      "body": "<html>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Hey Steemians! I have decided that 1 year from today, I will partake in my first amateur Mixed Martial Arts fight. I have no prior fighting experience aside from the occasional scruff as a kid. I am fully aware of how much training and dedication it will require on my behalf in order to prepare myself for this endeavor, much less bring home a victory... Nonetheless, the goal has been set and now I plan to do what it takes to achieve it. Along with the other random posts on this account, I plan to do atleast bi weekly updates on my progression towards the fight. Here is a bit of a description of myself so that there is something to reference back to as far as where I started. &nbsp;I am in moderately good shape at 5'11 and 178 pounds and lift 4-5 days a week and do cardio 3 times a week. The following is a list of my 1 rep/10 rep maxes on what I consider the core lifts:</p>\n<p>Bench Press 1 rep max: 310</p>\n<p>Squat 10 rep max: 235</p>\n<p>Deadlift 10 rep max: 245</p>\n<p>This is meant to help give an understanding of my current level of fitness. As the week's go by I will include pictures and videos to help better show the progress I've made towards being in fighting shape as well as being able to be a contender in the cage. This steem cash is then convertible to either steem power or the steem cryptocurrency which you can then go on to turn into cash through cryptocurrency exchange services. With all that being said, how is this profitable for those behind Steemit? How much longevity will this site have (Meaning will it die after the massive influx of new users at launch)?
