年之后，互助行业却迅速回落。\n\n从2017年起，同心互助、八方互助、蒲公英互助、她互助等几十家互助平台集中退出，部分只剩一个无人打理的微信公众号。\n\n从潮起到潮落，网络互助只用了不到一年时间。\n\n“我们总结，网络互助主要遇到两个问题。”HMS产品运营负责人Authur对一本区块链表示，“一是盈利问题，没有探索出一个正确的盈利道路;二是没有弄清互助的门槛。”\n\n互助备受推崇的原因，是因为它是一个低成本获客、关注健康的社区。在金融领域的获客成本，低到“9块”。\n\n但用户加入门槛低，意味着后期退出门槛也低，用户留存、粘性，都成问题。\n\n“互助真正的门槛在于规模，也就是用户数量，没有稳定的用户数量或者用户增长，这个模型并不稳健。”Authur认为。\n\n这些问题，区块链技术可以改善吗?\n\n02 尝试落地\n\n实际上，区块链和互助的结合，早已有人在尝试。\n\n2016年，主打区块链技术的互助平台——同心互助正式推出。\n\n几乎同一时间，OKInc.推出了八方互助，其创始人，是最近饱受争议的徐明星。\n\n而目前互助领域最大的三家平台，水滴互助、众托帮、轻松互助，也早早关注、布局区块链技术。\n\n“去年下半年，腾讯云已经和我们联合规划了区块链在互助上的应用。”水滴互助创始人沈鹏对一本区块链表示。\n\n众托帮一直标榜自己是“首家互联网互助平台”，推出了心链等区块链项目。\n\n轻松筹，也推出了用于慈善领域的“阳光链”。\n\n在去年ICO火热的时刻，还有不少网络互助平台，也相继推出了ICO项目，不过，大部分因94监管被叫停、退币。\n\n区块链技术对互助有哪些作用?\n\n最直接的，就是区块链的“账本”作用。\n\n加入互助成员的信息、交易记录、赔付信息都可以记录到链上，一方面公开透明，一方面方便溯源。\n\n其次，通过智能合约，把互助“共识”用程序编写好，剔除主观人为因素，“理赔”的执行更加便利。\n\n而有了智能合约的自动执行，也可以省下一定的人力运维成本。\n\n最后，区块链的分布式存储特征，可以让用户数据更加安全，免于中心服务器被攻击、盗用的风险。\n\n如此，区块链可以作为网络互助的底层技术之一，改善目前的互助环境。\n\n但想象力不止于此。\n\n如果互助领域和token经济结合起来，可以搭建一个自运行的完整的生态。\n\n一方面用户愿意为了token和生态建设，会主动邀请朋友加入。\n\n另一方面，这是一个去中心化的组织，在极端情况下，即便创始团队消失了，生态也可以自运行，或者有其他团队继续组织运行。\n\n但是，即便有如此多的优势和想象力，区块链互助平台，并没有改变潮水的方向。\n\n区块链和互助的结合遭遇了哪些困难?\n\n03 困难重重\n\n“当前阶段并不是互助平台上区块链技术的最佳的时间点。”沈鹏认为，水滴目前一天百万级别的订单，无论是基于以太坊还是目前其他区块链系统，速度都有点跟不上，“当前技术和互助并不是非常的匹配。”\n\n“以往的区块链项目，都只是将中心化的数据，同步到区块链，但用户并没有参与。”Authur认为。\n\n这意味着，无论是技术本身还是“共识”设计，区块链和互助都需要长时间的磨合碰撞。\n\n另一方面，区块链技术并不能解决盈利、用户等核心问题。\n\n“区块链不是不可替代的。”同心互助创始人杨永智在接受媒体采访时表示，“它只能解决部分问题，在某些环节上去做改造，但你往往会发现那些改造的，其实不是核心环节。”\n\n比如，互助后期关键的风控环节，如何判断申请互助的用户没有造假，没有“骗保”，这些还是需要传统方式，只有区块链技术并不能解决。\n\n也就是说，互助这个场景中最核心的问题，束缚人性之恶，无法用区块链来解决。\n\n其次，区块链技术落地也存在挑战，首当其冲的，就是数据问题。\n\n比如，刚刚提到的风控问题，如果医院等数据打通，也能做到合约的自动执行。\n\n但目前的情况是，医疗领域数据孤岛问题严重，“医疗机构整个数据的联通，可能还需要3~5年”，Authur表示。\n\n目前，区块链技术相关配套技术、设施也在萌芽中。\n\n除此之外，监管环境也不容乐观。\n\n网络互助，一直被监管紧盯。去年年底，网络互助专项整治工作开始，也促使一些平台开始退出。\n\n“风险变大了”，某区块链互助平台负责人曾对一本区块链解释，“条条框框太多，已违背了我们想从技术方面推动行业进步的初心。”\n\n很多平台在监管浪潮中，选择了退出。\n\n因此，区块链在互助领域的落地，并不如计划中轻松。\n\n“技术是一方面，最根本的还是整个互助社区的建立。”业内人士对一本区块链表示。\n\n不过，区块链技术，依然在慢慢尝试推进着。\n\n“我们打算先推出航空延误等互助产品。”Authur表示，因为这个领域的数据比较全面，方便让智能合约跑起来。\n\n之后，会再一步步推到大病医疗、整个互助生态的建设。\n\n但是，对于互助平台而言，区块链不能解决所有的核心问题。\n\n区块链，在互助领域，并非雪中送炭，而仅仅是锦上添花。\n\n可见，区块链的落地之路，依然是荆棘密布。",
