| title | STATEMENT ON DIVIDENDS, VOTE BUYING AND KICKBACKS |
| body | **VOTE FOR A BETTER WORLD!** BlockPro is taking a very neutral position to the whole process of voting and the election process. We believe that we have to compete with many candidates to win an election by getting votes. But we do absolutely think that votes must be gained by our merits than by our money. We believe that voters who gets lured for money and vote are the most undependable and unreliable of all voters. Besides, promoting a system where voters get rewarded takes us back in to the most darkest ages of democracy which may still be persisting in many backward countries of the world. We believe that EOS and we all BP players have much higher value we place on ourselves and as such our belief is that Truth and Hard Work will always win in the end. **1. No Dividends of any kind** BlockPro will not pay any dividend of any kind on revenues earned from block production or RAM/Storage provisioning or dApps related revenues. We believe that all revenues must be used towards increasing token holder value and wealth than being squandered away for our immediate popularity and vote buying. **2. No kickbacks to voters (No vote buying)** Whoever votes for us will not receive any monetary or other compensation. **3. No favoritism or Steering on Worker proposal** We believe that BPs may have a lot of power and influence in presenting various worker proposals and obtaining approval from voters for them. Many a times, the voters and token holders may look up to the BPs as subject matter experts. We absolutely guarantee that we are not going to display any type of favorable stance on any type of worker proposal or steer voters to any proposals of our liking. **4. No undue influence over voter's minds** Following the same logic as above, we will not unduly use our influence or power over the voter's mind in any way that affects the health of the overall EOS ecosystem. **5. No sharing of inflation rewards with voters** Following the no dividends policy, it falls into logic that we will not share any inflation rewards with any voters of any other affiliated parties - except for using them in R&D, dApps development and adding more value to the over all EOS ecosystem. We have published our public stance on dividends and non payment for votes on our website which can be found at the following link: http://blockpro.one/our_voting_policy.html **We hope that with our minds set on the highest ideals of integrity, morality and business ethics, the true voters who care for the EOS ecosystem will vote for candidates of the highest caliber.** |

| title | ROADMAP ON VALUES, PROJECTS, FINANCES AND TRANSPARENCY |
| body | **General Values pertaining the EOS ecosystem growth:** As we are heading towards the launch of a new historic event in the blockchain space, BlockPro is very thrilled to be a part of all the happenings, learning and the new systems of values and governance systems that are an integral part of EOS which defines a new age in the blockchain space. As we have always maintained, our prime focus is to support the base infrastructure of the EOS chain with high reliability and high availability infrastructure which will eventually add utmost value to the EOS blockchain, its ecosystem and its token holders. At the same time we are also acutely aware of the power game that gets played by many players in the crypto space who want to amass wealth by concentration of power and very many other ways that may not necessarily be good for the growth of the technological capacities of the blockchain. We solemnly state that our intention will always be to support the growth of the EOS blockchain technology, its ecosystem of dApps in a more worldwide utilitarian way and eventually add value to the token economy in a way that it benefits all - the BPs, dApp developers, dApp users and the token holders. We do not consider any constituent to be better than an other or more important than an other in terms of their standing or their deserved financial rewards. **Our Roadmap on dApps and projects relating to social values:** We have taken on ourselves the responsibility of releasing dApps within the first quarter of the launch of network. With the instability of the test network and our developers and system administrators having to constantly test different new releases and testnets, we find that we will be better prepared to release our dApps in a staged way after the release of mainnet. Our planned dApps include very socially relevant applications - 1) GypsyBank - a banking system specially designed for the financial inclusion of the poor and lower sections who are often ignored for credit worthiness or due to their financial status by many in the banking system. 