Other than the GDS, a huge amount of price comparison and booking portals have sprung to existence, which separates airlines from customers and therefore, creating non-transparency. Technical innovation is urgently needed to break this artificial overpriced system and to strengthen the airline market from the inside again.\n\nBooking Portals\n\nBooking portals are intermediaries between travelers and airlines. They raise, unbeknownst to us, the complexity, non-transparency, and prices of flight tickets for customers. Fees for paying with a credit card, unwanted additional insurances, high cancellation prices, high fees for any changes, extra fees for seat reservation or luggage, non-transparent booking classes, missing booking confirmations, and complicated search masks are the largest cause for customer dissatisfaction. Additionally, programs (bots) manipulate the prices and book automatically, to change the workload for the benefit of these portals.\n\nGDS & Travel Agencies\n\nBetween airlines and their customers is on one hand the GDS and on the other hand the travel agencies. The airlines pay booking fees to the GDS and commissions to the travel agencies. Travel agencies are then compelled by the GDS, to also use the system. The traveler, in the end, has also paid a service fee to these agencies. Airlines cannot opt out of the GDS, because there are no practical economical alternatives. In the end, airlines have had a decrease in margins, although there is an increase in travelers and for travelers there is still an increase in ticket prices.\n\nAVINOC for Airlines\n\nAVINOC can solve this problem and its complexity through its permissionless base data layer. AVINOC enables airlines to take back the direct contact to the customer starting from the marketing, as well as the direct price comparison and lastly direct bookings. At the same time, a high transparency for offers and prices, in line with the market-conform, is made for all market participants. Intermediaries, in the form of booking and price comparison platforms, will not be needed anymore.\n\nTHE TOKEN\n\nThe AVINOC token* is the resource, the \"fuel\" of the blockchain solution, and ensures the integrity of the data. AVINOC tokens are used to publish flight offers and for bookings in the system. The token is traded locally on exchanges and circulates globally within the system. Many in the crypto community view ETF approval as an important indicator that the long awaited institutional investors will finally arrive to bring Bitcoins price back to its all time highs of $20,000. Yet while we desperately wait for each new ETF application to be reviewed (and subsequently rejected or postponed) by the SEC, there has emerged another alternative financial product that could be equally as significant as an ETF.\n\nIntroducing the Exchange Traded Note (or ETN)\n\nRecently, Bloomberg reported that an ETN was now available to allow investors to more easily buy Bitcoin without actually owning the underlying asset. The ETN, called ‘Bitcoin Tracker One’ has been trading on the NASDAQ Stockholm exchange sine 2015, but will now be available to US investors.\n\nAccording to Ryan Radloff, the CEO of CoinShares Holdings Ltd., the parent company that offers the ETN:\n\n“Everyone that’s investing in dollars can now get exposure to these products, whereas before, they were only available in euros or Swedish krona. Given the current climate on the regulatory front in the U.S., this is a big win for Bitcoin.”\n\nExchange Traded Notes\n\nDifference between ETF and ETN\nETNs are described as a type of unsecured debt security issued by an underwriting Bank. ETN returns are usually linked to the performance of a market benchmark; a standard against which the performance of a security, mutual fund or investment manager can be measured.\n\nBoth ETFs and ETNs are designed to track an underlying asset (in this case, Bitcoin). However, when you invest in an ETF, you are investing into a fund that holds the asset it tracks. By contrast, An ETN is more like a bond. It’s an unsecured debt note issued by an institution. An ETN can be held to maturity, bought or sold at will, and if the underwriter were to go bankrupt, the investor would risk a total default.\n\nTherefore there is  slightly more risk in holding an ETN, but for retail and institutional investors looking to get access to an already risky asset like Bitcoin, the debt structure of ETNs shouldn’t be much of a deterrent.\n\nConclusion\nThe news of an ETN has yet to have any real impact on Bitcoin prices. This may have more to do with the story being drowned out by the daily wave of speculation regarding the overall crypto markets.\n\nHowever, once Bitcoin Tracker One begins to gain traction amongst institutional investors in the US, we may see early signs of the bull market we’re all patiently waiting to profit from once the real ETFs gain SEC approval.",

Keeping the game constantly relevant through frequent downloadable content and patches, Rockstar has turned this old game into the World of Warcraft of Grand Theft Auto titles and there’s seemingly no end in sight to what they can do with GTA 5’s platform.\n\nIn fact, you may or may not be aware of this, but Grand Theft Auto V is so successful, in fact, it dwarfs Walt Disney’s Star Wars properties as the single most successful media property of all time. That’s right – a video game has raked in more money than Star Wars, and you have Grand Theft Auto Online to thank for that.\n\nNaturally, Rockstar is more than aware of this and is unlikely to kill the golden goose anytime soon, but talk of the future must inevitably come and speculation about Grand Theft Auto VI has never stopped, even in the face of GTA 5’s overwhelming success.\n\nAnd that forces us to concede that everything we reveal about the upcoming Grand Theft auto VI is, at this point, rumor and speculation with Rockstar remaining mum on the issue and publisher Take-Two focusing on its upcoming Red Dead Redemption 2, a title many analysts expect will become the company’s “second” Grand Theft Auto V. That said, there are hints here and there that after Red Dead Redemption 2 the next installment in the Grand Theft Auto franchise will be on its way.\n\n\n \nFirst, we think that the Grand Theft Auto series is going to completely skip this console generation. This means that, excluding Grand Theft Auto V, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will not see their own GTA titles but will instead have a vastly expanded online GTA 5. When we take this assumption into account, this means that the next Grand Theft Auto game will be a next-gen title and that places its release, at the very earliest, in 2020 or beyond.
