Tapi, ada satu hal yang menarik yang ada di malam seperti ini yaitu suara Takbir yang melantuni kota langsa yang dimana mereka berjalan dari satu desa ke desa lain, yang dimana nanti nya akan dilihat siapakah juara takbir yang terbaik.

Untuk orang Aceh pasti sudah mengetahui masakan ini, biar semuanya tau masakan apa ini saya akan memberikan nama dari masakan tersebut, di Aceh masakan ini sering disebut Kuah Beulangong, masakan ini menjadi ciri khas tersendiri di Aceh, yang belum pernah mencoba bole ke Aceh untuk merasakan masakan khas Aceh ini, soal rasa pasti gak bosa bohong. Ada kisah sedikit dari saya tentang masakan ini, masakan kuah belangong dikehidupan saya menjadi job sampingan selain saya bekerja di kampus negeri yang saya sebutkan tadi, memasak kuah belangong ini memerlukan skill dan butuh tenaga yang ekstra, disini saya sebutkan kenapa memerlukan tenanga yang ekstra karena memasak kuah tersebut kita memerlukan beulangong yang besar, beulangong dalam bahasa aceh atau dalam bahasa indonesia sering disebut wajan, ukuran yang sering dipakai pun ukuran 40, untuk mengangkat nya saya kita memerlukan 2 orang minimal untuk ditaruk ke dapur tempat memasak. Bukan hanya itu saja memasak kuah ini pun kita memakai kayu arang dan serbuk kayu yang dimana apinya sangat panas. Memasak kuah ini pun memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama sekitar 2 setengah jam. Sedikit cerita dari sebutan nama dari kuah tersebut.

Saya angkatan dari Hukum Ekonomi Syariah pada tahun 2012.
