This develops a nice and clean website for your customers to navigate without much trouble at all. Not only does it get confusing for customers when hundreds of pages are added, it also makes it hard for the website developer to create an easy way to navigate all of those pages. However, Google, and other search engines, like to see that you continuously add new content (pages) to your website to avoid becoming stagnant and collecting dust.

Second, start creating more blog posts. This is an easy way to add content for Google, add new pages that can be found in search engines, keep a clean look and keep the easy navigation format. The Blog is the 6th page in the scenario above, and remains the 6th page no matter how many blog posts you add.

Home: cleaningsite.com

Services: cleaningsite.com/home

Products: cleaningsite.com/products

About: cleaningsite.com/about

Contact: cleaningsite.com/contact

Blog: cleaningsite.com/blog

Blog Post 1: cleaningsite.com/blog/blog-post-1

Blog Post 2: cleaningsite.com/blog/blog-post-2

Blog Post 3: cleaningsite.com/blog/blog-post-3

As you can see above, each of the new blog posts will end up in the "Blog" directory (AKA Blog Folder). It's the same as creating a folder on your desktop named (Blog) with multiple Word Documents in it. Each of the documents in this case are your blog post HTML files held in your Blog directory, in case you want to speak the jargon :)
Third, write new content on a weekly basis. Most people say, "I don't know what to write about." My advice on this matter is to write about your products and services as you complete them. For example, a cleaning website may need to ask permission of the house/building owner, and then take before/after pictures of a messy room and explain in detail how you cleaning. What products do you like to use? How to clean a stove. How to clean a dishwasher, etc.
Construction websites and landscaping websites aren't usually big online website creators, but they have it easy! Take pictures and videos of each job and describe how it was completed. It's easy to use platforms such as GoDaddy and Wordpress to create a 5-page website with a blog. Then you just have to continuously add blog posts.
Creating new content should be thought of long term. Cleaning companies continue to clean houses, so how can each cleaning be turned into a blog post? Likewise, a landscaping company continuously improves lawns, so how can each job turn into a blog post?
Finally, once you've figured out how to add posts on a regular basis, you can start to think about other websites in the world pointing to your website. For example:

Post a link on your Facebook and ask your friends to do the same

Post your pictures on Instagram

Post your videos on YouTube (not necessarily for YouTube views, but for the link pointing to your website)

Create a Google Business Profile of your company, Add a link!

Create a Local.com profile, Super pages profile, Angie's List, and every other website in the world that allows you to put a link in the profile pointing to your website.

Find free article posting websites like SteemIt, Ezinearticles.com, articledashboard.com, etc. Create a post and put a LINK!

Create a Twitter profile even if you don't want to be on Twitter so that you can create a link pointing to your website (cleaningsite.com/services)

That's all of the manual processes that you can complete yourself. The rest is up to your following. When you post a new blog post link on Facebook, do your friends re-post it? Do people share your videos on their own? That's why online articles say that Quality of Content comes first, because you want people to share your content and create a free and natural set of links that point back to your website. | title | Pay Down Real Estate or Leverage to Buy More? |
| body | https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lI-ZBnpgs54 Low Risk Option If you'd rather not take risks with money then it would be smart to pay down your mortgage until it's gone. Perhaps, then, when you've paid off your mortgage safely, over 15 years instead of 30 years, you can start to consider buying a second property. With only one mortgage at a time it eliminates the risk of not getting a tenant for 6 months, trying to afford 2 mortgages, and going broke. Likewise, someone might have the risk tolerance to quit their day job to start a business, but other's may want a big savings first. It's all about your risk level, there's no "right" or "wrong" answer. High Risk Option LEVERAGE! Only put 20% down on each property, less if possible. Most people can buy their first home with about 3.5% down, their second home with 5% down (owner occupied) and subsequent homes will require about 20%. That means you'll need to somehow save a 20% down payment for each home you buy. There are some creative ways to take over mortgages and owner-finance properties, but it's minimal in the real world. As you pay down your current mortgage, get a home equity loan for as much as you can, then reinvest it into a down payment for another property. Ways to leverage money

Home equity loan *low interest rate

Refinance your car loan (get more money) *low interest rate

Personal loan *high interest rate

Max out credit card *high interest rate

Ask your parents **Use an interest rate above a CD but below a mortgage

Create a cryptocurrency token and raise the money for each home! :-) **No interest rate

