The Cisco Pix Firewall series reached end of life around 2008, and was much more effective at NAT, and filtering port based traffic than it is at stopping High powered rifles. This test was held at a range of about 13 yards, and shows a clean shot straight through the heart of the Pix Firewall with little to no bulging, showing how devastating a round the 30-06 is. In this test we saw the round tear through every layer of sheet metal on the microwave with ease, aside from the back side. The bow fires straight and true with the Samick limb replacement. It is worth noting that when the bow is strung with the Samick limbs, the string is closer to the riser by a few inches. This has no significant impact on the performance of the bow as far as I can tell.\n\nWhy would you want to do this? \nJaguar takedown replacement limbs are almost as expensive as a new bow, while Samick Sage limbs are not nearly as expensive. It is also claimed around the archery community that Martin limbs are of lesser quality. Adhesive foam, to cushion friction/wear points.                                                                        \n2. A 3/16 Allen Wrench\n3. Scissors/Shears\n4. Limbs from a Samick Sage recurve bow\n5. --(optional)--  This might look familiar to a lot of you. This is a spacer that typically comes included within boxes of 6 Carbon fiber arrows, in this case purchased at Cabellas. \n6. --(optional)-- Adhesive velcro strips. In an emergency, you could make a bow string from this. As this isolated incident demonstrated a highly unanticipated result, we would not recommend using a plastic shelled object to  yourself from any such weapon. After this test we discussed how unlikely another incident like this would occur. The round likely dispersed its energy in a way that some how translated into a larger push back effect from the force, rather than a penetrating force. If you follow our instagram @CANITSTOPABULLET you can see that Hard drives at close range have very limited stopping power against most types of projectiles. It is worth noting however, that we have had many instances of hard drives stopping pistol rounds (.40, and .45) although our tests show different results. This depends on the makeup of the hard drives, the distance at which you shoot them, and the age of the Hard drive.