2) MyHealthNominee - A comprehensive healthcare nominee and management system with access rights, authorized users and power of attorney designation and decision making authorities assigned in cases of acute illness and critical care decision making. The system may be constantly modified as per changing needs of the family and will be HIPAA and other regulatory bodies compliant and highly secured. We will also work through the EOS ecosystem to get this product accepted and approved by the various bodies of governments, hospitals and care taker organizations. **Our Roadmap on growth of the BP Infrastructure:** We belive in keeping ahead of the technology curve in the ever evolving and fast changing world of blockchains. We are releasing our first deployments for the launch with a specification well over the current needs and will be actively monitoring the usage and when near 70% capacity of utilization is reached in either CPU, Bandwidth, RAM or Storage usage we intend to increase the capacity by another 50% within a month's timeframe of such watermarks being reached. We are also investigating various options for IPFS storage, system configurations and subleasing storage from other providers whichever will make our BP infrastructure a high performant and cost effective system. We are also on the lookout for new improvements in the hardware space and new hardware accelerators that could improve EOS computing efficiency. Mention may be made here that we are eagerly on the lookout for Bancor's proposed custom kernel and LLVM optimizations and EOS processors that will add enormous value and scaling potential to our services offerings. **Roadmap on Finances:** At this stage of our venture, we are very financially secure to execute on our technological and business roadmap for the foreseeable next year. At least, for the next one year we are not totally dependent on the block producer rewards alone and being subject to token price variations in any adverse way. A majority of 70% of the gains from block producer rewards we intend to reinvest in R&D and applications development which will add value to the community and the EOS ecosystem. The rest we intend to keep as a reserve for future contingencies and as reserve for long term expansion plans. **Transparency:** We believe that transparency in matters of business that touch upon our intent and financial motives of our decisions should be made well know to all the stake holders - most important of which are the token holders, other BPs and dApp developers. We believe in being totally transparent about our operations and providing publicly view-able reports which may be made available upon request by anyone who wants to get more in details about our operations. To the extent that it does not affect one's competitiveness or survival in a tough world of business, we believe that we all owe it to our community of token holders who are voting us with their hard earned money, this level of open disclosure and transparency. **Looking Forward:** We are looking forward for the coming successful launch of the EOS blockchain on June 2nd and growing the EOS ecosystem with all our fellow BP candidates. **We greatly appreciate the value of each and every vote that our voters(token holders) cast for us.** **We are deeply indebted to show them our worthiness in the form of our quality of work, infrastructure, business ethics and morals we display and our general commitment to the growth of EOS - renouncing all individual motives of financial greed and speculations which can only adversely affect all of us.** **Thank you and BlockPro is looking forward to working with you all!** |

| title | Update to Block Producer Candidacy Announcement made in March 2018 |
| body | BlockPro.One is happy to announce that we have successfully been running our tests on the Dawn 3.0.0 version and the 04-23-2018 and 04-27-18 versions of Dawn Alpha and have tested very many features of the EOS software along with other community members and suggested improvements that could be made to the base EOS distribution to make high availabilty and clustering/load balancing a much easier process in production environments. We are hopeful that Block. One will be releasing some updates to help a more uniform method of implementing HA at an application level without any risks of forking or unduly long down times. The best outcome of all the efforts and discussions we had was that we identified many different methods of HA implementation and we have temporary solutions at hand until Block One provides us with a built in support for addressing some of the critical issues we had encountered. One additional item we like to update you is that when we published the first version of our candidacy, we did not include the pictures of team members in the steemit article. Later we realized that more than being on our website, it has to be published in steemit. So we are happy to introduce our team members here. All our team members have more than 10 years of experience in IT Operations Management, DevOps, Development, Bare Metal and Data center operations, Network level configuration management and Linux/Unix system administration with knowledge of blockchain operations. With help of an experienced and professional team, we are very confident that we can deliver on the aspirations we have of supporting and maintaining the EOS blockchain as one of the best in the world. The Team: Ravi Narayanan (CEO/CTO) Ravi Narayanan has over 25 years experience in managing development, maintenance and management of software database systems, application servers, networking hardware and routers. He was the founder and CEO of two startup ventures one of which was PowerPro software which was a systems management company. PowerPro was acquired by Quarterdeck which later