I would like to give big regards to @belenguerra who is always supportive to this community.\n \"Alone but never lonely\". That is the perfect quote for what I feel in the state of my life right now. With my work, I always have something to do. Paper works are here and there, but I kinda used to it. I am enjoying what a I am doing, but we always want to do something different and new. Since, I love to not to stay in place, one thing as my way of unwinding from doing monotonous things is through travelling.\n      As much as possible, I want to spend my spare time travelling new places. Just this recent holiday, I decided to enjoy my \"me time\". It just pop in my mind to do riding with my motorcycle alone. I was really thinking before to try this experience. I wanted to be free. I wanted to taste the experience of those people who are driving alone, unaccostumedly without friends and family being with. I wanted to own my time which I find very new and at the same time very exciting. \n     Travelling alone gives me the freedom to manage my time and choose the places of my likings. I would like to give big regards to #belenguerra who is always supportive to this community.\n \"Alone but never lonely\". That is the perfect quote for what I feel in the state of my life right now. With my work, I always have something to do. Paper works are here and there, but I kinda used to it. I am enjoying what a I am doing, but we always want to do something different and new. Since, I love to not to stay in place, one thing as my way of unwinding from doing monotonous things is through travelling.\n      As much as possible, I want to spend my spare time travelling new places. Just this recent holiday, I decided to enjoy my \"me time\". It just pop in my mind to do riding with my motorcycle alone. I was really thinking before to try this experience. I wanted to be free. I wanted to taste the experience of those people who are driving alone, unaccostumedly without friends and family being with. I wanted to own my time which I find very new and at the same time very exciting. \n     Travelling alone gives me the freedom to manage my time and choose the places of my likings.       "body": "Hello fellow steemians. Hope you're doing great. Travelling is my favorite thing to do, so I am really excited for this contest. I would like to thank first the @badshal @belenguerra and @bright-obias who come up with this brilliant contest.\n     We know a lot of people really love to travel. There is this satisfying feeling earned from unwinding and exploring something new and unique. When I travelled Thailand last May 2019,  \nI was really mesmerized by the unique charm of Ayutthaya Historical Park. Ayutthaya was used to be the capital of Thailand after Sukhothai. This old capital of Thailand came to a brutal end when it was attacked by the Burmese. They burned the whole city, but due to some reconstructions the ruins turned out  how it become now. This park covers the ruins of the old city of Ayutthaya, Phra Nakkon Si Ayutthaya Province, Thailand. The city was founded by King Ramathibodi in 1351.\n     I was really fascinated by the place because I felt that I was teleported from the past. This was a realization of my wildest dream to be part in an ancient movie. This experience was so surreal for me. I was really glad I made it myself.\n     I visited the place once, and it was my satisfying travel alone. Going to Ayutthaya, I rode a third class train for 15 baht for almost 2 hours. This was from Hua Lamping train station to Ayutthaya train station. I was so amazed to get a chance riding with the locals. I couldn't blink my eyes, I couldn't afford to miss the places that I passed on my way.  From the train station, I rode a boat for 5 baht to the old city ruins. Then, I just opted to ride a bicycle to tour the place for only 50 baht rental fee. It was the cheapest way to explore this wonderful masterpiece. As always, I couldn't resist to sit for a while to taste another mouth-watering and well-packed Thai street food just on reach. To add more, they are paired with heavenly overflowing ice cold drinks like simple soda, coffee, teas and fruit drinks, so perfect for the humid weather.\n     Shifting to right-hand drive is very new and exciting for me, equally same emotions upon looking at these unbelievable ruined temples in Ayutthaya. \n![IMG20190506141219.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmaNKSkgKhHzokN9xnft9Wms4Z4GTeBsnoLamQ3NKBH26i/IMG20190506141219.jpg)\nThe structures are so intellectually constructed using the old precise technology. The place is not just architecturally amazing, but it also tells how  the Thai value their spiritual and cultural heritage. Such an amazing achievement amidst the modern time.\n     I could not forget this travel because this was my first encounter with the elephants. I thought I could only see them on television, but I was overwhelmed. We stopped at a local eatery that we found there and ate our breakfast. This was as if all the toxin in our body have been washed from this experience. We seldom see that size of a tree today because industrialization has played a big part in modernization. Drastically, it turned a forest land into a concrete jungle where businesses help improve the  nation financially. After that, just few minutes away is the Blue Hole Spring. \n![IMG_20210425_000014.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmX6rfPf8GPL3ppBsgjrSJtWzXhe1AcExP17BoNy9dyQKu/IMG_20210425_000014.jpg)\nThis spring from its name has cold blue water. We cannot help but mesmerize by its mystique allure. Surrounded with variety of trees and other plants, this is indeed a paradise to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Even by just sitting the whole day there, I am sure you wouldn't mind embracing the serenity of the place. This is like being one with the nature. Such a cure of life's worries and anxiety. I really thank @bellenguera for this community for me to be able to share my story.\n      April month is the peak of the summer period in the Philippines. Pinoy, people from the Philippines, usually at this month is at their mood for beach and spring escapades here and there. Some would opt for the nearest swimming venues and others would really travel long hours just to visit their places of choice. Unfortunately,this pandemic turn everything upside-down. It changes the history around the globe from imposing lockdown to travel restrictions. This really bored the people like me who used to not to stay in one place. Now as the COVID-19 restrictions have loosen a bit, everything turned lighter. When I got an invitation from friends for motorcycle riding. I was really excited.
