| body | Technology has improved step by step and with that human life has become simpler. If we discuss the last few decades, at that time changes in technology were exponential and there are still new developments in technology. But there are some parts of the world that are still untouched by the latest technology. West Africa is a major region on Earth without broadband internet access, and people are forced to rely on satellite connections that are slow and expensive to access. However, the Cajutel telecommunications company based in Guinea-Bissau is willing to change this condition by serving 100% solar-powered Internet to West Africa, which allows greater speeds at much lower prices. Cajutel believes in connecting Africa to the whole world and helping Africa become part of the global economy. Cajutel praised the potential of the Internet to trigger economic development and enable West African businesses and entrepreneurs to market their strengths, without being hindered by many previous effects that limit distance. The Internet gives them a global platform for expanding their business. Across Africa, there is great potential to survive social and economic changes caused by the provision of fast internet. There are specific ways that people and businesses can use in West Africa to avoid the lack of previous economic opportunities. To Meet the Vision makes Africa more connected and advanced. Cajutel has launched its ICO to increase the investment needed to build infrastructure to serve the masses in West Africa with high-speed internet at affordable prices. This is a long-term investment opportunity for investors. For more details, visit www.Cajutel.io |

If we discuss the last few decades, at that time changes in technology were exponential and there are still new developments in technology. But there are some parts of the world that are still untouched by the latest technology.\n\nWest Africa is a major region on Earth without broadband internet access, and people are forced to rely on satellite connections that are slow and expensive to access. However, the Cajutel telecommunications company based in Guinea-Bissau is willing to change this condition by serving 100% solar-powered Internet to West Africa, which allows greater speeds at much lower prices.\n\nCajutel believes in connecting Africa to the whole world and helping Africa become part of the global economy. Cajutel praised the potential of the Internet to trigger economic development and enable West African businesses and entrepreneurs to market their strengths, without being hindered by many previous effects that limit distance. The Internet gives them a global platform for expanding their business.\n\nAcross Africa, there is great potential to survive social and economic changes caused by the provision of fast internet. There are specific ways that people and businesses can use in West Africa to avoid the lack of previous economic opportunities.\n\nTo Meet the Vision makes Africa more connected and advanced. Cajutel has launched its ICO to increase the investment needed to build infrastructure to serve the masses in West Africa with high-speed internet at affordable prices. This is a long-term investment opportunity for investors. For more details, visit www.Cajutel.io",

| body | Arica is growing rapidly. With the growth of cellphones usage, greater access to the internet, and increased access to education, change is happening, and more people have more money that can be spent to spend. Andreas has launched Cajutel Sarl, a telecommunications company based in Guinea-Bissau, with the vision to serve rural and remote regions of West Africa with high-speed Internet with highly reliable solar energy at an affordable price. The Internet technology available in Guinea-Bissau is 2.5G EDGE is not even 3G and the internet available is so expensive that only the Rich group could afford the use of the internet. Cajutel is building the much-needed infrastructure to provide reliable and affordable Internet access to all people in Africa. Andreas Fink, CEO of cajutel is a Swiss-based Telecommunications expert with more than 25 years of experience, and has managed and successfully run more than eight companies. In an interview, Fink said: "Customers who have never had Internet access before, this is a very unique situation to touch such a virgin market and gives us the opportunity to take the market completely" Cajutel is waiting for telecom license to start its operating in Guinea-Bissau, on which the CTO of cajutel David Wine shared an image of Guinea-Bissau official publication in the telegram group of cajutel and caption the image as “ATTENTION! NOT YET PUBLISHED! THIS IS WHAT WE ARE WAITING FOR, NOW DAYS AWAY.” Where later Andreas clarify on this and said “What David was trying to say is that licenses have to be published in an official Bulletin. That's what we are waiting for. When that happens, then its 100% official.” Due to legislative elections in Bissau, the whole work has been stopped for a few days. In addition, will continue only after the end of elections and yet the publication has to wait for some more time. Cajutel is just one step away from connecting the masses of Guinea-Bissau to the high-speed affordable internet. |

