I would go out without a belt. Sometimes, I even tied a rope around my waist just because a friend of mine came to my house and took my belt without any information, not until I caught him taking a picture and posting it online with my Gucci belt.\n\n*What steps do you take to improve your mood when you are upset?*\n\nThere is always a plan B for every unwanted mood, as the solution is available for every problem. As for the case of depression, I think you need to communicate with others so as not to feel more depressed because it is dangerous to one's health. When upset I avoided the reason for being upset first.\n\nSecondly, I watch funny memes online and listen to good music; this changes my mood for the better, sudden time, and very well. I also visit friends to discuss with for a better mood, and attacking my mood with a better solution to change my mood for the betterment of my life.\n\n*What advice would you give to those who are very depressed to overcome their depression??*\n\nNothing last forever as time would definitely heal any depression or problems. When depressed you feel free to talk to me but if I am not there try talk to other people how you feel as a better solution in regarding to changing the situation might as well elope, for it is uncalled for in staying at a wicked state of life when there is also little little solutions near.\n\nAs a Christian I pray to God in times of depression finally as I believe situations can change infinitely from there. \n\nSpecial thanks to everyone for reading this post hope you come again in my next posts. Budgets like food are important, as I eat daily.