became a part of Symantec. He directed product management at Cisco Systems, IBM and Informix in database management and networking software (IOS) for both high availability and scalability. Ravi is an MBA from the top reputed Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and he also has a BS in Electronics and Computer Science. Sanjay Adisesha (COO) Sanjay has over 15 years of experience in handling systems integration, quality control management at top multinational companies - Altisource and Siemens Electric. Later he had the aspiration to start on his own entrepreneurial venture and started Geek Technologies which is one of the premier companies in Bangalore for teaching different programming, system administration and QA skills to many students who were either wanting a change in career or were looking for better career prospects. His knowledge of system administration, integration of various middleware and application level packages and managing IT operations will come to be of great help to BlockPro as we venture with EOS into the next versions of multithreaded implementations, integration and hosting of many Dapps and IPFS implementation. Sanjay has a Bachelors in Engineering from VTU Bangalore and an Executive MBA in Information Technology from United Business Institute, Brussels, Belgium. Ravindra Kumar (Cloud and Software Architect) Ravindra Kumar has over 10 years experience in developement of web applications with Java / C++ and detailed knowledge of Unix and Linux system administration. He has detailed knowledge of cloud services deployment in AWS and Azure. He has worked in implementing high end enterprise applications in Fujitsu. He had earlier worked in Quality Control and implementation of test automation suites in a variety of production and development environments for various clients of Fujitsu. He has also worked on various blockchain based prototype applications for the UK post office system and the Identity management system being developed by major Indian banks. After looking at the high potential and value of EOS blockchain, he decided to get involved with BlockPro and work in the implementation of the Block Producer architecture and he will be working also on some of the community Dapps we will be releasing soon. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bangalore University and MSC in Computing - Software Engineering from Imperial College of London. Shivaram Singh (Systems Administrator) Shivaram is a highly experienced with over 10 years experience in System administration and Dev Ops for various highly available and high performance implementations of enterprise level software on both AWS and Bare Metal server environments. He is highly skilled in configuring routers, switches, firewalls and managing software patches at both operating system and application level, implementation of best practices for monitoring IT operations, implementing best security practices, hardening at various level OS/Machine/AWS/Network/App level for security and implementing clustering and failover configurations on AWS, Bare metal and Hybrid environments. With his detailed knowledge of day to day systems management skills Shivram is a great asset to BlockPro team in our quest for a best of breed implementation of EOS. He is a Red Hat Certified Engineer in Enterprise Linux and has mantained large enterprise data center with 250+ blade servers, with 3 PAR SAN and IBM SAN. He holds a BTech degree in Information Technology. Technical Specs Update: Following is a schematic of the highly level design we are implementing for roll after June 3rd. We will keep updating our community on our progress with our own testnet implementations and our experiences with learning and being part of the launch group in the days to come. With a solid team and the experience to back us behind, we are very hopeful that the EOS community will recognize and support us in our ambition to be a block producer of the highest quality and availability. We will be thankful to and worthy of trust by all who vote for us and we also thank all our community members and friends who have helped us in being a part of this ecosystem. |

We are hopeful that Block. One will be releasing some updates to help a more uniform method of implementing HA at an application level without any risks of forking or unduly long down times. The best outcome of all the efforts and discussions we had was that we identified many different methods of HA implementation and we have temporary solutions at hand until Block One provides us with a built in support for addressing some of the critical issues we had encountered.\n\nOne additional item we like to update you is that when we published the first version of our candidacy, we did not include the pictures of team members in the steemit article. Later we realized that more than being on our website, it has to be published in steemit.\n\nSo we are happy to introduce our team members here. \n\nThe Team:\n\n\nRavi Narayanan (CEO/CTO)\n\n\nRavi Narayanan has over 25 years experience in managing development, maintenance and management of software database systems, application servers, networking hardware and routers. Ravi is an MBA from the top reputed Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and he also has a BS in Electronics and Computer Science.