      "body": "El petro nació envuelto aún en muchas dudas.\n\nLa criptomoneda emitida en Venezuela es, según el gobierno de Nicolás Maduro, la primera lanzada por un Estado, aunque países como Estonia y Dubái ya han manifestado que tienen también planes similares.\nEn pleno furor de las criptomonedas, lideradas por el bitcoin, y en medio de una severa crisis económica, el gobierno socialista del presidente Nicolás Maduro tomó una decisión novedosa y arriesgada que comenzó a funcionar oficialmente este 20 de febrero con la fase de preventa.\n\nEl gobierno recurre a él como fuente de financiación en un momento en el que sus ingresos han caído por la baja producción y la reducción de precios del petróleo, principal y casi única fuente de entrada de divisas al país.\nA eso se suman las sanciones financieras impuestas por Estados Unidos que le impiden emitir nueva deuda o refinanciarse a través de las instituciones de ese país.\n\nRespaldado por el crudo venezolano, el petro supone un \"cambio de época en el mundo financiero\", según afirmó este martes el ministro de Ciencia y Tecnología, Hugbel Roa.\nAunque el análisis de sus datos técnicos todavía deja muchas incógnitas, estas son 6 claves que sirven para explicar lo que de momento se sabe del petro.\n\n1. ¿Quién la puede comprar, cuánto vale y por cuánto la puedo cambiar?\n\nQuien lo desee puede manifestar su intención de compra de petros. En esta fase de preventa la idea es comprobar el apetito del mercado.\nEl superintendente de las criptomonedas de Venezuela, Carlos Vargas, dijo la semana pasada que el gobierno espera atraer a inversionistas de Qatar, Turquía, así como de países del Medio Oriente, Europa y Estados Unidos en la preventa de su moneda digital.\n\nCada petro tiene como valor de referencia el precio de un barril de petróleo, del que Venezuela es considerado el país con mayores reservas probadas del mundo.\nEso no significa que cada petro equivalga a un barril, sino que el valor del petro está vinculado con el del crudo venezolano.\nTeniendo esto en cuenta debería estar ahora en torno a los US$60, pero el precio de venta del petro dependerá aún de un acuerdo entre los interesados en la preventa y el gobierno.\n\nSegún se ha anunciado, se emitirán 100 millones de petros, por lo que el valor total de la emisión se estima en unos US$6.000 millones. De acuerdo con el Libro Blanco, que regula el funcionamiento de la moneda, este martes se empezaron a vender 38,4 millones de criptoactivos.\nEse Libro Blanco señala en un principio que la oferta es fija, pero también se dice que el petro va a poder ser minado si los usuarios así lo acuerdan.\nEl documento señala también que cuando alguien quiera cambiar su petro, se pagará el precio del barril pero en bolívares, la moneda nacional venezolana, muy devaluada por la hiperinflación que atraviesa el país.\nEl billete de mayor denominación, el de 100.000 bolívares, apenas equivale a menos de US$0,50 en el mercado de cambio paralelo.\n\nEl cambio a bolívares se realizará en plataformas de cambio autorizadas por el gobierno, de las que de momento se conocen pocos detalles.\nSu valor va a radicar, sobre todo, según Laura Rojas, experta en finanzas digitales, en la promesa de que se va a crear un mercado en Venezuela y \"podrá ser usado más adelante para pagar impuestos y servicios público\", le dice a BBC Mundo.\nEso, unido a la promesa del gobierno de que se va a esforzar en promover su uso internacional a través por ejemplo de la estatal PDVSA, que deberá pagar parte de sus transacciones en petros.\n\n2 ¿Es realmente una criptomoneda y en qué se diferencia del bitcoin, la más popular?\n\nSí, el petro es una de las cientos de criptomonedas que existen y de las que el bitcoin es la más conocida.\nLa principal diferencia con el bitcoin radica en que el petro estará centralizado por un intermediario, en este caso el gobierno de Venezuela, mientras que el bitcoin es completamente descentralizado. No pertenece a nadie, no está regulado por gobiernos, bancos ni fondos de inversión.\n\nOtra diferencia es el minado. El bitcoin puede ser generado por cualquiera con el equipo adecuado. El petro, según el Libro Blanco, eso dependerá de si los usuarios lo acuerdan porque en un principio la oferta es de 100 millones.\nEl petro no es la primera moneda digital emitida por un ente centralizado, como puede ser una empresa.\n\"A partir de aquí se siguen reglas establecidas y predeterminadas que hacen que ni el valor ni la oferta sean manejadas de forma discrecional\", apunta Rojas.\n\n3 ¿Qué busca el gobierno?\n\nEl gobierno de Venezuela, con problemas de ingresos, en medio de una grave crisis y presionado por las sanciones financieras de Estados Unidos, lanzó el petro y lo promociona como una solución para poder financiarse y resolver los muchos males que asolan su economía.