      "body": "OLYMPIA COFFEE ROASTER\nEthiopia - Adame Garbota Organic\n\n로스터 썰\n\n일반적으로 호불호가 갈리긴 하지만, 생두가 가진 본연의 특색을 느끼기엔 이를 잘 표현해주는약배전이 아주 잘 맞다고 생각한다. 그래서 라이트 로스팅을 잘하는 로스터리를 찾게 되고, 기존의 느낌이 좋았기에 이젠 정보를 확인하고 간간히 주문하는 로스터리다.\n\n\n미국 굿푸드 어워드에 선정된 에티오피아 커피\n\n이전에도 먹어봤을 때 너무 만족해서 마침 마음에 드는 커피가 있어 이번에 다시 주문했다. 좋은 커피는 팔아줄 때 감사한 마음으로 다시 주문해야 한다. 색다른 기회를 원하는 사람이라면 도전이 필요한 것도 사실.\n\n원두 정보\n\n![12.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmY7vniFLcg9RWdvCEhkPEpat8x1jCNDZfuXXCdYkQfdAb/12.jpg)\n\nVarietal: Ethiopian Heirloom\nProccessing: Fully Washed, Sun Dried\nProducer: Adame Garbota Cooperative, Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union\nLocation: Yirgacheffe\nCertifications: Organic, Fair Trade\nFlavors of candied lemon peel, apricot jam, and fruity dark chocolate\n\n커피 썰\n\n에티오피아를 생각하면 커피의 원산지로 알려져 있지만 너무 강렬한 특징들로 인해 사실 \"쉽게 질리는 경향이 있다\"는 선입견이 있기도 하다. 하지만 이건 너무 좋다. 정말 좋은 커피는 대부분 이런 선입관을 부셔트리는 커피다. \n\n\n컵 노트에선  설탕에 절인 레몬 필, 살구잼, 푸루티한 다크 초콜렛. 컵 노트를 뒤로 하고 먼저 내가 느낀건 레몬캔디와 다크 초콜렛의 후미다. 탁자에 앉아  접시에 담긴 레몬 사탕을 한입 물고 다크 초콜렛 티 를 한잔 마신다.\n\n에티오피아를 생각하면 커피의 원산지로 알려져 있지만 너무 강렬한 산미로 인해 사실 \"쉽게 질리는 경향이 있다\"는 선입견이 있기도 하다. 하지만 이건 너무 좋다. 정말 좋은 커피는 대부분 이런 선입관을 부셔트리는 커피다. 내 경험을 확장시키고 그것은 내 세계를 더 넓혀준다. \n\n에티오피아라서 역시 중남미 커피와 달리 한국인의 밥 처럼 묵직하니 먹어도 먹어도 질리지 않는 그런 취향은 아니고 김치찌개 처럼 특성 강한 놈이지만, 굳이 비유하자면 아주 잘 끓인 김치 찌개다. 표현은 개인의 자유 아닌가? \n\n\n주문 하려면 이렇게\n\n해외직구는 이렇게  : 해당 로스터는 미국 오리건주에 위치한 올림피아에 있다. 그래서 배송대행 업체를 이용하려면 보통 많이들 사용하는 동부에 위치한 뉴저지에 위치한 배송대행업체를 이용하는것보다는 가까운 오리건주에 위치한 배송대행 업체를 이용하는게 거리상 가깝고 좋다.\n\n가끔 커피를 대륙횡단 시키는 분들이 있는데 usps 2일 책임 배송이 아닌 이상 1주일 걸리는 수가 생긴다. usps도 워낙 배송 사고가 많아져서 2일 책임배송이 최근에 생긴것일뿐 아직도 3일 정도 걸리는 경우가 많다. ups나 페덱스 배송의 경우  거리가 멀어지면 1주일 배송은 흔하다.\n\n캘리포니아에 위치한 로스터는 캘리포니아에 위치한 배송대행지에 뉴욕이나  보스턴 동부쪽에 위치한 로스터는 최대한 가까운 거리의 뉴저지에 위치한 배송대행 업체를 이용하는것이 좋다. \n\n뭐든 거리는 최단 거리 이동이 좋다. \n\n배송대행업체는 후기를 검색해보시고 뉴저지 캘리포니아 오리건 이정도 3군데에 위치한 업체를 찾아보시고 가입해놓구 어디에 주문하면 어디 업체 주소로 이용해야지 생각하고 주문하시면 좋다.",