\n\n\n\n\n\nSanjay Adisesha (COO)\n\nSanjay has over 15 years of experience in handling systems integration, quality control management at top multinational companies - Altisource and Siemens Electric. Sanjay has a Bachelors in Engineering from VTU Bangalore and an Executive MBA in Information Technology from United Business Institute, Brussels, Belgium.\n\n\n\n\n\nRavindra Kumar (Cloud and Software Architect)\n\nRavindra Kumar has over 10 years experience in developement of web applications with Java / C++ and detailed knowledge of Unix and Linux system administration. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bangalore University and MSC in Computing - Software Engineering from Imperial College of London.\n\n\n\n\nShivaram Singh (Systems Administrator)\n\nShivaram is a highly experienced with over 10 years experience in System administration and Dev Ops for various highly available and high performance implementations of enterprise level software on both AWS and Bare Metal server environments. \n\nTechnical Specs Update:\n\nFollowing is a schematic of the highly level design we are implementing for roll after June 3rd. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will keep updating our community on our progress with our own testnet implementations and our experiences with learning and being part of the launch group in the days to come.\n\nWith a solid team and the experience to back us behind, we are very hopeful that the EOS community will recognize and support us in our ambition to be a block producer of the highest quality and availability. We will be thankful to and worthy of trust by all who vote for us and we also thank all our community members and friends who have helped us in being a part of this ecosystem.",

| title | EOS Governance - A Revolution in the Making. |
| body | **EOS Governance - A revolution in the making.** **By Ravi Narayanan.** Dan Larimer had a calling in his life when is his life, liberty and property were threatened and affected by some archaic governance processes that did not lend themselves to flexibility or the adaptation to individual circumstances. Hence his crusade with EOS for protecting the rights of everyone, their life, liberty and property. At least, this is what I have gathered from reading some of his earlier posts about his life and how he went from being a well paid professional to almost a homeless and how much he had to fight for his own individual family rights in a regimented legal system. This being the backdrop behind EOS, I believe the same values that Dan Larimer had aspired for should carry on effortlessly into the floating of the EOS blockchain itself. But when the rubber meets the road, it is not all that easy as the words we fluently speak. There are a lot of cooks here and we ought to know that to make a good pudding we need a lot of creativity, passion and open cooperation to our approach. So, with this spirit in mind, let me make my own observations and leave the evaluation of their worthiness to the best judgement of all involved in this community. My roaming thoughts are those often concerning how effective the present thoughts of majority of block producer candidates are about the governance process. Are they the only ones deciding this? Is this even being looked at by a larger group of academics (in fields of education, marketing, social sciences, legal) or established governance experts in various fields of industry (in finance, healthcare and other fields) who may have valid opinions to give as input here? Should Block. One promote some seminars or fund some initiatives at academic institutions and outside for this purpose of researching the blockchain governance models? At present the productive discussions we are having with those in the top echelons of Block One (Dan and Thomas Cox) and the ardent techies at the block producer want to be's seem to be moving us forward for the time being. Dan and Thomas have been the best facilitators and harbingers of change that EOS wants to bring about. Without their kick starting none of this significant progress would have happened. In my best observation, Thomas and Dan are highly detached and objective individuals with no personal bias and who would rather be happy to see their baby grow with the free choice of the masses paving the way for its future course. Life is an experiment in growth and a process of growth. Hence, I believe this process of the constitution making and the evolution of governance structure should be a continuous process and a constant dialog must continue between different sections of the constituents and also with those who can take a more objective and educated view with their experiences in different spheres of knowledge. We should be able to dismantle governance structures that no longer make sense as much incorporate new governance structures as needed with ease. What we want when it comes to a democracy is more open discussions and bold decisions than a mute following and idol worship. Freedom should not be overly curtailed by fear of some obscure legalese or fear of an over powering enforcer. Should some new models of block producers be discouraged by the consensus of current block producers? Obviously, if economic disincentives