      "body": "A 4765 metros sobre el nivel del mar en el estado Mérida,  Venezuela se encuentra el pico espejo en el esta la imagen de la Virgen de las Nieves.       "body": "Buenas tardes queridos amigos feliz fin de semana el siguiente post va con doble intención la primera de invitación a leer textos de Robert Baden Powell, Roland Erasmus Philipps  y la otra intención es de en cierta forma dar un aporte a quienes de una u otra forma trabajan con educación este sistema del cual en el siguiente post les comentare un poco estoy convencido de que les será altamente efectivo para cualquier ámbito.\n\n![IMG-20140609-WA000.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmWib4mkvvhpsXYghDuJsQfYZWYkQ9W94vq63svxybP1kk/IMG-20140609-WA000.jpg)\n\nEl ultimo mencionado Roland E Philipps conocido en el mundo Scout por ser el creador del sistema de patrulla un sistema implementado por el mismo Baden Powell para el movimiento scout y hasta la fecha sigue siendo el sistema aplicado para  quienes formamos parte de este movimiento. \n\n¿En que consiste este método del sistema de patrulla? \n\nFundamentalmente  es el trabajo en equipo y el delegar funciones o responsabilidades a los jóvenes en que forma en pequeños grupos de trabajo por decirles de alguna manera en el libro y en mundo scout los pequeños están representados en diferentes formas, en seisenas, patrullas o cuevas de clan.\n\n¿Dónde comienzan las funciones o responsabilidades?\n\nComienzan cuando cada joven miembro de esa patrulla(equipo) pasa a ser pilar fundamental de la misma con solo formar parte de ella pero donde comienza el verdadero trabajo del aplicar el sistema de patrulla cuando a cada joven se le es asignada una función. Una de las primordiales funciones es la del guía de patrulla, en todos lados siempre tendremos ese guía de patrulla que es la persona que será el líder y es garante de que todos incluyéndolo cumplan con sus funciones para que el trabajo sea mucho más sencillo para todos. Esto lo puedes trabajar en forma rotativa y así también vas descubriendo y dándoles oportunidad a nuevos líderes que aún no han tenido la oportunidad de dar a demostrar sus potenciales.\n\n¿Dónde lo puedo aplicar?\n\nEn todos lados para un maestro o profesor al aplicar esto en una aula de clases estoy convencido de que les será bastante útil y tendrán la mayor receptividad de los alumnos bueno el movimiento scout funciona desde 1907 y hasta la fecha sigue siendo el sistema implementado en el mismo. Con toda seguridad les digo que el sistema de patrulla es de gran ayuda en cualquier ámbito.\n \nYo particularmente lo aplico en mi trabajo haciendo pequeños grupos el cual consta de cuatro personas donde uno de ellos es la representación de ellos ante mí y hace las veces del guía de patrulla siempre debes contar con un sub-guia alguien que asuma las responsabilidades del guía si en alguna oportunidad no cuentas con esa figura en un pequeño grupo.\n\nEn esta oportunidad es todo lo que quise aportar para mis grandes amigos que forman parte de este interesante mundo de steemit me despido de ustedes por ahora un abrazo no se olviden de en lo posible leer sobre este gran sistema y ponerlo en práctica les garantizo grandes resultados.",

Hasta la fecha esos números han ido variando frecuentemente lo cual no se tienen datos exactos de lo que es el consumo per cápita de alcohol. Una de las razones sin duda alguna es el gran aumento y desarrollo en la demanda que ha ido experimentando lo que es la industria y las mejoras en la distribución del producto directo a establecimientos listo para el disfrute del consumidor.\n\nPara la industria los consumos de alcohol están representados de esta manera la producción de cerveza siendo la más popular en toda Latinoamérica con un exorbitante 55% del alcohol consumido. Seguido de licores como el vodka, whisky  con el 30%, teniendo a los consumos de vinos con un 12% y tan solo con un 3% otros tipos de licores que por lo regular son poco conocidos por no forman parte de grandes cadenas de producción.\n\n![fileGjeUPu.