Chris Bell https://chrisbell.com/real-estate.php |

In ten years we'll buy houses with Bitcoin, cars with Litecoin and dinner with Dogecoin. Ethereum will still be used to create new tokens, transfer tokens to different addresses and create contracts between people. | title | Think of real estate as a retirement plan - Retire earlier than 65 |
| body | https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X7TVFmTzBhE It's difficult to determine exactly how much money you need to retire at or before the age of 65. Is $1 million enough or do you need $2 million? What if you retire at age 60 with $2 million in your 401K with an exact plan of how to disperse it over the years, but then the stock market drops by 40% over the next 2 years? Do you have a plan for that too? Real estate makes it much easier to think about the monthly income rather than the exact market value of your 401K, Google or FaceBook stock, etc. You could decide to start collecting the dividends instead of reinvesting them, or to start collecting 4% of the total sum in hopes to continue making an average of 10%, however those are guesses and hopes. Real estate income is set up when you set up the lease. Before looking for a real estate investment, start by looking at the rental rates in your area. If you want a 2 bedroom flat with one bathroom, then search for those rentals as if you are going to sign a lease yourself. If the average rental for that type of condo is about $1000 then you know you need to have costs below $750-800 to make a profit. The monthly profit should be determined based on the amount you're investing. For example, invest $20,000 into a $100,000 condo and you will need to make $2,000 per year to yield a 10% interest rate, without including appreciation. If you also need $10,000 worth of renovations, then you need to make $3,000 per year for a 10% return. If you find a lender that allows you to put 10% down then you need to make $1,000 per year to return 10% on $10,000. Likewise, if you have $100,000 to buy the condo in cash, you'll want to make $10,000 per year to make 10% on the invested amount, however, you won't have a mortgage payment in this case so it will automatically increase your monthly profits. Continue running the calculation to find a condo or house that yields 10% or more. Start with the first home on the market within the town or city of your choice. As you continue to run the calculation you'll find the best annual rate of return in your favorite city and there is almost always a condo or house available for 10%+ returns. Finally, how much do you need to make per month to quit your job (retire)? If the number is $5,000 then multiply that by 12 to get the annual amount, then multiply it by 10. In this case, ($5000 x 12 x 10 = $600,000). If and when you're IRA, for example, reaches $600,000 then you know that you could use that money as down payments and renovations for condos and houses that yield 10% per year ($60,000) and divide that by 12 to find that $600,000 in cash should give you $5,000 per month in real estate rental income, in which you can retire. The earlier you start the faster it compounds. For instance, instead of waiting for your IRA to reach $600,000, buy your first home much earlier than that. Then the rental income can be reinvested into your second home, and then the 2 rentals can be reinvested into your 3rd home, and so on. https://chrisbell.com/blog/think-of-real-estate-as-a-retirement-plan.php |

| body | I know, these coins fluctuate quite a bit. There are a lot more people involved in the stock market on a daily basis, so the prices don't fluctuate as much in the short term. That's a good reason to mention that dollar-cost-averaging is the best way to invest into anything because you'll buy all of the lows and highs rather than trying to jump in and jump out. If you jump in with $1000 seven days before your snap shot, it will cause you to lose a lot of money, compared to putting in $100 per month of the same $1000. It averages it out over time and allows you to purchase at various levels. |

| title | Pay Me $50 for a 30 Minute Discussion about Cryptocurrency (USD or Coins) |
| body | I started researching cryptocurrency after a friend told me about it in the last quarter of 2017. My programming background allowed me to quickly understand how the transactions are encrypted and form the public blockchain for all to see. Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin and Dogecoin all need to be mined with computing power, and the cost of electricity somewhat determines the pricing. For example, if it costs $5,000 worth of electricity to mine a full Bitcoin, the price of $7,000 might not seem too high. Separately, Ethereum is a platform that allows developers to create tokens that aren't mined. For example, I created a coin call Chris Bell with a symbol of BELL. I have all the coins and there's nothing illegal stopping me from selling all of them for $5 each without any company behind the coin. Therefore, if you're thinking about getting involved, start with a coin that's mined, NOT an Ethereum token that could be as worthless as BELL on the open crypto market. Here's a long post about my knowledge of Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency: https://chrisbell.com/blog/what-is-bitcoin-and-cryptocurrency-decentralized-peer-to-peer-encrypted-borderless.php For $50 USD, BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC or DOGE, I'll have a 30 minute discussion with you about cryptocurrencies, how they differ from one another, how they're priced and why some of the prices are SO HIGH! If you don't have any knowledge yet I'll go through many of the basic concepts, help you build an Ethereum Wallet and transfer some free coins to your new wallet. I'll show you how to navigate around www.etherscan.io which is the Ethereum blockchain, where your coins are and how to point your name to your ETH address (i.e. chrisbell.eth > 0xDDd3964D75D59B6B6d5c31eB313BBA5EBF076364). Then I can request that you send me $50 of ETH to chrisbell.eth which automatically points to my long and difficult ETH address. If you want to use a credit card to pay in USD, I'll send you a PayPal invoice to your email, and you can simply click the link and pay with the card of your choice. Once approved we can discuss any specific topic you choose. I hope to enlighten you soon! Chris Bell [email protected] 603-548-3334 |

| title | Treasure Hunt for MONEY - Find the Private Key and Find a bag of Cash! No Joke! |
| body | I set up an Ethereum Address with 0.11 ETH in it and I want everyone to fight for the money! Anyone can access any cryptocurrency wallet as long as they have the private key, so I created 33 questions (jokes, trivia, riddles) that create a 64-character Ethereum wallet private key. Once you have the private key you then have access to the funds, of which you should transfer to another address immediately, or someone else will get there first. Here is the ETH Public Address: https://etherscan.io/address/0x2eb453d76D7441E562422B0b8798D5aD16e9337f Here is the link to my website so you can unlock the 33 questions: https://chrisbell.com/games/treasure-hunt.php
Unlock the Ethereum private key to will all of the money in the account.

