Are they necessary for the network to improve or hinder the path of evolution?\n\nThe bifurcations are simply software updates that have a negative connotation due to controversial issues that are sometimes linked to them. They are necessary to improve the platform and most of the updates included in the bifurcations are not controversial and they greatly help the software to keep up with the latest innovations.\n\n## <center>Do you think that Ethereum's governance protocol is decentralized?</center>\n\nI think the Ethereum government is very decentralized. We have several groups that play a role in influencing decisions around Ethereum, including lead developers, EIP publishers, the Fellowship of Ethereum Magicians and influential members of the community in the chat rooms and on social networks.\n\n## <center>How do you think the Ethereum government protocol can be improved?</center>\n\nI think we need more diverse groups and ideas that are part of the Ethereum government. I also believe that there is a need for better software and methods to help us identify trends around important or controversial issues. Los montos pueden ir desde $5 hasta 1.000 dólares por cada recarga. Una vez seleccionado el monto, el sistema proporcionará un código de cupón con instrucciones sobre cómo canjearlo. Es importante recordar que la compra solo es válida para la tienda de Amazon en los Estados Unidos.\n\nEn el proceso de recarga la persona también debe suministrar su correo electrónico para que Bitrefill pueda enviar las actualizaciones del estado del pedido y suministrar el código PIN de recarga. Entre las criptomonedas que la plataforma procesa se encuentran bitcoin, Litecoin (puede usarse LN para pagar con estas dos monedas), ether, Dash y Dogecoin.\n\nAl ser consultado sobre sus expectativas con relación al nuevo producto y a la receptividad del público venezolano el ejecutivo dijo: “Espero que esto se convierta en una gran adición.