\nEntre los objetivos está crear una moneda alternativa al dólar y una economía digital y transparente para el beneficio de los países emergentes y alejada del sistema financiero mundial, controlado desde Estados Unidos.\nQuiere que Venezuela sea \"referencia global de soberanía frente a los grandes centros financieros globales\".\n\nCon el petro, además, el gobierno busca un ingreso que ahora no encuentra. En abril deberá hacer frente a nuevos pagos de deuda que no puede refinanciar por las sanciones de Estados Unidos.\nLas importaciones de un país dependiente del exterior han caído y esto es parte de la explicación de la carencia de alimentos y de productos básicos.\n\nTodo ello en un contexto de una continua caída de la producción de petróleo, casi su única fuente de entrada de dólares, que ni siquiera le ha permitido aprovechar el aumento del precio del barril en los últimos meses.\n\"La criptomoneda viene a fortalecer nuestra economía\", afirmó el lunes el presidente Maduro, sin dar más detalles. \"Vamos a tener un éxito total\", aventuró.\nDe acuerdo al Libro Blanco, el 55% de los ingresos recaudados irán a un fondo soberano que el gobierno podrá usar discrecionalmente.\n\n4 ¿Es un instrumento para emitir deuda pública?\n\nEs la gran crítica que le hace la oposición. El Parlamento, controlado por los rivales de Maduro, ha declarado ilegal el petro.\nEl economista y diputado opositor de la Asamblea Nacional José Guerra cree que el petro no es una criptomoneda y que se asemeja más a un bono de deuda pública.\nSegún Guerra, la creación del petro es \"una operación de deuda que trata de evitar el control parlamentario\", dijo en una reciente entrevista televisiva. Go to&nbsp;Window&gt;Workspace&gt;3D. Now go to File&gt;Place Embedded an image a wooden boat shape. From the top Option bar set the Horizontal/Vertical scale to 200% and hit Return/Enter.</p>\n<h3>5. Grab the Move tool (M). In the Properties panel, set the Extrusion Depth to 100mm. Placing the mouse cursor over the model will activate the on-image controls. Go over the blue controller and Rotate it 90° around the ‘X’ axis.</p>\n<h3>6. Deform the object</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/SS_Animal-on-Ark_Step6_Deform-the-object.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;Let’s deform the 3D object. In the 3D panel, click on ‘Ark_Shape’.&nbsp;Now go to the Properties panel and click Deform. Make sure that the centre Deformation Axis is selected. Now adjust the Taper to 75%.</p>\n<h3>7. Add texture</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/SS_Animal-on-Ark_Step7_Add-texture.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;To add texture go to the 3D panel&nbsp;and select ‘Arc_Shape Extrusion Material’. Jump to the Properties panel, click the Diffuse icon and choose Replace Texture, locate the ‘Wood texture.jpg’ and open. Adjust the Shine to 10% and Roughness to 20%.</p>\n<h3>8. Apply decal</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/SS_Animal-on-Ark_Step8_Place-Decals.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;Add a door image directly onto your 3D model. Scale the image, placing it right above the 3D model, and hit Return/Enter. To apply it, go to Layer&gt;Merge Down or press Cmd/Ctrl+E.</p>\n<h3>9. Modify the bevel settings</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/SS_Animal-on-Ark_Step9_Modify-the-bevel-settings.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;In the 3D panel select ‘Arc-Shape’. Now go to the Properties panel and click on the Cap icon (the third icon from the left). Click on the&nbsp;drop-down menu and choose Front. Set the Bevel Width to 5%, Angle to 15%, adjust the Inflate Angle to -20% and Strength to 10%.</p>\n<h3>10. Adjust the link</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/SS_Animal-on-Ark_Step10_Adjust-the-Light.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;In the 3D panel click Infinite Light. Use the on-image&nbsp;controller to adjust the light, placing it in front of the 3D model and moving it to the top-right corner. Render the image by going to 3D&gt;Render 3D Layer.</p>\n<h3>11. Hide the original 3D layer. Hit Cmd/Ctrl+T. Resize the image and turn&nbsp;the left side down. Create a layer mask (Layer&gt;Layer Mask&gt;Reveal All). Grab a soft brush and paint the bottom to immerse the boat.</p>\n<h3>12. Enhance contrast and colour</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/SS_Animal-on-Ark_Step12_Enhance-contrast-and-colour.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;Go to Layer&gt;New Adjustment Layer&gt;Levels. Check ‘Use&nbsp;Previous Layer to Create Clipping Mask’ and hit OK. Adjust the Input levels to 0. 0.70, 190. Now boost the colour. Go to Layer&gt; New Adjustment Layer&gt;Vibrance. Set the Vibrance to +5 and Saturation to +15.</p>\n<h3>13. Work on the shadows</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/SS_Animal-on-Ark_Step13_Shadows-and-highlights.