All of the letters are lowercase, only letters and numbers, each question can have up to 4 characters per answer and the entire private key is 64 characters.

Find the key, and use it as the “priate key” in the New Wallet section of MyEtherWallet.com. This unlocks a wallet and you need to quickly transfer the ETH coins to any of your other addresses. You win the current balance.

The cost to play is .01 ETH. Others will also pay .01 ETH to play and the winner is the first one to the coins with the private key.

I will not collect any of your information and I will not be able contact you by collecting your Ethereum coins, but they unlock the questions you need to create the private key.

Check the public addess regularly to see how many coins are there, the tougher the questions the more it will turn out to be.

I start each game with .10 ETH as the current balance. I don't have to sign over access, once someone figures out the private key they can take the funds. I will rake 10% of "new" funds every 24 hours to the same address that initially funded the account with .10 ETH.

I thought of this game and want to grow it into many more, however I also want to test it first too. You don't have to sign up on my website, or login, you just need an Ethereum Wallet and MetaMask account to pay the initial fee. How do you know if someone already won the game? The account will be empty, DUH! I'm hoping this will help educate people about cryptocurrency, wallets, blockchain and private/public keys! Chris Bell [email protected] |

When the internet was first created Domain Name Servers (DNS) were created to point to IP addresses and make it easier for people to quickly access websites (www.chrisbell.com). Now, ENS names are being sold to point to long ETH addresses such as (chrisbell.eth > 0xDDd3964D75D59B6B6d5c31eB313BBA5EBF076364). | title | Ethereum Name Service (ENS) I just bought chrisbell.eth |
| body | Quick, buy your name before it's gone! I bought www.chrisbell.com a few years ago and chrisbell.eth a few weeks ago. Not everyone in the cryptocurrency space is trying to be completely anonymous and those addresses can be a bit difficult sometimes. Sometimes it's easy to use the QR code, but other times you find yourself copying and pasting long codes and double checking their accuracy. Ethereum to the rescue! MyEtherWallet has a tab at the top called ENS for Ethereum Name Service and it allows you to create a domain name that points to your receiving address. In other words, I can now request that you send me some ETH coins to "chrisbell.eth" instead of my long address. I've tried it and it works wonderfully! First, search for the name you want. It will tell you that the name is available, owned or for sale. Of course, people are buying multiple names to turn around and post them for sale, so be quick! It's available! Great, start the auction. The auction stops people from quickly buying a bunch of names without giving others the opportunity to bid on them as well. The auction last for exactly 3 days and your bid is entered at the same time you start the auction. When 3 days pass, everyone that placed a bid must reveal their bid without any fear that someone will then bid higher. The highest bidder pays the SECOND highest bid to own the domain name. If your bid was 1 ETH and the second highest bid was 0.5 ETH you'll win and only pay 0.5 ETH. The final step, once you own the domain, is to set a resolver address. Follow the instructions that MyEtherWallet provides in the ENS section to set the resolver and your name will then point to your ETH address. It's already owned :( Sorry your out of luck.. It can be purchased through Domain Sales - This is good and bad. Your domain name is available to buy, however it means someone else owns it and put it up for sale. So it probably won't be all that cheap. Head over to the tab "Domain Sale" and enter the name again. It will quickly tell you that you can buy the domain for a certain amount of money, and in the case of Hank Aaron, you can buy it for 1.1 ETH: Maybe you want your name for professional purchases in business. Real estate agents, lawyers, song writers, actors and actresses all might request money directly to their domain name account. Others might want something silly or goofy to keep an anonymous profile, and others might want to collect funds for major crises such as hurricanes and natural disasters. "disasterrelief.eth" would allow people to send funds directly to a help line to avoid middlemen and middlewomen. And don't even try it, that's already taken, and it's not for sale either. Contacting address owners is impossible! Who owns it? Who knows?! I told you that I own chrisbell.eth, so you can follow that to my ETH address and review my entire ETH balance, along with my token balances. I could transfer my coins to another ETH address while using chrisbell.eth for accepting payments, but I'd rather be open and honest in a somewhat anonymous fashion! Chris Bell - [email protected] Nice to meet everyone! |