are put in place by current BPs or the constitution, that would be a discouragement for further innovation and evolution of the network. Arbitration may come to rescue in such circumstances but only if the arbitrators are totally unbiased and espouse the same values and be understanding of the deep issues involved to solve such disputes. Do we need to go through a more thorough GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) analysis process? Or is it better to let the EOS network grow organically without an overly coercive constitution?. I am not talking about things that relate to content management, data governance or censoring etc., which are a totally different procedural concern. I am talking about how much power to vest in the current constitution as it is written now and how proportionately and appropriately we acknowledge the power and rights that are vested in the tokens that the voters or holders or hodlers carry. The decisions we make on who we empower and how we empower will have far reaching consequences on the final outcome. The success or failure of Governance process will have direct consequences to the success or failure of EOS network and its market valuation. True freedom to me is to be able to speak against common consensus when it makes business, ethical or moral sense to do so taking into account a bigger picture of success. We all are dreaming at a bigger picture for EOS here, but the consensus that is developing may not be happening with a bigger view of the larger public than just going by some common accepted norms and consensus of a few who will be operating the machinery of this blockchain. This is the pitfall we should be afraid of and seek some external unbiased opinions. One question that is looming large is - Whether the current players in the governance space are taking into account the interests of the large size token holders (about 250 at present) or are they averse to the whales as is a common way to call the large holders? If we are averse to the whales, it could really be a bad thing for a democratic governance. Any democracy should allow sufficient number of whales to exist and encourage more whales to participate collectively so that it does not become a monopolistic venture. I believe that there are sufficient number of large eos token holders at present that there is hardly any risk of centralization. May be the risk of centralization can be further warded off by increasing the number of active block producers and standby block producers by some heuristic algorithms or by a general voter referendum. At least the openness that Thomas Cox had shown in some of his posts and Q&A about the DAC BPs being an option is a little heartening to hear. I truly believe the existence of eos42, eosdac and other such block producer choices will truly give an option to the token holders on how best to use their tokens (whether to lock them up for six months or be rewarded in some way as a minute and proud participant block producer). Finally, what we are talking about here is the financial inclusion of all in the growth and prosperity of the network. At BlockPro we fully intend to cooperate with such non traditional block producers and their business models and enhance the ecosystem in a more open democratic manner. Let us not leave the common man who has not yet spoken out of the mix here. Have we conducted a poll of the majority of small token holders and found out what their preferences are about the selection process of the Block Producers? Should the whales be barred from voting - this is obviously one of the items being brought up by some BP candidates who do not personally hold much stake in current EOS tokens but would rather want a larger pie of the block rewards. This approach could make bigger whales out of the block producers over a period of time with the inflation enriching them as is the case with the central banks. Is it appropriate to call sharing of block rewards by a Block Producer as giving kick backs?. What incentive does a voter have to vote other than some pie in the sky claims about increasing the network and token value that can be achieved by their locking their tokens for six months with no promised returns with the risks of market value changes or some BP business failures? Should this six month lock up be set in concrete or can it be left to the discretion of each individual block producer or be fully flexible for the voter to decide? These are questions that are better left for to the larger community to decide and I believe cannot be enforced in any autocratic manner. I hope the community is able to come to an understanding and consensus on having a flexible policy to handling such sensitive matters that affect a token holder's or voter's liberty and property. Being good to each of ourselves in our own community of various EOS participants is more important before we reach out to the larger world community of our users preaching the same values. If we are building a decentralized and crypto-anarchic (in a good way) ecosystem, should there even be overly stringent constitutional rules to start with other than say some guiding principles, a process set in place and education of the block producers and voters/token holders of this. How far should the EOS network