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;Go to Layer&gt;New&gt;Layer. Name it Shadows/Highlights, check ‘Use&nbsp;Previous Layer to Create Clipping Mask’ and set to Soft Light. Set the default Foreground/ Background colour (D). Grab a soft brush and use black to add shadows on the left side and white to add highlights on the top.</p>\n<h3>14. Choose splash brushes</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/SS_Animal-on-Ark_Step14_Splash-brushes.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;With the Brush tool selected hit F5.&nbsp;Set the Foreground colour to white (press ‘X’). Choose a custom splash/wave brush, set the appropriate size and paint over the waves to create the crest and splash water around the boat.</p>\n<h3>15. (If you select the background, press and hold Opt/Alt to switch to Subtract from Selection, click and drag to remove.)</p>\n<h3>16. Add a layer mask and mask the body to make it fit in the boat.</p>\n<h3>18. Check ‘Use Previous Layer to Create Clipping Mask’ and hit OK. Adjust the Input levels to 0, 1.20, 210. Now boost the colour. Go to Layer&gt;New Adjustment Layer&gt;Vibrance. Set the Vibrance to +20 and Saturation to +20.</p>\n<h3>19. Create fur and hair</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/SS_Animal-on-Ark_Step19_Create-fur-and-hair.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;Now hit Z and zoom in. Grab the Smudge tool, and then choose a small, soft-tip brush and set the Strength to 80%. Now with short&nbsp;and quick strokes, start pushing the hair/fur outwards along the neck and the body.</p>\n<h3>20. Create a neutral layer</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/SS_Animal-on-Ark_Step20_Neutral-layer.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;Now hit Shift+Cmd/Ctrl+N. In the dialog box name it&nbsp;Shadows/Highlights, and check ‘Use Previous Layer to Create Clipping Mask’, change the blend mode to Overlay. Check&nbsp;‘Fill with Overlay-neutral color (50% gray)’ and hit OK.</p>\n<h3>21. Duplicate the layer (Cmd/Ctrl+J), apply the High Pass filter (Filter&gt;Other&gt;High Pass), set to 3px. Change the blend mode to Soft Light at 80% opacity.</p>\n<h3>2. Activate the selection, set the foreground colour to black and paint it (Alt+Del). Follow the same procedure for the other extremities.</p>\n<h3>11. Use the Free Transform Tool (Cmd/Ctrl+T) to adjust the size and the&nbsp;perspective (step 7). Use the Warp Tool (Edit&gt;Transform&gt;Warp) to adjust the shape.</p>\n<h3>13. Enhance the tyres</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/PSC155.tut_blend_modes.ss_step_13.png\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;Let’s create highlights to give more volume to the tyres. To do that, create a new layer (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+N), use the Pen Tool to draw the highlight shape, paint it white, apply Gaussian Blur (12px) and change the blend mode to Soft Light.</p>\n<h3>14. Set the car’s tone</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/PSC155.tut_blend_modes.ss_step_14.png\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;Create a new layer (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+N) and place it above the car’s layer. Then activate the car’s selection (Cmd/ Ctrl-click on the layer thumbnail), paint it with #c0b193 and change the blend mode to Colour, set to 30% opacity.</p>\n<h3>15. Create the tree’s reflection</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/PSC155.tut_blend_modes.ss_step_15.png\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;Follow step 9 and make a layer group with a car windscreen-shape mask. Select the background layer, use the Polygonal Lasso Tool, make a selection around the leaves, Ctrl/right-click and choose Layer Via Copy. Place it inside the layer folder and change the blend mode to Multiply (opacity at 30%).</p>\n<h3>16. Use the Spin Blur</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/PSC155.tut_blend_modes.ss_step_16.png\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;Select the car layer and apply the Spin Blur (Filter&gt;Blur Gallery&gt;Spin Blur). Select the middle circle to place it above the tyre, then use the smaller circles, located at the edges of the larger circle, to adjust the shape. Set the Blur Angle to 15.</p>\n<h3>17. Make a reflection with masks</h3>\n<p><img src=\"https://blog.photoshopcreative.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/PSC155.tut_blend_modes.ss_step_17.png\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;Let’s make the front reflection first. Duplicate the car layer, flip it vertically (Edit&gt;Transform&gt;Flip Vertical), place it below the car and change the opacity to 60%. Select Add Layer Mask, set the colour to black, pick the Brush Tool and erase the unnecessary parts. Follow the same process for the car’s back reflection.