| body | The Internet first appeared in Africa in the 1980s when the first Internet network system was set up in South Africa. Then came the first dial-up connection (to France) that connected Africa to the Internet for the first time in 1993. In the late 1990s, the first proposal for a regional Internet registry for Africa (which was to become AFRINIC) worked on. In 2001, the first large submarine Internet cable connecting Africa was installed, and in 2008, the Internet penetration rate was 5% for the first time, almost 10 years below average World. Internet penetration in Africa is 35.2% (in December 2017). Compared to the global average of 58.4%, Africa is far behind in terms of Internet penetration. But how fast (or slow) is the Internet in African countries? The 2018 report of the Worldwide Broadband Speed League contains all the numbers and we analyzed it to extract a list centered on Africa. According to the list, the least connected country is Guinea. Guinea-Bissau is not a place for web junkies. Even in the capital, coverage is uneven, expensive and unpredictable. In other words, in the global ranking of Internet users, Guinea-bissau is at the bottom of the list, with very less number of its inhabitants regularly online. Despite the efforts of government, broadband internet penetration in Guinea-Bissau, the country is unlikely to hit that target. While country lacks technological advancement, it also appears to lose grip of its position, as the emerging market’s growth in the fastest growing technology economy. Many regions of the African continent are still very backward in terms of technological advancements due to lack of education, resources, and poor living conditions. Majorly because of poor infrastructure and low internet penetration which is leading the digital divide. Cajutel, a broadband infrastructure provider, is one of the operators looking to increase connectivity and access to broadband in Guinea-Bissau and beyond. Cajutel aims to close the digital divide between West Africa and the rest of the world. Cajutel at the forefront of creating the required backbone infrastructure that will boost digital market viability and minimize the challenges of accessibility and reliability across sectors and layered connectivity needs. |

| body | Digital technology is changing the way consumers and businesses in Africa live, work and transact, offering companies new and innovative ways to market and sell their products in some of the fastest growing markets in the world. However, a series of recent policy interventions by the African government to increase regulation of Internet-based services are worrying consumers and businesses. This raises questions about how Africa's "digital revolution" will be affected and whether it can slip. When businesses look forward to 2019, it is important for them to understand the drivers of this change and how they will influence their partners and customers. Majorities of urban Africans have Internet-enabled devices and regularly go online. If infrastructure investment continues, the Internet will grow much larger in the next decade, adding up to $ 300 billion a year in Africa's GDP. The online business can boom the internet in Africa and help business and companies meet new demands, get closer to customers by utilizing data and social media, and improve their routes to the market through online channels. Two drivers that can support this: increasing internet access is accelerating faster than in other regions of the world and decreasing costs, especially for mobile broadband devices and services. Companies use this development to capture the demands created by developing consumer classes in Africa and development needs. The Internet is an important part for every business; the speed of a company’s internet can have a substantial impact on its operations and overall success. Your internet connection has never been more important with the surge in new technologies and ways of working. Whereas the Internet in West Africa is very slow and expensive, which makes it difficult for business to survive and work. Cajutel, a Guinea-Bissau-based telecommunications company, believes that better Internet connectivity can help Africa achieve better economic growth. Cajutel's vision is to build the most cost-effective broadband access network and deliver state-of-the-art communications to its customers, creating a tremendous boost to education and the economy. The company also plans to provide reliable and affordable Internet communications in the local market and focuses on providing the best-performing mobile data network for Guinea-Bissau and Guinea. |

