Take twenty or more minutes to relive the pleasant experiences that you have heard. It could be that you trace your days on honey moon or happy days at school.\n\nUsually, retracing activities you used to do when young is a very pleasant way of fighting stress and depression. This is because when you were young, there were probably very few stressful situations. The days of our youths are usually associated with happy moments and memories.\n\nHandling a stressful situation\n\nYou can easily handle a stressful situation by reliving happy moments for a certain period of time, such as 20 minutes.
