(국민연금조차 시끄러운 판에 직접 소유라면...)\n\n그런데 징동파이낸스 핀테크 팀장의 말을 듣고 생각이 조금 바뀌었다. 징동이 중소/벤처기업에게 대출을 해줄 수 있는 이유는 결코 선의도 아니고, 고수익을 위해 높은 리스크를 감수하는 것도 아니다. 쇼핑몰을 운영해 온 회사로서 징동닷컴을 이용해 제품을 파는 회사들의 재무적 신뢰도, 상품 매출규모, 재고/물류 상황을 이해하고 있기 때문에 무엇을 얼마나 담보를 잡아야 할 지를 이해하고 있다는 것. 즉, 설사 그 중소기업이 무너지더라도 그 기업이 가지고 있던 담보자산(ex. 창고에 쌓인 제품, 시설)을 어떻게 처분해야 하는지 방법도 루트도 알고 있기 때문에 대출이 가능하다는 것이다.\n\n일반적인 은행이라면 (부당한 문턱도 높지만 설사 합리적으로 판단하더라도) 산업도 모르고 담보를 잡아도 처리할 줄 모르기 때문에 그 기업에 돈을 빌려 줄 수 없다. 그래서 징동이나 알리바바 같은 기업들이 중소기업의 유일한 대출 가능 창구가 되는 것이다. 이러한 대안 생태계는 중소기업의 발전에 엄청난 도움이 되기에 금산융합이 선순환이 될 수도 있다는 것을 깨달았다. 하지만 어디까지나 그 전제는, 징동, 알리바바같은 기업의 (소시민과 소기업을 무시하던 중국 시중 은행보다도) 높은 신뢰도 때문에 가능한 일일 것이다.\n\ncf. 한국은 기업의 신뢰도가 바닥이잖아. 아마 안 될 거야......\n\n--------------------\n(원문) 2017년 8월 17일 메모\nhttps://www.facebook.com/isu.park.9\n\n(참고기사: 원아시아 - 징동금융을 이해하는 2가지 방향)  \nhttp://kr.oneasia.net/2017/08/17/jingdong-fintech/\n\n(참고 팟캐스트: Eva와 Eliot의 대륙에서 해딩하기 32화 - 0~9분 10초 부분 참조)\nhttp://www.podbbang.com/ch/12981?e=22553522",

      "body": "![questions-2245264__340.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmQocHgqoLC79gK9iro4Dzvohdjd99wpZqfVjyaUT4LaRQ/questions-2245264__340.jpg)\n\n3개 국어  트라이링구얼(trilingual)을 향해 나아가기\n\n외국어 학습의 재미를 너무 늦게 깨닫고 늦게 공부를 시작해서, 외국에 나가 있던 경험이 길지 않아서, 외국어를 쓸 일이 없는 곳에서 일해 와서...... 외국어 공부를 계속 하고는 있지만 여러가지 이유로, 혹은 핑계로 여전히 부족함을 느끼고 있습니다. 중국으로 온 궁극적인 목표들 중 하나가 트라이링구얼(한국어+영어+중국어)이 되는 것이라, 중국 얘기를 하면서 중국어/영어 학습과 관련한 얘기도 종종 함께 올릴 계획입니다. 저 스스로가 부족해서 배우는 입장이다보니, 전문적인/정확한 학습법을 제시하기 보다는, 중급 학습자의 입장에서 느끼는 경험과 팁, 학습중인 내용들을 공유하려고 합니다.\n\n\n*기초편\n\n대략 레벨을 기초-초급-중급-고급-최고급 5단계로 나눠본다고 하면, 기초 레벨은 생존 외국어가 될 것 같습니다. 기초에서 가장 중요한 것은 \"질문하여 정보얻기\"라고 생각합니다. 외국인들 사이에서 '서바이벌'을 하려면 내가 필요한 것을 물어봐야 하니까요. 게다가 기초 단계에서는 외국인들이 말을 걸어주지도 않고, 말을 걸다가도 못 알아듣는 것을 보면 금방 떠나기 때문에 스스로 외국어를 연습할 기회도 얻기 어렵게 됩니다. 그래서 먼저 말을 걸어야 합니다.\n\n영어를 먼저 보자면, 이때는 '패턴 영어'가 상당한 도움이 됩니다. 시중에 '00개 패턴'류의 책들이 많이 있지만 기초일 때는 개수가 적은 것을 골라 외우는 것을 권합니다. 그마저도 어려운 상황에서는 다음 세 패턴이면 충분한 것 같습니다. (패턴 영어류의 책을 여러 번 봤지만 실제로 이 세 개 외에는 별로 써 본적이 없습니다.)\n\n1. \"Where can I\" + 동사?\n어디를 찾아야 할 때 \"Where is ...?