| body | The internet has changed the world, as we know it. With fast connections and capable devices, whatever information you need is just a click away. Unfortunately, you need more than one click in several countries; patience is also needed. In countries with the slowest internet speeds, it will take days to download high definition videos successfully. Unfortunately, most of these countries are in Africa. Internet speed and the cost of accessing the internet are the main limitations for business, and for Africa, internet connections are limited by lower penetration rates compared to other parts of the world. Measured parameters such as the number of ISP subscriptions, the total number of hosts, IXP-traffic, and the overall available bandwidth all indicate that Africa is behind the "digital divide". When a 4G internet connection is launched, it promises a fast internet connection, much better than 3G. Its speed, however, is still lagging in Africa compared to other continents. Then 4G LTE appeared that promised a faster connection, and the story was the same. The speed gap places the five fastest countries more than 40 times faster than the five slowest countries in the internet. Singapore ranked first with its broadband speed to 55.13 megabits per second (Mbps) league while war-torn Guinea-Bissau became the last with an average speed of only 0.34 Mbps. Overall 189 countries were ranked and 39 African countries were part of the global ranking. None of the 39 countries in Africa reached an average speed above 10Mbps, which is a UK telecommunications regulator; Ofcom's considers the minimum speed needed by consumers to participate effectively in a digital society. Cajutel is about to provide Internet access to solar energy to people living in rural and remote areas of Guinea-Bissau. With its cajutel project using solar technology to provide the Internet to the masses, the project could, if implemented, extend online connectivity to millions of people in Guinea-Bissau. With over 1.9 million people, where only 2% of people have an Internet connection and use the Internet for work, 98% of the population is still offline due to lack of speed and extremely high prices . Internet connectivity around the world continues to grow and many people are enjoying the benefits of the Internet. |

| body | A fast, affordable, secure and transparent Internet must be a priority for African governments. Why? The benefits of access are broad and significant. Increase access to a FAST Internet can: 1. Reduce the digital divide and accelerate development. In Africa, only one in five people uses the Internet. This contrasts sharply with developed countries, where over 82% of people are already online. Securing FAST Internet access in Africa will enable billions of additional people to connect to the Internet and take advantage of life-changing socio-economic opportunities offered by Internet access. 2. Improve health care and save lives EHealth services are already being used to fill critical gaps in health care, particularly in rural, conflict-affected and other underserved areas of Africa. FAST Internet access will increase the ability of citizens to access and use these services. A study estimates that telehealth services, including diagnosis, counseling, treatment and distance education, will save more than one million lives in sub-Saharan Africa in five years. 3. Empower women and reduce the digital gap between men and women, in line with the AU's call for a special focus on women's rights in 2016. Research by the Web Foundation shows that women in urban areas in developing countries are 50% less likely to be online than men, and 25% less likely to use the Internet to find a job. The size of the numerical gap between men and women varies from one region to another, but it is everywhere. The pay gap between men and women means that women face higher costs for accessing the Internet. Achieving all the economic and social opportunities offered by Internet access will only be possible if we work to make FAST Internet a reality for all women. An Intel report estimates that bridging the gap between mobile men and women and bringing 600 million more women online could boost global GDP by $ 13 billion to $ 18 billion. 4. Contribute to economic growth at the local, regional and national levels, including the creation of 140 million jobs. If Internet penetration rates in developing countries were compared with those of developed countries, "the resulting economic activity could generate an additional GDP of $ 2.2 trillion ... and create more than 140 million new jobs. 5. Increase access to educational resources. Connecting people and schools to a FAST network will increase their access to information, educational content and other resources needed to improve educational outcomes. Rural, poor and other under-resourced schools will be able to provide their students with affordable or free online content, and teachers with general information or training to teach. In remote or conflict-affected areas, where schools are sometimes non-existent, an Internet connection can enable individuals to access free and open online courses and guide the course of their own education. In 2015, only 25 African countries had net enrollment rates of 80% or more, which means that FAST Internet could help millions of out-of-school children. 6. Improve agricultural production and reduce poverty. FAST Internet access makes it easier for everyone to access information. Connected farmers can access essential information to maximize agricultural productivity, including important information on weather, crop selection, and pest control, and can also connect to markets and determine the competitive market price for the sale of their products. According to a McKinsey study, agricultural growth in Africa is twice as effective at reducing poverty as growth in other sectors - an estimate that may not be surprising when one considers that agriculture provides 70% of employment in Africa and contributes to 30% of its GDP. 7. Connect people across distances, improve social welfare Social networks have become one of the most common ways that people use the web once they connect. Social media, email and other communication methods enabled online allow loved ones to stay in touch over long distances. They allow communities of refugees and other communities affected by disasters to communicate and keep up to date on events in their communities of origin. They allow people to coordinate and unite around shared interests and causes, and organize themselves for actions directed by citizens. Although the value of these effects is difficult to quantify, the value cannot be overstated. |

