By the law of supply and demand this creates upward pressure on the price. Real estate is a finite tangible asset and bitcoin is a finite virtual asset. \n\n4. Peer to Peer (P2P) Transactions: On the Bitcoin network, users interact directly with each other. There is no middle man involved. This is completely different than modern day financial transactions that typically involve multiple middle men and clearing houses behind the scenes. This translates into censorship proof transactions at lower costs. Markets move towards efficiency and this P2P method is significantly more efficient than traditional banking under the hood. \n\n3. Highest Level of Security: A decentralized ledger showing all transactions is replicated to every computer node on the Bitcoin network at the speed of light the moment a new transaction takes place. This ledger is referred to as the Blockchain. Because the blockchain is decentralized and maintained by all computer nodes on the network there is no central point of attack, no centralized place to steal from. To create a fraudulent transaction on the network a thief would need to control at least 51% of all the computing power in the entire network. From a practicality standpoint, this is impossible. This is infinitely more secure than the traditional financial markets.\n\n\n2.\tInstant Transactions: Transactions initiate within seconds. The transaction is verified anywhere between 10 minutes and a couple of hours. There is no limit to the dollar amount transferred. While scaling for mass adoption has been a hot button topic of late this is no different than the scaling difficulties of all other technology inventions like scaling the internet, video streaming, etc. \n\n1.\tCensorship Free: Because Bitcoin is a Peer to Peer transaction there is no one who can stop you from transacting. While world governments could make Bitcoin illegal in the law of their land there would be no practical way to stop the transactions other than shutting down the entire internet in the country. Bitcoin transactions are completely permission-less. It does not matter the time of day, weekend, holiday, the network is open around the clock 365 days a year. There is no geographic region on the planet it cannot be transferred to. If you would like to send $10 million USD worth of Bitcoin to someone in China or Russia on Christmas day at 2AM, no one can stop you. The network is truly permission less.  \n\nMarkets move towards efficiency. Cryptocurrencies are dramatically more efficient than our traditional banking system.       "body": "I'm a millennial so naturally I learned about sex via online pornography. I was first introduced to it at a sleep over in middle school where my friend showed all of us an online website. I was 10 years old at the time so all I really knew was I liked it! \n\nI followed the path of most millennials (it's not just a \"guy thing\" by the way) and continued watching it all the way from middle school through college. I'll save you all the details, but long story short, I never really had strong, loving, intimate relationships during that time because my brain and heart were hijacked by the false images of \"love\" that I viewed. In fact, my relationships mostly ended in tremendous heart ache and pain. \n\nMy expectations of a relationship and sex were unrealistic, my desires were relationally destructive, and my viewing habits not only translated into addictive viewing patterns but also into real life promiscuity that I wasn't happy with myself about. Around the age of 25 I sought out council and education on the topic. Pornography releases tremendous amounts of endorphins in a persons brain. Chemicals such as oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine, and other flood the synapses and create a high. The subsequent high is addictive to the user. \n\n3. Pornography is commonly used as a way to soothe the individual's emotions or life difficulties. This is called \"sexualizing your emotions\". Interestingly enough drugs and alcohol are typically used in the same fashion, to numb the pain of emotional distress\n\n2.  Currently the average age for first exposure to pornography is 7 years old. The internet brings many great things to our society and yet poses tremendous dangers if not used correctly. Most children today grow up learning about sex and \"love\" via online pornography websites. Porn is the gateway drug to future relational dysfunction. \n\n1. A human brain on heroine and a brain on pornography look the same chemically speaking. Because of the massive release of endorphins, if you were to do a brain scan of a person who just shot heroine and a person who is looking at pornography, a scientist would not be able to tell the difference between the two brains.
