Es bastante engorroso que el simple  hecho de pararse y dar un discurso ante más de cinco personas pueda ser algo aterrador para nosotros. Con amigos podemos echar chistes u opinar sobre política de manera fluida, pero si nos preguntan frente a 15 personas desconocidas \"¿cuánto es dos más dos?\" patéticamente podemos responder que tres. A mi particularmente no me hace gracia que se burlen de las personas con miedo escénico. De verdad que uno sufre mucho para poder decir \"Hola buenas tardes, mi nombre es...\" frente a 30 personas. \n\nTe confieso que para mí ya no es tan traumante, aun lo padezco, pero definitivamente he controlado un poco más los nervios a través de los años. Muchas personas me dicen que tengo facilidad para llamar la atención de las personas, y hacerlas escucharme. Pero la verdad es que por dentro aun me tiemblan las piernas como una jirafa recién nacida. Cada vez que tengo que hacer una exposición, presentar un seminario o participar en un debate, aun se me acelera el corazón antes de llevar dichas tareas a cabo. \n\nNo me gusta que me tomen desprevenido, y es por ello que **procuro prepararme mucho** antes de ello. Si se trata de una exposición, trato de **dominar el tema** lo más que pueda. Un truco importante es **utilizar palabras sencillas**, que yo domine. Evito lo más que pueda utilizar palabras difíciles de pronunciar (palabras cultas para mi), como desoxirribonucleico (Usa ADN y no te mortifiques). \n\n<center> ![1..jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmcW6gSNcTMxEu3u5xcwbDDRDXJTQiTcU5qKe16YXTG5vX/1..jpg) </center>\n\nAnte un seminario **jamás** trato de \"caletearme\" los textos, es decir, aprenderlos de memoria. Es lo peor que uno puede hacer porque ésta técnica funciona como una fila de dominó: si olvidas una palabra, probablemente olvides las demás. En un debate procuro **escuchar las ideas de los demás**, si no es necesario, no opino de primero. Anoto ideas ajenas y las comparo con las mías y trato de deducir cuál sería la reacción de los demás ante mis opiniones.\n\nEsto último toca un punto importante de las presentaciones y es saber **a qué público nos estamos dirigiendo**. El discurso de una exposición no será el mismo ante un grupo de estudiantes de bachillerato que ante un grupo de científicos, pues cada uno tiene una conducta particular y una forma distinta de responder ante lo que dices. En ese sentido **hay que ser estratégico** y si se puede, investigar la forma de pensar y hablar de tu futuro público. Y arriesgándome a ser acusado de superficial, te aseguro que incluso la forma de vestir de los oyentes puede decirte mucho sobre ellos.\n\nPor favor **respira**. He visto como muchas personas comienzan con un tono de voz adecuado y conforme pasa el tiempo se les escucha casi nada, y esto se debe a que no toman aire adecuadamente. Hacer ejercicios de respiración puede ayudar a controlar los nervios antes de una exposición, y tomar aire regularmente mientras se expone evita que perdamos el volumen en la voz, además de controlar los nervios y mejorar la pronunciación.\n\n<center>  ![2..jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmSgjqSvWK4PsqXqMzixVpMjqf9aDxtGtbctkzg44HjPvy/2..jpg) </center>\n\n\nPara finalizar te comento que **la comunicación no verbal informa mejor que las palabras**. Y las personas creen más en la expresión corporal que en el discurso. Así pues, si alguien dice que está feliz con cara de tristeza, pues lo que comenta suena bastante irónico ¿no?. Intenta ensayar tu exposición frente a un espejo y evalúa tus gestos faciales, tus movimientos de tronco y cabeza, la posición de tus manos y si es posible el movimiento de piernas. La idea es que tu discurso sea agradable primero para ti (que te genere confianza) e interesante para los demás. </div>",