| body | According to 2017 estimates, about 13.5% of the African population has Internet access. While Africa accounts for 15.0% of the world's population, only 6.2% of the World's Internet subscribers are Africans. Africans who have access to broadband connections are estimated to be in percentage of 1% or lower. How Cajutel can change the future of Africa by bringing great speed of internet at affordable rates in West Africa? The Internet in Africa is limited by a lower penetration rate when compared to the rest of the world. Telecommunication companies in Africa are looking at Broadband Wireless Access technologies as the key to make Internet available to the population at large. Projects are being completed that aim at the realization of Internet backbone that might help cut the cost of bandwidth in African countries. Cajutel, a Guinea-Bissau based telecom is building the much-required infrastructure to serve the masses of Africa with solar powered high speed Internet. Cajutel will bring great speed internet in Guinea- Bissau and other parts of West Africa as well. A number of projects have been started that aim at bringing more bandwidth to Africa, in order to cut down costs for both operators and end user but Cajutel will give it best utility service in Bissau as bandwidth will be available easily and less costly, the first to benefit will be institutions and companies that already have Internet access. In order for the network to reach a larger part of the population, solutions are needed for the last mile problem, i.e., to make bandwidth available to the final user. To be feasible for Africa, last mile solutions must be found that take into account the limited penetration of fixed telephony lines, especially in rural areas. Of about 400.000 rural communities that are estimated to exist in Africa. |

| body | For a long time, development seemed to be concentrated in urban centers, towns and villages seeking to move to 5G, while some of our rural or remote areas have not yet been connected. However, connectivity has the potential to transfer knowledge, boost trade and stimulate economic growth in areas that were otherwise considered barren. While more than 60% of the African population still does not have access to the Internet, cajutel can bridge this gap, guinea-bissau based telecom service provider dedicated to ensuring the development, evolution and of open internet use. Access to the Internet improves education in remote areas, enabling financial independence through online banking, enabling citizens to demand more transparent governments and even better diagnosis and treatment of the disease. However, African women are much less likely to own a phone, women are not a niche problem; it is half of the population. If they do not know how to access, these incredible technologies that will make people's lives better will only have half of its impact. Governments also needed a framework that allowed competition and avoided monopolies that could hinder innovation. By working together, values could be unlocked and technology brought solutions in surprising areas. |

| body | In 2016, the quantity of Internet subscribers in Sub-Saharan Africa speaks to as per the Internet Society about 28.3% of the populace when contrasted with the worldwide average of over 45%. However, there is a huge gap inside Africa, with a significant part of the online populace living in few nations, for example, South Africa, Mauritius, and Kenya, though different nations, for example, Guinea-Bissau and the Democratic Republic of the Congo still have much lower associations rates. Broadband access is significantly increasingly restricted: 1% had a settled broadband connection in 2010. Nevertheless, wireless broadband internet access is becoming quicker with an expected number of 18 million individuals in Africa. Unreliable, slow, insufficient and expensive telecommunications deters Africa from better exploiting creative applications. Lack of infrastructure and access to power are other serious problems and the lack of locally trained engineers to operate the equipment and the legal restrictions on those who host the content of others. Other obstacles include access to power and fiber cables within the country, and import procedures that raise the time and cost of acquiring the equipment needed. The low and slowing Internet adoption is an issue, particularly given the recent improvements in infrastructure availability. According to a study by Research ICT Africa for several countries, non-users explain that the reason why they are not online is this is ‘too expensive’ for them. The Internet in Guinea-Bissau is so expensive and slow that people couldn’t afford to use it for their work. This unreliability and expensive nature of the internet in Guinea-Bissau makes it a luxury that not everyone can afford to have and which the same reason many other countries are also offline. While governments and various organizations are trying to bridge, this digital gap and connect the unconnected remote and rural population to the internet. Cajutel, a Guinea-Bissau based telecom company is one such organization, putting its efforts in building a better Africa, where people in remote and rural region can also connect to the internet. Cajutel will be providing high speed 4g solar powered internet at very affordable prices to the masses of west Africa. |