</p>\n<h3>18. escribir el libro fue para regalárselo a Lorenzo de Medicis un príncipe de Italia.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Comienza explicando las clases de principados y como se adquieren pueden ser hereditarios, nuevos o agregados a un hereditario (mixto).</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Se pueden adquirir mediante las armas propias o por las ajenas, por la suerte o por la virtud.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Los principados hereditarios son más fáciles de conservar según Maquiavelo ya que el pueblo está acostumbrado a vivir bajo una dinastía se necesita hacer todo lo posible por no alterar el orden preestablecido o contemporizarlos a los cambios y por ser los príncipes naturales es más fácil ser amado por los suyos y por el pueblo.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Los principados mixtos lo son porque el príncipe es hereditario en su lugar de origen y cuando adquiere un nuevo estado se convierte en príncipe nuevo para este dándole un carácter mixto, cuando se adquiere por inconformidad del pueblo con los gobernantes anteriores el conservarlos se hace más difícil ya que el tampoco podrá contentarlos entonces estos se unen a los ofendidos por la entrada del príncipe para derrocarlo.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Los factores que hacen que un príncipe pueda conservar esa clase de principado cuando se comparte elementos como la lengua, la religión y costumbres es preciso solamente eliminar la familia del anterior príncipe y mantener lo más parecidas las leyes anteriores.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Cuando los pueblos son de costumbres, religión y lengua diferentes es preciso poner las reglas antes expuestas y debe irse a vivir por lo menos por algún tiempo allí para que el pueblo lo conozca y él pueda conocer a este y controlar los desórdenes que se pueda presentar también se puede colonizar para no gastar tanto dinero y solo se afecta a los que se despoja es importante dejarlos imposibilitados para vengarse y tratar bien a los demás para que no se sientan perjudicados se debe ayudar a los vecinos menos poderosos y hacerse temer de los que tienen más poder y expulsar a los extranjeros poderosos porque si no se cuida de ellos podrían quitarle el reino.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Los desórdenes deben controlarse cuando aún son pequeños porque si se les deja crecer se hacen grandes e incorregibles resalta las formas en que se pueden gobernar los principados: por medio de ministros o rodeados de nobles exponiendo que los ministros son servidores del príncipe y el amor del pueblo es para él también puede reemplazarlos a su antojo(Turquía) .con los noble es diferente que tienen sus propios súbditos apoyan al príncipe solo si es conveniente y además pueden dominar al pueblo individualmente y no los puede reemplazar cuando quiere(Francia).</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Para conquistar ambos principados se hace más difícil conquistar el primero pero luego es fácil conservarlo.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Es difícil conquistarlo porque los súbditos se encuentran en mora y esclavitud con el príncipe es raro que se pueda sobornar a alguien pero el pueblo no sigue a los traidores aquí es fundamental guerrear y dejarlo en tal condición que no se pueda recuperar, eliminar la familia real, no hay que cuidarse del pueblo ya que esta acostumbrado a ser dominado</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>En cambio en el otro caso es fácil conquistarlo y difícil conservarlo si se atrae nobles descontentos fácil será entrar y conquistar pero cuando se aburren los que apoyan y se cansan los que oprimes no es suficiente matar a la familia real porque los nobles se hacen cabecillas de los movimientos y se pierde el poder en la primera oportunidad.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Las ciudades que está acostumbrada a regirse por sus propias regla es mejor arrasarlas y luego reconstruirlas ya que estas ciudades no son como las otras y si se les conquista las rebeliones estarían al orden del día por eso el autor reitera que es mejor destruirlas o mudarse a ellas ya que sus habitantes son amantes de la libertad y no estarán bien hasta ser libres.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Aborda por fin los principados nuevos conquistados por las armas propias y el talento o la virtud personal aconsejando seguir el ejemplo de los grandes hombres o por lo menos asemejarse en sus virtudes.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Expresa la que la dificultad de conservar un principado nuevo varía según las virtudes del príncipe no debe dejar nada al azar para conservar el poder, facilita el no tener más estados y establecerse en lo conquistado y encontrar la ocasión precisa y los méritos adquiridos le permitan alcanzar la gloria, la fama y el poder.