Es el acto de equivocarse y tomar decisiones erróneas.\nLos errores son frecuentes en todos los ámbitos ya que el ser humano no es perfecto; en nuestro sitio de trabajo siempre veremos personas que se equivocan constantemente y no aceptan que cometieran un error, son tan arrogantes que prefieren que pase cualquier cosa antes de decir “me equivoque, lo siento; voy hacerlo de nuevo para corregir”.\n\nCometer errores no es malo, no nos convierte en personas imperfectas, al contrario, nos convierte en personas en pleno proceso de aprendizaje y por ello es que todos cometemos errores y quien no lo haya hecho es porque no ha vivido para arriesgarse a esa aventura, a ese proyecto o incluso a iniciar una relación afectiva.\n\nNo reconocer un error es como negarse a instruirse, recuerden que con los errores crecemos como personas, capaces de entender que nuestra vida es prestada y que debemos vivirla en paz y felicidad. Las personas tenemos la capacidad de ver los errores de los demás, pero no los propios; no les ha pasado, ese momento cuando alguien le dice “todo lo haces mal, que te equivocaste aquí y allá” pero no se ve que él los mismos errores y hasta peores que los tuyos; pero así es, veremos primero la basura del ojo del otro y no veremos la estaca que tenemos en el nuestro. Quien solo se fija en el comportamiento ajeno sin observar el propio carece de habilidades emocionales, carece de empatía y de respeto hacia sí mismo y los demás; si vives con una persona que tiene como costumbre señalarte tus errores, no caigas tú también en el hecho de señalarle los suyos a modo de venganza; lo mejor es argumentar y defenderte: “puede que lo que haya hecho sea para ti un error, pero para mí no lo es por estas razones,” “si es verdad me equivoque, lo reconozco y lo asumo, a partir de ahora lo hare mejor”. ¿Eres tu capaz de hacer lo mismo? Si insistimos en no reconocer nuestros errores acabaremos cometiendo más, cuando en su lugar podríamos estar aprovechándolo para aprender de lo ocurrido, dejarlo atrás y continuar nuestro rumbo; no somos máquinas para no cometer errores aunque hasta las máquinas se equivocan. ¿Por qué todos pueden cometer errores menos tú? ¿Por qué te pones esa exigencia tan alta y costosa emocionalmente? Tal vez por la inseguridad que tienes contigo mismo y en especial ante la aprobación publica puedes pensar que “Si acepto que me equivoque”; ¿Qué pensaran de mí? Pero dime: ¿realmente es importante lo que pensaran de ti? ¿Cómo sabrás siquiera lo que piensan los demás?... Si, seguro algunos se burlaran, juzgaran negativamente, y otros te darán una mano para levantarte. Sea lo que sea que piensen los demás, en tu vida, y tú tienes derecho a aciertos y errores porque la vida se compone de ambos. Es inútil seguir viviendo la vida conforme a la mirada ajena; despierta, tu vida te pertenece a ti, no a los demás. Es bello coincidir, pero no confundas eso con vivir en función a los demás. Después de todo… ¿Qué es un error o una mala elección en una vida? Es mucho más grave aún el hecho de vivir de ellos a cuesta de crecer que aquí no ha pasado nada. Errar es algo normal y significa fracaso sino aprendizaje.  \n-Adquiriremos más herramientas para superar adversidades en la vida.\n\nErrar no es algo tan negativo, significa que se ha tenido el valor de arriesgar, de vivir nuevas experiencias. Pero no olvides que si somos capaces de reconocer lo que nos sale mal seremos más libres, porque lo que opine la gente sobre nuestra vida no es relevante…\nGracias.
