      "body": "![162714salary-and-expenses-cartoons.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmdDeQyUD1jYCPaxWskQF2bYroJY6hwx62iMTysDYWRNpM/162714salary-and-expenses-cartoons.jpg)\n\nDarating na naman ang sahod, hindi pa naman din natin nagagawan ng budget list eh namomroblema na tayo dahil madami nang naniningil ng mga inutangan natin, nagpaalala na si Madam sa bayad sa upa at bayad sa kuryente last month, hulugan mo sa monthly internet plan, ang bakanti mong refrigerator at iba pa...\n\nIsa sa mga problema natin ay ang maliit nating sahod kumpara sa gastusin sa isang buwan.\n\nMay mga taong halos sampong taon na nagtratrabaho ay wala pa ding ipon at kong biglang may pangangailangan ay hindi alam kong saan kukuha ng gagamitin.\n\nAt ang iba naman ay hindi pa man dumarating ang sahod ay nakahiram na sila ng perang pambili sa mga nagustuhan nilang bagay.\n\nAng karamihan naman ay hindi na nakapagtabi dahil hindi na namalayang napadami sila ng pinamili at wala nang naitira dahil sa rasong walang priority list.\n\nHindi mo ba alam na nararanasan mo ito dahil kulang ka sa decission making, na hindi mo alam kong anong uunahin mong gastusan at kong ano ang mga bagay-bagay na dapat mong gawin para umayos ang financial status mo sa buhay kahit sabihin nating maliit lang ang kita o sahod mo buwan-buwan!\n\nMadami sa internet kong paano gawin ang mga ito, matutoto ka kong paano ang dapat gawin o mga bagay na dapat unahin.\n\nAko naman ay gusto ring magbahagi ng aking kaalaman para sa bawat mambabasa.\n\nAng pagiging isang kristiyano ko ang nagdala sa akin sa tamang lugar at dito iniyakap sa akin ang mga karunungang dapat kong malaman...\n\nAng sahod natin sa isang buwan ay dapat nahahati sa tatlong dibisyon at yon ay nahahati sa ganitong kaukulan 10% - 20% - 70%.\n\nWag po kayong mag-alala dahil ang 70% ay mapupunta sa expenses ninyo kaya hinga ng maluwag!\n\nNatuto akong mag-ipon sa batang edad, ang magbukas ng saving account sa mga bangko at magtago ng pera kahit pauni-unti, pero hindi naituro sa akin ang budget-expenses-savings system kaya nagamit ko ito sa mga walang kabuluhan bagay at di nagtagal ay nagamit ko ang laman ng aking savings hanggang sa nagsara ito.\n\nPero dahil sa trainings namin sa simbahan, unti-unting nagkakaruon ng mga idea kong paano ang mga gagawin sa perang natatanggap natin kada sahod.\n\nBalik tayo sa topic, ang unang 10% sa listahan ay itinatabi ko para sa aking tithes kada buwan, ang tithes ko ay ibinigibay ko sa aking simbahang dinadaluhan bilang pasasalamat ko sa Puong Maykapal na syang nagbibigay ng lahat ng pagpapala sa aking buhay.\n\nTandaan po natin na ang taong marunong magbalik ng pasasalamat ay lalo pang binibigyan! (Maari po nating basahin ang Malachi 3:10 ng bibliya).\n\nSusunod po ay ang 20% ito po mapupunta sa savings, maari po natin itong ilagay sa ano mang banko na naisin natin, BDO? Land Bank? Metrobank? PNB? Coop? Pwedi po kahit ano.\n\nAng savings na ito ay maari mong gamitin para sa investment, panimulang puhunan sa negosyos, pambili ng lupa o pagpapatayo ng bahay o ano mang bagay na gusto mo sa hinaharap, kasal? Pweding-pwedi!\n\nKadalasan sa pamilya ay may nagkakasakit kaya minsan ay hindi natin maiwasan ang galawin ang savings, pero mali po ito.\n\nTanong, ano ba ang dapat gawin para hindi ito mabawasan kong sakaling biglaang may nagkasakit sa pamilya.\n\nDapat may separate savings ka na nakatabi sa banko katumbas ang tatlong buwang sahod mo, kong sakaling sumasahod ka ng Php 7,410.00 kada buwan, sa isang savings account mo dapat may laman itong Php 7,410 x 3 = Php 22, 230.00.\n\nDito ka kukuha ng emergency fund para sa kalusugan, masasabi nating mahirap itong gawin pero iponin po natin ito ng paunti-unti, simulan po natin ngayon.\n\nPangatlo po ay 70% na para naman sa expenses natin, unahin po nating isaisip ang gastusin katulad ng monthly grocery, monthly utilities, renta sa bahay kong umuupa, gamot, pang-unli text sa isang buwan, at iba pang pangangailangan sa araw-araw.\n\nNapapansin nyo po ba na may mga taong nakakabakasyon sa iba't-ibang lugar kada taon kahit magkapareho lang naman kayo ng sahod?\n\nDahil alam nilang magtabi at unahin ang mga bagay-bagay na kailangan nila sa mga bagay na gusto nila.\n\nPero sa simple trick ay maari ka pa din namang makapag-vacation sa gusto mong lugar, o bumili ng gadget na gusto mo, o kaya naman once in a while eh maitreat mo man lang ang sarili mo ng whole body massage o kaya facial o foots spa.\n\nTignan mo ang larawan sa ibaba.\n\n![43120234_905668513154095_9114645395023069184_n.