be an autonomous and independent entity without being subject to undue governmental and jurisdictional pressures that interfere with its main business of bringing equality and protecting people's life, liberty and property? Does such an effective operation require that all the Block Producers should register themselves in jurisdictional areas that keep them outside of the coercive pressures of a few governments? Should all follow the block producers incorporate in a friendly jurisdiction so we can get on with the main business more easily? The risk of some unscrupulous regulators or politicians making a statement against EOS blockchain or network could be as disruptive to its functioning as the Texas ruling was against BitConnect. Though there was wrong doing in one case the markets are the impetuous and some governments do not make discerning choices at times. Any adverse comments by any one regulator in a far off corner of world is unfortunately having a ripple effect and there could be a risk of the entire network being brought down if the legal jurisdictions are not chosen properly by the block producers. Hence the question - should we not allow the incorporation of block producers in some crypto unfriendly countries? What guidance can Block. One give in this regards or can some of this be mandated in the constitution for the eligibility of BP candidacy? I know, I am opening up a lot of concerns here - but the avoidance of geopolitical risks could be a very important factor and worthy effort in the continued growth of the fledgling blockchain. There have also been some indications that each BP could vote for 30 other BPs and also an article written by Eva ( ), about the DApps being potential voters of Block Producers. There is a downside to the BPs voting for other BPs. It could be a causal factor to a monopoly of a few block producers or an oligarchy in the making. DApps as voters (meaning the users of the DApps or the producer of the DApps as a delegate of the users?) could wield considerable power in the election of BPs but is it a desirable objective? Many users of DApps would hardly ever know anything about the technical details behind each BP's operations and the process will most likely be delegated to the DApp developers which can lend itself to some deep seated connections between BPs and DApp developers as a deciding factor in the voting preference. If it has to be a popular referendum, then the BPs will need significant amount of marketing capital to get their message across to the voters. With the growth of the network and DApps, the amount of users could far out number the tokens and token holders outstanding. In this case, we are looking at a totally different dynamics of how the Block Producer has to go about seeking votes to retain their position. These matters concerning BPs voting for BPs and DApps voting for BPs should I think be a matter of a separate discussion by all concerned. There is a war raging in the EOS world about its governance and constitution these days. The very choice of deciding who conquers the main chain is depends on the majority of voters who vote for a chain out of the total tokens. If the whales are left out then it could so happen that there could be a fork or a separate the whale chain may form. Then all the constitution building efforts of the small fishes could come to be not much use. The whales can develop their own constitution and work towards a free market economy where operational efficiency and token holder satisfaction and returns could become something of paramount importance. Some thing of the way the capitalistic system works. The growth of the data centers and BP infrastructure would nevertheless continue as also the proliferation of DApps more by competitive means and processes. This could turn out to be a good thing for the ecosystem as well. Block. One as they are untying themselves to the main blockchain as of the release date, still trying to over-regulate the freedom of the blockchain evolution could have its own consequences. The question is can we all get into the water without rocking the boat too much? I believe that in the final analysis, we should take a balanced view of all the participants in the EOS ecosystem - the small token holders at large, the larger token holders, some whales and the block producer candidates whose only means of survival is block rewards. Such a governance approach which does not discriminate against any faction and an ever expanding decentralization beyond the current limitations of 21 active and 100 standby producers - can definitely bring in a market equilibrium. When such a thing happens, I see a thousand AWS, Amazon, Googles and Facebooks working in a decentralized manner in a true world of common wealth under the shadows of the EOS network. -------- *Ravi Narayanan is the Founder of BlockPro.One a block producer candidate. "body": "\n\n**EOS Governance - A revolution in the making.**\n**By Ravi Narayanan.**\n\nDan Larimer had a calling in his life when is his life, liberty and property were threatened and affected by some archaic governance processes that did not lend themselves to flexibility or the adaptation to individual circumstances. \n\nMy roaming thoughts are those often concerning how effective the present thoughts of majority of block producer candidates are about the governance process. Are they the only ones deciding this? Is this even being looked at by a larger group of academics (in fields of education, marketing, social sciences, legal) or established governance experts in various fields of industry (in finance, healthcare and other fields) who may have valid opinions to give as input here? Should Block. One promote some seminars or fund some initiatives at academic institutions and outside for this purpose of researching the blockchain governance models? | title | Introducing BlockPro.One - Your EOS Block Producer |
