      "body": "Purple is not a very common color in nature. At least, that's what I thought. But when I was searching through my photo archive for photos with something purple for this weeks Qurator photo Quest, I actually found dozens of photos with something purple on it (albeit mostly flowers).\n\nI live in the flower region in The Netherlands. Where I live are a lot of flower farms. These farmers have huge fields full of flowers every spring which attract a lot of tourists from all over the world. Most people come to see the famous Dutch tulips, but a bit earlier in spring, the hyacinths bloom. In contrast to tulips, hyacinths have a strong, sweet fragrance. I often go for a bicycle ride through the flower fields during the 'flower season' and love passing the hyacinths. Failure merely indicates that there is something to learn, a different course of action or another chance to try the same task again but with a different approach.\n\nBut the thing is while we keep experiencing the bitterness of failure, it is crucial to avoid letting failure break your heart.\n\nI am well aware that praising failure, as in \"fail fast\" or \"fail often\" is a current trend. We need to realize that the term failure does not imply that we embrace catastrophes. It means when we are consistently getting results that fall short of our intended outcome. So we try again and again and keep getting better as we keep trying with stopping.\n\nA lot of people don't realize that failure is both necessary and inevitable. Failure teaches you what you need to work on so if you never fail, you will never learn the right path. It's more like failing forward, you advance each time you gain knowledge and you gain knowledge each time you make mistakes.\n\nNo great businessperson, entrepreneur, inventor or leader has ever been successful without making mistakes along the way.\n\nEven the old saying \"The perfect is the enemy of the good\" has a deeper significance. Let's try to put it another way\nImprovement and at least partial success result from experiencing imperfection and continuing towards the goal.\n\nNo one wants to see fail on their exams, no one sees failure as being cool and ok, they're not exactly Happy when it happens. But the matured ones have learned to accept failure in life. You need to accept the fact that you have limitations and it'll take time to get better at something, and while the time is not up you're make mistakes that'll lead to you failing.\n\nSuccess is a good thing but it's temporary, failure is bad but it's also temporary, anyone can get back on their feet.",