| body | .png) The unbearably slow speed of internet in West Africa must be the most baffling thing about being online. It has additionally influenced economic development and business, the staggering expense, absence of access and slow access hamper economic development and employment creation. broadband connectivity is “a key catalyst for economic growth” and that every 10% increase in connectivity enables a 1.38% growth in Gross Domestic Product. The report shows that the average connection speed is as low as number 126. That resembles the country has the lowest average connection speed that of all European, Middle-Eastern and African countries. Just 8% of broadband clients could accomplish speeds higher than 4 megabits for every second (Mbps), which contrasts inadequately and the worldwide normal of 46%. West Africa is one of the most expensive places in the world to access the internet from and its way behind countries with far worse infrastructure. The lack of Internet is drastically affecting economic growth in Africa, which can be improved and it is needed to be improved for the growth of nations. Cajutel, a company from Guinea-Bissau is building infrastructure to serve the masses in West Africa with high-speed internet at affordable prices. |

| body | According to a recent report released by Ookla shows growth in Internet speed. The state of the internet report this week demonstrating mobile and broadband internet are increasing around the globe, although not every nation is keeping pace. In 2018, mobile internet speeds rose 15% on average to 23 megabits per second (Mbps) down (15.2%), while upload speeds rose 9 Mbps (11.2%). Broadband internet (over fiber optic or metal) surged 26% to 46 Mbps down, and 22 Mbps up. That’s a slightly slower rate of increase than 2017, but telecoms are steadily building out new infrastructure, especially fixed Gigabit connections (many cities got the high-speed service for the first time in 2018) and 4G (with “5G” on the way). Their blasting fast speeds are generally twice as quick as their fastest big-nation counterparts, China and US (31 Mbps and 29 Mbps, individually). Fixed internet speeds demonstrate a comparable example. As for the slowest countries among the 124 ranked, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Algeria, and Venezuela finished at the bottom with recorded speeds of 7.5 Mbps or slower. Although Guinea-Bissau wasn’t even in the lest as the average speed of internet in Guinea is as 1602 kbps. Guinea-Bissau infrastructure, which suffered from a lack of investment and development, is only recently improving. Internet speeds are no exception. It ranks 148th out of 150 countries for fixed broadband download speeds. The government has a large stake in the telecom industry holding a monopoly on fixed line internet infrastructure, Now that political and economic stability is improving in Guinea, an increase in foreign investment presents new opportunities for growth. Infrastructure improvements are also coming with mobile providers finally securing 4G licenses at the end of last year. |

| body | Guinea-Bissau based Cajutel intends to give broadband internet access to unserved individuals in the western locale of Africa. The undertaking will utilize solar fueled technology to bring public with affordable Internet access and access to digital services (e-learning, e-health, news and more) as well as dedicated Internet access to local institutions and businesses. About four billion people live unconnected to the digital world, most in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia, and this can have expensive monetary ramifications. Cajutel is working to address this connectivity gap. The initiative utilizes low-cost wireless technologies to make it easier and more affordable for people to get online and participate in today's global economy. Today, internet access is as essential as electricity, but almost half the world’s population is still not online. As a global technology company, we believe we have a responsibility and a great opportunity to help close this gap. “We are excited to bring internet in Guinea-Bissau and beyond to help close the digital divide.” Cajutel is committed to connecting the unconnected. To be able to sustainably provide Internet access to rural communities in Guinea-Bissau. |