\"도 쓸 수 있지만, \"Where is\"의 맹점은 그 뒤에 장소명사를 써야 한다는 것입니다. 그런데 기초 수준이라 그 단어를 모른다면 의사소통을 할 수가 없죠. \"Where can I\"는 뒤가 동사이기 때문에 더 유용합니다. 동사는 우선 쓰임/활용도가 명사보다 많고, 간단한 기본 동사로도 많은 것을 설명할 수 있습니다. 가령 \"체육관에서 농구를 하고 싶은데, 체육관이라는 단어가 뭐더라?\" \"Where is ......\" 고민을 하는대신, \"Where can I play basketball?\"로 얘기하는게 더 쉽다는 의미입니다.  또한 동사는 바디 랭귀지를 하기가 더 쉽죠. 'Make a phone call'을 몰라도 \"Where can I\"라고 말하고 전화거는 시늉을 해도 커뮤니케이션이 됩니다. 생존언어에서 가장 중요한 것은 의사소통이니까요. 동사는 질문의 목적에도 더 부합합니다. 가령 우체국에 가서 엽서를 사는게 목적이었다고 한다면 중요한 것은 우체국이 아니라 엽서를 사는 것이겠죠. \"Where is a post office\"보다, \"Where can I buy a postcard\"가 낫습니다. 상대방이 \"우체국? 나는 잘 모르겠는데, 이 근처에는 없을 걸? 아, 엽서사려는 거였어? 그거는 여기 문구점이랑 기념품점에서 팔아.\"라고 할 수 있으니까요. 게다가 \"Where is\" 보다 \"Where can I\"가 문법적으로도 더 고급스러운 표현이기도 합니다.\n\n2. \"How can I\" + 동사?\n무언가를 하고 싶은데 방법을 정확하게 모를 때 쓸 수 있습니다. 당장 내 앞에 있는 기계장치의 사용법이 될 수도 있고, 어떤 절차를 물어볼 수도, 1번을 대신해서 길을 물어 볼 때도 쓸 수 있습니다. \n\n3. \"What should I\" + 동사?\n무언가를 해야 되는게 정해졌는데, 구체적으로 물어볼 때 쓸 수 있습니다. 1번, 2번은 길 가던 사람을 붙잡고 \"Excuse Me.\" 후에 하는 말이라면 3은 이미 누군가와 얘기를 시작한 후에 쓰게 될 것입니다. 가령 호텔 등에서 상대방이 어떤 양식을 작성하라고 내밀었다면, 펜을 들고 \"What should I......?\"라고 하면, 구체적으로 어디에 뭘 어떻게 쓰라고 설명해주겠죠.\n\n기초일 때는 질문을 하고 나서도, 정작 상대방이 하는 말을 못 알아들을 수 있습니다. 하지만 그렇게 상대방이 설명하는 얘기를 들을면서 자연히 영어 학습이 되겠죠. 질문에 나올 수 있는 답이 사실 뻔하니까, 전체 문장을 못 들어도 들리는 중요한 단어 몇 개를 가지고 의미를 파악하는 훈련도 자연히 될 수 있습니다.\n\n\n마찬가지로 중국어도 위 3가지 패턴으로 시작할 수 있을 것입니다.\n\n1. “장소명사 + 在哪儿？”  (짜이-날) \n\"화장실이 어디야?\"  \"洗手间(시쇼우지앤)在哪儿？\"은 가장 많이 쓰는 문장이겠네요. \n영어의 사례처럼 동사와 함께 쓰고 싶으면 \"我在哪儿 + 동사\"로 문장을 만들수도 있겠지만, 이 부분은 기초에는 맞지 않아 생략합니다. 게다가 중국어는 다행인 것이 명사가 한국어 명사와 한자가 같거나 비슷하기 때문에, 명사 외우는 것이 동사보다 쉬운 편입니다. (동사는 형용사와 혼동/혼용되는 단어가 많아서 주의 필요)\n\n2. \"怎么办?\" (전머-빤)\n\"어떻게 해?\"는 기초 학습자에게는 마법의 문장이 될 겁니다. 음식 주문 시의 필수 단어, 마법의 단어이기도 한 \"这个(쩌거 = 이거)\"와 결합하면 \"这个怎么办?\"(이거 어떻게 해?)로 무엇이든 물어볼 수 있습니다. 영어의 Excuse me와 마찬가지로 \"请问(칭-원 - 좀 물어볼게요)\"은 앞에 붙여야 겠구요.\n\n3. \"我要做什么? (워-야오-쭈어-션머)\n\"내가 뭘 해야해\" 영어와 마찬가지로 내가 먼저 말을 거는 상황이 아니라, 이미 대화가 시작한 상태에서 상대가 무언가를 요구할 때, 구체적으로 설명해달라고 표현할 수 있을 것입니다.\n\n그 다음은 영어와 같습니다. 처음에는 상대방의 대답을 못 알아듣겠지만 듣고 또 들으면서 훈련을 하다보면 빠르게 초급으로 넘어갈 수 있을 것입니다.",