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Los que sigue están instrucciones llegan al poder con dificultades y lo conservan sin sobresaltos se empieza implantando nuevas leyes para fundar su estado y proveerse seguridad pero he aquí un problema ya que se echa de enemigos a los beneficiados con las antiguas leyes, se expone a la incredulidad de los hombres que confían en las nuevas leyes porque le temen a lo nuevo solo hasta que no ven sus resultados si se presentan incidentes el príncipe debe imponer la nuevas leyes por la fuerza ya que quien tiene las armas tiene el poder.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Debe buscar nuevas amistades y un nuevo ejército para hacerlos sus fieles servidores para mantenerse en el poder por el amor del pueblo \"lo que es difícil conseguir es fácil de conservar\".</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Aborda el tema de los principados conseguidos por las armas y fortuna ajenas</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Se hicieron príncipes por suerte pero les hace falta mucho esfuerzo para conservarlos porque se obtuvieron por un regalo, compra, nombramiento, por los soldados, corrompiendo a las gentes.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>El problema es que no se tienen las fuerzas para llegar al poder y se carece de armas y fortuna propias se debe desordenar el estado de las cosas, buscar otros poderosos para buscar el apoyo de sus ejércitos, comprar los nobles o ganárselos por medio de obsequios y una vez en el poder concederles administraciones.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Si los nacionales intentan rebelarse se debe buscar ayuda de los extranjeros para controlar y cuando se consiga de nuevo la autoridad es necesario reconquistar por medio de favores a los rebelados, eliminar a los jefes y convertir a sus partidarios en amigos luego hay que buscar el bienestar del pueblo pero cuando se presentan desordenes hay que ser severos para establecer el orden y la paz cuando se es muy severo hay que saber fingir que no fue uno el que los maltrato si no un ministro malvado entonces debe hacer leyes que favorezcan al pueblo y los hagan sentir importantes.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Cuando se llega a ser príncipe por medio de crímenes es importante hacer buen uso de la crueldad que si solo es para llegar al poder se deben cometer todos los crímenes de una vez ya que si duran menos hieren menos y para conservarse es conveniente volverse beneficioso para los súbditos los beneficios se deben otorgar lentamente para que el pueblo los asimile mejor ya que no es fácil recibir bien de quien solo esperaban mal.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Cuando se llega ser príncipe por medio de los ciudadanos, el principado lo puede implantar tanto el pueblo como los nobles, según la ocasión se presente.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Cuando los nobles no pueden controlar al pueblo concentran la autoridad en uno de ellos y lo hacen príncipe, cuando el pueblo no puede con los nobles escogen uno de ellos y lo hacen príncipe.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Resulta que cuando se llega al principado por los nobles se mantiene con dificultad que cuando se llega al poder por medio del pueblo porque los nobles se creen sus iguales no los puede mandar como quiere en cambio en el pueblo no hay nadie que no disponga obedecerlo si se los mantiene contentos es cierto que no se puede tener a los dos bandos contentos entonces es mejor tomar partido por el más numeroso y cuidarse de los nobles según su naturaleza si son pusilánimes no son peligrosos pero si son ambiciosos hay que considerarlos enemigos de por vida.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>La amistad del pueblo es algo que no se puede perder por eso hay que procurar que siempre necesiten del príncipe.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Los principados que quieran ser independientes deben ser fuertes y no depender de otros cuando se presenta una guerra debe formar un ejército fuerte que no tema guerrearle a nadie. Si no debe fortificar la plaza con artillería, comida, con que encender el fuego y oficios para desarrollar para un año ya que no hay príncipe tan ocioso como para sitiar una plaza durante un año teniendo muros y fosos adecuados.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Solo falta por explicar los principados eclesiásticos son felices y seguros por naturaleza para llegar a ellos se pasa por todas las dificultades pues se adquieren por suerte o por valor y se mantienen solos porque se basan en viejas instituciones.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Tienen estados y no los defienden tienen súbditos y no los gobiernan están indefensos y no le son arrebatados porque son gobernados por leyes superiores.