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcU5nZ9AuD98VT3KDG99Z6bLz6Jkf2e5EjP8o5tDDt7ut/fileGjeUPu.jpg)\n\nLuego de haber visto este pequeño abrebocas con lo que fueron o son los porcentajes de los consumos de alcohol en Latinoamérica es momento de tocar un poco uno de los licores conocido en regiones de Venezuela y adoptado en alguna de ellas tales como son Lara, Yaracuy y Falcón quienes la adoptan como autóctona y es una de sus mayores apuestas para entrar en competencia en lo que es la industria de los alcoholes. \n\nDisfrutado y conocido como “Cocuy”, “Licor de Cocuy” o “Licor de Agave” siendo este último mencionado la planta con la cual es elaborado, es una especie que dificulta su cultivo extenso lo cual es una gran barrera para la producción del cocuy en grandes cantidades. El Agave es una planta que tarda aproximadamente unos ocho años en llegar a la madurez necesaria para poder ser utilizada en la elaboración del licor.\n\nHistóricamente hablando las etnias caquetías, jirajaras y ayamanes que poblaban ciertas regiones del territorio preparaban una bebida espirituosa a partir de los mostos fermentados del Agave cocuy y la misma era utilizada en sus rituales y eventos comunitarios. Con la versatilidad del Agave obtenían también azúcares naturales, sustancias jabonosas, fibra para el tejido de sus hamacas, alpargatas; sus flores y retoños se preparaban como encurtido y la fibra sobrante del proceso de producción la utilizaban como aglutinante para sus techos y bloques de adobe. Seguido de licores como el vodka, whisky  con el 30%, teniendo a los consumos de vinos con un 12% y tan solo con un 3% otros tipos de licores que por lo regular son poco conocidos por no forman parte de grandes cadenas de producción.\n\n![fileGjeUPu.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcU5nZ9AuD98VT3KDG99Z6bLz6Jkf2e5EjP8o5tDDt7ut/fileGjeUPu.jpg)\n\nLuego de haber visto este pequeño abrebocas con lo que fueron o son los porcentajes de los consumos de alcohol en Latinoamérica es momento de tocar un poco uno de los licores conocido en regiones de Venezuela y adoptado en alguna de ellas tales como son Lara, Yaracuy y Falcón quienes la adoptan como autóctona y es una de sus mayores apuestas para entrar en competencia en lo que es la industria de los alcoholes. \n\nDisfrutado y conocido como “Cocuy”, “Licor de Cocuy” o “Licor de Agave” siendo este último mencionado la planta con la cual es elaborado, es una especie que dificulta su cultivo extenso lo cual es una gran barrera para la producción del cocuy en grandes cantidades. El Agave es una planta que tarda aproximadamente unos ocho años en llegar a la madurez necesaria para poder ser utilizada en la elaboración del licor.\n\nHistóricamente hablando las etnias caquetías, jirajaras y ayamanes que poblaban ciertas regiones del territorio preparaban una bebida espirituosa a partir de los mostos fermentados del Agave cocuy y la misma era utilizada en sus rituales y eventos comunitarios. Con la versatilidad del Agave obtenían también azúcares naturales, sustancias jabonosas, fibra para el tejido de sus hamacas, alpargatas; sus flores y retoños se preparaban como encurtido y la fibra sobrante del proceso de producción la utilizaban como aglutinante para sus techos y bloques de adobe.       "body": "Today I feel eager to share with you something that you see as another biography, as a story or just as a post that will be described in several times at once; The truth is that this will tell you and I will show you some unique photos, unique moments of a great little piece of my life that undoubtedly completely turned Carlos Romero up until 2009 and today is a person with another vision and with another way of thinking, being happy when wearing the uniform that some photos will appreciate.\n\nI take a good time of meetings, talks to give form to what would be the reunion and desire to reactivate the group of young people and for those who were not so young for the moment, this was achieved and it was possible to realize that great reunion of classmates, friends and brothers with activities so that those not so young could remember how beautiful it was to be part of this passion that when they were little they united them as something in common. After a series of games, activities, songs and all that exchange of smiles, memories, anecdotes. Within those ideas that were between the planning meetings arises a very interesting and was that the children of those not so young also shared that day with their parents as if they were not but were children too. My dad and all my guys were one of those not so young of that day I particularly saw that as absurd, a waste of time running from here to there every time a guy happened to call them with a whistle and that unifome so ugly , within my ignorance was what I thought. During the whole week before the call they made for the children of those not so young I thought why not go?