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcyoaFUiHQASftpT5aKXvsdSGnXM9X5ZGAxrDvWWFEMNP/43120234_905668513154095_9114645395023069184_n.jpg)\n\nMaari ka ding gumawa ng alkansya para sa mga bagay na gusto mong bilhin in the future o mga plano mong kailangan ng fund.\n\nMaliban sa savings mo na 20% ay maari karing magtabi para sa mga bagay na gusto mo pa, hindi mo kaagad ito makukuha dahil kailangan itong pag-ipunan.\n\nAlam mo bang sa isang taon ay maari kang magbakasyon sa Boracay, sa Palawan, o kaya sa Solo, kailangan lang pag-iponan at ito ay kaya mong gawin!\n\nHuwag ka ding maiingit kong may mga makikita kang bago sa barkada mo katulad na lang kong may bago silang limited edition na watch, bagong branded na damit, bagong phone o loptop at bibili ka din ura-urada dahil baka magkautang ka pa.\n\nLagi nating uunahin ang katanongang kailangan ko ba ito sa pang-araw-araw kong pamumuhay?\n\nRecall po tayo, ang buong sahod natin sa isang buwan ay hahatiin sa 10%-20%70%. (If they don't give you a topic), just pray and ask for the guidance of the Holy Spirit and It will move within you, you just have to let it flow and just fell it.\n\nThe Holy Spirit will send you the teaching and it will remind you of everything that happens on the past that you can use as an example and share it with others (Good things and bad situations).\n\nMy answer was to share the verse Psalms 89:34, \"My covenant will I  not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.\"\n\nI want to share with everyone, though most of us know that even God cannot break a promise, His promise, I would like to emphasize the \"a\" there. \n\nI start it with a little comparison, I know that human can't be compared to God, but I will use it as an example: that a man could break a promise to his wife no matter how deep is his love to her.\n\nThe reason often comes with: \"I forgat because of an emergency situation\", \"I was busy with...\", \"There was more important than that promise\", or simply, \"Promise is made to be broken\" - which is sometimes funny but sometimes irritating. \n\nBut with God, when He says it, He will. \n\nSo let us go back with the story of Abraham in Genesis wherein God said that He will give them a son.\n\nThat was His promise and when He gave his words hold unto them, believe it and have your trust with it and He will make it happen in the best place, in the most perfect time and most amazing situations because that is the way how he loves us.\n\nHe made his promise done when Sarah and Abraham in an amazing situation wherein they were on the age that a woman can not bear a child anymore (Sarah was 90 and Abraham is 100).\n\nLets proceed with another promise of God to Abraham in Genesis 15: 18-21; 18 On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram and said, “To your descendants I give this land, from the Wadi[a] of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates— 19 the land of the Kenites, Kenizzites, Kadmonites, 20 Hittites, Perizzites, Rephaites, 21 Amorites, Canaanites, Girgashites and Jebusites.”\n\nThe promise of God to Isaac, Abraham's Son, in Genesis 26: 2-4; 2 The Lord appeared to Isaac and said, “Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land where I tell you to live. 3 Stay in this land for a while, and I will be with you and will bless you. For to you and your descendants, I will give all these lands and will confirm the oath I swore to your father Abraham. 4 I will make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and will give them all these lands, and through your offspring, all nations on earth will be blessed,\n\nGod's promise for Jacob in Genesis 28: 13-14; \"13 There above it stood the Lord, and he said: “I am the Lord, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac. All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring.\"\n\nAnd yes He did it.\n\nLet me share some of the God promises:\n\nIn James 1:5 - If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.\n\n1John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.\n\nMalachi 3:10 -  Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And we must never let go. He has promised and he will do it.\n\nLet the sharing end with a clap offering to the lord and ask anybody who wants to share some experience about their life verse if any.\n\nDon't forget to have a closing prayer.\n\n* Let me comment what will happen to our sharing later!\n* Share also your experience and if you have m=advice I would be happy to take them as a reference for the future.",