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>El papel de los hombres cobro importancia desde Sixto IV en adelante pero fue Alejandro quien recaudo gran cantidad de dinero para engrandecer a la iglesia.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Las tropas con las que un principado se defiende pueden ser propias, mixtas, auxiliares y mercenarias.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Dice Maquiavelo que las tropas mercenarias son inútiles porque están con el príncipe por la paga se hacen famosas por su bravura y cuando es hora de demostrarla fallan y llevan el príncipe a la ruina</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Sin contar con que los capitanes siempre quieren tener el poder por eso es mejor tener milicias propias dirigidas por el príncipe en persona o por un ciudadano con aptitudes para la guerra.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Cuando se piden tropas auxiliares a otro príncipe se corre el riesgo de perder la guerra o si gana puede que dar prisionero de ellas ya que solo les son útiles a sus amos</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>En suma a las mercenarias hay que temerles por las derrotas y a las auxiliares por los triunfos es por eso que un príncipe prudente prefiere perder sus tropas en una guerra que ganar la guerra con armas ajenas ya que no es una victoria propiamente dicha y aunque este en tiempos de paz debe ocuparse en los asuntos militares, ejercitarse en conocer su comarca, aprender a crear estrategias y estudiar historia papa prepararse para un accidente</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Un príncipe también debe aprender a utilizar la maldad en momentos necesarios que le ayuden a conservar el estado y dejar a un lado otras que por debilidad le hagan perder el estado.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Considera que la progalidad es conveniente cuando lo que se gasta no es lo del estado como lo adquirido de las conquistas para no gastar los dineros de estado y si no se tienen dichas posiciones es mejor ser considerado tacaño que prodigo para no oprimir al pueblo y que luego este le derroque.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>La clemencia debe usarse en momentos de paz pero si es tiempo de caos no debe guardarse de cometer actos crueles para restablecer el orden por eso es mejor ser temido que amado cuando no se pueden reunir las dos virtudes.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Tratar siempre de evitar el odio y no ofender a sus súbditos y disciplinarlos solo si es necesario.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Se debe aparentar ser bueno y tratar de serlo pero para pasarse al mal no hay que dudarlo y cuando se hable se debe parecer bueno aunque haga el mal debe mantener contento al pueblo y no ofenderlo constantemente.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Mostrarse hábil guerrero a los soldados para ganarse su aprobación pero su prioridad es mantener contento al pueblo.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Cuando se encuentra al pueblo desarmado debe armarlo o en su defecto armar a los que tienen más deberes también debe organizar un ejército nuevo para su nuevo principado. Pero cuando se encuentra al pueblo armado debe desarmarlo con excepción de los que se mostraron sus partidarios desde el principio y a los otros es preciso debilitarlo, relegarlos a la inactividad y arreglárselas para que el ejército del estado este compuesto por su él ejecito antiguo.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Debe saber el motivo de porque lo ayudaron a subir al poder por descontento el tampoco podrá contentarlos y si fue por afecto natura le será fácil conservarlo</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Las fortalezas se deben construir cuando el príncipe teme más al pueblo que a los extranjeros y se deben destruir cuando se le teme más a los extranjeros que al pueblo pero considera que la mejor fortaleza es el no ser odiado por el pueblo ya que no hay fortaleza que lo salve cuando el pueblo lo odia.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Para ser estimados debe parecer grande e ilustre en sus actos y cuando cualquier súbdito haga algo notable bueno o malo debe descubrir como premiarlo o castigarlo que de amplio tema de conversación.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Debe ser valiente para escoger un partido y no permanecer neutral para ayudar a su favorito a ser el vencedor.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Se mostrara amante de las virtudes y apoyara a los que se destaque en las artes dar seguridad a los ciudadanos para que realicen sus profesiones en el comercio o a la agricultura para engrandecer la ciudad. Debe prestar atención a los gremios y reunirse con ellos.