Just let it go, which is not under your control.</p>\n<p><strong>Start doing action after first five seconds</strong>, control your mind before it controls you. Differentiate between what to do and what not to do, and start doing it,<strong> take actions &amp; keep yourself busy</strong>. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Your happiness lies in your hand, in your actions and actions start from a healthy thought. Keep your mind refreshed.</p>\n<p><strong>Go and take risks</strong>, do what you are afraid of, after a few risks you will found it adventurous &amp; it will boost your confidence.</p>\n<p><strong>Be a volunteer</strong>, connect with people. It will boost your confidence.</p>\n<p>Start <strong>writing your actions</strong> and set priorities.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Think positive </strong>and don't react to any situation immediately, sometimes our reactions to situation leads us to difficulties and then overthinking starts.