| body | [](http://blockpro.one) **Hello Folks,** This is just an informal introduction of our EOS Block Producer candidacy to all of you net freedom, blockchain and crypto-world lovers out there. Much like you all we also believe that there is a lot the world can gain by blockchain and cryptospace - especially individual freedom, right to express, rights to protect one's property and so on and so forth. Well, now let us get to introducing ourselves and our mission and goals. Mind you, lot of it is work in progress and there are a lot of moving parts to the whole plan as it is unfolding. So whatever is mentioned here in earnest is what we see as our minimal goals and anything on top of that we can add will be even more exceptional and differentiating. **Our name: BlockPro (or BlockPro.One)** First of all, we chose BlockPro.One as our website name as we wanted to be your one (and only ?) trustworthy EOS Block Producer. Also, we thought the .One extension is kinda classy to make us strive to achieve that level of excellence! **Our website: http://blockpro.one** **Where are we located?** We are located in 3 different continents and 5 different locations at this time. We are spread across Asia, Europe and North America. We intend to be a fully decentralized team as far as our location is concerned - including people, resources and the infrastructure. The world being so connected by the web, it is hard to say where you want to be located. We will probably be incorporated in one of those islands which will give us better freedom of operation and more time to operate on building our products and services. **Expected location of Servers:** To be spread across at least 2 different continents and ideally 3 different locations. **Type of Servers:** We will be using resources at a Data Center in India/Singapore, a co-location facility in US west coast and a cloud service provider as an additional option for dynamic load sharing for peak loads handling. **Current Employees:** We will be fully staffed with at least 10 employees - 2 DevOps, 1 Community Manager, 2 Governance and Marketing personnel, 3 Developers, 1 Tech support/Customer Support, 1 Finance Manager and 1 HR Manager for planning human capital growth and managing day to day operations. Our website at blockpro.one will have the most updated list of key employees. We will only be sharing names of some key executives names on the website or elsewhere and not each and every employee. You may find the relevant professional background information of our executive team on the website. **Technical Specifications and Infrastructure Costs:** Our basic startup configuration will be what is to be dictated by Dawn 3.0 requirements and we plan to up that capacity by two times as a buffer at launch time. Our estimated costs to operate would obviously include - infrastructure set up costs, manpower and maintenance operations. We have roughly estimated this to be around 500K to 1M USD and have arrangements in place to secure the funding and deploy the hardware and software teams in place by launch time. Our initial infrastructure development plan covers setting up three nodes in three different continents for fail over support and a high speed back bone network to connect them. **Scaling Plan after June 3, 2018:** We plan to scale with the growth of EOS ecosystem and DApps requirements. We would rather plan to be proactive than reactive to the upcoming needs. That being the case, we will base much of our decisions regarding scaling plans on market research, consultation with other players and DApp producers in the EOS space. Our expectation is that within six months of launch, the infrastructure of supporting storage, memory, computing and network needs, along with the operations support would require an additional 2M USD. We have already aligned with investors who will support our investment needs to conveniently scale our operations. **Community benefit projects:** We are still debating the projects we should launch off with. Our present thinking is to support a couple of social service projects in developing countries to serve the poor and needy much like the UN project with Ethereum for refugee support. We intend to interface with members and participants of community based chains like Bancor to bring community based financial inclusion and support for our users. Our telegram contact name is BlockPro / BlockProOne and community testnet node name - BlockPro. **We are as excited about the launch of EOS as you all are and waiting for June 3rd to be operational and gain your trust and grow the EOS ecosystem collectively with all our block producing partners.** **Cheers!** |