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Debe buscar ministros que no piensen en ellos si no en el príncipe que haría como lo haría para engrandecerlo, recodarle las cosas que le pertenecen y por eso el príncipe debe colmarlos de honores, cargos y deberes.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Como consejeros debe escoger hombre con juicio que no teman decirle la verdad cuando el príncipe les pregunte y el príncipe debe hacer lo acordado y ser obstinado hasta realizarlo. Si se deja llevar por los aduladores y cambia de parecer es tenido por menos.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>El no obedecer las reglas antes expuesta fue lo que hizo a los príncipes de Italia perder sus estados porque tuvieron al pueblo por enemigo y no se cuidaron de los nobles así se pierden los estado con dinero suficiente para costease un buen ejercito de campaña porque no hicieron como Filipo no el de macedonia el que fue vencido por tito quincio aunque tenía un ejército reducido, tuvo al pueblo por amigo y contuvo a los nobles poseía virtudes guerreras para reinar muchos años.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Dicen que la fortuna es juez de nuestros actos y los sabotea pero Maquiavelo dice que la fortuna es juez de la mitad de nuestros actos deben los príncipes con virtudes oponerse a la fortuna para que no haga desastres en su principado se debe ser dúctil en esas circunstancias adversas.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Por ultimo exhorta a los italianos a liberarse de los barbaros ya que las circunstancias están a favor de que un nuevo príncipe prudente y virtuoso pueda instaurar un nuevo gobierno y dar felicidad a sus súbditos y redimir la crueldad de los barbaros rodeándose de armas propias, nuevas estrategias y el amor de pueblo.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>\"la virtud empuñara las armas contra el atropello y el combate ser breve pues el antiguo valor no ha muerto en los corazones italianos\".</strong></em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n</html>",

He querido ilustrar la idea de soledad a traves de la figura de un hombre en medio del desierto mirando hacia un planeta que podria ser la tierra (dependiendo del significado que cada uno le quiera dar).En cuanto a la composición, he utilizado un formato panorámico para el lienzo (mucho más ancho que alto) para reforzar la idea de espacioy soledad y hacer que el hombre parezca aún más pequeño con respecto a lo que le rodea. He utilizado un lienzo de 4000px de ancho por 2500px de alto.Abre la imagen del desierto y pegala sobre tu lienzo ajustando el tamaño si hiciera falta.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://www.psdbox.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/1-background-layout1.jpg\" width=\"650\" height=\"355\"/></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<h2>Paso 2</h2>\n<p>He utilizado la herramienta del&nbsp;<strong>Pincel Corrector Puntual (J)&nbsp;</strong>para “limpiar el desierto”. He quitado todos los puntos negros más grandes que he encontrado.<br>\nUna imagen más limpia ayuda a que el espectador no se distraiga del sujeto principal que es el hombre que añadiremos más tarde. He utilizado esta herramienta en una nueva capa que he nombrado “clean desert” para no afectar a la imagen original. Asegúrate de marcar la opción “Muestrear todas las capas” antes de empezar a pintar y utiliza un pincel suave.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://www.psdbox.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/2-clean-desert.jpg\" width=\"650\" height=\"356\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<h2>Paso 3</h2>\n<p>Crea una nueva capa debajo de la del desierto (yo le he nombrado “night”) y rellenala con negro. Ahora selecciona las capas del desierto y la capa “clean desert” en la que utilizaste el corrector puntual y agrupalas (Ctrl+G). Despues de agruparlas crea una máscara de capa para este grupo. (yo he nombrado a este grupo “desert group”)&nbsp;</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://www.psdbox.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/3-night-layer.jpg\" width=\"662\" height=\"320\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<h2>Paso 4</h2>\n<p>Utiliza la máscara de capa que creaste para el grupo para eliminar el cielo y revelar la capa rellena con negro de debajo del grupo. Añade algo de&nbsp;<strong>Resplandor Exterior</strong>&nbsp;utilizando un azul cielo con el modo de fusión&nbsp;<strong>Trama</strong>.Puedes dar más enfasis al planeta utilizando un adjuste de&nbsp;<strong>Filtro de Fotografia</strong>&nbsp;como mascara de recorte para que sólo afecte al planeta. Si la imagen no cubre todo el lienzo, duplica la capa unas cuantas veces hasta cubrirlo. Si agrandas la imagen las estrellas no se veran bien porque la imagen pierde calidad.
